本发明为一种五粮面条,主要由麦粉,玉米粉,红薯粉,土豆粉,大豆粉组成,再辅以其它调料制成,本发明营养丰富,口味独特,为一种较好的面食食品。

五粮面
本发明属于一种粮食加工的面条食品。
传统的面条主要由麦面加工而成,品种单一,口味变化不大,现有的一些由其它粮食作物制成的面条虽然增加了一些口味,但由于多为一种面粉制成,口味单一,不能满足现段人们对食物口味及营养的要求。
本发明的目的就是要发明一种口味独特,营养丰富的,由多种成份组成的五粮面。
本发明的内容是这样的第一种五粮面,由小麦粉,玉米粉,红薯粉,土豆粉,大豆粉组成。小麦粉为50~70份,玉米粉为8~15份,红薯粉为8~15份,土豆粉为8~15份,大豆粉为5~11份。第二种五粮面,由小麦粉,玉米粉,红薯粉,土豆粉,大豆粉,调料组成。其中调料由食盐,姜粉,蒜粉,菠菜粉,葱粉,香椿仔,味精,组成。其中小麦粉为50~70份,玉米粉为8~15份,红薯粉为8~15份,土豆粉为8~15份,大豆粉为5~11份,食盐0.5~1份,姜粉为0.03~0.07份,蒜粉为0.03~0.07份,菠菜粉为1份,葱粉为1份,味精1份。所述的玉米粉可以为玉米淀粉。所述的红薯粉和土豆粉可为土豆或红薯的淀粉。所述的调料可为3~5份面筋。
本发明的效果是这样的,由于采用了多种植物面粉为原料,因此,溶合了多种营养成份及口味,再添入调料后,口味则更鲜美,本发明五粮面可加工成面条,饺子皮等多种食品。
以下是本发明的实施例,
实施例1、一种五粮面,由小麦粉65份,玉米粉为11份,红薯粉为11份,土豆粉为11份,大豆粉为8份组成。加工成为面条。
实施例2、一种五粮面,由小麦粉为60份,玉米粉为12份,红薯粉为12份,土豆粉为12份,大豆粉为10份,食盐0.8份,姜粉为0.04份,蒜粉为0.04份,菠菜粉为1份,葱粉为1份,味精1份。加工成饺子皮。其中玉米粉、红薯粉、土豆粉、大豆粉为相应植物的淀粉。
实施例3、一种五粮面,由小麦粉为55份,玉米粉为9份,红薯粉为9份,土豆粉为9份,大豆粉为6份,面筋4份,加工成空心面条。

Claims (6)

1、一种五粮面,其特征在于含有小麦粉,玉米粉,土豆粉,红薯粉,大豆粉,其配比为小麦粉50~70份,玉米粉8~15份,土豆粉8~15份,大豆粉5~11份,红薯粉8~15份。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的五粮面,其特征在于还含有食盐0.5~1份,姜粉0.03~0.07份,蒜粉0.03~0.07份,菠菜粉1份,葱粉1份,味精1份。
3、如权利要求1所述的五粮面,其特征在于还含有面筋3~5份。
4、如权利要求1所述的五粮面,其特征在于所述的玉米粉为玉米淀粉。
5、如权利要求1所述的五粮面,其特征在于所述的土豆粉为土豆淀粉。
6、如权利要求1所述的五粮面,其特征在于所述的红薯粉为红薯淀粉。
