Abstract
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体公开了一种辣木戒酒组合物及其制备方法。该组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%~80%、辣木种子1~5%、奶粉1~20%、红糖1~20%、活性干酵母1~20%、胡萝卜1~5%、罗汉果1~5%、低聚果糖1~20%。辣木叶含有丰富的营养物质,可以部分替代酒精对胃肠道以及内脏神经的刺激;辣木种子、胡萝卜和罗汉果综合作用麻醉味蕾,减少食欲,减少对酒精的欲望和依赖性;活性干酵母利用奶粉和红糖产生乙醇,替代饮酒对消化道以及内脏和神经的刺激。低聚果糖促进酵母发酵产生乙醇。茯苓安神健脑,部分替代或辅助缓解不饮酒对神经的负面刺激。本发明制备方法操作简便,易于实现。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种辣木戒酒组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国具有悠久的酿酒历史,自古人们都喜欢饮酒。少量的饮酒对身体是大有裨益的,但是过度饮酒不仅会损伤脾胃、肝脏,而且长期大量饮酒形成的酒精依赖及慢性酒精中毒,对自己、家庭造成一定的影响。近年来,越来越多的人由于过度饮酒,造成肝功能损伤,进而失去生命。因此,少喝酒或者解酒非常有必要。目前,国内外的戒酒主要采取个人意志戒酒或者西药治疗戒酒。其中,个人意志戒酒需要有极强的意志力和控制力,成功率较低;西药治疗戒酒,副作用较大,容易形成药物依赖,对身体产生一定的伤害。那么,鉴于中药的毒副作用小的特点,人们逐渐倾向与采用一些基于中药的戒酒保健品,
辣木,白花菜目辣木科,原产于印度,又称为鼓槌树,是多年生热带落叶乔木,全世界约有14个品种,目前较常食用的品种有以下三种:印度传统辣木、印度改良种辣木(印度T.N.农业大学的改良种,早生且具高豆荚产量)和非洲辣木(原只产于肯尼亚图尔卡纳湖附近及埃塞俄比亚西南部)。辣木的叶片和果荚含有多种矿物质、维生素、20种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质。研究表明,100克印度传统辣木的新鲜叶片中的维他命E含量约为9毫克,干燥叶片中维他命E含量约为16.2毫克。每100克的辣木中含有的维生素C是柑橘的7倍,铁是菠菜的3倍,维生素A是胡萝卜的4倍,钙质是牛奶的4倍,钾是香蕉的3倍,蛋白质是酸奶的2倍。根据计算,只要三汤匙(约25克)的辣木叶干粉就含有幼儿每日所需270%的维生素A,42%的蛋白质,125%的钙,70%的铁及22%的维生素C。对怀孕和哺乳中的女性而言,辣木叶片和豆荚亦可帮助本人及胎儿或婴儿维持健康,提供大量的铁质、蛋白质、铜、硫和维他命B。但是目前还未见基于辣木为原料的具有戒酒保健效果的保健品。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种辣木戒酒组合物,具有显著的戒酒保健效果。
同时,本发明还在于提供一种辣木戒酒组合物的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种辣木戒酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%~80%、辣木种子1~5%、奶粉1~20%、红糖1~20%、活性干酵母1~20%、胡萝卜1~5%、茯苓1~20%、罗汉果1~5%、低聚果糖1~20%。
优选的,上述辣木戒酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶35%~55%、辣木种子2~5%、奶粉1~5%、红糖5~10%、活性干酵母5~20%、胡萝卜1~10%、茯苓3~5%、罗汉果5%、低聚果糖10~20%。
优选的,所述辣木叶为辣木嫩茎叶。
各原料功能简介:
辣木叶富含多种矿物质、维生素、10种氨基酸、46种抗氧素、36种自然防炎体和矿物质,可以活化细胞增强免疫力,有效的抗氧化、抗自由基、消除人体活性氧。将辣木嫩茎叶干燥、粉碎精制成辣木粉,可作为制备片剂的原料。
辣木种子是辣木树上豆荚中的果实,它含有的辣木碱具有麻醉味蕾,减少食欲的作用,从而具有缓解人体对酒精的依赖性。
奶粉别名又叫牛奶粉,是以新鲜牛奶为原料,用冷冻或加热的方法,除去乳中几乎全部的水分,干燥后添加适量的白砂糖加工而成的食品。奶粉冲调容易,携带方便,营养丰富。奶粉富含蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、维生素等营养物质,还包含促进酵母快速繁殖和生长的营养物质。
红糖指带蜜的甘蔗成品糖,甘蔗经榨汁,浓缩形成的带蜜糖。红糖按结晶颗粒不同,分为赤砂糖、红糖粉、碗糖等,因没有经过高度精练,几乎保留了蔗汁中的全部成分,更加容易被人体消化吸收,不仅含有可提供热能的碳水化合物,还含有人体生长发育不可缺少的苹果酸、核黄酸、胡萝卜素、烟酸和微量元素锰、锌、铬等各种元素。红糖,甘甜、温润、无毒,入肝、脾。具有润心肺,和中助脾,缓肝气,解酒毒,补血破淤的功效。主治,心腹热胀,口干欲饮,咽喉肿疼,肺热咳嗽,心肺及大小肠热,酒毒。红糖是酵母发酵产生酒精的良好发酵基质,酵母可以利用红糖持续发酵产生酒精,从而持续刺激人体的酒精感应神经,替代或缓解人不喝酒所缺乏的酒精刺激。
活性干酵母是由特殊培养的鲜酵母经压榨干燥脱水后仍保持强的发酵能力的干酵母制品。将压榨酵母挤压成细条状或小球状,利用低湿度的循环空气经流化床连续干燥,使最终发酵水分达8%左右,并保持酵母的发酵能力。活性干酵母作为菌种,可以快速在人体消化道复活和发酵产生乙醇。
茯苓,俗称云苓、松苓、茯灵,为寄生在松树根上的菌类植物,形状像甘薯,外皮黑褐色,里面白色或粉红色。茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤作用;利尿作用,增加尿中钾、钠、氯等电解质的排出;镇静及保护肝脏、抑制溃疡的发生、戒酒、抗放射等作用。茯苓还用作茯苓饼、茯苓酥和茯苓酒等。有的国家将茯苓作为海军常用药物及滋补品的原料。在温度较大的地区和场所,茯苓可作为重要的食疗品种,经常食用可健脾去湿,助消化,壮体质。
胡萝卜(Daucus carrot),又称甘荀,是伞形科胡萝卜,属二年生草本植物。以肉质根作蔬菜食用。每100克胡萝卜中,约含蛋白质0.6克,脂肪0.3克,糖7.6~8.3克,铁0.6毫克,维生素A(胡萝卜素)1.35~17.25毫克,维生素B10.02~0.04毫克,维生素B20.04~0.05毫克,维生素C12毫克,热量150.7千焦,另含果胶、淀粉、无机盐和多种氨基酸。美国科学家研究证实:每天吃两根胡萝卜,可使血中胆固醇降低10%~20%;每天吃三根胡萝卜,有助于预防心脏疾病和肿瘤。中医认为胡萝卜味甘,性平,有健脾和胃、补肝明目、清热解毒、壮阳补肾、透疹、降气止咳等功效,可用于肠胃不适、便秘、夜盲症(维生素A的作用)、性功能低下、麻疹、百日咳、小儿营养不良等症状。胡萝卜富含维生素,并有轻微而持续发汗的作用,可刺激皮肤的新陈代谢,增进血液循环,从而使皮肤细嫩光滑,肤色红润,对美容健肤有独到的作用。同时,胡萝卜也适宜于皮肤干燥、粗糙,或患毛发苔藓、黑头粉刺、角化型湿疹者食用。胡萝卜里面的胡萝卜素和很多微元素让人的免疫系统增强。胡萝卜素也可以让人体细胞显得更加年轻,让我们的身体呈现出一个较为年轻的机体。胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫轼能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制,胡萝卜则能降低肺癌患病率。胡萝卜含有的生物碱β-胡萝卜素也具有刺激味蕾,减少食欲的作用,同理,它也具有缓解人体对酒精的依赖性的功效。β-胡萝卜素对嗜酒者有益处,富含β-胡萝卜素的碱性食物能有效地抑制嗜酒者的酒瘾,对减少喝酒量和戒酒都有一定的作用。
罗汉果是葫芦科多年生藤本植物。其叶心形,雌雄异株,夏季开花,秋天结果。中医以其果实入药,含有罗汉果甜苷、多种氨基酸和维生素等药用成分,主治肺热痰火咳嗽、咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、急性胃炎、便秘等。是中国广西桂林市著名特产,是桂林三宝之一。罗汉果又称为甜味素,因其甜度高、热量低而作为甜味剂广泛使用,常作为肥胖者和糖尿病患者的代用糖。罗汉果的糖甙会抑制人体的食欲,从而间接减少饮酒的欲望。
低聚果糖是一种水溶性膳食纤维,长期服用可以降低血清胆固醇,改善脂质代谢,经动物和人体实验证实,低聚果糖具有如下生理功能:低聚果糖具有调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌的作用,双歧杆菌在低聚果糖的作用下增殖10~100倍,具有双向调节之功效,酵母作为一种益生菌,酵母进入人体消化道后也利用低聚果糖作为发酵的辅助基质促进酵母的繁殖和生长;人体摄入低聚果糖后,体内有益菌群双歧杆菌数量可抑制外源致病菌和肠内固有腐败细菌如沙门氏菌等生长繁殖,减少肠内腐败物质的生长和积累,促进肠道蠕动,防止便秘和腹泻。低聚果糖在大肠内被细菌发酵生成L-乳酸,可以溶解钙、镁、铁等矿物质,促进人体对矿物质的吸收。同时,低聚果糖是一种很好的粘结剂,从而避免添加其他的有毒副作用的粘结剂。
本发明辣木戒酒组合物,以辣木叶、辣木种子、奶粉、红糖、活性干酵母、茯苓、胡萝卜、罗汉果和低聚果糖为原料制备而成。辣木叶含有丰富的蛋白质和维生素等营养物质,可以对胃肠道提供良好的营养物质,同时,辣木的辣木素等活性成分可以刺激胃肠道的消化和蠕动功效,这些成分都可以部分替代酒精对胃肠道以及这些内脏神经的刺激;辣木种子、胡萝卜和罗汉果等的活性成分的综合作用会麻醉味蕾,减少食欲,从而减少嗜酒者对酒精的欲望和依赖性;活性干酵母利用奶粉和红糖快速繁殖和发酵产生乙醇,从而替代饮酒对消化道以及其他内脏和神经的刺激。低聚果糖有促进酵母发酵产生乙醇的功效。茯苓有安神健脑的功效,部分替代或辅助缓解不饮酒对神经的负面刺激。因此,本发明辣木戒酒组合物中各原料在限定的用量范围内,相互协同作用,共奏戒酒的保健效果,可以辅助替代直接饮酒的刺激,从而逐步减少对饮酒的依赖作用。
上述各原料优选为粉末状。
上述辣木戒酒组合物的剂型为片剂。
上述辣木戒酒组合物也可以为医学上可接受的其他剂型,如颗粒剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、口服液等,并且采用药物制备领域的常规制备方法即可获得其他剂型的辣木戒酒组合物。
上述辣木戒酒组合物片剂的制备方法,包括将各原料混合均匀后压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木戒酒组合物。
优选的,还包括将各原料粉碎为粉末状后再混合均匀。
所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
本发明辣木戒酒组合物的制备方法,采用将各原料混合后直接压片成型的方式,操作简便,易于实现,便于工业化推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
下述实施例中辣木戒酒组合物均为片剂,每片平均重量为0.7克,但是该剂型并不构成对本发明的任何限制,剂型的改变并不影响本发明辣木戒酒组合物的保健效果。
实施例1
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶35%、辣木种子5%、奶粉5%、红糖10%、活性干酵母5%、茯苓10%、胡椒5%、罗汉果5%、低聚果糖20%。
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木戒酒组合物。
实施例2
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%、辣木种子1%、奶粉20%、红糖20%、活性干酵母1%、茯苓20%、胡椒2%、罗汉果2%、低聚果糖14%。
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木戒酒组合物。
实施例3
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶53%、辣木种子2%、奶粉1%、红糖5%、活性干酵母20%、茯苓1%、胡椒3%、罗汉果5%、低聚果糖10%。
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木戒酒组合物。
实施例4
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶80%、辣木种子2%、奶粉2%、红糖1%、活性干酵母10%、茯苓2%、胡椒1%、罗汉果1%、低聚果糖1%。
本实施例辣木戒酒组合物,制备成片剂的制备方法,具体操作步骤如下:
1)将各原料粉碎成粉末状;
2)取粉末状的各原料搅拌混合均匀,压片成型,干燥至含水量低于10%,即得所述的辣木戒酒组合物。
对比例
本对比例辣木戒酒组合物由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶80%、木糖醇5%、低聚果糖15%。按照实施例1同样的方法制备成片剂。试验例1
试验方法:将100位轻度依赖饮酒的人士随机分为两组,每组50位。其中一组服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木戒酒组合物;另外一组服用对比例制备的辣木戒酒组合物。观察每组患者对酒精依赖性的改善状况。
用法用量:每人每次三片,一天二次,连续服用二个月。
试验结果:服用对比例制备的辣木戒酒组合物的只有10人摆脱酒精依赖,有效率20%;服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木戒酒组合物的35人摆脱酒精依赖,有效率70%。实施例2~4制备的辣木戒酒组合物的戒酒效果同实施例1。
上述试验结果表明,本发明制备的辣木戒酒组合物,通过加入辣木种子、奶粉、红糖、活性干酵母、茯苓、胡萝卜、罗汉果与辣木叶协同作用,增强组合物的戒酒保健效果,能辅助轻度依赖饮酒的人士摆脱酒精的依赖性。
试验例2
试验方法:将100位严重依赖饮酒的人士随机分为两组,每组50位。其中一组服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木戒酒组合物;另外一组服用对比例制备的辣木戒酒组合物。观察每组人群的酒精依赖性的改善状况。
用法用量:每人每次三片,一天二次,连续服用两个月。
试验结果:服用对比例制备的辣木戒酒组合物的只有5人摆脱酒精依赖,有效率10%;服用本发明实施例1制备的辣木戒酒组合物的25人摆脱酒精依赖,有效率50%。实施例2~4制备的辣木戒酒组合物的戒酒效果同实施例1。
上述试验结果表明,本发明制备的辣木戒酒组合物,通过加入辣木种子、奶粉、红糖、活性干酵母、茯苓、胡萝卜、罗汉果与辣木叶协同作用,增强组合物的戒酒保健效果,能辅助严重依赖饮酒的人士摆脱酒精的依赖性。

1.一种辣木戒酒组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶20%~80%、辣木种子1 ~ 5%、奶粉1 ~ 20%、红糖1 ~ 20%、活性干酵母1 ~ 20%、胡萝卜1~ 5%、茯苓1 ~ 20%、罗汉果1 ~ 5%、低聚果糖1 ~ 20%。
2.一种辣木戒酒组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量百分含量的原料制成:辣木叶35%~55%、辣木种子2 ~ 5%、奶粉1 ~ 5%、红糖5 ~ 10%、活性干酵母5 ~ 20%、胡萝卜1~ 10%、茯苓3 ~ 5%、罗汉果5%、低聚果糖10 ~ 20%。
3.根据权利要求1 或2 所述的辣木戒酒组合物,其特征在于,所述各原料均为粉末状。
4.根据权利要求1 或2 所述的辣木戒酒组合物,其特征在于,其剂型为片剂。
5.一种如权利要求1 所述的辣木戒酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括将各原料混合均匀后压片,干燥,即得所述的辣木戒酒组合物。
6.根据权利要求5 所述的辣木戒酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括将各原料粉碎为粉末状后再混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求5 所述的辣木戒酒组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干燥为干燥至含水量低于10%。
