背景技术
食疗是中国人的传统习惯,随着社会的不断发展,人们更加关注身体健康问题,因此,对保健和养生方面也越来越重视。保健营养粉是目前市场上常见的产品,因其服用方便、营养均衡等特点而深受消费者的喜爱,但目前市场上的保健营养粉种类繁多,质量良萎不齐,大部分采用的是各种粮食谷物经调配、炒制、粉碎制备而成,不但营养成分单一,而且不易被人体吸收。
为此,中国专利107865297A号公开的名称为“一种补肾多麦营养粉”提供一种解决方案,该营养粉由以下重量份计的组分组成:蚂蚁1.5-7份、淫洋霍1.8-7份、构祀子5-7份、人参1-3份、甘草6-8份、小麦30-35份、大麦5-10份、燕麦20-25份、荞麦20-25份、糯米5-10份、黑米15-20份、籼米20-25份、苡米3-6份、绿豆10-15份,虽然该营养粉口感良好,制作方法简单,具有扶正固本、活血化癖和滋补强状的作用,且能补肾壮阳,治疗阳萎绝伤,腰膝酸软等症并适合中老年群体食用,但该保健营养粉营养成分单一,且其功效以补肾壮阳为主,其他营养保健作用不明显,而且不具备提高身体机能及增加免疫力与抵抗力的作用和改善机体新陈代谢的功效,所以,该保健营养粉的具体效果还有待于进一步探讨。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供能够提高身体机能和增加免疫力并改善新陈代谢能力等效果的物料来解决身体热量与营养素不足及新陈代谢紊乱等问题的保健营养粉。

本保健营养粉的具体制备方法为:
首先将大米、糙米、小米、小黄米、糯米、小麦这六种物料或在增加高粱米、黑米和荞麦这三种物料后将其过筛粉碎至60-70目,然后将粉碎好的小米、小黄米、小麦一并翻炒10-30分钟且冷却1-3小时后进行备用,再选取人参切片清洗后将红豆进行膨化,把加工好的人参和红豆连同粉碎的大米与糙米或在增加了桂圆及甘草物料后一起放入蒸锅蒸制10-30分钟后冷却4-8小时,再利用烘干机烘烤5-20分钟,使其含水量达到3%-6%后与加工好的糯米、高粱米、黑米、荞麦等原料及备用的小米、小黄米、小麦共同放入混料器混合搅拌均匀,之后再次对其过筛粉碎至80-100目并经真空杀菌后进行分装即制成保健营养粉。

实施例1

Claims (8)
1.用于提高身体机能的保健营养粉,其特征在于包括以下质量百分比的原料:大米20-40%、糙米10-30%、小米10-20%、小黄米10-20%、糯米5-15%、小麦5-15%、红豆1-10%、人参1-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述保健营养粉,其特征在于:该保健营养粉的原料还包括高粱米、黑米、荞麦、桂圆和甘草。
3.如权利要求2所述保健营养粉,其特征在于,该保健营养粉中各原料的质量百分比为:大米20-40%,糙米10-20%,小米10-20%,小黄米10-20%,糯米5-15%,小麦5-10%,红豆1-10%,人参1-5%,高粱米5-15%、黑米3-10%、荞麦1-5%、桂圆1-3%、甘草1-3%。
4.如权利要求1或3所述保健营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将大米、糙米、小米、小黄米、糯米、小麦这六种物料或在增加高粱米、黑米和荞麦这三种物料后将其过筛粉碎,然后将粉碎好的小米、小黄米、小麦一并翻炒且冷却后进行备用,再选取人参切片清洗后将红豆进行膨化,把加工好的人参和红豆连同粉碎的大米与糙米或在增加了桂圆及甘草物料后一起放入蒸锅进行蒸制,待其蒸制成功并冷却后利用烘干机进行烘烤,烘烤完成后与加工好的糯米、高粱米、黑米、荞麦等原料及备用的小米、小黄米、小麦共同放入混料器混合搅拌均匀,之后再次对其过筛粉碎并经真空杀菌后进行分装即制成保健营养粉。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述物料首次过筛将其粉碎至60-70目,再次过筛则将其粉碎至80-100目。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述物料放入蒸锅进行蒸制的时间为10-30分钟,且冷却时间为4-8小时。
7.根据权利要求4或6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述物料利用烘干机进行烘烤的时间为5-20分钟,且使其含水量达到3%-6%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于:针对所述物料进行翻炒的时间为10-30分钟,且冷却时间为1-3小时。
