具体实施方式
1、明火法,将晾好的肉胚或肉条挂在烟熏箱内,用木料引燃在燃烧室燃烧,不能熄火,保持明火。
2、冻藏法,烟熏腊制品加工好后,进行冻藏,即把加工好的烟熏腊制品在冰箱、冰柜、冷库的冷冻室一个星期后食用。
有益效果:烟熏腊制品无烟熏味。

1.一种烟熏腊制品无烟熏味的加工方法:
明火法,将晾好的肉胚或肉条挂在烟熏箱内,用木料引燃在燃烧室燃烧,不能熄火,保持明火。
2.冻藏法,烟熏腊制品加工好后,进行冻藏,即把加工好的烟熏腊制品在冰箱、冰柜、冷库的冷冻室一个星期后食用。
