技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,特别是一种家具材料。
背景技术
现有的家具材料如桌、椅、柜、床、沙发、门等,大多采用实心的木材、板材等制成,例如各种各样的家具通常是采用实心或金属板木材制成,这些材料制作出来的成品不仅重量大,使用寿命短,还不具有保温、防火、隔音、隔振等功能。尤其是对门而言,大多需要提高保温性能,而现有的门大多是在门体外部加保温材料,使得门整体厚重,隔音效果差。并且这些家具材料整体重量大,不易搬运,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种用料省、自重轻、结构强度高,保温效果好,使用寿命长的家具材料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种家具材料,包括家具本体,所述家具本体由一块或多块金属板连接构成,或者由金属板与家具本体的其他构件连接构成;所述金属板包括第一面板、第二面板、中间的若干个空心管以及空心管与第一面板、第二面板间的钎焊层;所述空心管的至少一端设有翻边;所述若干个空心管均为带翻边的空心管;或者所述若干个空心管中包括带翻边的空心管和未设置翻边的空心管。
本发明具有以下优点:将金属板应用于家具材料领域,与现有技术相比,在同等强度下,用料最少;在同等重量下,强度最大。这是因为:第一面板和第二面板受到应力后会疏散到各个空心管上,横向和竖向受力小,不易变形,从而减少芯材的整体应力,进而增大结构的整体强度和稳定性;(2)空心管的存在大大提高了轻量化,由于重量轻,便于安装,大大降低了操作人员的劳动强度,提高安全性;(3)通过钎焊,能够使整体结构受力更加均匀,整体结构更加稳固;(4)通过在空心管上设置翻边,能够增大空心管与面板之间的焊接面积,提高整体结构的稳定性。
本发明的翻边可以是沿空心管端部外翻的接触面,或者是沿空心管端部内翻的接触面;无论内翻还是外翻,翻边可以是整体形成的接触面,也可以是间隔设置的接触面,如相对称的至少两个半圆形、相对称的至少两个条形等,或者是其他异形结构,如花瓣形等;翻边也可以是沿空心管端部水平翻出并向下弯折的接触面等。上述任意的翻边结构都可以增大空心管与面板之间的焊接面积。
进一步,空心管可以是封闭式结构、中空结构或半封闭结构等。例如:封闭式结构可以是内腔为空心,端部封闭的结构,其中端部封闭也属于本申请翻边内翻的一种结构,例如前述的翻边通过内翻将空心管的端部遮挡住的封闭式结构。半封闭结构可以是空心管的内腔半封闭,也可以是空心管的管壁半封闭,例如在管壁上开一道缝隙较小的槽,或者在空心管上开设多个孔。
进一步,所述空心管的截面形状为圆形、椭圆形或N边形,N≥3。N边形可以是三角形、方形、五边形、六边形、七边形等等。
空心管的结构具有以下优点:第一,能够大大提高轻量化;第二,空心管的加入保证第一面板和第二面板受到应力后能够通过空心管进行疏散,从而减少曲面芯板的整体应力,进而增大结构的整体强度,使得上述结构具有以下特点:同等强度下,重量最轻;同等重量下,强度最大;第三,通过第一面板、第二面板对空心管的上下端进行钎焊密封,形成较大空间的密闭层,大大提高隔音效果。
空心管优选为圆形空心管,具有受力均匀、不易变形、稳定性高等优点,且制作工艺简单,成本低廉。当空心管为N变形式,优选N大于4,边数越多越稳定,不易变形。
进一步,所述空心管的内腔和/或空心管之间设有保温材料。这样,能够起到保温、隔音和隔振的效果。可以在每个相邻空心管之间均设置保温材料,或者在部分空心管之间设置保温材料。
进一步,所述保温材料为烧结颗粒、木屑、无机棉、发泡材料、气凝胶的一种或多种组合。烧结颗粒、木屑或无机棉可加工成块状、板状、片状或条状,发泡材料可以发泡形成块状、板状、片状或条状。当然,本发明不限于上述保温材料,还可以是其它起保温效果的材料。发泡材料可以是聚氨酯原液或酚醛树脂原液等。
进一步,所述空心管上设有气孔。通过气孔,一方面可对空心管抽真空和充入保护气体,保证空心管的内腔处于无氧环境下,然后充入还原气体,保证空心管不被氧化,进而保证空心管的强度和质量;另一方面,通过气孔,可充入保温材料,如充入发泡原液等。
优选地,气孔设置于距芯体顶部的距离不大于该芯体长度的1/3处空心管的上部,有利于比空气密度小的还原气体或保护气体排出,如氢气。
进一步,所述金属板与金属板之间、或者金属板与家具本体的其他构件之间通过焊接、铆接、螺接、榫接、卡接、铰接或胶接中的一种或多种组合方式连接成一体。
进一步,所述金属板的外表面设有表面装饰材料。为了用作家具材料来提高美观度,还可对金属板的外表面进一步加工,如刷漆、贴膜、包覆表皮等装饰材料,如外层包覆木皮、油漆等。
进一步,所述空心管的周边至少有一边设有边框;或者第一面板和/或第二面板为带转角的面板。
设置边框一方面可以挡住空心管,保证整体入炉的稳固性;另一方面,可以密封整个空心管,保护空心管不受侵蚀等,且方便对金属板的外表面进行装饰。例如若干个空心管的四个边均可以设置边框;又或者在相对的两边设置边框等。
当面板带转角时,如面板的边缘延伸出垂直于面板的另一板体,可替代前述的边框。
进一步,所述第一面板和/或第二面板的材质为不锈钢、碳钢、钛或合金板。其中合金板可以是铜合金、钛合金等。
进一步,所述空心管的材质为不锈钢、碳钢、钛或合金板。
进一步,所述钎焊层采用铜钎料、铝钎料、锡钎料或合金钎料。合金钎料可以是铜合金、钛合金等。采用钎焊对环境变化的敏感度非常低,持久性长,能够使整个结构的受力更加均匀,且耐高温。
进一步,所述钎焊层冲孔翻边,使得空心管套在钎焊层的翻边上定位;或者所述钎焊层冲孔翻边,且钎焊层沿孔的边缘向外延伸有限位凸起;或者钎焊层冲孔翻边,且钎焊层沿孔的边缘向外延伸有限位凸起,孔与孔之间通过钎料连接筋相连。这样,就能防止空心管在钎焊过程中移位,大大提高空心管位置的准确度。限位凸起的形状可以是弧形、多边形或不规则形状等任意结构,只要能将空心管卡住即可。另外,孔与孔之间通过钎料连接筋相连,即当孔通过翻边套设在空心管上时,钎焊层在非空心管处镂空,这样,能够防止过多的钎料在加热过程中堆积而导致钎焊不均匀,大大提高钎焊质量。
进一步,所述第一面板和第二面板为平面板或曲面板,或者一面板为平面板,另一面板为曲面板;又或者第一面板和/或第二面板带转角。
曲面板的线型可以是弧形、波浪形等;平面板的形状可根据需要进行设定。当面板为曲面板时,优选将空心管的轴线与曲面板的曲面切线相垂直,这样能够增强空心管与面板之间的连接强度,避免出现空心管的多个位置没有焊到,或者产生缝隙或空洞等。
面板带转角是指在面板的边缘延伸出与该面板呈一角度的另一板体,该板体上也加入空芯管,通过整体钎焊形成带转角的金属板。
本发明具有保温、防火、隔音、隔振四大功能,通过设置空心管,可以起到隔音的效果;通过在空心管内填充保温材料实现,能够起到保温、隔音和隔振的效果;通过将第一面板、第二面板和空心管采用高温材质制成,能够起到防火的作用。可以说,本发明的家具材料实用性强,整体结构强度高。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示:一种门体,由一块金属板制成,金属板包括第一面板1、第二面板2、中间的若干个空心管3以及空心管3与第一面板1、第二面板间2的钎焊层,空心管3的上下两端均设有翻边31,外翻出圆形结构。空心管3的翻边31与第一面板1、第二面板2之间通过钎料4钎焊相接。
空心管的截面为圆形,空心管为圆柱形管。空心管之间间隔排列,排列后通过钎料在翻边上形成钎焊层。钎料4冲孔翻边,该翻边是沿钎料的孔向下翻,使得空心管3套在钎料4的翻边上定位。
本实施例中,钎料为铜钎料,钎焊层4在非空心管处设有镂空5。若干个空心管3排列成长方形。本实施例的第一面板1和第二面板2均为不锈钢板,空心管3为不锈钢管,具有防腐性能好、强度高。耐高温的优点。
空心管3上设有气孔32,气孔32设置于距空心管顶部10mm处。可通过气孔32充入发泡材料,如聚氨酯原液,在空心管3内发泡成泡沫聚氨酯;此外,空心管内还可以提前设有发泡无机颗粒,一方面便于充入聚氨酯原液时能够快速发泡,另一方面,能够提高保温效果。
另外,气孔32还有以下作用:在工作过程中,将金属板置于钎焊炉内后,先对炉体抽真空,抽真空后,通过气孔充入保护气体,充到一定量时,确保氧气含量很低,这样再充入氢气后就不会爆炸;氧含量低的情况下,再持续不断地充入氢气,来还原不锈钢空心管的氧化层。钎焊过程中,气体可通过气孔排出。
若干个空心管3的前侧和后侧边缘设有边框7,边框7采用不锈钢材质,边框7通过钎焊与第一面板、第二面板连接成一体。边框7为半封闭结构,边框7的敞口处朝向外侧。
空心管3之间填充有保温材料6,如无机棉,可起到保温的作用。
门体与门框之间铰接。
另外,为了增加门体的美观度,在金属板的外层包覆木皮8。
通过金属板制成的门体,具有强度大、使用寿命长、耐高温、保温、隔噪的优点,并能够起到防火的作用;而且由于面板和空心管的厚底很小,大大实现轻量化,易于搬运安装,省时省力。
实施例2
如图3所示:一种茶几,包括台面9和支腿10,台面9由一块金属板制成,金属板的结构与实施例1中的相同,此处不再赘述。
台面9的金属板与支腿10之间通过螺栓连接。
实施例3
如图4所示:一种衣柜,包括柜体11,柜体11内设有隔板12,其中柜体11和隔板12均采用实施例1的金属板结构。多块金属板之间通过多个螺栓连接成柜体结构。隔板12分为水平隔板和竖直隔板,竖直隔板与柜体11的内壁之间通过螺栓连接;水平隔板与柜体11和竖直隔板之间也通过螺栓连接。
实施例4
如图5所示:一种长椅,包括坐部13、支腿14和靠背15,支腿14包括两个前支腿和两个后支腿,且后支腿的上部作为靠背15的支撑部。其中坐部13和靠背15均采用实施例1的金属板结构。多块金属板之间通过多个螺栓连接成柜体结构。坐部13与前支腿之间通过螺栓连接,靠背15与后支腿之间也通过螺栓连接。
实施例5
如图6所示:一种椅子,包括靠背16、坐部17和支腿18,靠背16、坐部17和支腿18均为板体结构,且靠背16、坐部17和支腿18均采用实施例1的金属板,即椅子由三块金属板构成。靠背16的下部用作支腿,上部用作靠背。坐部17连接于靠背16的中下部,坐部17与支腿18之间垂直或倾斜连接。
靠背16、坐部17和支腿18之间焊接连接,焊接完毕后,再在椅子的外层刷漆,提高美观度。
实施例6
一种椅子,椅子的结构与实施例4的长椅结构相同,区别在于,椅子的坐部和靠背的尺寸比长椅的小。
实施例7
如图7所示:一种椅子,包括坐部19、支腿20和靠背21,其中坐部19采用实施例1的金属板结构,支腿20和靠背21均为条状结构。坐部19的金属板与支腿和靠背之间通过螺栓连接。
实施例8
与实施例1~7任一项的区别在于,空心管为六边形管。
实施例9
与实施例1~7任一项的区别在于,若干个空心管排列成六边形。
实施例10
与实施例1~7任一项的区别在于,钎料为锡钎料。
实施例11
如图8所示:与实施例1~7任一项的区别在于,空心管3的上下两端均设有翻边31’,翻边31’包括两个对称设置在空心管上的半圆形结构,空心管的翻边31’与第一面板、第二面板钎焊相接。
实施例12
与实施例11的区别在于,空心管的截面形状为正方形,空心管的上下两端均设有翻边,翻边包括两个对称设置在空心管上的折角结构,空心管的翻边与第一面板、第二面板钎焊相接。钎焊层采用铝钎料。相邻空心管之间紧密连接,即空心管的翻边的折角处与另一个空心管的翻边折角处钎焊或通过其他焊接方式连接;空心管的翻边与面板之间钎焊连接。
实施例13
如图9和图10所示:与实施例1~7任一项的区别在于,钎料4’呈条状,钎料4’直接由多个带壁的孔41’通过连接筋42’连接成一体而形成。钎料4’冲孔翻边,使得空心管套在钎料4’的翻边43’上定位,并且钎料沿孔41’的边缘向外延伸出两个呈条形的限位凸起44’,孔41’通过钎料的翻边43’套住空心管,通过限位凸起44’卡住空心管。
若干个空心管排成多排,每一纵排对应一张钎料4’,钎料上的孔41’与每排空心管的数量相对应。
实施例14
在实施例13的基础之上,钎料沿孔的边缘向外延伸出四个呈条形的限位凸起,使得空心管套在钎料的翻边上定位,并通过限位凸起卡住空心管,并通过镂空防止钎料堆积。
实施例15
如图11所示:与实施例1~7任一项的区别在于,若干个空心管3的前侧和后侧边缘设有边框7,边框7采用不锈钢材质,边框7通过钎焊与第一面板、第二面板连接成一体。边框7为半封闭结构,边框7的敞口处朝向内侧,封闭处朝向外侧。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)将本发明的金属板用于家具材料领域,具有保温、防火、隔音、隔振四大功能;
(2)将空心管与第一面板、第二面板通过钎焊层连接成一体,使得在同等强度下,用
料最少;在同等重量下,强度最大,大大提高轻量化,便于搬运、安装;
(3)通过在空心管的端部设计翻边结构,一方面便于钎焊,降低与钎料连接的难度;另一方面,能够增大焊接面积,提高空心管与钎料之间的连接界面强度,进而提高整体的稳固性;
(4)钎焊层冲孔翻边或者在此基础上设计限位凸起,能够将空心管牢固定位在面板之间,在钎焊过程中不会产生移位或翻倒的现象,大大提高钎焊质量,缩短钎焊时间;
(5)镂空的设计能够防止过多的钎料在加热过程中堆积,从而导致钎焊不均匀,大大提高钎焊质量;
(6)通过填充保温材料,一方面用于提高保温效果,另一方面能够减少空心管内的对流,提高隔音和隔振效果;
(7)通过在空心管上设置气孔,能够保证钎焊工艺顺利进行,并防止空心管氧化。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其同等技术的范围之内,则本发明也包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (11)
1.一种家具材料,包括家具本体,其特征在于,所述家具本体由一块或多块金属板连接构成,或者由金属板与家具本体的其他构件连接构成;所述金属板包括第一面板、第二面板、中间的若干个空心管以及空心管与第一面板、第二面板间的钎焊层;所述空心管的至少一端设有翻边;所述若干个空心管均为带翻边的空心管;或者所述若干个空心管中包括带翻边的空心管和未设置翻边的空心管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述空心管为封闭式结构、半封闭式结构或中空结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述空心管的截面形状为圆形、椭圆形或N边形,N≥3。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述空心管的内腔和/或空心管之间设有保温材料。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述空心管上设有气孔。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述金属板与金属板之间、或者金属板与家具本体的其他构件之间通过焊接、铆接、螺接、榫接、卡接、铰接或胶接中的一种或多种组合方式连接成一体。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述金属板的外表面设有表面装饰材料。
8.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述空心管的周边至少有一边设有边框;或者第一面板和/或第二面板为带转角的面板。
9.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述第一面板和/或第二面板的材质为不锈钢、碳钢、钛或合金板;或者所述空心管的材质为不锈钢、碳钢、钛或合金板;或者所述钎焊层采用铜、铝、锡或合金钎料。
10.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述钎焊层冲孔翻边,使得空心管套在钎焊层的翻边上定位;或者所述钎焊层冲孔翻边,且钎焊层沿孔的边缘向外延伸有限位凸起;或者钎料冲孔翻边,且钎料沿孔的边缘向外延伸有限位凸起,孔与孔之间通过钎料连接筋相连。
11.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的家具材料,其特征在于,所述第一面板和第二面板为平面板或曲面板,或者一面板为平面板,另一面板为曲面板;又或者第一面板和/或第二面板带转角。
