罗汉果,味甘,性凉,归肺、大肠经。清热润肺,利咽开音,滑肠通便,用于肺热燥咳,咽痛失音,肠燥便秘。
桑叶,味苦、甘,性寒,归肺、肝经,疏散风热,清肺润燥,平肝明目,凉血止血。
白果,味甘苦涩,平,入肺、肾经。敛肺气,定喘嗽,止带浊,缩小便。治哮喘,痰嗽,白带,白浊,遗精,淋病,小便频数。
茯苓,味甘、淡,性平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。
橘红,味辛、苦,性温,归肺、脾经,理气宽中,燥湿化痰,用于咳嗽痰多,食积伤酒,呕恶痞闷。
当归,味甘、辛,性温。归肝、心、脾经。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡,肠燥便秘。
黄精,味甘,性平。归脾、肺、肾经。补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
人参,味甘、微苦,性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气,固脱,生津,安神,益智。
红枣,味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。
百合,味甘,性寒。归心、肺经。养阴润肺,清心安神。用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
红茶,富含胡萝卜素、维生素A、钙、磷、镁、钾、咖啡碱、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、赖氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、天门冬氨酸等多种营养元素。红茶可以帮助胃肠消化、促进食欲,可利尿、消除水肿,并强壮心脏功能。红茶中“富含的黄酮类化合物能消除自由基,具有抗酸化作用,降低心肌梗塞的发病率。
本发明还提供了上述秋季养生汤品的制备方法:
1)清洗:按照上述秋季养生汤品中的原料配比称取各原料,洗净并除杂,备用;
2)干燥:将除杂后的原料50-60℃干燥1-1.5h,备用;
3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
4)熟化混合:将过筛后的各原料熟化混合,搅拌均匀后得到汤材料;
5)包装:将汤材料用可渗透材料包装,制得秋季养生汤品。
本发明秋季养生汤品的制备方法,工艺简单,反应条件易控制,可连续生产,生产成本低,市场前景非常广阔,由于各原料均已粉碎至60目,在煲汤或沏泡时,汤材料中的营养成分更易被释放出来,浸水后约3-5min即可饮用,明显缩短了煲汤或沏泡时间,更适合现在快节奏的生活。
进一步,步骤(4)中,搅拌时间为20-45min,转速为400-500r/min;步骤5)中可渗透材料为纸、纤维布、纱网的任一种。

秋季养生汤品的制备方法,包括:
1)清洗:按照罗汉果18g,桑叶15g,白果5g,茯苓25g,橘红12g,当归17g,黄精15g,人参8g,红枣20g,百合18g,红茶12g称取各原料,洗净并除杂,备用;
2)干燥:将除杂后的原料60℃干燥1h,备用;
3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
4)熟化混合:将过筛后的各原料熟化混合,以500r/min的转速搅拌20min后得到汤材料;
5)包装:将汤材料用纤维布包装,制得秋季养生汤品。
实施例2
秋季养生汤品的制备方法,包括:

1)清洗:按照罗汉果15g,桑叶15g,白果5g,茯苓20g,橘红10g,当归15g,黄精15g,人参5g,红枣15g,百合15g,红茶10g称取各原料,洗净并除杂,备用;
2)干燥:将除杂后的原料50℃干燥1.5h,备用;
3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
4)熟化混合:将过筛后的各原料熟化混合,以400r/min的转速搅拌30min后得到汤材料;
5)包装:将汤材料用纤维布包装,制得秋季养生汤品。
实施例5
秋季养生汤品的制备方法,包括:
1)清洗:按照罗汉果20g,桑叶20g,白果10g,茯苓30g,橘红15g,当归25g,黄精25g,人参10g,红枣25g,百合20g,红茶15g称取各原料,洗净并除杂,备用;
2)干燥:将除杂后的原料50℃干燥1h,备用;
3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别粉碎,过60目筛,备用;
4)熟化混合:将过筛后的各原料熟化混合,以450r/min的转速搅拌30min后得到汤材料;
5)包装:将汤材料用纤维布包装,制得秋季养生汤品。
性能检测
将本发明实施例1-5所制备的秋季养生汤品以500ml水浸泡5min,浸出液取样,分别按国标进行含量检测,检测项目及结果如下表。
将本发明实施例1-5所制备的秋季养生汤品分别派发给五组志愿者,每组志愿者20人,志愿者选自快节奏生活人群,年龄分布在16-35周岁,平均年龄23周岁,无消化系统疾病,无药物过敏史,无不良嗜好,志愿者每天饮用秋季养生汤品3-5杯(500ml/杯),坚持两周后,肠道排泄通畅、精神状态明显改善的分别为16人、14人、17人、15人、16人,说明本发明的秋季养生汤品能起到润肠通便,预防感冒,调理肠胃的效果,同时可稳定情绪,缓解焦虑,适合在秋季长期饮用。

1.一种秋季养生汤品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:罗汉果15-20份,桑叶15-20份,白果5-10份,茯苓20-30份,橘红10-15份,当归15-25份,黄精15-25份,人参5-10份,红枣15-25份,百合15-20份,红茶10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋季养生汤品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:罗汉果18-20份,桑叶15-18份,白果5-8份,茯苓25-30份,橘红10-12份,当归15-20份,黄精15-20份,人参5-8份,红枣20-25份,百合15-18份,红茶12-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种秋季养生汤品,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:罗汉果18份,桑叶15份,白果5份,茯苓25份,橘红12份,当归17份,黄精15份,人参8份,红枣20份,百合18份,红茶12份。
4.一种秋季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述秋季养生汤品由以下方法制备得到:
1)清洗:按照权利要求1至3任一项所述秋季养生汤品中的原料配比称取各原料,洗净并除杂,备用;
2)干燥:将除杂后的原料干燥,备用;
3)粉碎:将干燥后的各原料分别粉碎,过筛,备用;
4)熟化混合:将过筛后的各原料熟化混合,搅拌均匀后得到汤材料;
5)包装:将汤材料用可渗透材料包装,制得春季养生汤品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种秋季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,干燥温度50-60℃,干燥时间1-1.5h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种秋季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,过筛的目数为60目。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种秋季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,搅拌时间为20-45min,转速为400-500r/min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种秋季养生汤品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,所述可渗透材料为纸、纤维布、纱网的任一种。
