动机构的驱动速度V1、V2以及塑料薄膜层的热密封
时间T2,对塑料薄膜层间歇送进机构及可动密封杆
的驱动机构进行程序控制。通过计算机在塑料薄膜
层的送进时间与热密封时间之间加入等待时间T4,
从而能够改变本装置的周期时间T3。
Description
本发明涉及将塑料薄膜层进行热密封的装置。
用塑料薄膜制造塑料袋时,一般都使用将塑料薄膜层进行热密封的装置。例如,特开平3-197119号公报中所披露的就是这样的。在该公报的装置中,使可动密封杆相对于固定密封杆有间隔地配置,使重叠成两层的塑料薄膜在可动密封杆与固定密封杆之间通过。进而,送进辊与塑料膜接触,用伺服电机驱动送进辊使之转动,按每隔一定长度间歇地送进塑料薄膜层,每次间歇送进后,塑料薄膜层立即停止。再将摇杆与可动密封杆传动连接,曲柄与摇杆传动连接,用伺服电机驱动曲柄回转。从而,用曲柄驱动摇杆摇摆,由于摇杆的摇摆,使可动密封杆在第1位置与第2位置之间往复移动。在第一位置,可动密封杆向固定密封杆靠近,将塑料薄膜层夹持于可动密封杆和固定密封杆之间,在第2位置,可动密封杆离开固定密封杆或塑料薄膜层而后退。于是,在塑料薄膜层停止时,塑料薄膜层夹持在可动密封杆与固定密封杆之间,从而对塑料薄膜层进行热密封。
可是,在特开平3-197119号公报的装置中,塑料薄膜层的送进时间与热密封时间相互衔接,与塑料薄膜层即刻停止的同时,将塑料薄膜层夹持在可动密封杆和固定密封杆之间,借助于可动密封杆将塑料层进行热密封,然后在可动密封杆离开塑料薄膜层的同时,塑料薄膜层再度送进。从而,由塑料薄膜层的送进时间与热密封时间决定了该装置的周期的时间,塑料袋就分别地被制造出来了。因此,一旦选定塑料薄膜层的送进时间和热密封时间,就由此而确定了塑料袋的制造速度,再也不能变化,于是就存在不能灵活应变的问题。例如,在选定塑料薄膜层的送进时间和热密封时间以后,当调整装置将塑料薄膜层试验送进与试验热密封时,塑料薄膜层的送进时间与热密封时间需要保持所选定值,但对于塑料袋的制造速度则不需如此。对于塑料袋制造速度来说,勿宁说,希望在塑料薄膜的材料成本上,制造速度降下来为好。可是,当塑料薄膜层的送进时间与热密封的时间一旦选定后,由此就决定了装置的周期时间,即:制造塑料袋的速度也就决定了,于是就存在着不能使塑料袋的制造速度降低下来的问题。
于是,本发明的目的是在用送进辊等的塑料薄膜间歇送进机构使塑料薄膜层送进,用曲柄等的可动密封杆驱动机构使可动密封杆往复运动而将塑料薄膜层夹持在可动密封杆和固定密封杆之间,由此而对塑料薄膜进行热密封的装置中,在保持塑料薄膜层的送进时间和热密封时间的选定值的情况下,可以任意改变装置的周期时间。
本发明是将计算机连接到塑料薄膜间歇送进机构及可动密封杆驱动机构上,借助于计算机选定塑料薄膜层的送进速度V0,塑料薄膜层的送进时间T1,可动密封杆驱动机构的驱动速度V1V2以及塑料薄膜层的热密封时间T2,对塑料薄膜层的间歇送进机构和可动密封杆的驱动机构进行程序控制。用计算机在塑料薄膜层送进时间T1与热密封时间T2之间加入等待时间T4,就可使装置的周期时间T3改变。

下面,说明本发明的实施例。
图1中,本装置为对塑料薄膜层1进行热密封而制成塑料袋,设有3个固定密封杆2,固定密封杆2沿塑料薄膜层1的送进方向间隔地配置。进而,在固定密封杆2的上方设置3个可动密封杆3,各可动密封杆3相对于各固定密封杆2相距一定距离地配置,重叠成两层的塑料薄膜在可动密封杆3与固定密封杆2之间通过,用塑料薄膜间歇送进机构使塑料薄膜层1送进。塑料薄膜间歇送进机构有一对送进辊4,塑料薄膜层1夹持在各送进辊4之间,送进辊4与塑料薄膜层1接触,进而,将伺服电机5与送进辊4传动连接,用伺服电机5驱动送进辊4转动,塑料薄膜层1则按后面所述地每隔一定长度间歇地送进。
用多个杆件6连接固定上、下机架7、8,可动密封杆3则装配支持在上机架7上。导辊9与下机架8接触,上、下机架7、8及杆6则在导辊上被导向而能进行上下方向的往复运动。作为可动密封杆的驱动机构,使用了多个摇杆10,用连杆11将各摇杆10传动地相连,用多个连杆12传动地连接摇杆10和下机架8,摇杆10则可绕支点13摇摆。进而,连杆14将曲柄15和摇杆10传动相连,伺服电机16与曲柄15传动相连,曲柄15可绕支点17转动。从而,用伺服电机16驱动曲柄15回转,用曲柄15操纵摇杆10摆动,于是上、下机架7、8,杆6和可动密封杆3作往复运动。可动密封杆3在第1位置与第2位置之间往复移动。在第1位置,可动密封杆3向固定密封杆2靠近,将塑料薄膜层1夹持在可动密封杆3与固定密封杆2之间,在第2位置,可动密封杆向后退,离开固定密封杆2及塑料薄膜层1。
再将计算机17连接在伺服电机5、16上,如后面所述的那样,用计算机对伺服电机5、16进行程序控制。
在此装置中,用计算机对伺服电机5进行程序控制,用伺服电机5驱动送进辊4回转,借助于送进辊4将塑料薄膜层1送进。进而,如图2所示,借助于计算机17选定塑料薄膜层1的送进速度V0及塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1,塑料薄膜层1以选定的速度V0及送进时间T1间歇地送进,每次这样的间歇送进后,塑料薄膜层1同时停止运动。与此同时,用计算机17对伺服电机16进行程序控制,用伺服电机16驱动曲柄15回转。借助于计算机17选定曲柄15的回转速度V1,V2及塑料薄膜层1的热密封时间T2,使曲柄15以所选定的回转速度V1,V2转动。从而,可动密封杆3向第1位置下降接近固定密封杆2,塑料薄膜层1同时停止,将塑料薄膜层1夹持在可动密封杆3与固定密封杆2之间,并由此而将塑料薄膜层1进行热密封。塑料薄膜层1以选定的热密封时间T2被热密封。然后,可动密封杆3上升至第2位置,脱离固定密封杆2及塑料薄膜层1而后退。
进而,如在图2中的控制特性,塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2相互衔接,塑料薄膜层1即刻停止的同时,将塑料薄膜层1夹持在可动密封杆3与固定密封杆2之间,借助于可动密封杆3使塑料薄膜层1被热密封。然后,在可动密封杆3离开塑料薄膜层1的同时,将塑料薄膜层1再次送进。从而,根据塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2决定出装置的周期时间T3,在每个周期时间T3中,分别制造出塑料袋来。
又,根据塑料薄膜层1的送进速度V0及送进时间T1决定塑料薄膜层1的长度,塑料薄膜层1每次间歇送进一定长度,塑料袋就具有与之对应的长度。借助于计算机17使塑料薄膜层1的送进速度V0及送进时间T1变化,就可以任意地选定塑料袋的长度。
一方面,曲柄15及可动密封杆3则在将塑料薄膜层1夹持在可动密封杆3与固定密封杆2之间时,通过计算机17选定曲柄15的第1速度V1,曲柄15的回转速度就保持在第1速度V1上。进而,由于该第1速度V1与塑料薄膜层1的热密封时间T2相关,就由第1速度V1决定了塑料薄膜层1的热密封时间T2。借助计算机17调整曲柄15的第1速度V1,就能相应于塑料薄膜层1的厚度与材质调整其热密封时间T2。从而能将塑料薄膜层1可靠地热密封起来。而当塑料薄膜1不在可动密封杆3及固定密封杆2之间夹持时,曲柄15的回转速度没有必要保持一定的速度,用计算机17不等速地驱动伺服电机16,就能使曲柄15不等速地移动。在图2的控制特性中,借助计算机17选定曲柄16的第2速度V2,在可动密封杆3离开塑料薄膜层1之后,曲柄15高速转动,其速度变化,上升至第2速度。
进而,在此装置中,如图3与图4所示的,在塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2之间加入等待时间T4,由此而使装置的周期时间T3变化。从而,例如,在选定塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2后,在调整装置将塑料薄膜层1试验性地送进,试验性热密封时,保持塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2的选定值,则该装置的周期时间T3可以任意变化、延长。从而,在不改变塑料袋的长度与塑料薄膜层的热密封条件情况下,可以任意降低塑料袋的制造速度,就能使塑料薄膜层1的材料成本限制在最小限度内。其后,装置运转,制造塑料袋时还可将等待时间去掉,使装置的周期时间T3缩短,塑料袋制造速度提高。
为了在塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2之间加入等待时间T4,用计算机17调整、变化曲柄15的第2速度就可以了。在图3的控制特性中,将曲柄15的第2速度V2压得比图2中的第2速度低,由此而加入等待时间T4。在图4的控制特性中,曲柄15的第2速度V2选得比其第1速度V1值低。因而其等待时间T4比图3中的等待时间长。
在调整装置,借助选进辊4送进塑料薄膜层1,使可动密封杆3停止下来之时,送进辊4回转,曲柄15停止期间,能用计算机15模拟曲柄15的回转角度。从而,在其后,装置运转,使可动密封杆3往复运动,计算机17的模拟角度达到既定角度时,由计算机17驱动伺服电机16,能使曲柄15回转,使塑料薄膜层1的送进相位与可动密封杆3的往复移动相位相互对应。
如上所说明的,在本发明中,在塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2之间加入等待时间T4,由此而能使装置的周期时间T3变化。从而,例如,在塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间T2选定后,在调整装置将塑料薄膜层1试验地送进并试验地热密封时,保持塑料薄膜层1的送进时间T1与热密封时间为选定值,能使装置的周期时间T3任意地变化,延长。因而,在不改变塑料袋长度与塑料薄膜层的热密封的条件下,可以任意地降低塑料袋的制造速度,把塑料薄膜层1的材料成本限制在最小限度。然后,在装置运转制造塑料袋时,能去掉等待时间T4,使装置的周期时间T3缩短,塑料袋的制造速度提高。
Claims (6)
1、一种塑料薄膜层的热密封装置,包括固定密封杆与可动密封杆,可动密封杆相对于上述固定密封杆有间隔地配置;以及塑料薄膜的间歇送进机构,它使重叠成两层的塑料薄膜在上述可动密封杆及上述固定密封杆之间通过,每次间歇送进一定长度,每次间歇送进后使塑料薄膜层即刻停止,还有可动密封杆的驱动机构,它在上述塑料薄膜层的每次送进后便使上述可动密封杆在上述可动密封杆靠近上述固定密封杆将上述塑料薄膜层夹持于上述可动密封杆与上述固定密封杆之间的第1位置P与上述可动密封杆离开上述固定密封杆及上述塑料薄膜层的第2位置之间往复移动,在上述塑料薄膜层即刻停止时将上述塑料薄膜层夹持在上述可动密封杆与上述固定密封杆之间并由此而将上述塑料薄膜层热密封的装置,其特征在于,还设有计算机,它能将上述塑料薄膜间歇送进机构及上述可动密封杆驱动机构连接起来,选定上述塑料薄膜层的送进速度V0,上述塑料薄膜层的送进时间T1,上述可动密封杆驱动机构的驱动速度V1、V2以及根据上述可动密封杆选定将上述塑料薄膜层进行热密封的时间T2,能对上述塑料薄膜间歇送进机构及上述可动密封杆驱动机构进行程序控制,在上述塑料薄膜层送进时间T1与热密封时间T2之间加入等待时间T4,并由此而能使装置的周期时间T3改变。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,上述可动密封杆驱动机构是由与上述可动密封杆传动地相连的摇杆,与上述摇杆传动相连的曲柄及与上述曲柄传动相连的第1伺服电机组成的,上述计算机与第1伺服电机连接,借助上述第1伺服电机使上述曲柄回转,借助上述曲柄使上述摇杆摆动,由此而使上述可动密封杆往复移动,上述可动密封杆驱动机构的驱动速度是由上述曲柄的回转速度V1、V2构成,用上述计算机选定上述曲柄回转速度V1、V2。
3、一种如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:在上述塑料薄膜层夹持于上述可动密封杆与上述固定密封杆之间时,上述曲柄回转速度保持第1速度V1,通过上述第1速度V1决定出上述塑料薄膜层的密封时间T2。
4、一种如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于:在上述塑料薄膜层不夹持在上述可动密封杆与上述固定密封杆之间时,上述曲柄的回转速度变化至第2速度V2,通过上述第2速度V2决定上述等待时间T4。
5、一种如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于:上述塑料薄膜间歇送进机构是由与上述塑料薄膜层接触的送进辊及与上述送进辊传动相连的第2伺服电机构成的,上述计算机与上述第2伺服电机连接,通过第二伺服电机使上述送进辊回转,通过上述送进辊使上述塑料薄膜层送进。
6、一种如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,通过上述送进辊使上述塑料薄膜层送进,在上述可动密封杆停止时,通过上述计算机模拟上述曲柄的回转角度。
