图1是根据本公开的实施方案的用于形成加强纸盒5(图6-9)的纸盒坯件10的内表面1的平面图,所述加强纸盒5用于将袋子3或衬保持在加强包装152(图6-9)中。在一个实施方案中,加强包装与2014年9月25日提交的美国专利申请No.14/496,252的加强包装相似或相同,所述申请的全部公开内容出于所有目的以引用的方式并入本文。本公开的系统和方法的一个实施方案可以由幅材101(图2)形成一系列的附接的袋子部分3'(图3)、将来自一系列的袋子部分的单独的袋子部分3'附接到相应的坯件10、以及将附接的袋子部分3'与幅材分离以形成附接到相应的坯件10的袋子3(图4和5)。袋子3具有开放的顶端7、封闭的或密封的底端9以及用于保持产品的内部空间150。在一个实施方案中,袋子3具有延伸袋子长度的密封侧130。加强纸盒5具有支撑袋子3的密封底部9的底部20。可替代地,在不脱离本公开的情况下,纸盒5可以具有开放的底部和/或可以被定位成围绕袋子3的中间部分或顶部延伸。
如图1所示,纸盒坯件10具有横向轴线L1和纵向轴线L2。在所示实施方案中,纸盒坯件10具有在第一折叠线33处可折叠地连接到第一侧板28的前板21、在第二折叠线37处可折叠地连接到第一侧板28的后板23以及在第三折叠线40处可折叠地连接到前板21的第二侧板29。如图1所示,第二后板或附接折板25在第四折叠线43处可折叠地连接到第二侧板29。如图1所示,第一侧板28包括两个单独的板部分28a、28b,所述板部分28a、28b沿着横向折叠线26彼此可折叠地连接。类似地,第二侧板29包括两个单独的板部分29a、29b,所述板部分29a、29b沿着横向折叠线27彼此可折叠地连接。
在所示的实施方案中,第一折叠线33被分割成从顶点30a延伸的两个倾斜的折叠线段34、35。第二折叠线37被分割成从顶点30b延伸的两个倾斜的折叠线段38、39。第三折叠线40被分割成从顶点31a延伸的两个倾斜的折叠线段41、42。第四折叠线43被分割成从顶点31b延伸的两个倾斜的折叠线段44、45。折叠线33、37可以与横向折叠线26间隔开,使得顶点30a、30b比倾斜的折叠线段34、35、38、39的相反端更远地与横向折叠线26间隔开(例如,板部分28a、28b和第一侧板28在顶点30a、30b之间或在顶点30a、30b附近最宽)。类似地,折叠线40、43可以与横向折叠线27间隔开,使得顶点31a、31b比倾斜的折叠线段41、42、44、48的相反端更远地与横向折叠线27间隔开(例如,板部分29a、29b和第一侧板29在顶点31a、31b之间或在顶点31a、31b附近最宽)。在不脱离本公开的情况下,折叠线33、37、40、43可以被省略或者可以以其他方式布置、成形、定位和/或构造。例如,折叠线可以是弧形折叠线而不是如图所示的分段折叠线。
如图1所示,坯件3还可以包括在纵向折叠线71处可折叠地连接到后板23的第一底板51以及在纵向折叠线72处可折叠地连接到前板21的第二底板52。如图所示,底端折板53在折叠线57处可折叠地连接到第二底板52。锁定突片55从第二底板52延伸并且可沿着切口58与底端折板53分离。此外,互补的锁定凹口或凹槽54形成在第一底板51中并且限定第一底板51的用于接合锁定突片55的边缘。锁定凹口54的大小或尺寸被设定成接合锁定突片55。突片55接合凹口54以帮助锁定第一底端折板41和第二底端折板45以形成纸盒5的底部20。在不脱离本公开的情况下,底板51、52,底端折板53和/或锁定特征部54、55中的任何一个可以被省略或者可以以其他方式布置、成形、定位和/或构造。
在所示的实施方案中,在不背离本公开的情况下,纸盒坯件3和纸盒5可以包括任何相对刚性的材料,诸如纸板、粘土涂层纸板、实心漂白板(SBB)纸板、实心漂白硫酸盐(SBS)纸板、牛皮纸线纸板或者任何其他合适的材料。在替代实施方案中,纸盒坯件3可以以其他方式成形并且可以具有替代的板、折板、折叠线和/或板部分布置。
在替代实施方案中,坯件10可以具有替代的板、折叠线和/或板部分布置。2013年3月14日提交的美国专利申请No.13/826,937出于所有目的以引用的方式并入本文,并且示出了各种加强包装,包括可以由本公开的方法和系统形成的各种加强构造5、坯件10和袋子3。
通常,后板23和附接折板25可以重叠并胶合,并且坯件10可以围绕折叠线26、27、33、37、40、43折叠,以定位前板21、侧板28、29以及重叠的后板23和附接折板25来形成纸盒5(图6)。底板51、52和底端折板53可以通过粘合剂和/或通过锁定特征部54、55重叠和固定以形成纸盒5的封闭底部20。在所示的实施方案中,纸盒5可以被定位成收叠构型(图6),其中前板21和后板23靠近在一起,沿着折叠线26、27折叠侧板28、29,并且纸盒5可以被定位成打开构型,其中前板21和后板23间隔开并且侧板28、29沿着折叠线33、37、40、43折叠并被向内推动。在所示的实施方案中,当纸盒5处于收叠构型时,底部20可以向内折叠。在不脱离本公开的情况下,加强纸盒5可以以其他方式成形、布置和构造。例如,底部20可以被构造成当纸盒处于收叠构型时向外折叠。
图2示出用于形成附接到相应坯件10的袋子3的幅材101。图2中的幅材101包括多条线,其示意性地示出由本公开的系统和方法在幅材中形成的不同特征部的相对位置。在形成袋子之前(例如,在幅材被折叠、热密封和/或切割之前),可以或可以不在幅材中形成这些线。例如,折叠线可以在幅材被折叠时形成,热密封区域的边界可以在幅材被热密封时由加热元件的形状形成,并且/或者穿孔线可以由穿孔机形成。可替代地,在形成袋子之前,可以将一些或全部线印刷或以其他方式形成在幅材中。
幅材101可以由通常不可渗透的材料或材料层形成,使得形成的袋子3可以容纳液体。幅材101可以包括相对具有柔性且相对不透液体的任何合适的材料。在不背离本公开的情况下,衬坯件103可以包括与诸如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯或任何其他合适的材料的塑料层压的纸质材料。可替代地,在不背离本公开的情况下,幅材101可以包括流体可透过的材料。
如图2所示,对于形成相应的袋子3的各个部分,幅材101可以包括分别在折叠线109处可折叠地连接到角撑板107的两个侧壁105。角撑板107可以在折叠线113处可折叠地彼此连接。幅材101可以包括密封区域115,所述密封区域115沿着形成相应的袋子3的各个部分的相应的边缘区域延伸并且至少部分地限定在线119之间。在不背离本公开的情况下,侧壁105、角撑板107和/或密封区域115中的任何一个可以被省略或者可以以其他方式布置、成形、定位或构造。
在一个实施方案中,并且如下面进一步描述的,本公开的系统和方法可以包括幅材成形部分,所述幅材成形部分通常可以折叠幅材101、在幅材中形成热密封区域、并且在幅材中形成穿孔线以形成附接的袋子部分3'(图3)。在所示的实施方案中,幅材成形部分将幅材101的第一部分121折叠在幅材的第二部分123上方,同时向内推动角撑板107以形成角板136(图3-5和10)。幅材101的折叠可以形成幅材101被折叠的折叠线109、113。幅材成形部分还可以在幅材101中的密封区域115处形成热密封区域130,使得幅材101的在底部处由角板136密封并且在侧面处由热密封区域130密封。如图3所示,热密封区域130沿着每个袋子部分3'的边缘部分延伸。因此,热密封区域130均沿着两个相邻的袋子部分3'的边缘侧部延伸。此外,幅材成形部分可以在幅材101中形成弱化线117(例如,撕开线或穿孔线),其通常使热密封区域130分叉,使得幅材101的密封部分沿着穿孔线117彼此可分离。因此,如图3所示,幅材101被折叠、密封和穿孔以形成袋子部分3'的系列125。
例如,袋子部分3'可以用胶条G胶合到相应坯件10的前板21(图4)。在一个实施方案中,附加的胶条G被施加到坯件10,以用于将附接折板25附接到后板23并且/或者用于将后板23和/或附接折板25附接到袋子。在所示的实施方案中,在袋子部分3'粘附到相应的坯件10之后,袋子3可以沿着穿孔线117与附接的袋子部分3'的系列125分离(图4)。在不脱离本公开的情况下,袋子3可以由幅材101通过替代步骤来形成。
包装152可以通过从如图4所示的袋子3和坯件10的组合诸如通过折叠器/胶合器系统在袋子3周围形成纸盒5而形成。包装152可以处于收叠构型(图6),并且侧板28、29可以被向内挤压(图7)以使包装152直立成打开构型(图8-10)。所示的第一非直立位置减小和/或最小化(例如折叠)袋子3的内部空间150的体积,使得加强包装处于非直立或半扁平状态。非直立状态可以有助于将多个包装容易地堆叠到例如装运容器中,并且随后在目的地设施处进行组织。当包装152被移动到直立或打开构型时,侧板28、29在相应的折叠线26、33、37和27、40、43处被向内推动。因此,前板21和后板23彼此远离地移动,并且底板51、52可以沿着折叠线57、71、72折叠,以大致共面地在前板与后板之间延伸。此外,袋子3的侧壁105胶合到纸盒5的相应的前板21和后板23,并且当侧板28、29向内移动时,袋子可以通过前板和后板定位在打开位置中。在一个实施方案中,当袋子3的板105远离彼此移动时,角撑板107可以沿着折叠线109、113折叠以跨打开的袋子3的底部9延伸(例如,如图5和10所示)。在所示的实施方案中,当包装152处于收叠构型和打开构型时,袋子3的侧面由热密封区域130密封而袋子的底部由角撑板107密封。在不背离本公开的情况下,包装可以以其他方式成形、布置和/或构造。
图11-17示出根据本公开的用于形成加强包装(例如,加强包装152)的系统和方法200的各种示例性实施方案和部件。在所示的实施方案中,包装系统200在系统200的上游端203处将幅材101形成为袋子部分3'的系列125,并且将袋子部分3'附接到相应的构造10(例如,坯件10)以形成附接的幅材101'(附接到相应的袋子部分3'的坯件10)。坯件和幅材可以通常在机器方向M上移动通过系统200到达下游端205,并且在下游端205处当将袋子3与附接的幅材101’的剩余部分分离时形成附接到坯件10的袋子3的组合。具有附接的袋子3的坯件10可以从系统200直接输出到折叠器/胶合器系统(未示出)、可以被运输到单独的折叠器/胶合器系统、并且/或者可以手动胶合和折叠以形成包装152。在一个实施方案中,本公开的系统200包括幅材成形部段或部分260,其将幅材101形成为相邻的袋子部分3'的系列125,所述袋子部分3'形成为每个包装152的相应袋子3。本公开的系统和方法200可以具有与在2016年4月29日提交的通过引用并入的美国临时专利申请No.15/142,103(’103申请)以及2016年4月29日提交的美国专利申请No.15/142,435(’435申请)中公开的系统和方法相似或相同的特征、方法、过程和/或部件。
如图11所示,在用于制造附接到相应坯件10以用于形成加强包装152的袋子3的组合的系统和方法200的一个实施方案中,袋子材料101的幅材可以包括预印纸、聚乙烯或者包括柔性和可热密封材料的其他材料。在系统200的幅材成形部分260中,材料的幅材101从卷筒或供应装置202给送。袋子材料101可以预先印有各种图案、文字、标签或其他图形。可替代地,幅材101可以没有印刷材料和/或标签。在一个替代实施方案中,幅材101可以是穿孔的印刷卷筒材料,其可以包括图案化的粘合剂,所述粘合剂被定位成有助于将幅材101形成为袋子3。幅材成形部分260包括角板形成组件220,并且材料的幅材101穿过角撑板形成组件,在该处袋子3的底部9被形成为包括具有折痕109、113的底部角板130(图3、5和10)。可以通过在(例如用水平导向板)向内推动角撑板107时将幅材101的第一部分121折叠在第二部分123上(例如图2)来形成角板136和折叠的幅材。幅材101的折叠和角板136的形成可以类似于如通过引用并入的‘435申请的图14-16中所示的袋48和角板52的形成。在不背离本公开的情况下,可以以其他方式形成折叠的幅材101和角板136。
幅材101移动通过位于底部角板形成组件220下游的旋转热封机组件221。旋转热封机组件221形成在幅材101中形成的每个袋子的热密封侧部130。旋转热封机组件221诸如通过在加热元件之间按压密封区域115(图2)来接合材料的幅材101的重叠部分以形成袋子3的密封侧部130。图12示意性地示出旋转热密封机组件221的一个实施方案,其包括安装在辊231上方的轴235上的两个加热元件233。当折叠的材料的幅材101在加热元件233与辊231之间通过时,加热元件233在轴235上旋转以周期性地将材料的幅材压在辊231上。加热元件233被加热,使得加热元件233与辊231之间的压力与材料的幅材101上的加热元件的加热的组合可以引起折叠的幅材101的各层密封在一起(例如通过至少部分地将角板136的侧面处的四层材料软化或熔化在一起并且将在角板上方的袋子部分的侧面处的两层材料软化或熔化在一起)。在一个实施方案中,每个加热元件233(未示出)的面可以被成形成为对应于热密封区域130的形状(图3和4)。加热元件233的间距和轴235的旋转可以被构造成使得热密封区域130以对应于袋子部分3'的长度的间隔形成在幅材101中(例如,使得热密封区域沿着袋子部分的边缘侧部延伸)。热密封组件221可以包括任何合适数量的加热元件233,并且在不背离本公开的情况下,辊231可以由平板或其他表面代替以用于对抗加热元件的压力。在一个实施方案中,加热元件233可以安装在热密封辊或其他特征部上。
在图13A和13B所示的替代实施方案中,热密封组件221’包括多个加热元件233'和安装到轴235的热密封辊222。如图13A所示,加热元件233'可以在热密封辊222中的相应的间隙237中延伸,使得每个加热元件通常围绕其周边与热密封辊间隔开距离D1。因此,加热元件233'通常不加热热密封辊222,以帮助减少热密封区域130外部的袋子部分3'的加热和/或密封。如图13A所示,加热元件233'通常可以比热密封辊222的半径更长,使得加热元件延伸经过热密封辊的外表面,并且加热元件的面可以如同袋子部分3'中的热密封区域130(参见图3)那样成型。图13A仅示出热密封辊222中的两个加热元件233';然而,可以围绕轴235以任何合适的间隔包括任何合适数量的加热元件233'。
如图13B所示,热密封辊222可以定位在移入和移出热密封组件221'的幅材101的平面下方,使得幅材101在热密封辊的上游侧越过引导辊并且向下沿着热密封辊的表面延伸。幅材101随后围绕热密封辊222的底部延伸并且向上延伸通过热密封辊的下游侧并越过另一引导辊。因此,幅材101的被密封以形成热密封区域130的部分与相应的加热元件233'接触的时间比幅材101直线移动通过组件的时间更长。换句话说,向下移动热密封辊并且包括引导辊可以增加热密封区域130与加热元件233'接触的停留时间,这可以帮助改善幅材的热密封。类似地,将热密封辊222移动到幅材101的平面的上方可以增加停留时间。当幅材101沿着热密封辊222移动时,在热密封区域130外部的袋子部分3'的未密封区域可以与热密封辊222的外表面接合,所述外表面可以比接合热密封区域130的加热元件233’更冷。
在一个实施方案中,如图13B所示,预热器239通常可以在使幅材移动通过热密封组件221'或热密封组件221之前加热幅材101,以帮助减少用于形成热密封区域130所需的停留时间的量。在不背离本公开的情况下,热密封组件221、221'可以被省略或者可以以其他方式布置、成形、定位或构造。此外,热密封机组件可以类似于在通过引用并入的‘103美国临时专利申请和/或‘435美国临时专利申请中公开的旋转袋子密封机组件。
如图11所示,热密封的幅材101从热密封机组件221通过穿孔站224,所述穿孔站224在形成相应的袋子3的幅材101的相邻袋子部分3'之间形成弱化线117。在一个实施方案中,弱化线117可以是具有连接刻痕的穿孔或撕开线,以允许袋子部分3'在幅材被附接到坯件10时保持连接在幅材101中。穿孔站224可以是旋转穿孔器或者在不背离本公开的情况下以其他方式配置。例如,如图11中示意性地示出的,穿孔站224可以包括穿孔器辊241和相对辊243。穿孔器辊241可以包括在幅材101中形成间隔切口(例如,沿着每个热密封区域130的横向于机器方向M的中心线)的切割边缘245。因此,袋子部分3'可以通过沿着相应的穿孔线117撕开而可彼此分离。系统200随后可以将袋子部分3'的系列125从幅材成形部分260向下游移动以附接到构造10。
在一个实施方案中,系统200的纸盒给送器207包括给送到附接组件262的坯件传输机209的构造(例如,纸盒坯件10)的堆叠208。在图11所示的实施方案中,幅材成形部分260被示出为位于纸盒给送器207的上游,但是在不背离本公开的情况下,幅材成形部分260和部件(例如底部角板形成组件220、旋转热密封组件221和穿孔站224)可以位于其他位置,诸如位于坯件传输机209的上方、下方或横向于坯件传输机209,和/或朝向系统200的下游端205定位。坯件传输机209使构造10在机器方向M上朝向从穿孔台224给送的袋子材料的幅材101移动。在一个实施方案中,纸盒给送器可以是任何常规的纸盒给送器组件,诸如拾取和放置型纸盒给送器,或者皮带驱动的纸盒给送器,其以比拾取和放置型纸盒给送器相对更高的速度从堆叠输送构造10。在不背离本公开的情况下,纸盒给送器可以包括其他类型的给送器,诸如传送从坯件切割站引导的构造10的机构或任何其他合适类型的给送器或其他机构。例如,系统200可以包括在纸板材料卷筒上印刷图形和/或其他特征的联线印刷机和工艺以及将印刷卷筒直接切割成从模压切割机直接给送到坯件传输机209的构造10的模压切割机或其他切割机和工艺。在不背离本公开的范围的情况下,可以包括用于处理构造10的其他工艺和设备。
如图14所示,坯件传输机209包括用于接合一系列构造10并沿机器方向M输送构造的带凸耳的皮带211。在一个实施方案中,以相应的相邻构造重叠的方式来输送构造10。例如,如图14和15所示,每个构造10被放置在传输机上,使得其与先前放置的下游构造10部分重叠,例如,其中上游构造的侧板29、前板21以及底板52与下游构造的相应的侧板28、后板23和底板51至少部分地重叠。每个构造10可以被带凸耳的皮带211的相应的凸耳213在机器方向M上推动(图14和15)。在不背离本公开的范围的情况下,构造10可以以其他方式放置和/或布置在传输机209上和/或传输机209可以以其他方式配置。
如图11和14所示,附接组件262可以包括设置在纸盒给送器207下游的粘合剂施加器216,并且可以在构造10附接到幅材101之前将粘合剂施加到构造10。例如,粘合剂施加器216可以将胶条G施加到每个构造10的前板21(图15),其中每个构造的前板21通常不被相邻的上游构造重叠。幅材101通过附接组件262的压缩夹辊217与构造10接触,使得每个相应的袋子部分3'被粘附到相应的构造10。在一个实施方案中,相对辊或其他合适的相对表面(未示出)可以与夹辊217相对地设置,使得构造和袋子部分夹持在夹辊与相对表面之间。在所示的实施方案中,幅材101的每个袋子部分3'被粘附到相应的坯件10的前板21,但是袋子部分3'可以以其他方式附接到坯件。此时,在组装过程中,幅材101被附接到一系列构造10,使得幅材可以被称为附接的幅材101'。附接的幅材101'的每个相应的相邻的袋子部分3'被附接到在所述组装过程的这一点处重叠的所述一系列构造的相应构造10(在通过压缩夹辊217将幅材101附接到构造10之后)。
如图14、16和17所示,附接的幅材101'和重叠的构造在位于压缩辊217下游的分离站225处进行分离。在一个实施方案中,分离站225包括第一(上游)辊227和第二(下游)辊229,所述第一(上游)辊227以第一速度传输附接的幅材101'和构造10,所述第二(下游)辊229以比第一速度更快的第二速度旋转。在所示实施方案中,辊227、229中的每一个辊定位在相应的相对辊230上方。在一个实施方案中,带凸耳的皮带211的凸耳213将构件10推向上游辊227,所述上游辊227继续使具有其附接的袋子部分3'的每个后续构造10朝向下游辊229移动。当通过第二辊229的更快的旋转速度使附接的幅材101'加速时,接合下游辊229的袋子部分3'被拉离幅材101的相应的相邻的上游袋子部分3',并且在弱化线117处从其分离。因此,通过下游辊229与附接的构造10一起加速的袋子部分3'变成附接到所述构造的单独的袋子3(图4、14和17)。第二辊229的较快的速度沿着弱化线117有效地将每个袋子部分3'从剩余的幅材101拉出并分离,使得构造10和袋子3与附接的幅材101'分离。在一个实施方案中,上游辊227的较慢的速度可以引起上游辊在袋子与幅材分离时有效地保持附接的幅材101'抵抗下游辊229在构造10和袋子3上的拉力。在一个实例中,第一辊227的第一速度可以在大约250-300英尺/分钟的范围内,并且第二辊229的第二速度可以在大约350-450英尺/分钟的范围内。在不背离本公开的情况下,第一速度和第二速度可以是用于将附接的幅材101'分离成分离的坯件10和袋子3的任何合适的速度。此外,在不背离本公开的情况下,分离站225可以以其他方式布置和构造,并且可以包括其他合适的部件以便以不同的或替代的方式来分离附接的幅材。
在一个实施方案中,分离的单个坯件10和附接的袋子3在分离组件225的下游传送到折叠器/胶合器纸盒成形组件(未示出)。在一个实施方案中,纸盒成形组件包括一系列折叠器,其定位坯件10的各种折板和板以形成可以被包装和运输以便用产品填充的扁平纸盒5(图6)。可替代地,可以将坯件10与附接的袋子3的组合传递到单独的折叠器/胶合器系统和/或可以手动地立起包装152。在不背离本公开的情况下,系统200中可以包括其他收集、输送或排出机构。
用于形成袋子3并将袋子3附接到可以形成本公开的加强包装152的相应构造的系统200通过首先形成幅材101而以高效的方式来形成包装,所述幅材101具有被附接到相应的坯件10以形成附接的幅材101'的一系列袋子部分3'。在一个实施方案中,附接的幅材随后被分离以形成袋子3附接到其上的单独坯件10。可以随后将坯件10进一步折叠并胶合以形成其中具有袋子3的纸盒5。系统200包括坯件10的输送和部分重叠以及重叠的坯件到包括成形的袋子部分3'的幅材101的附接。系统200可以根据坯件10的组合、折叠和胶合整合袋子3成形以形成纸盒5。系统200包括其中幅材折叠、密封和组合速度(英尺/分钟)被最小化同时维持就每分钟件数而言的输出的过程。袋子材料的幅材101被以连续地连接的方式维持,直到幅材和坯件10组合并粘附在一起后为止。这可以有助于使袋子3与坯件10之间的未对准问题最小化。在幅材101和坯件10被组合并且以适当的对准粘附在一起之后,它们被分离,随后通过折叠/胶合组件来进行存储、传递和/或处理。
通常,如本文所述,衬可以由纸浆材料形成,尽管也可以使用各种塑料或其他衬材料,并且可以衬有或涂覆有所需材料。本文所述的构造、坯件和/或加强套筒可以由更刚性的材料制成,诸如粘土涂覆的天然牛皮纸(“CCNK”)。诸如各种卡片纸、纸、塑料或其他合成或天然材料的其他材料也可以用于形成本文所述的包装的部件。
通常,本公开的坯件可以由具有一定厚度的纸板构成,使得其比普通纸更重且更具刚性。坯件还可以由其他材料构成,诸如硬纸板或具有适合于使纸盒能够至少大致如上面所述地起作用的性质的任何其他材料。坯件可以涂覆有例如粘土涂层。随后可以用产品、广告和其他信息或图像来印刷粘土涂层。随后坯件可以涂覆有清漆以保护坯件上印刷的信息。坯件还可以在坯件的任一侧或两侧上涂覆例如防潮层。坯件还可以在选定的板或板部分处用一种或多种板片状材料进行层压或涂覆。

Claims (30)

1.一种至少部分地形成加强包装的方法,所述方法包括:
使材料的幅材沿下游方向移动通过幅材成形部分;
在使材料的幅材移动通过幅材成形部分过程中在材料的幅材中至少部分地形成至少袋子部分;
通过将一构造粘附到材料的幅材的袋子部分来形成附接的幅材;
使附接的幅材移动通过分离站,使附接的幅材移动包括使所述构造与材料的幅材一起移动;
在使附接的幅材移动通过分离站过程中使袋子部分与材料的幅材的剩余部分分离以形成袋子,所述袋子附接到所述构造。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中使袋子部分与材料的幅材的剩余部分分离包括使袋子部分相对于材料的幅材的剩余部分加速。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述分离站包括上游辊和下游辊,使袋子部分相对于材料的幅材的所述剩余部分加速包括在材料的幅材的剩余部分的相邻部分接合上游辊的同时使所述构造和所述袋子部分中的至少一者与下游辊接合,以及使下游辊比上游辊更快地旋转。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述袋子部分是下游袋子部分,并且至少部分地形成至少袋子部分还包括在材料的幅材中至少部分地形成上游袋子部分,所述下游袋子部分能够沿着弱化线与上游袋子部分分离。

8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中使第一幅材部分和第二幅材部分的至少一部分彼此热密封包括在使材料的幅材移动通过幅材成形部分过程中使加热元件移动成与第一幅材部分和第二幅材部分中的至少一者接合。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中使加热元件移动包括使加热元件在轴上旋转。
10.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中形成弱化线包括使材料的幅材与旋转穿孔器接合以在材料的幅材中形成撕开线。
11.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中至少部分地形成至少袋子部分包括在材料的幅材中至少部分地形成一系列袋子部分。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其中至少部分地形成一系列袋子部分包括折叠第一幅材部分以使其与第二幅材部分至少部分地重叠并且在材料的幅材中形成多个热密封区域,所述多个热密封区域中的每个热密封区域至少部分地沿着所述一系列袋子部分中的两个相应的邻近的袋子部分中的每一个的边缘部分延伸。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中形成多个热密封区域包括在使材料的幅材移动通过幅材成形部分过程中周期性地使加热元件与材料的幅材接合。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中热密封组件包括所述加热元件和轴,所述加热元件被安装在所述轴上,周期性地使加热元件与材料的幅材接合包括在使材料的幅材移动通过幅材成形部分时使所述轴上的加热元件旋转。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中热密封组件包括安装到所述轴的热密封辊,所述加热元件穿过热密封辊的至少一部分延伸到热密封组件的外部,热密封辊的外表面在材料的幅材移动通过幅材成形部分时接合第一幅材部分和第二幅材部分中的至少一者的未密封区域的至少一部分。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其中使材料的幅材移动通过幅材成形部分包括使材料的幅材沿着加热元件和在热密封组件的上游侧的热密封辊的外表面中的至少一者向下移动,以及沿着加热元件和在热密封组件的下游侧的热密封辊的外表面中的所述至少一者向上移动。

分离站,其用于接收附接的幅材并且使袋子部分与材料的幅材的剩余部分分离以形成附接到所述构造的袋子。
24.如权利要求23所述的系统,其中所述分离站包括上游辊和下游辊,所述下游辊用于比上游辊更快地旋转。
25.如权利要求23所述的系统,其中所述附接组件设置在幅材成形部分的下游,并且所述分离站设置在所述附接组件的下游。
26.如权利要求23所述的系统,其中所述幅材成形部分包括用于沿着材料的幅材中的袋子部分的边缘部分形成热密封区域的热封机组件,所述热封机组件至少包括加热元件。

30.如权利要求23所述的系统,其中所述附接组件包括纸盒给送器和传输机,所述纸盒给送器用于将至少第一构造和第二构造堆积到传输机上,使得第二构造与第一构造部分部分重叠,并且所述传输机用于至少移动第一构造和第二构造以使其与材料的幅材接合。
