技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种真空保温隔热空心板,尤其是突出真空的保温隔热功能。 
背景技术  保温隔热普遍应用于人们日常生活和工作的诸多方面,从冰箱、冷柜到房屋建筑,从交通工具到航空航天,保温隔热广泛涉及百姓生活和国家建设的诸多领域。目前,保温隔热均以高热阻的填充材料为主,而填充材料仍然存在程度不同的导热系数,是困扰人们进一步节能的瓶颈问题。 
发明内容  为解决填充材料仍然存在程度不同的导热系数的瓶颈问题,本实用新型提供一种真空保温隔热空心板,真空保温隔热空心板不仅采用真空技术基本阻断热传导,还可以节省大量的填充材料。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:由上面板和下面板及侧边板连接构成全封闭的空心矩形结构,上面板和下面板之间设置有球形支撑,在真空保温隔热空心板任一边角的侧边板处设置一个排气嘴,在板内气体排出形成真空后,排气嘴进行永久性封闭。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用真空技术基本阻断热传导,节省大量的填充材料;使用玻璃钢和高强度塑料及复合材料进行工厂化预制成型,现场积木式组合装配,节省工时;直接设计和选择构件面板的材料和形式及色彩预制成型,可以节省大量的敷面材料。

具体实施方式  在附图所示的实例中,由上面板(1)和下面板(4)及侧边板(2)采用熔接、粘接或模压成型技术构成全封闭的空心矩形,通过排气嘴(3)排出气体,形成板内真空,对排气嘴进行永久性封闭,上面板(1)和下面板(4)之间设置有球形支撑(5)。使用玻璃钢和高强度塑料及复合材料直接设计和选择构件面板的材料和形式及色彩进行工厂化预制成型,以满足不同保温隔热需求。
