本发明涉及塑料加工和工厂技术领域。本发明涉及用于制造塑料袋的设备和方法。
背景技术
塑料袋通常以薄膜袋的形式在医药领域中使用。它们的用途多种多样。塑料袋可以用于容纳输液溶液,并且此外也可以用于保存血液(库存血)和保存无菌的医疗液体。塑料袋需要填充和提取系统,这些系统被实施为所谓的口管,在此,塑料袋可以根据使用目的而具有一个、两个或更多个口管。
塑料袋的制造以已知的方式借助下述制造方法进行,其中,将两个待焊接的塑料薄膜输送给焊接工具。对要相互焊接的塑料薄膜的输送以平面平行的相叠置的连续塑料薄膜的形式进行。塑料薄膜被从卷筒中抽出,这些塑料薄膜通常是未切割的或者切成带的、吹制的连续软管。借助于浮动辊将塑料薄膜保持为伸展的。在此,通过已知的机构(例如通过薄膜夹)确保:塑料薄膜的进料端位置精确地定位在由两个工具半部形成的焊接工具的入口一侧上。
然后,使两个工具半部彼此移开,并且拉动塑料薄膜穿过打开的工具。为了该目的,真空吸气装置贯穿打开的工具,并且检测塑料薄膜的位置精确地定位在工具入口侧上的进料端。真空吸气装置将该进料端拉动穿过打开的工具直至出口侧。在工具半部关闭(闭合)时或之后不久,外形精确地根据塑料袋的形状制造出塑料薄膜之间的焊缝。借助于安装在焊接工具中的割刀将塑料袋分离。
从法国专利申请FR 2627128中已知一种用于制造塑料袋的设备,该设备经由夹持系统提供口管分配器和薄膜传输机构。在此,塑料薄膜经由浮动辊和偏转辊被伸展地从薄膜分配器中拉出并输送给薄膜印刷单元。通过设备朝向焊接工具的进给经由夹持系统实现。在此,夹持器执行水平运动,并且以运动节拍将塑料薄膜从辊通过所述设备拉动到焊接工具中。通过耗费的口管分配器系统将塑料袋输送到口管。随后,相同构造的第二夹持系统将经焊接的薄膜拉入切割工具中。
从欧洲专利申请EP 0539800 A2中同样已知一种用于制造塑料袋的设备,该设备同样通过耗费的浮动辊和偏转辊系统将来自薄膜分配器的塑料薄膜置于应力中。塑料薄膜经由传输系统被输送到设施中。在此,所述设施包括焊接装置和用于冷却经焊接的塑料袋的冷却装置,经焊接的塑料袋被置于传输系统上。在该设备中也需要多个连续的工作步骤来制造塑料袋。
其它制造塑料袋的方法可从专利文献US 3244576、EP 1 380 505、EP 1 541 188B1、DE 198 08 766 A1、DE 196 47 277 A1和DE 199 29 018 A1中已知。
从专利申请WO 2006/042710 A1(Plümat)中已知一种用于制造塑料袋的设备,该设备具有借助于夹持系统的口管分配器和薄膜传输系统。在此,夹持器将塑料薄膜拉入焊接工具中以进行焊接和分离。在焊接工具中,口管定位在两层塑料薄膜之间并且与薄膜相焊接,并且随后经由分离设备分离。在焊接/切割过程中,夹持系统还可以被引导经过闭合的焊接工具,以重新夹取塑料薄膜。夹持系统构成为一个或多个用于夹取塑料薄膜的机械夹持器。
从申请EP 1 066 954 A2和WO 92/02 428 A1中分别已知用于制造塑料袋的设备和方法,其中已知用于分离塑料薄膜层的设备、焊接设备和位于这两个设备之间的辊装置。
所描述的制造方法在关于方法流程的细节和为此所使用的设施和设备方面进行了多次优化。然而至今不能实现,在制造塑料袋的过程中显著地提高性能。口管的输送、焊接和切割的各个方法步骤的时间顺序显现为不可变的。
发明内容
根据本发明的用于由至少两层塑料薄膜制造塑料袋的设备包括开口设备、焊接工具和辊装置。辊装置设置在开口设备和焊接工具之间。所述开口设备逐段地将两层塑料薄膜拉开。辊装置具有相对置的辊,引导两层塑料薄膜经过并将两层塑料薄膜传递给焊接工具。焊接设备将两层塑料薄膜在袋外形部上焊接到一起,以制造塑料袋。
开口设备、焊接工具和辊装置的组合简化了制造方法并且能够实现构建紧凑的设备。借助于开口设备将至少两层塑料薄膜逐段地拉开使得能够简单和更快速地将塑料元件安置在袋的两层塑料薄膜之间。
所述焊接工具具有下部的工具板和上部的工具板,其中下部的工具板借助于曲柄和伺服电机来驱动。
所述设备具有一个或多个用于提供两层塑料薄膜的薄膜分配器。
所述设备可以包括至少一个浮动辊,以将塑料薄膜置于拉伸应力下。由此,塑料薄膜在应力下被拉到薄膜印刷单元中并且被印刷。此外,因此还将塑料薄膜在拉伸应力下推入焊接工具中。
所述设备可以包括至少一个位于浮动辊和开口设备之间的偏转辊,以便使塑料薄膜转向。由此可以使塑料薄膜偏转到浮动辊上并从所述浮动辊再次进入设备中。
通过位于偏转辊上的两个或多个导向元件,可使塑料薄膜定向。因此,防止了塑料薄膜在所述偏转辊上侧向移动,从而能够将塑料薄膜输送到焊接工具中。
辊装置的相对置的辊中的一个辊构成为驱动辊,而相对置的辊中的另一辊构成为压辊。由此可以推进所述塑料薄膜。所述薄膜推进系统能够在没有结构上的改变的情况下用在2倍或4倍的制袋-灌装-封口生产线(FFS型设备)中。由此缩短了成形-灌装-密封机器并且显著降低了机器的制造成本。
在相对置的辊中的一个辊上安置挤压设备,以便借助于限定的挤压压力来将相对置的辊相互压紧。因此,两个辊中仅有一个须借助驱动系统来驱动。此外,这样还防止形成打滑。
所述设备包括测量相对置的辊中的一个辊的转速的转速传感器。因此能够将两个相对置的辊的转速相互比较。在两个转速不同的情况下,这可以被传送给控制系统,并且可以中断塑料薄膜的推进,以使焊接工具中没有不均匀的插入。
所述设备包括开口导轨,用于接收逐段拉开的塑料薄膜层,在此开口导轨通过辊装置使逐段拉开的两个塑料薄膜保持为逐段拉开的。
所述设备包括焊接工具,所述焊接工具将塑料元件安置到塑料袋上以形成口管、将所述塑料薄膜在袋外形部附近的加热元件上焊接到一起并切割塑料薄膜。因此,所述焊接工具同时执行多个工作步骤。这种构造使用于制造塑料袋的设备结构紧凑,而同时具有高的产量。
在此,所述焊接工具包括可移动的、成型的下部的工具板和基本上固定的、成型的上部的工具板。这种焊接工具使得能够将塑料薄膜容易地拉动到下部的工具板之上。上部的工具板在制造技术方面可简单且合算地制造,并且易于清洁。基本上固定的部件提高了设施的使用寿命。借助可移动的成型的下部的工具板,可将塑料薄膜压到一起并进行焊接。焊接区域可以通过相应工具板的袋外形来限定。通过工具板的外形,还可以将塑料元件焊接到塑料袋中。
用于制造塑料袋的方法步骤可以通过根据本发明的设备更有效地实现。在此,将至少两层塑料薄膜推到固定的、上部的工具板和可移动的、下部的工具板之间。可移动的、下部的工具板借助于曲柄和伺服电机向上运动,由此使上部的工具板和下部的工具板将两层塑料薄膜挤压到一起。伺服电机的电流消耗通过测量设备检测并且在处理器中进行评估。在此,在流程中的这种不规则性可以被检测到。所述处理器同样可以从感测设备获取数据并且提供关于工艺流程的状态或制造过程的质量的信息。
随后对两层塑料薄膜沿着外形部加热,从而可以将两层塑料薄膜焊接到一起。
有利的是,在用于制造塑料袋的方法中借助挤压设备将限定的挤压压力施加到辊装置的辊上,以穿过所述塑料薄膜。在所述方法的该设计方案中,仅须借助于驱动系统驱动两个辊中的一个。此外,通过所述方法步骤可以防止形成打滑。
根据本发明还提供了一种用于制造塑料袋的方法,其中通过转速传感器测量两个相对置的辊中的一个辊的转速。这种方法能够将两个相对置的辊的转速相互比较。在两个转速有偏差的情况下,将其传送给系统,并中断塑料薄膜的推进,以使得在焊接工具中没有不均匀地插入。
根据本发明,为了改进所述方法可以同时在焊接工具中将塑料元件安置到塑料袋上,将塑料薄膜在袋外形部上焊接在一起,并且切割塑料薄膜。因此,所述焊接工具同时执行多个工作步骤。这种设计方案使得在高产量的同时能够实现制造塑料袋的紧凑的方法。
在所述方法中,还可以在通过辊装置的相反运动切割塑料薄膜之后稍向后拉塑料薄膜。由此确保,切开的和焊接的塑料袋与塑料薄膜完全分离。

具体实施方式
图1例如示出一种用于制造塑料袋20的设备10以及与此关联的制造方法。所制造的塑料袋20的一个示例在图2中示出。图3示出在用于制造塑料袋20的设备10中的薄膜传输机构95。图4和5示出在用于制造塑料袋20的设备10中的焊接工具150的实施例。
由薄膜分配器50提供至少两层塑料薄膜30、40。在此,所述塑料薄膜30、40由滚筒342展开。作为塑料薄膜30、40例如可以采用三层聚丙烯薄膜。三层聚丙烯薄膜例如可以由聚丙烯和聚合物制成。这种三层聚丙烯薄膜与外保护层、中间阻挡层和内层焊接层组成,这三层进行共挤。在所述设备10中,两个塑料薄膜30、40的两个内层彼此叠置,并且塑料薄膜30、40的两层在滚筒342上被一起卷起。
塑料薄膜30、40从薄膜分配器50借助薄膜传输机构95到达薄膜印刷单元260。塑料薄膜30、40先是通过偏转辊70和浮动辊60被置于拉伸应力下,随后借助于薄膜传输机构95被拉动到薄膜印刷单元260中。在薄膜印刷单元260中,将关于塑料薄膜30、40的材料、制造日期以及待制造的塑料袋20的内含物质的信息打印到塑料薄膜30、40上。
薄膜传输机构95将至少两层塑料薄膜30、40从薄膜印刷单元260中拉出并将塑料薄膜30、40移送到焊接工具150,在此,塑料薄膜30、40基本上被水平地引入和/或通过焊接工具150实施。由一个或多个口管分配器55准备好的塑料元件170同样被引入到焊接工具150中。
塑料元件170在焊接工具150之前经过预热站270。在此,塑料元件170位于口管分配器55上。在预热站270中,塑料元件170被加热,以缩短和改进在焊接工具150中的焊接步骤。在焊接工具150中,塑料元件170被引入两层塑料薄膜30、40之间。
焊接工具150包括工具板装置360。在此,工具板装置360包括下部的工具板300和上部的工具板400。下部的成型的工具板300借助于可移动的压制设备410连接在所述设备10上。上部的成型的工具板400基本上牢固地固定在所述设备10上。通过传输机构95,塑料薄膜30、40被推入打开的焊接工具150中。在将下部的工具板300压紧到上部的工具板400上时,塑料薄膜30、40与在预热站270中被预加热的塑料元件170在外形缝处被焊接在一起。
焊接工具150还附加地包括分离设备250。在相对置的工具板300、400挤压到一起时,塑料薄膜30、40不仅被焊接在一起,而且还同时通过分离设备250被切割。因此所描述的焊接工具150的实施方式可以实现在一个工作步骤中同时进行焊接和分离。
随后,将制成的塑料袋20从焊接工具150中拉出并且输送给再焊接站280。在再焊接站280中,再次加热塑料元件170与由塑料薄膜30、40制成的塑料袋20的连接部。通过对塑料元件170与塑料袋20的连接区域的再次加热可使该连接区域被进一步密封。
在所描述的本发明的实施方式中,塑料袋20在转运站290中从水平方向枢转到竖直方向并被输送给袋灌装机295。
在袋灌装机295中,灌装设备305置于塑料元件170上或上方,并且液体296可以被灌装到塑料袋20中。灌装在塑料袋20的两个塑料元件170上同时进行。在一种实施方式中,对液体296的量的计量可以通过计量阀306的时间控制来进行。为了能够在相同的时间段内灌装等量的液体296,借助均压容器310使液体296保持在恒定的压力(例如,2巴到6巴之间)上。作为时间控制的替选方案,可以在均压罐和计量阀306之间设置质量流量测量系统。一旦期望量的液体296被灌装到塑料袋20中,质量流量测量系统就测量液体296并且关闭计量阀306。借助该质量流量系统,可以进一步提高计量的准确性。
在灌装之后,塑料袋20被输送到封口站320。在封口站320中,用盖来封口塑料袋20。用盖来封口可以通过按压具有密封件的盖来进行。替代地,这样的封口站320也是可行的:其中将盖焊接到塑料袋20上。
在图2中,示出了具有由塑料元件170形成的两个口管的塑料袋20。塑料元件170被焊接到两层塑料薄膜30、40之间。这种塑料袋20可以典型地包括100ml至3000ml之间的体积。塑料袋20的内边缘390通过在焊接工具150中对塑料袋20的焊接来限定。外边缘370通过借助塑料袋20的分离设备250所进行的切割来限定。
在图3中详细示出用于制造塑料袋20的设备10的至少两层塑料薄膜30、40的薄膜传输机构95。薄膜印刷单元260本身是已知的在此不详细阐述。下面将描述薄膜传输机构95的实施方式。
设备10包括一个或多个薄膜分配器50,至少两层塑料薄膜30、40卷绕在所述薄膜分配器50上。在一个实施方式中,塑料薄膜30、40经由相对于薄膜分配器50基本上水平地位于相同平面上的第一偏转辊70偏转到至少一个浮动辊60上。浮动辊60平行地设置在偏转辊70下方。在另一实施方式中,浮动辊60还可以位于偏转辊70的上方。浮动辊60将塑料薄膜30、40置于拉伸应力下。塑料薄膜30、40从浮动辊60被转送给第二偏转辊70,所述第二偏转辊设置在与第一偏转辊70相同的平面上。现在置于拉伸应力下的塑料薄膜30、40又再位于基本上水平的初始平面中。在另一实施方式中,偏转辊70还可以彼此错开地设置。在另一实施方式中,可以设置多个浮动辊60,以将塑料薄膜30、40置于拉伸应力下。
至少两层塑料薄膜30、40通过设置在偏转辊70上的至少两个或多个导向元件80来定向。通过导向元件80防止塑料薄膜30、40在偏转辊70上侧向移动,以便能够将塑料薄膜30、40输送到焊接工具150中。在该实施方式中,导向元件80例如构成为导向轮。在另一实施方式中,偏转辊70还可以在没有导向元件80的情况下构成。导向元件80也可以是侧向安置的导轨。
所述设备10包括用于将至少两层塑料薄膜30、40逐段拉开的开口设备120。在所示出的实施方式中,开口设备120例如构成为楔形元件。在此,至少两层塑料薄膜30、40在楔形元件上的棱边121上被引导,以使该至少两层塑料薄膜30、40逐段地被彼此拉开。在其它实施方式中,开口设备120可以具有其它形状和实施方案,例如,假设为圆柱形,这可以实现将至少两层塑料薄膜30、40彼此逐段地拉开。开口设备120将被逐段拉开的塑料薄膜30、40转送给开口导轨130,以用于接收被逐段拉开的塑料薄膜30、40。
将塑料薄膜30、40推进到用于制造塑料袋20的设备10中是通过具有相对置的辊90、100的辊装置85来实现的。在所示出的实施方式中,两个辊90、100基本上平行地相叠置。在此辊装置85在设备10中设置在开口设备120和焊接工具150之间。在此,塑料薄膜30、40通过辊90、100的推进从一个或多个薄膜分配器50被拉伸穿过薄膜印刷单元260,并且随后向上推送至焊接工具150。在辊装置85中,辊90、100沿相反的运动方向朝向彼此滚动。
在此,下部的辊90构成为借助于驱动系统驱动的驱动辊。上部的辊100通过驱动辊驱动。在此,上部的辊100构成为压辊,所述压辊借助于挤压设备110压在下部的辊90上。在此,在所述实施方式中例如实施为挤压气缸的挤压设备110提供限定的挤压压力。通过上部的辊100(压辊)对下部的辊90(驱动辊)的借助于挤压设备110构建的挤压压力,可以避免形成打滑,并且能够实现对塑料薄膜30、40的均匀的推进。在此,转速传感器160测量上部的辊100的转速并将其与下部的辊90的转速进行比较。在另一实施方式中,转速传感器160测量上部的辊100的和下部的辊90的转速,并将两者相互检查。然而,转速传感器160对于通过辊装置85进行的推进的通常的实施方案而言不是强制性必需的。在另一实施方式中,上部的辊100构成为驱动辊,并且下部的辊90构成为压辊。
开口设备120将被逐段拉开的塑料薄膜30、40转运给开口导轨130,以接收该逐段被拉开的塑料薄膜30、40。在此,开口导轨130通过辊装置85使逐段被拉开的塑料薄膜30、40的层保持为逐段被拉开的。开口导轨130侧向地相对于辊装置85安置。在此,开口导轨130延伸至焊接工具150,以便在接收到焊接工具150中时使塑料薄膜30、40保持分开。通过逐段拉开塑料薄膜30、40,可以使塑料元件170在焊接工具150中定位在至少两层塑料薄膜30、40之间。
所述设备10包括安置在辊装置85之后的轨道元件140。轨道元件140将抽出的被逐段拉开的塑料薄膜层30、40在辊装置85之后保持在轨道中。在另一实施方式中还可以安置多个轨道元件140,以便将塑料薄膜30、40保持在轨道中。在又一实施方式中,用于制造塑料袋20的设备10不包括轨道元件140。
在图4和图5中详细示出用于制造由至少两层塑料薄膜30、40构成的塑料袋20的焊接工具150。下面将描述焊接工具的示例性实施方式。所描述的焊接工具150的实施方式使得能够在一个工作步骤中同时实现焊接和分离。
焊接工具150由工具板装置360构成。工具板装置360在此包括两个相对置的工具板300、400,即下部的工具板300和上部的工具板400。上部的、成型的工具板400例如固定地安装到所述设备10上。下部的、成型的工具板300借助于压制装置410可移动地安置在所述设备10上。通过压制设备410,下部的工具板300可以被压在上部的工具板400上。在另一实施方式中,下部的工具板300还可以是基本上固定的而上部的工具板400可以可移动地安装在所述设备10上。在一个附加的实施方式中,上部的工具板400和下部的工具板300都能够可移动地安置在所述设备10上。
下部的工具板300和上部的工具板400分别构造有在外形附近的加热元件350,以将至少两层塑料薄膜30、40进行周边焊接。外形附近的加热元件350分别安装在基板500上。在所述设备的一个方面中,分别有两个基板500安装在上部的工具板400上,两个基板500安装在下部的工具板300上。当然也可以安装多于两个基板或者仅安装一个基板。在一个实施方式中,基板被持续地加热。外形附近的加热元件350通过基板被预加热到例如100℃的恒温上。在下部的工具板300被压紧到上部的工具板400上时,至少两层塑料薄膜30、40在两个外形附近的加热元件350的外形上与在预热站270中被预加热且定位在至少两层塑料薄膜30、40之间的塑料元件170相焊接。在此,外形附近的加热元件350具有快速的单独的温度调控装置,借助该温度调控装置可以设定和保持温度,例如高于塑料薄膜30、40所使用的材料的熔点的140℃的温度。外形附近的加热元件350在塑料元件170定位在塑料薄膜30、40之间的区域中具有凹部,以便在下部的工具板300压紧到上部的工具板400上时补偿塑料元件170的厚度。为了在将塑料薄膜30、40焊接在一起时防止在外形附近的加热元件350之间的中间的未焊接的塑料薄膜区域“粘合在一起”,在外形附近的加热元件350之间分别安装了冷却板700。在此,冷却板700例如由塑料制成。在另一实施方式中,可以将冷却板700构成为加弹簧的冷却板。在另一实施方式中,可以将冷却板700构成为加弹簧的和/或前导的冷却板。
在焊接工具150的上部的工具板400上安装有隔热板600。在此隔热板600安置在基板500和设备10之间。隔热板600例如由塑料制成并且用于防止基板500向装置10的热导出。在另一实施方式中,在可移动的可挤压的工具板300上,在持续加热的基板500和压制设备410之间同样安装有隔热板600。在另一实施方式中,在下部的工具板300和上部的工具板400上都没有安装隔热板600。
焊接工具150包括分离设备250,用以分离经焊接的塑料薄膜30、40。在该实施方式中,分离设备250包括两个切割元件450和与所述切割元件相对置的止挡元件550。两个切割元件450安置在下部的可移动的工具板300上。与所述切割元件450相对置的止挡元件550安置在基本上固定的上部的工具板400上。在此,所述分离设备250直接设置在外形附近的加热元件350上,以便能够靠近内边缘390来分离制造出的塑料袋20。因此,在将两个相对置的工具板300、400压紧时,所制造的塑料袋20被分离。在另一实施方式中,切割元件450安置在基本上固定的工具板400上,并且相对置的止挡元件安置在可移动的工具板300上。
图5示出用于在一个工序中制造两个袋的设备。通过更换分离设备250、外形附近的加热元件350和冷却板700,能够制造不同形状的塑料袋20,或者替换磨损的工具部件。
至少两个盘形弹簧800安置在焊接工具150上。在此,该至少两个盘形弹簧800设置在基本上固定的上部的工具板400上。该至少两个盘形弹簧800安置在持续加热的基板500和设备10之间。在此盘形弹簧800设置在隔热板600中的留空部810中。通过在焊接工具150中设置盘形弹簧800可以使相对置的工具板300、400在压紧到一起时自动定心。通过借助于盘形弹簧800的自动定心,在工具板300、400压紧时,可以对工具板300、400的弯曲进行补偿。为了避免工具板300、400的这种倾翻效应,盘形弹簧800设有可调节的止挡件。由此可以确保对塑料薄膜30、40干净地焊接和分离。通过盘形弹簧800的工作原理,可以实现所制造的塑料袋20的外边缘370到内边缘390的均匀的间距。在另一实施方式中,盘形弹簧800安置在下部的工具板300上。在另一实施方式中,焊接工具150不包括盘形弹簧。
焊接工具150附加地包括感测设备750。感测设备750检测各个工具板300、400的热能,尤其是持续加热的基板500和外形附近的加热元件350的热能,以便调节用于制造塑料袋20所需的焊接能。在另一实施方式中,焊接工具150不包括感测设备750。
为了确保切割的和焊接的塑料袋20与塑料薄膜30、40完全分离,在每个焊接/切割步骤之后,借助于辊装置85的相反的运动方向将塑料薄膜30、40短暂地向回拉动。然后,借助薄膜传输机构95将塑料薄膜30、40再次推入焊接工具150中。
图6示出用于压制设备410的驱动器。所述驱动器包括具有可转动的轴665的伺服电机675。轴665借助于曲柄650与下部的工具板300连接。曲柄650是L形的,具有驱动杆655和杆元件660。在一个方面中,与曲柄650的驱动杆655和杆元件660的连接部借助弹簧670安置在所述设备10上。在这方面,弹簧670在驱动压制设备410时有力地辅助伺服电机675并使得能够使用较小的伺服电机675。在另一方面中不使用弹簧。
伺服电机675具有用于检测伺服电机675中的电流消耗的测量设备680。测量设备680具有用于评估测量设备680的测量结果的处理器685。通过伺服电机675的电流消耗的测量值,例如可以检测切割元件450的磨损或在压制设备410中或压制设备410上的障碍物。在启动所述设备时,将切割元件设定为,使塑料薄膜30、40被完全分开,以制造出单独的袋。在所述设备的这种状态下测量伺服电机675的电流消耗并将其作为参考值存储在处理器685的存储器中或者存储在单独的存储器中。在切割元件450磨损的情况下,伺服电机675例如必须将更多的力施加到下部的工具板300上并且为此使用更多的电力。测量在电流消耗方面的这种增加并且在处理器685中进行评估。所述评估提供关于切割元件450的状态的指示,由此可以及时地更换切割元件450。在在压制设备中或压制设备上存在障碍物的情况下,电流消耗也将增加,因为伺服电机675需要更多的力来克服所述障碍物。在这种情况下,处理器685也评估电流消耗并且可以中断用于排除障碍物的方法。
此外,通过与所存储的最佳设定的过程参考值相比较,对电流消耗的持久测量和监控可在任何时间都能够检测过程中的错误。例如,过低的电流消耗可能是对塑料薄膜30、40太薄的指示,即,切割元件450用于切割薄膜所需的力在该情况下较小。除了切割元件450的磨损之外,例如还可以识别切割元件450的错位。如果切割元件450在更换之后意外地没有被机械地足够牢固地拧紧,那么可以在当前的过程中对所述切割元件进行调节,而塑料薄膜30、40的切割不再是无障碍的。通过改变电流消耗,可以检测到这种效应。由此获得关于袋质量的结论并且能够将切坏的袋20拣选出来。
结合来自感测设备的数据,处理器685可以连同关于电流消耗的信息一起提供关于制造过程的质量的结果。尤其是,处理器685可以提供关于在薄膜30和40之间的袋外形接缝的质量的预测。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于制造由至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)构成的塑料袋(20)的设备(10),所述设备具有焊接工具(150),所述焊接工具用于将至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)在袋外形上焊接在一起,其中,所述焊接工具(150)具有下部的工具板(300)和上部的工具板(400),并且所述下部的工具板(300)借助于曲柄(650)和伺服电机(675)来驱动,以及其中,所述伺服电机(675)与用于检测电流消耗的测量设备(680)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述设备具有带有相对置的辊(90、100)的辊装置(85),以将至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)传送给所述焊接工具(150)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述设备(10)具有一个或多个用于提供至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)的薄膜分配器(50)。
4.根据上述权利要求之一所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述设备(10)包括至少一个浮动辊(60),以将至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)置于拉伸应力下。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述设备(10)包括至少一个位于至少一个所述浮动辊(60)和所述焊接工具(150)之间的偏转辊(70),以使至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)转向。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述至少一个偏转辊(70)包括两个或更多个导向元件(80),以将至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)定向。
7.根据权利要求2至6之一所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述辊装置(85)的相对置的辊(90、100)中的一个辊构成为驱动辊(90;100),以及所述相对置的辊(90、100)中的另一辊构成为压辊(90;100)。
8.根据权利要求2至7之一所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,在所述相对置的辊(90、100)中的一个辊上安置挤压设备(110),以借助限定的挤压压力来使相对置的辊(90、100)相互压紧。
9.根据权利要求1至7之一所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述设备(10)包括测量相对置的所述辊(90、100)中的一个辊的转速的转速传感器(160)。
10.根据权利要求1至9之一所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述设备(10)包括一个或多个口管分配器(55),用于提供塑料元件(170)。
11.根据上述权利要求之一所述的用于制造塑料袋(20)的设备(10),其中,所述上部的工具板(400)具有基板(500),所述基板借助于盘形弹簧(800)与所述设备连接。
12.一种用于制造塑料袋(20)的方法,包括:
i.将至少两层塑料薄膜(30、40)推到固定的、上部的工具板(400)和可移动的、下部的工具板(300)之间;
ii.借助于曲柄(650)和伺服电机(675)将该可移动的、下部的工具板(300)向上驱动,从而使所述上部的工具板(400)和所述下部的工具板(300)将两层塑料薄膜(30、40)挤压到一起,并且执行对所述伺服电机(675)的电流消耗的测量;
iii.将两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)沿着袋外形部加热,以便能够将两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)焊接到一起。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,将至少两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)从一个或多个薄膜分配器(50)中取出。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其中,借助于挤压设备(110)将限定的挤压压力施加到所述辊装置(85)的辊(90、100)上,以实施至少两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)。
15.根据权利要求12至14之一所述的方法,其中,通过转速传感器(160)测量两个相对置的辊(90、100)中的一个辊的转速。
16.根据权利要求12至15之一所述的方法,其中,在所述切割工具(150)中切割至少两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)。
17.根据权利要求12至16之一所述的方法,其中,在切割完至少两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)之后,通过辊装置(85)的相反的运动,将至少两层所述塑料薄膜(30、40)短暂地拉回。
18.根据权利要求13至17之一所述的方法,还包括:在确定出电流消耗的不规则性时进行通知。
