人参(又称为亚洲参,在中国东北土名“棒槌”)是具有肉质的根,可药用。人参属于五加科,主要生长在东亚,特别是寒冷地区。人参是亚洲常见药材,北中美洲也普遍使用花旗参,许多草药铺和超市都能找到各式人参饮片及萃取物保健产品,用于愈后恢复、增强体力、调节荷尔蒙、降低血糖和控制血压、控制肝指数和肝功能保健等。人参根部所含皂苷是其有效成分,中国长白山野参皂苷成分较高,但取得不易,价格高昂。冲剂是大都数人都乐于接受的食品形式,市场上的冲剂品种繁多,各不相同,但既便如此,也不能满足人们在生活水平提高之后,对于各类具有不同营养成份、不同口感的不同饮品不断求新的需求,市场上谷物果蔬类粉状冲调产品种类繁多且数量大,如黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、豆奶粉等等,其特点为用开水一冲即可食用,符合现代人生活节奏快、需要省时的需求。
所以,如何设计一种人参营养冲剂及制备方法,成为我们当前要解决的问题。

本发明的目的在于提供一种人参营养冲剂及制备方法,里面的含量以人参为主,其他材料为辅,具有较强的保健功能,营养冲剂口感好和营养丰富,且制备工艺科学易操作,可以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种人参营养冲剂,由以下原料制成:人参、糯米、芒果、柚子、蓝莓、葡萄、荞麦粉、山药粉、植物油、大米、银耳、小豆、杏仁、甘草、小麦、山楂、黑芝麻,所述原料由以下重量份数配比组成:人参40-60份、糯米10-20份、芒果10-20份、柚子5-10份、蓝莓5-10份、葡萄5-10份、荞麦粉10-20份、山药粉10-20份、植物油5-10份、大米10-20份、银耳5-10份、小豆8-12份、杏仁10-16份、甘草1-3份、小麦10-12份、山楂14-20份、黑芝麻10-16份。

根据上述技术方案,所述匀速阶段的速度保持在30转/分钟,加速平均加速率为8转/分钟;所述匀速升温阶段的速度保持在300转/分钟不变,温度平均加速5℃/min;所述减速降压阶段的温度先降至200转/分钟,再保持20min,温度从200℃降至30℃,降温平均速率为4℃/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明里面的含量以人参为主,其他材料为辅,具有较强的保健功能,营养冲剂口感好和营养丰富,且制备工艺科学易操作。

实施例1
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种人参营养冲剂,由以下原料制成:人参、糯米、芒果、柚子、蓝莓、葡萄、荞麦粉、山药粉、植物油、大米、银耳、小豆、杏仁、甘草、小麦、山楂、黑芝麻,所述原料由以下重量份数配比组成:人参40份、糯米10份、芒果10份、柚子5份、蓝莓5份、葡萄5份、荞麦粉10份、山药粉10份、植物油5份、大米10份、银耳5份、小豆8份、杏仁10份、甘草1份、小麦10份、山楂14份、黑芝麻10份。
根据上述技术方案,所述山药粉是通过选料、清洗、去皮、切片:将去皮后山药,用不锈钢刀切成0.2-0.3厘米厚薄片、固化、烫漂:山药切片后立即浸入0.3%-0.5%亚硫酸氢钠水溶液中进行固化处理,浸泡2-3小时后,捞出,将捞出的山药片用清水漂去药液和胶体,然后放入沸水锅中烫3-5分钟捞出、烘干:将烫漂后山药片置50-60℃烘房或烘箱内烘15-24小时、粉碎:将烘干后的山药片用电磨加工成粉的。
根据上述技术方案,所述荞麦粉是通过先用烘干机对新鲜的荞麦进行干燥,保证湿度小于14%,再脱壳机将干净的荞麦脱壳;然后用破碎机将荞麦仁破碎后,筛选;最后用磨粉机进行碾磨,直至磨细,得到荞麦粉的。
根据上述技术方案,所述植物油为大豆油或菜籽油。
一种人参营养冲剂及制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备浓缩稠膏:将糯米10份、人参40份、银耳5份、杏仁10份和甘草1份,然后用药煲装好并添加净水浸泡15分钟,将中的药煲放置在炉架上,通过猛火将其煮沸10分钟,然后将猛火调至小火慢煎,持续30分钟,即可熄火,然后将药液和药渣分离,并用滤布将药液中的杂质过滤,制得净药液,然后进行浓缩处理,并存放于温度为55度的烤箱中得到浓缩稠膏,备用;
2)制备果汁:将芒果10份、柚子5份、蓝莓5份和葡萄5份洗干净并去皮,然后倒入榨汁机中榨得果汁,备用;
3)制备熟料:取大米10份、小麦10份、黑芝麻10份和小豆8份浸泡在水中,将杂质剔除,然后捞起沥干水分,用小火加热无油热锅煸炒,使大米、薏仁米、黑豆、菜豆和小豆炒熟,迅速起锅,并静置冷却,备用;
4)制备山楂粉:山楂14份送入研磨机中制成粉末,再送入蒸炉,加热至80-90℃,持续1-2小时,再送入80-90℃的烘箱中烘干,备用;
5)搅拌、杀菌和装袋:将步骤1)中得到的浓缩稠膏、步骤2)中得到的果汁、步骤3)得到的熟料和步骤4)中得到的山楂粉送入搅拌机中充分搅拌,中间加入荞麦粉10份、山药粉10份和植物油5份进行充分搅拌,再送入干燥机中干燥,加热至80℃,持续1-2小时,然后送入杀菌机中杀菌,再进行装袋,即可得到人参营养冲剂;

Claims (7)
1.一种人参营养冲剂,其特征在于:由以下原料制成:人参、糯米、芒果、柚子、蓝莓、葡萄、荞麦粉、山药粉、植物油、大米、银耳、小豆、杏仁、甘草、小麦、山楂、黑芝麻,所述原料由以下重量份数配比组成:人参40-60份、糯米10-20份、芒果10-20份、柚子5-10份、蓝莓5-10份、葡萄5-10份、荞麦粉10-20份、山药粉10-20份、植物油5-10份、大米10-20份、银耳510份、小豆8-12份、杏仁10-16份、甘草1-3份、小麦10-12份、山楂14-20份、黑芝麻10-16份。

1)制备浓缩稠膏:将糯米10-20份、人参40-60份、银耳5-10份、杏仁10-16份和甘草1-3份,然后用药煲装好并添加净水浸泡15分钟,将中的药煲放置在炉架上,通过猛火将其煮沸10分钟,然后将猛火调至小火慢煎,持续30分钟,即可熄火,然后将药液和药渣分离,并用滤布将药液中的杂质过滤,制得净药液,然后进行浓缩处理,并存放于温度为55度的烤箱中得到浓缩稠膏,备用;
2)制备果汁:将芒果10-20份、柚子510份、蓝莓510份和葡萄510份洗干净并去皮,然后倒入榨汁机中榨得果汁,备用;
3)制备熟料:取大米10-20份、小麦10-12份、黑芝麻10-16份和小豆8-12份浸泡在水中,将杂质剔除,然后捞起沥干水分,用小火加热无油热锅煸炒,使大米、薏仁米、黑豆、菜豆和小豆炒熟,迅速起锅,并静置冷却,备用;
4)制备山楂粉:山楂14-20份送入研磨机中制成粉末,再送入蒸炉,加热至80-90℃,持续1-2小时,再送入80-90℃的烘箱中烘干,备用;
5)搅拌、杀菌和装袋:将步骤1)中得到的浓缩稠膏、步骤2)中得到的果汁、步骤3)得到的熟料和步骤4)中得到的山楂粉送入搅拌机中充分搅拌,中间加入荞麦粉10-20份、山药粉10-20份和植物油5-10份进行充分搅拌,再送入干燥机中干燥,加热至80℃,持续1-2小时,然后送入杀菌机中杀菌,再进行装袋,即可得到人参营养冲剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种人参营养冲剂及制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)中的研磨机中球磨转速的调节分为四段,匀速阶段、加速升压阶段、匀速升温阶段和减速降压阶段。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种人参营养冲剂及制备方法,其特征在于:所述匀速阶段的速度保持在30转/分钟,加速平均加速率为8转/分钟;所述匀速升温阶段的速度保持在300转/分钟不变,温度平均加速5℃/min;所述减速降压阶段的温度先降至200转/分钟,再保持20min,温度从200℃降至30℃,降温平均速率为4℃/min。
