本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
绿豆45-55份,小米25-35份,燕麦5-10份,苦荞米5-15份,糙米5-15份,红枣10-15份,枸杞2-5份,黄瓜籽2-5份、冬瓜籽2-5份、白瓜籽2-5份、木耳3-6份、紫菜3-6份、调料包5-15份。
优选地,调料包是由重量百分比为25%桂皮、25%大茴香、10%花椒、40%盐配制而成。
本发明的优选配方为:由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
绿豆50份,小米30份,燕麦8份,苦荞米10份,糙米10份,红枣12份,枸杞4份,黄瓜籽3份、冬瓜籽2份、白瓜籽5份、木耳5份、紫菜5份、调料包10份。
制备上述绿豆小米杂粮粉的方法,步骤如下:
(1)原料处理:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料, 将绿豆、小米、燕麦、苦荞米、糙米、红枣、枸杞进行筛选、去除杂质,洗净后浸泡1-2h,蒸煮2-3h,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的食物在50 ~ 70℃条件下烘干2-4小时;
(3)将烘干后的食物放入温控炒锅,低温炒制;
(4)将炒制后的食物熟料放入搅拌器中拌匀,先用慢速档搅拌,再用中高速搅拌均匀;
(5)将搅拌好的食物熟料通过紫外线照射杀菌15分钟;
(6)将无菌料用自吸式粉碎机粉碎至细度为30-50目的粉料,再将粉料进入面粉机组研磨至100-150目细度,得到食物粉料;
(7)同时将黄瓜籽、冬瓜籽、白瓜籽、木耳、紫菜洗净在 45℃温度下烘 干 48 小时后粉碎,用200目筛过滤,得到功能性辅料;
(8)将步骤(6)、(7)得到的食物粉料与功能性辅料充分混合均匀,在130-140℃条件下杀毒灭菌4s;
(10)冷却到10-25℃进行灌装。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
绿豆45克,小米35克,燕麦5克,苦荞米15克,糙米5克,红枣15克,枸杞2克,黄瓜籽5克、冬瓜籽5克、白瓜籽2克、木耳3克、紫菜6克、调料包5克;调料包是由重量百分比为25%桂皮、25%大茴香、10%花椒、40%盐配制而成。
制备上述绿豆小米杂粮粉的方法,步骤如下:
(1)原料处理:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料, 将绿豆、小米、燕麦、苦荞米、糙米、红枣、枸杞进行筛选、去除杂质,洗净后浸泡1-2h,蒸煮2-3h,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的食物在50 ~ 70℃条件下烘干2-4小时;
(3)将烘干后的食物放入温控炒锅,低温炒制;
(4)将炒制后的食物熟料放入搅拌器中拌匀,先用慢速档搅拌,再用中高速搅拌均匀;
(5)将搅拌好的食物熟料通过紫外线照射杀菌15分钟;
(6)将无菌料用自吸式粉碎机粉碎至细度为30-50目的粉料,再将粉料进入面粉机组研磨至100-150目细度,得到食物粉料;
(7)同时将黄瓜籽、冬瓜籽、白瓜籽、木耳、紫菜洗净在 45℃温度下烘 干 48 小时后粉碎,用200目筛过滤,得到功能性辅料;
(8)将步骤(6)、(7)得到的食物粉料与功能性辅料充分混合均匀,在130-140℃条件下杀毒灭菌4s;
(10)冷却到10-25℃进行灌装;所制备的绿豆小米杂粮粉用牛皮纸袋包装,每袋50g。
实施例2:一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:绿豆50克,小米30克,燕麦8克,苦荞米10克,糙米10克,红枣12克,枸杞4克,黄瓜籽3克、冬瓜籽2克、白瓜籽5克、木耳5克、紫菜5克、调料包10克,调料包是由重量百分比为25%桂皮、25%大茴香、10%花椒、40%盐配制而成,其制备方法同实施例1所述制备方法。
实施例3:一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:绿豆55克,小米25克,燕麦10克,苦荞米5克,糙米15克,红枣10克,枸杞5克,黄瓜籽2克、冬瓜籽3克、白瓜籽4克、木耳6克、紫菜3克、调料包12克;其制备方法同实施例1所述制备方法。
实施例4:一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,由如下重量份的原料制备而成:绿豆48克,小米32克,燕麦7克,苦荞米12克,糙米8克,红枣13克,枸杞3克,黄瓜籽4克、冬瓜籽4克、白瓜籽3克、木耳4克、紫菜4克、调料包8克;其制备方法同实施例1所述制备方法。
Claims (4)
1.一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,其特征是由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
绿豆45-55份,小米25-35份,燕麦5-10份,苦荞米5-15份,糙米5-15份,红枣10-15份,枸杞2-5份,黄瓜籽2-5份、冬瓜籽2-5份、白瓜籽2-5份、木耳3-6份、紫菜3-6份、调料包5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,其特征是调料包是由重量百分比为25%桂皮、25%大茴香、10%花椒、40%盐配制而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绿豆小米杂粮粉,其特征是其特征是由如下重量份的原料制备而成:
绿豆50份,小米30份,燕麦8份,苦荞米10份,糙米10份,红枣12份,枸杞4份,黄瓜籽3份、冬瓜籽2份、白瓜籽5份、木耳5份、紫菜5份、调料包10份。
4.制备如权利要求1或2所述的一种绿豆小米杂粮粉的方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)原料处理:按组成原料的重量份称取各原料, 将绿豆、小米、燕麦、苦荞米、糙米、红枣、枸杞进行筛选、去除杂质,洗净后浸泡1-2h,蒸煮2-3h,备用;
