Abstract
本发明公开了一种枸杞压片糖果生产方法,其特征是以枸杞粉为主要原料,配以党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇,经混合、超微粉碎、制软材、制粒、压片、检验、包装工艺制成。本发明将珍贵资源复配与现代加工技术有机结合,充分发挥枸杞营养保健价值与糖果含化食用特点、优点,将枸杞制成营养成分和生物活性物质丰富的、易于人体吸收、食用与携带方便、口感好的枸杞压片糖果食品,不仅具有一定的保健作用,还能为枸杞资源多元化的开发提供一条新的途径,将会有广阔的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于食品技术领域,特别是涉及一种枸杞压片糖果生产方法。
背景技术
枸杞含有丰富的枸杞多糖、脂肪、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜菜碱、维生素B1、B2、E、C,特别是类胡萝卜素含量很高。此外,还含有大量的矿物元素,如钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、硒等营养成分。对肝肾阴亏、血虚萎黄、、虚痨精亏、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩等症有显著效果,经常食用具有补肝肾、益精气、长肌肉、改善面色、明目安神、祛风治虚、延年益寿、坚筋骨之功效。
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对营养保健品的需要量越来越大,枸杞也倍受青睐。目前市场上开发出的枸杞产品逐渐增多,但是很少见有枸杞压片糖果食品,利用糖果含化食用这一特点,开发出枸杞压片糖果定会受人们欢迎,提供一种携带方便、食用方便、人体吸收利用度高、口感好、耐咀嚼、无任何化学添加的、营养丰富而且可以防治疾病的枸杞压片糖果生产方法,也是目前人们急待希望解决的问题,充分发挥枸杞营养保健价值与糖果含化食用特点、优点,将枸杞制成压片糖果,不仅具有一定的保健作用,还能为枸杞资源多元化的开发提供一条新的途径,其市场前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术的不足,提供一种携带方便、食用方便、人体吸收利用度高、口感好、耐咀嚼、无任何化学添加的、营养丰富而且防治疾病的枸杞压片糖果生产方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是这样实现的:
一种枸杞压片糖果生产方法,其特征是以枸杞粉为主要原料,配以党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇,其组分的重量百分比为:枸杞粉50-70%、党参提取物5-15%、丹参提取物5-15%、山楂提取物5-15%、菊花提取物1-10%、木糖醇1-10%,经混合、超微粉碎、制软材、制粒、压片、检验、包装工艺制成。
所述的枸杞粉是将采收的枸杞洗净、微波干燥、粉碎制得;
所述的微波干燥是将洗净的枸杞通过微波干燥机干燥,干燥温度60-70℃,干燥至含水量为3-6%;
所述的粉碎是将微波干燥后的枸杞送入粉碎机进行粉碎,制成80-100目的枸杞粉剂;
所述的党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物是将党参、丹参、山楂、菊花以常规水提取工艺提取制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得;
所述的木糖醇可直接在市场上采收,药食商店或超市均有所售。
所述的超微粉碎是将枸杞粉、党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇混合均匀后送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至微米级,粉剂粒径为30~100μm。
所述的制软料是将混合后的物料缓慢加入浓度为55-65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好;所述的制粒是将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于40-45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至3%~5%。所述的压片是将干燥颗粒混合均匀,送入压片机中压片。
本发明的优点:
本发明采用将所有原料组分的颗粒粉碎至粒径在30μm以下的超微粉碎技术,使超微粉体具有独特的物理化学性能,如良好的吸收性、吸附性、溶解性、化学活性、生物活性等。超微粉碎技术是中药现代化技术中具有革命性的新技术,将枸杞粉、党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇经超微粉碎后,其理化性质和疗效会发生惊人的变化,不仅具有极强的医疗保健作用,而且可以提高原料的生物利用度、易于人体吸收。
本发明在总结大量国内外相关技术与产品的基础上,运用传统中医药学、现代营养学、生物学、食品学的原理,采用枸杞为主要原料,以党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇为辅料进行科学加工配伍,应用现代食品与医药加工技术,制成天然、高效、方便、安全、口感好等特点的压片糖果。
本发明组分方中的枸杞含有丰富的枸杞多糖、脂肪、蛋白质、游离氨基酸、牛磺酸、甜菜碱、维生素B1、B2、E、C,特别是类胡萝卜素含量很高。此外,还含有大量的矿物元素,如钾、钠、钙、镁、铁、铜、锰、锌、硒等营养成分。对肝肾阴亏、血虚萎黄、、虚痨精亏、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩等症有显著效果;组分中的党参具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效。现代研究,党参含多种糖类、酚类、甾醇、挥发油、黄芩素葡萄糖甙、皂甙及微量生物碱,具有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用;组分中的丹参具有活血调经,祛瘀止痛,凉血消痈,清心除烦,养血安神之功效,主治月经不调,经闭痛经,症瘕积聚,胸腹刺痛,热痹疼痛,疮疡肿痛,心烦不眠;肝脾肿大,心绞痛;组分中的山楂有重要的药用价值,自古以来,就成为健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药。山楂含糖类、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、胡萝卜素、淀粉、苹果酸、枸橼酸、钙和铁等物质,具有降血脂、血压、强心和抗心律不齐等作用。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,山楂提取物对癌细胞体内生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的抑制作用;组分中的菊花的功效主要是明目清肝,疏肝解郁等,菊花香气馥郁,是中国传统的常用药材。据古籍记载,菊花味甘苦,性微寒;有散风清热、清肝明目和解毒消炎等作用;组分中的木糖醇是一种具有营养价值的甜味物质,也是人体糖类代谢的正常中间体。木糖醇在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,并可消除糖尿病人三多(多饮、多尿、多食),因此是糖尿病人安全的甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂。方中各组分配伍互为补充、相得益彰,起到营养保健功效,同时又共同起到了代替工艺化学添加与提高口感等效果。
本发明将珍贵资源复配与现代加工技术有机结合,充分发挥枸杞营养保健价值与糖果含化食用特点、优点,将枸杞制成营养成分和生物活性物质丰富的、易于人体吸收、食用与携带方便、口感好的枸杞压片糖果食品,不仅具有一定的保健作用,还能为枸杞资源多元化的开发提供一条新的途径,将会有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
采收称取枸杞洗净,通过微波干燥机干燥,干燥温度70℃,干燥至含水量为6%,干燥后送入粉碎机进行粉碎成80目的粉剂,制得枸杞粉,备用;
采收称取党参以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得党参提取物;
采收称取丹参以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得丹参提取物;
采收称取山楂以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得山楂提取物;
采收称取菊花以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得菊花提取物;
采收称取市场上的木糖醇,备用;
称取上述制备好的枸杞粉63公斤、党参提取物12斤、丹参提取物9公斤、山楂提取物11公斤、菊花提取物2公斤、木糖醇3公斤,送入超微混合机中混合均匀,再送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至粒径为30μm的微米级粉剂,再将超微粉碎后的物料缓慢加入浓度为65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好,再将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,再送入压片机中压片、检验、包装等工艺步骤制成本发明枸杞压片糖果。
实施例2:

采收称取党参以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得党参提取物;
采收称取丹参以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得丹参提取物;
采收称取山楂以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得山楂提取物;
采收称取菊花以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得菊花提取物;
采收称取市场上的木糖醇,备用;
称取上述制备好的枸杞粉126公斤、党参提取物24斤、丹参提取物18公斤、山楂提取物22公斤、菊花提取物4公斤、木糖醇6公斤,送入超微混合机中混合均匀,再送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至粒径为30μm的微米级粉剂,再将超微粉碎后的物料缓慢加入浓度为65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好,再将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,再送入压片机中压片、检验、包装等工艺步骤制成本发明枸杞压片糖果。
实施例3:

采收称取丹参以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得丹参提取物;
采收称取山楂以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得山楂提取物;
采收称取菊花以常规水提取工艺提取,制成浸膏,烘干粉碎制得菊花提取物;
采收称取市场上的木糖醇,备用;
称取上述制备好的枸杞粉65公斤、党参提取物10斤、丹参提取物9公斤、山楂提取物10公斤、菊花提取物2公斤、木糖醇4公斤,送入超微混合机中混合均匀,再送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至粒径为30μm的微米级粉剂,再将超微粉碎后的物料缓慢加入浓度为65%的润湿剂乙醇,调整物料湿度,制成软材,软材的软硬度以手捏能成团,轻压则散为好,再将制好的软材投入摇摆式颗粒机中进行造粒,过20目筛制粒。将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,再送入压片机中压片、检验、包装等工艺步骤制成本发明枸杞压片糖果。
Claims (3)
1.一种枸杞压片糖果生产方法,其特征是以枸杞粉为主要原料,配以党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇,其组分的重量百分比为:枸杞粉50-70%、党参提取物5-15%、丹参提取物5-15%、山楂提取物5-15%、菊花提取物1-10%、木糖醇1-10%,经混合、超微粉碎、制软材、制粒、压片、检验、包装工艺制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种枸杞压片糖果生产方法,其特征在于所述的微波干燥是将洗净的枸杞通过微波干燥机干燥,干燥温度60-70℃,干燥至含水量为3-6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种枸杞压片糖果生产方法,其特征在于所述的超微粉碎是将枸杞粉、党参提取物、丹参提取物、山楂提取物、菊花提取物、木糖醇混合均匀后送入超微粉碎机中粉碎至微米级,粉剂粒径为30~100μm。
