本发明公开了一种连体台车炉,它结构为:炉体为双向开门设计,在每一侧的炉体内都装配有台车,炉体的中部设有挡墙;在每个炉门的两侧设有滑块,在炉体与炉门接触位置的两侧设有滑道,滑块装配在滑道内,在炉体两侧靠近炉门的一侧上部设有辊轴架,在每个辊轴架的顶部转配有辊轴,每个辊轴上固定有铁链,铁链的另一端与炉门的顶部固定连接,在辊轴的一侧设有齿轮,齿轮上啮合有链条,链条的另一端与减速机输出轴上的输出齿轮啮合,减速机由电机驱动。本发明的有益效果是能够高效的使用台车炉,极大提升了台车炉的加工效率,降低了加工成本;且还可以保证快速、便捷的方便检修人员对台车的减速机进行检修。

技术领域
本发明涉及台车炉,特别是一种适用于高效加工的连体台车炉。
背景技术
现在的台车炉的使用非常普遍,但是台车炉一般都是一炉配一车,这样需要对待加工的工件先装车再将工件连台车一起推入炉内,等工件加工好后,在将台车推出炉体,这样的工效较低,需要大量的时间耗费在装车和卸车过程中,不利于台车炉的高效生产;且台车炉上的减速机的检修也较为不便,进一步降低了台车炉的使用效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理、使用效果好的连体台车炉。
本发明的技术方案是,一种连体台车炉,它包括炉体,台车,其特征在于:炉体为双向开门设计,在每一侧的炉体内都装配有台车,炉体的中部设有挡墙;在每个炉门的两侧设有滑块,在炉体与炉门接触位置的两侧设有滑道,滑块装配在滑道内,在炉体两侧靠近炉门的一侧上部设有辊轴架,在每个辊轴架的顶部转配有辊轴,每个辊轴上固定有铁链,铁链的另一端与炉门的顶部固定连接,在辊轴的一侧设有齿轮,齿轮上啮合有链条,链条的另一端与减速机输出轴上的输出齿轮啮合,减速机由电机驱动。
在所述台车的车体平台上开有检修孔,检修孔上装配有尺寸相配的塞块;检修孔的开孔位置位于减速机的上方。所述检修孔为台阶孔。所述塞块的上方开有沟槽,沟槽内固定有提环。所述塞块的的上部设有耐高温层。
本发明的有益效果是能够高效的使用台车炉,极大提升了台车炉的加工效率,降低了加工成本;且还可以保证快速、便捷的方便检修人员对台车的减速机进行检修,进一步有效提升台车的检修效率。

实施例1,
一种连体台车炉,它包括炉体11,台车14,炉体为对称设计,在炉体两端对称的设有开门13,在每一侧的炉体内都装配有台车,炉体的中部设有挡墙12;在每个炉门的两侧设有滑块,在炉体与炉门接触位置的两侧设有滑道15,滑块装配在滑道内,在炉体两侧靠近炉门的一侧上部设有辊轴架19,在每个辊轴架的顶部转配有辊轴17,每个辊轴上固定连接有铁链16,铁链的另一端与炉门的顶部固定连接,在辊轴的一侧设有齿轮18,齿轮上啮合有链条20,链条的另一端与减速机21输出轴上的输出齿轮23啮合,减速机由电机22驱动。
本发明利用电机驱动炉门,来提高炉门的开闭效率,同时,双台车的结构,可以最大程度的保证在其中一台进行加温施工时,另一台台车可以进行装卸操作,等装卸完成后,立即投入炉体加温,两侧的炉体都可以高效的被利用。
实施例2,
进一步的在实施例1的基础上对本发明的进一步限定,本发明的台车结构为:台车14设有车体平台1,在车体平台上开有检修孔2,检修孔上装配有尺寸相配的塞块4;检修孔的开孔位置位于减速机3的上方,可以在每个减速机的上方都对应的开一个检修孔;本实施例所述检修孔为台阶孔;本实施例所述塞块的上方开有沟槽6,沟槽内固定有提环5;本实施例所述塞块的的上部为设有耐高温层,例如加设石棉瓦层。
本发明在使用时,利用塞块的上方的提环,可以方便的把塞块从检修孔中提出,最多两个工人即可完成,然后利用检修孔对需要检修的减速机从上方进行检修,检修的效率高且便捷,快速。

1.一种连体台车炉,它包括炉体,台车,其特征在于:炉体为双向开门设计,在每一侧的炉体内都装配有台车,炉体的中部设有挡墙;在每个炉门的两侧设有滑块,在炉体与炉门接触位置的两侧设有滑道,滑块装配在滑道内,在炉体两侧靠近炉门的一侧上部设有辊轴架,在每个辊轴架的顶部转配有辊轴,每个辊轴上固定有铁链,铁链的另一端与炉门的顶部固定连接,在辊轴的一侧设有齿轮,齿轮上啮合有链条,链条的另一端与减速机输出轴上的输出齿轮啮合,减速机由电机驱动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种连体台车炉,其特征在于:在所述台车的车体平台上开有检修孔,检修孔上装配有尺寸相配的塞块;检修孔的开孔位置位于减速机的上方。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种连体台车炉,其特征在于:所述检修孔为台阶孔。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种连体台车炉,其特征在于:所述塞块的上方开有沟槽,沟槽内固定有提环。
