所述的一种具有保健功能的猪肉糯米菜粥的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1)先将猪肉100g、胡萝卜60g、菠菜60g、大葱20g淘洗干净,把猪肉剁成猪肉末,把胡萝卜切丝,菠菜快速焯水后切段,把大葱切碎为葱花备用;
步骤2)将糯米500g淘洗干净后浸泡4个小时后放入锅内加入清水,糯米和水的比例为1∶10,用大火烧开后转为小火煮至糯米开花为米粥;

步骤1)先将猪肉:20g、胡萝卜80g、菠菜80g、大葱40g淘洗干净,把猪肉剁成猪肉末,把胡萝卜切丝,菠菜快速焯水后切段,把大葱切碎为葱花备用;
步骤2)将糯米600g淘洗干净后浸泡4个小时后放入锅内加入清水,糯米和水的比例为1∶10,用大火烧开后转为小火煮至糯米开花为米粥;

1.一种具有保健功能的猪肉糯米菜粥,其特征在于,所述的猪肉糯米菜粥是由猪肉末、糯米、胡萝卜、菠菜、大葱、大豆油、精盐及味精按重量份计:糯米500~600份,猪肉末100~120份,胡萝卜、菠菜各60~80份,大葱20~40份,大豆油8~10份,精盐及味精各4~6份配制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的猪肉糯米菜粥,其特征在于,所述的猪肉糯米菜粥是由猪肉末、糯米、胡萝卜、菠菜、大葱、大豆油、精盐及味精按重量份计:糯米550份,猪肉末110份,胡萝卜、菠菜各70份,大葱30份,大豆油9份,精盐及味精各5份配制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的猪肉糯米菜粥,其特征在于,所述的猪肉糯米菜粥是由猪肉末、糯米、胡萝卜、菠菜、大葱、大豆油、精盐及味精按重量份计:糯米500份,猪肉末100份,胡萝卜、菠菜各60份,大葱20份,大豆油8份,精盐及味精各4份配制而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的猪肉糯米菜粥,其特征在于,所述的猪肉糯米菜粥是由猪肉末、糯米、胡萝卜、菠菜、大葱、大豆油、精盐及味精按重量份计:糯米600份,猪肉末120份,胡萝卜、菠菜各80份,大葱40份,大豆油10份,精盐及味精各6份配制而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保健功能的猪肉糯米菜粥的制作方法,其特征在于,所述的制作方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1)先将猪肉、胡萝卜、菠菜、大葱淘洗干净,把猪肉剁成猪肉末,把胡萝卜切丝,菠菜快速焯水后切段,把大葱切碎为葱花备用;
步骤2)将糯米淘洗干净后浸泡4个小时后放入锅内加入清水,糯米和水的比例为1∶10,用大火烧开后转为小火煮至糯米开花为米粥;
步骤3)炒锅上火,放入大豆油烧热,下入葱花炝锅,再放入猪肉末,胡萝卜丝和精盐,炒至肉末、胡萝卜丝入味后倒入米粥中,搅匀;
步骤4)再加入菠菜段,稍煮片刻,调入味精,即成猪肉糯米菜粥。
