背景技术
白发一症,中医早有记载,如《诸病源候论》白发候记述:“足少阴之经也,肾主骨髓,其华在发。若血气盛,则肾气强,肾气强,则骨髓充满,故润而黑;若血气虚,则肾气弱,肾气弱,则骨髓竭,故发变白也”。
白发与人的情绪有关,同时也与人的饮食、自身身体状况、营养状况有着比较密切的关系,一个人头发之枯荣,在一定程度上反映出人体的营养状况。所以加强相关营养的补充,对解决白发问题,很有帮助。古代就有不少汤剂作为治疗白发的工具,但制作过程比较复杂,难以普及,大家更希望一种方便快捷的方式来实现护发营养的补充。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种能乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺。
一种乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:该食用粉剂采用了如下配方及生产工艺。
步骤一:根据配方,挑选、称取优质黑米500-800kg、薏仁200-300kg、黑芝麻200-300kg、黑豆150-250kg、何首乌60-100kg、香菇60-100kg、黑木耳40-60kg、杏仁40-60kg、菊花30-50kg、茯苓30-50kg、百合30-50kg、海带30-50kg及甜味剂60-100kg。
步骤二:A、将黑米、薏仁去除杂质、洗净浸泡后,沥干炒熟,用粉碎机经粗磨、细磨后,打磨成细粉。
B、将黑芝麻、黑豆去除杂质、洗净、炒熟后,用粉碎机经粗磨、细磨后,研磨成细粉。
C、将何首乌、香菇、黑木耳、杏仁、菊花、茯苓去除杂质,经清洁加工、烘干熟制后,用粉碎机经二次打磨成细粉。
D、将百合经清洁加工、磨浆、漂淀、干燥、熟制后,用粉碎机经二次打磨成细粉。
E、将海带经水洗→浸泡→脱腥→晾晒→切碎→干燥→粉碎→过筛,加工成海带粉。
步骤三:将上述黑米粉、薏仁粉、黑芝麻粉、黑豆粉、何首乌粉、香菇粉、黑木耳粉、杏仁粉、菊花粉、茯苓粉、百合粉、海带粉过120-200目筛,将筛下物与甜味剂一同放入搅拌机中混合、搅拌,直至均匀,搅拌时间在10-15分钟。
步骤四:将上述搅拌均匀的食用粉剂,进行杀菌处理,杀菌温度90-95℃,时间30秒-45秒。
步骤五:对上述粉剂成品进行成分含量的检测,待符合要求后,在无菌环境下进行分袋包装、成品入库。
本发明的食用粉剂中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述黑米外表墨黑,营养丰富,属于糯米类,有“黑珍珠”和“世界米中之王”的美誉,属黑色食品,多吃对改善白发有很好的效果,黑米和紫米都是稻米中的珍贵品种,主要营养成分:含粗蛋白质8.5-12.5%,粗脂肪2.7-3.8%,碳水化合物75-84%,粗灰分1.7-2%。黑米所含锰、锌、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1-3倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分。
用黑米熬制的米粥清香油亮,软糯适口,营养丰富,具有很好的滋补作用,因此被称为“补血米”、“长寿米”等;中国民间有“逢黑必补”之说。多食黑米具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精之功,对于少年白发、妇女产后虚弱,病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚均有很好的补养作用。
上述薏仁,又称薏仁米,薏米的营养价值很高,被誉为“世界禾本植物之王”,与百合一起可治疗白发早生,薏仁米营养丰富,含有意苡仁油、薏苡仁脂、固醇、氨基酸、精氨酸等多种氨基酸成分和维生素B1、碳水化合物等营养成分、具有美容养颜、利水渗湿、健脾止泻、清热解毒、排毒养颜的功效。中医认为,薏米味甘、淡,性微寒、入脾、胃、肺经,对脾虚腹泻、肌肉酸重、关节疼痛等症有治疗和预防作用。
上述黑芝麻有非常好的补肾、乌发功效,大量的不饱和脂肪酸能使头发充满光泽。黑芝麻能加速人体新陈代谢,养精血,润发养颜,其中的卵磷脂特别适合脑力工作中食用。黑芝麻延缓细胞衰老,养发补血,为改善头发的上等佳品。
黑芝麻味甘、性平,富含油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、维生素E,还含有叶酸、尼克酸、卵磷脂、蛋白质和钙,其油脂含量达60%。黑芝麻能够润肠通便、补肺益气、通血脉、润肌肤、滋补肝肾、养发美容;并对头发早白、头晕耳鸣、贫血萎黄、津液不足有治疗作用。丰富的维生素E能消除自由基而延缓人体细胞衰老的过程,亚油酸、棕榈酸等不饱和甘油脂,能防病抗衰老,并防止头发质脆、干燥、易断,从而起到护发作用。
上述黑豆可以补充人体的色素,对头发色泽的保健有益,凡具有深色的食物都含有自然色素,可以多吃,对白发有一定食疗作用。
上述何首乌味甘苦、性微温,有补肾益精、乌黑须发、光泽皮肤的功效。何首乌富含淀粉、脂肪、卵磷脂、铁、锰、钙、锌等多种元素,有补肝肾、益精血、涩精止遗的功效,常食可令头发乌黑,皮肤光泽美润,达到黑发悦颜的功效。蒸过的何首乌有益肝、降血脂、降血压、软化动脉血管等功效。
上述香菇经常食用,能预防白发,具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物,能清热去火、提高机体免疫功能、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇,预防动脉硬化、肝硬化等疾病。
上述木耳,色黑、味甘性平,具有凉血、活血作用,有助于治疗非老年性白发,木耳含木耳多糖、维生素、蛋白质、胡萝卜素和钾、钠、钙、铁等矿物质,其中木耳多糖有降糖效果。近年来研究证实,黑木耳有抗血小板聚集,降低血脂和防止胆固醇沉积的作用。同时,还发现黑木耳有抗脂质过氧化的作用,脂质过氧化与衰老有密切关系,所以,老年人经常食用黑木耳,可防治高脂血症、动脉硬化和冠心病,并可延年益寿。
上述杏仁为蔷薇科植物杏或山杏的种子,是我国卫生部颁布的第一批“既是药品又是食品”的中药材之一,味苦、性温、有毒,入肺、大肠经,其功能有祛痰止咳、平喘、润肠,主治外感咳嗽、喘满、喉痹、肠燥便秘。杏仁主要含苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、苦杏仁酶、苦杏仁甙酶、樱叶酶、雌酮、α-雌二醇、链甾醇等,其主要作用为降气止咳平喘、润肠通便,用于咳嗽气喘、胸满痰多、血虚津枯、肠燥便秘。
上述菊花,对保护视力、治疗白发有一定的疗效。《本草纲目》记载:菊花茶具有性甘、微寒,具有散风热、平肝明目之功效。《神农本草经》认为,白菊花茶能“主诸风头眩、肿痛、目欲脱、皮肤死肌、恶风湿痹,久服利气,轻身耐劳延年。”国人自古就知道菊花有保护眼睛的作用。除了涂抹眼睛可消除浮肿之外,平常就可以泡一杯菊花茶来喝,能使眼睛疲劳的症状消退,如果每天喝3-4杯的菊花茶,对恢复视力也有帮助。

上述百合,具有清热祛火、润肠助消化、安神明目、补血、利尿、消炎、降糖降压、防癌的作用,与薏仁一起可治疗白发早生,百合粉是从野生的百合鳞茎中加工提取的,其地下鳞茎含淀粉量70%以上,通过取料、磨浆、漂淀、干燥制作而成。
上述海带是一种营养价值较高的蔬菜,对头发的生长、润泽、乌黑、光亮都具有特殊的功效,并可防治甲状腺机能障碍、防治高血压和动脉硬化、增加血液和防止血液凝固、预防便秘促进排便作用,另外,海带含丰富的钾,钾有平衡钠摄量过多的作用。
上述甜味剂,如蜂蜜,味甘、性平,富含维生素B、维生素D、维生素E、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、氧化酶等多种元素,对乌发、润肺止咳、润肠通便、滋养气血有显著功效,对润肤、悦颜也十分有益。

本发明所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂的配方及重量比为:黑米650kg、薏仁250kg、黑芝麻250kg、黑豆200kg、何首乌80kg、香菇80kg、黑木耳50kg、杏仁50kg、菊花40kg、茯苓40kg、百合40kg、海带40kg及甜味剂80kg。

本发明所述乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,食用方便,营养丰富,可随身携带,开水即可冲服,富含蛋白质、维生素C、E、卵磷脂、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素、强心甙、粗灰分、不饱和脂肪酸、叶酸、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、尼克酸、苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、苦杏仁酶、苦杏仁甙酶、樱叶酶、雌酮、α-雌二醇、链甾醇以及多种氨基酸、矿物质,如铁、锰、钙、锌等,具有补肾益精、养发补血、乌黑须发、光泽皮肤的功效,长期服用,能促进头发生长、润泽、乌黑、光亮,对改善少年白发有很好的效果,并有益肝、降血脂、降血压、软化动脉血管等功效,提高机体免疫功能、延缓衰老。
具体实施方式
为了彻底了解本发明,将在下列的描述中提出详细的配方组成。显然,本发明的施行并不限定于本领域的技术人员所熟习的特殊细节。本发明的较佳实施例详细描述如下,然而除了这些详细描述外,本发明还可以具有其他实施方式。
实施例1:一种乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:该食用粉剂采用了如下配方及生产工艺。
步骤一:根据配方,挑选、称取优质黑米650kg、薏仁250kg、黑芝麻250kg、黑豆200kg、何首乌80kg、香菇80kg、黑木耳50kg、杏仁50kg、菊花40kg、茯苓40kg、百合40kg、海带40kg及甜味剂80kg。
步骤二:A、将黑米、薏仁去除杂质、洗净浸泡后,沥干炒熟,用粉碎机经粗磨、细磨后,打磨成细粉。
B、将黑芝麻、黑豆去除杂质、洗净、炒熟后,用粉碎机经粗磨、细磨后,研磨成细粉。
C、将何首乌、香菇、黑木耳、杏仁、菊花、茯苓去除杂质,经清洁加工、烘干熟制后,用粉碎机经二次打磨成细粉。
D、将百合经清洁加工、磨浆、漂淀、干燥、熟制后,用粉碎机经二次打磨成细粉。
E、将海带经水洗→浸泡→脱腥→晾晒→切碎→干燥→粉碎→过筛,加工成海带粉。
步骤三:将上述黑米粉、薏仁粉、黑芝麻粉、黑豆粉、何首乌粉、香菇粉、黑木耳粉、杏仁粉、菊花粉、茯苓粉、百合粉、海带粉过150目筛,将筛下物与甜味剂一同放入搅拌机中混合、搅拌,直至均匀,搅拌时间在15分钟。
步骤四:将上述搅拌均匀的食用粉剂,进行杀菌处理,杀菌温度95℃,时间40秒。
步骤五:对上述粉剂成品进行成分含量的检测,待符合要求后,在无菌环境下进行分袋包装、成品入库。
本实施例所述乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,食用方便,营养丰富,可随身携带,开水即可冲服,富含蛋白质、维生素C、E、卵磷脂、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素、强心甙、粗灰分、不饱和脂肪酸、叶酸、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、尼克酸、苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、苦杏仁酶、苦杏仁甙酶、樱叶酶、雌酮、α-雌二醇、链甾醇以及多种氨基酸、矿物质,如铁、锰、钙、锌等,具有补肾益精、养发补血、乌黑须发、光泽皮肤的功效,长期服用,能促进头发生长、润泽、乌黑、光亮,对改善少年白发有很好的效果,并有益肝、降血脂、降血压、软化动脉血管等功效,提高机体免疫功能、延缓衰老。
本实施例的食用粉剂中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述黑米外表墨黑,营养丰富,属于糯米类,有“黑珍珠”和“世界米中之王”的美誉,属黑色食品,多吃对改善白发有很好的效果,黑米和紫米都是稻米中的珍贵品种,主要营养成分:含粗蛋白质8.5-12.5%,粗脂肪2.7-3.8%,碳水化合物75-84%,粗灰分1.7-2%。黑米所含锰、锌、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1-3倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分。
用黑米熬制的米粥清香油亮,软糯适口,营养丰富,具有很好的滋补作用,因此被称为“补血米”、“长寿米”等;中国民间有“逢黑必补”之说。多食黑米具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精之功,对于少年白发、妇女产后虚弱,病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚均有很好的补养作用。
上述薏仁,又称薏仁米,薏米的营养价值很高,被誉为“世界禾本植物之王”,与百合一起可治疗白发早生,薏仁米营养丰富,含有意苡仁油、薏苡仁脂、固醇、氨基酸、精氨酸等多种氨基酸成分和维生素B1、碳水化合物等营养成分、具有美容养颜、利水渗湿、健脾止泻、清热解毒、排毒养颜的功效。中医认为,薏米味甘、淡,性微寒、入脾、胃、肺经,对脾虚腹泻、肌肉酸重、关节疼痛等症有治疗和预防作用。
上述黑芝麻有非常好的补肾、乌发功效,大量的不饱和脂肪酸能使头发充满光泽。黑芝麻能加速人体新陈代谢,养精血,润发养颜,其中的卵磷脂特别适合脑力工作中食用。黑芝麻延缓细胞衰老,养发补血,为改善头发的上等佳品。
黑芝麻味甘、性平,富含油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、维生素E,还含有叶酸、尼克酸、卵磷脂、蛋白质和钙,其油脂含量达60%。黑芝麻能够润肠通便、补肺益气、通血脉、润肌肤、滋补肝肾、养发美容;并对头发早白、头晕耳鸣、贫血萎黄、津液不足有治疗作用。丰富的维生素E能消除自由基而延缓人体细胞衰老的过程,亚油酸、棕榈酸等不饱和甘油脂,能防病抗衰老,并防止头发质脆、干燥、易断,从而起到护发作用。
上述黑豆可以补充人体的色素,对头发色泽的保健有益,凡具有深色的食物都含有自然色素,可以多吃,对白发有一定食疗作用。
上述何首乌味甘苦、性微温,有补肾益精、乌黑须发、光泽皮肤的功效。何首乌富含淀粉、脂肪、卵磷脂、铁、锰、钙、锌等多种元素,有补肝肾、益精血、涩精止遗的功效,常食可令头发乌黑,皮肤光泽美润,达到黑发悦颜的功效。蒸过的何首乌有益肝、降血脂、降血压、软化动脉血管等功效。
上述香菇经常食用,能预防白发,具有高蛋白、低脂肪、多糖、多种氨基酸和多种维生素的菌类食物,能清热去火、提高机体免疫功能、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌、降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇,预防动脉硬化、肝硬化等疾病。
上述木耳,色黑、味甘性平,具有凉血、活血作用,有助于治疗非老年性白发,木耳含木耳多糖、维生素、蛋白质、胡萝卜素和钾、钠、钙、铁等矿物质,其中木耳多糖有降糖效果。近年来研究证实,黑木耳有抗血小板聚集,降低血脂和防止胆固醇沉积的作用。同时,还发现黑木耳有抗脂质过氧化的作用,脂质过氧化与衰老有密切关系,所以,老年人经常食用黑木耳,可防治高脂血症、动脉硬化和冠心病,并可延年益寿。
上述杏仁为蔷薇科植物杏或山杏的种子,是我国卫生部颁布的第一批“既是药品又是食品”的中药材之一,味苦、性温、有毒,入肺、大肠经,其功能有祛痰止咳、平喘、润肠,主治外感咳嗽、喘满、喉痹、肠燥便秘。杏仁主要含苦杏仁甙、脂肪油、苦杏仁酶、苦杏仁甙酶、樱叶酶、雌酮、α-雌二醇、链甾醇等,其主要作用为降气止咳平喘、润肠通便,用于咳嗽气喘、胸满痰多、血虚津枯、肠燥便秘。
上述菊花,对保护视力、治疗白发有一定的疗效。《本草纲目》记载:菊花茶具有性甘、微寒,具有散风热、平肝明目之功效。《神农本草经》认为,白菊花茶能“主诸风头眩、肿痛、目欲脱、皮肤死肌、恶风湿痹,久服利气,轻身耐劳延年。”国人自古就知道菊花有保护眼睛的作用。除了涂抹眼睛可消除浮肿之外,平常就可以泡一杯菊花茶来喝,能使眼睛疲劳的症状消退,如果每天喝3-4杯的菊花茶,对恢复视力也有帮助。
上述茯苓有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神、增强免疫、抗肿瘤、保肝脏,与其它药食配伍,皆能增强其他药食之功效,被称为“四时神药”,补养肝肾,同时又有滋润乌发。
上述百合,具有清热祛火、润肠助消化、安神明目、补血、利尿、消炎、降糖降压、防癌的作用,与薏仁一起可治疗白发早生,百合粉是从野生的百合鳞茎中加工提取的,其地下鳞茎含淀粉量70%以上,通过取料、磨浆、漂淀、干燥制作而成。
上述海带是一种营养价值较高的蔬菜,对头发的生长、润泽、乌黑、光亮都具有特殊的功效,并可防治甲状腺机能障碍、防治高血压和动脉硬化、增加血液和防止血液凝固、预防便秘促进排便作用,另外,海带含丰富的钾,钾有平衡钠摄量过多的作用。
上述甜味剂,如蜂蜜,味甘、性平,富含维生素B、维生素D、维生素E、果糖、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、氧化酶等多种元素,对乌发、润肺止咳、润肠通便、滋养气血有显著功效,对润肤、悦颜也十分有益。
本实施例所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为木糖醇、蔗糖、冰糖、葡萄糖、山梨糖醇、蜂蜜中的一种或几种。
本实施例所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂还添加有乳酸钙6kg、硫酸镁3g、硫酸亚铁0.5kg、葡萄糖酸锌0.15kg、碘化钾0.002kg。
本实施例所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂的配方及重量比为:黑米600kg、薏仁220kg、黑芝麻280kg、黑豆170kg、何首乌70kg、香菇80kg、黑木耳55kg、杏仁55kg、菊花45kg、茯苓50kg、百合50kg、海带45kg及甜味剂75kg,其生产工艺同实施例1。
本实施例所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂的配方及重量比为:黑米800kg、薏仁260kg、黑芝麻260kg、黑豆220kg、何首乌65kg、香菇65kg、黑木耳60kg、杏仁50kg、菊花35kg、茯苓45kg、百合45kg、海带45kg及甜味剂95kg,其生产工艺同实施例1。
本发明所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂已经通过上述实施例进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施例只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施例范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施例,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。
Claims (5)
1.一种乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:该食用粉剂采用了如下配方及生产工艺:
步骤一:根据配方,挑选、称取优质黑米500-800kg、薏仁200-300kg、黑芝麻200-300kg、黑豆150-250kg、何首乌60-100kg、香菇60-100kg、黑木耳40-60kg、杏仁40-60kg、菊花30-50kg、茯苓30-50kg、百合30-50kg、海带30-50kg及甜味剂60-100kg;
步骤二:A、将黑米、薏仁去除杂质、洗净浸泡后,沥干炒熟,用粉碎机经粗磨、细磨后,打磨成细粉;
B、将黑芝麻、黑豆去除杂质、洗净、炒熟后,用粉碎机经粗磨、细磨后,研磨成细粉;
C、将何首乌、香菇、黑木耳、杏仁、菊花、茯苓去除杂质,经清洁加工、烘干熟制后,用粉碎机经二次打磨成细粉;
D、将百合经清洁加工、磨浆、漂淀、干燥、熟制后,用粉碎机经二次打磨成细粉;
E、将海带经水洗→浸泡→脱腥→晾晒→切碎→干燥→粉碎→过筛,加工成海带粉;
步骤三:将上述黑米粉、薏仁粉、黑芝麻粉、黑豆粉、何首乌粉、香菇粉、黑木耳粉、杏仁粉、菊花粉、茯苓粉、百合粉、海带粉过120-200目筛,将筛下物与甜味剂一同放入搅拌机中混合、搅拌,直至均匀,搅拌时间在10-15分钟;
步骤四:将上述搅拌均匀的食用粉剂,进行杀菌处理,杀菌温度90-95℃,时间30秒-45秒;
步骤五:对上述粉剂成品进行成分含量的检测,待符合要求后,在无菌环境下进行分袋包装、成品入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为木糖醇、蔗糖、冰糖、葡萄糖、山梨糖醇、蜂蜜中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂还添加有乳酸钙5-8kg、硫酸镁2-4kg、硫酸亚铁0.4-0.6kg、葡萄糖酸锌0.1-0.2kg、碘化钾0.002kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂的配方及重量比为:黑米600-700kg、薏仁220-280kg、黑芝麻220-280kg、黑豆170-230kg、何首乌70-90kg、香菇70-90kg、黑木耳45-55kg、杏仁45-55kg、菊花35-45kg、茯苓35-45kg、百合35-45kg、海带35-45kg及甜味剂70-90kg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乌黑亮发的食用粉剂及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述食用粉剂的配方及重量比为:黑米650kg、薏仁250kg、黑芝麻250kg、黑豆200kg、何首乌80kg、香菇80kg、黑木耳50kg、杏仁50kg、菊花40kg、茯苓40kg、百合40kg、海带40kg及甜味剂80kg。
