背景技术
随着自主驾驶车辆的开发,驾驶员的舒适性、娱乐性和功能性方面将产生许多机会。方向盘通常被限于标准驱动位置,因为驾驶员需要在操作车辆期间操纵方向盘。在车辆的自主驾驶模式期间,这些限制可能是不必要的。例如,方向盘可以回缩到收起位置,以扩大驾驶员可用的空间。通常依赖机电系统来使转向柱在伸出位置与回缩位置之间平移。这样的系统不允许用于平移的机电可靠性的手动撤消(override,覆盖),因此驾驶员不能选择将转向柱手动返回到伸出位置。

现在参照附图示出的具体实施例来描述本发明,但不限于此。图1示出了转向柱组件10。转向柱组件10有助于方向盘(未示出)和转向轴14以可回缩方式平移。这在将组件10用于配备有高级驾驶员辅助系统(ADAS)的乘用车辆中的实施例中特别有利,所述高级驾驶辅助系统允许车辆自主或半自主受控地使用感测技术、转向技术和/或制动技术。当ADAS被激活时,在某些情况下不需要方向盘来控制车辆。方向盘和转向轴14朝向仪表板缩回(并且有可能进入其中),通过向驾驶员提供更多的空间来极大提高用户舒适度。例如,提供的附加空间有助于附加的工作区域或腿部空间。

如图5所示,驾驶员可以发起缩回(收起)指令,以从标准驾驶模式(图4)转换,并且可回缩部分16在转换模式期间转换。在该状态中,销50缩回到第二位置。如果驾驶员决定撤消收起指令,则由驾驶员(诸如方向盘)在可回缩部分16上施加手动力,以将可回缩部分16拉向伸出位置。因为销50处于第二位置,所以朝向伸出位置施加在可回缩部分16上的力沿相同方向54在齿轮箱36上施加力。

11.根据权利要求10所述的可回缩转向柱组件,其中,所述垫圈包括在所述垫圈的所述第一表面和所述第二表面之间沿着所述垫圈的外直径的倾斜表面,所述偏置机构还包括设置为邻近所述垫圈外直径的销,当由驾驶员沿着朝向所述伸出位置的方向在所述可回缩部分上施加力时,所述销与所述倾斜表面滑动接合,以便将所述销设置为与所述垫圈的第二表面接触以将所述从动齿轮和所述驱动齿轮锁定在所述脱离状态中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的可回缩转向柱组件,其中,所述销能在第一位置、第二位置和第三位置之间平移,所述第一位置将所述销置于与所述垫圈的第一表面接触,所述第二位置将所述销置于能与所述倾斜表面接合的位置,以及所述第三位置在所述销与所述垫圈外直径之间提供间隙。
13.一种用于自主式或半自主式车辆的可回缩转向柱组件,其包括:
所述组件的可回缩部分,其能在伸出位置与回缩位置之间平移,所述可回缩部分在标准驾驶模式中被置于所述伸出位置,且在自主驾驶模式中被置于所述回缩位置;以及
根据权利要求1所述的电致动器机构,其能操作地联接到所述可回缩部分,以使所述可回缩部分在所述伸出位置与所述回缩位置之间转换,当由驾驶员沿着朝向所述伸出位置的方向在所述可回缩部分上施加力时,所述电致动器机构被手动撤消。
14.根据权利要求13所述的可回缩转向柱组件,其中,在所述伸出位置与所述回缩位置之间的平移模式期间,所述电致动器机构被手动撤消。
15.根据权利要求13所述的可回缩转向柱组件,其中,当所述可回缩部分处于所述回缩位置中时,所述电致动器机构被手动撤消。
