Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及粘贴于皮肤而使用的皮肤粘贴材料以及皮肤粘贴材料卷绕体。
背景技术
在基材膜的单面设置粘合剂层而得到的皮肤粘贴材料经由粘合剂层粘贴于皮肤面而使用。将这样的皮肤粘贴材料粘贴于皮肤面时,在皮肤面产生不透气(蒸れ)或瘙痒,有时还会引起炎症。因此,对皮肤粘贴材料要求高透湿性。
此外,皮肤面具有不规则且复杂的表面形状,因此,构成皮肤粘贴材料的粘合剂层难以与皮肤面完全密合,但是,如果对皮肤面牢固地胶粘固定,则有可能在剥离时产生皮肤刺激,因此要求在具有粘贴时的良好的粘贴性的同时、具有不会感觉到粘贴的良好的贴身感(フィット感)与减少剥离时的皮肤刺激的绝妙的特性平衡的皮肤粘贴材料。

用于解决问题的手段
本发明人为了实现上述目的反复进行深入研究,结果发现,通过在皮肤粘贴材料中将作为基材膜的聚氨酯弹性体膜的厚度控制为特定的范围、并使粘合剂层含有室温下为液状或膏状的成分,能够解决上述问题,从而完成了本发明。

本发明的皮肤粘贴材料具有对皮肤面的良好的粘贴性和粘贴时不会感觉到粘贴的良好的贴身感,并且能够抑制粘贴时的不透气/瘙痒感,进一步能够减少剥离时的物理性皮肤刺激。

具体实施方式
在本发明中,以下说明的作为支撑粘合剂层的基材膜起作用的聚氨酯弹性体膜的厚度需要为1μm~9μm,优选为3μm~9μm。聚氨酯弹性体膜的厚度小于1μm时,使用皮肤粘贴材料时或使用后从皮肤面剥离时,皮肤粘贴材料有可能发生破裂。另一方面,聚氨酯弹性体膜的厚度大于9μm时,将皮肤粘贴材料粘贴于皮肤面时,有时对应于皮肤面的灵活活动会产生紧绷感等不适感。
另外,在本发明中,使用聚氨酯弹性体膜作为基材膜是因为:该膜的伸缩性和透湿性优异,因此,该膜能够追随身体的弯曲部的活动,并且能够抑制皮肤不透气而产生皮疹。
(粘合剂层)
从容易调节皮肤胶粘力以及与皮肤接触时皮肤刺激性小等方面考虑,粘合剂层含有丙烯酸类共聚物。
作为丙烯酸类共聚物而言,没有特别限制,例如优选使用由含有(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体和含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体的单体混合物得到的丙烯酸类共聚物。
(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体是对粘合剂层赋予良好的皮肤粘贴性的主要成分,特别是使用烷基的碳原子数为6以上、进一步为6~18的长链烷基时是有效的。需要说明的是,(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体具有对皮肤的刺激性较小、即使长时间使用也不易发生粘合力的降低的优点。
作为这样的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体的具体例而言,可以使用一种或并用两种以上丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的丁酯、丙酯、辛酯、壬酯、癸酯、十二烷基酯、月桂酯等。顺便说一下,不用说,这些烷基酯链既可以为直链也可以为支链。
含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体是对丙烯酸类共聚物赋予水蒸气透过性、所谓的透湿性的成分。这样的含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体没有特别限制,优选使用例如丙烯酸甲氧基聚乙二醇酯、丙烯酸乙氧基二乙二醇酯、丙烯酸丁氧基二乙二醇酯、丙烯酸甲氧基乙酯、丙烯酸乙氧基乙酯、丙烯酸丁氧基乙酯等具有碳原子数为1~4的烷氧基的丙烯酸烷氧基烷基酯。
另外,本发明中的丙烯酸类共聚物优选使用由还含有含羧基的烯属不饱和单体的单体混合物得到的丙烯酸类共聚物。通过含有含羧基的烯属不饱和单体,所得到的共聚物的凝聚力提高,因此,在调节粘合剂层的特性方面是重要的单体。作为这样的单体的代表例而言,可以列举:丙烯酸、衣康酸、巴豆酸、富马酸、马来酸(酐)等。其中,作为在共聚性、操作性等方面优选的单体而言,可以列举丙烯酸。
上述构成粘合剂的丙烯酸类共聚物优选为通过上述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体与含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体共聚而得到的物质,更优选为通过(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体与含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体和含羧基的烯属不饱和单体共聚而得到的物质。
除了上述各单体以外,本发明的丙烯酸类共聚物还可以根据需要适当共聚作为用于进行赋予亲水性等各种改性的改性用单体的苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮等单体。
丙烯酸类共聚物中的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体的含量优选设定为40质量%~80质量%的范围、更优选设定为50质量%~75质量%的范围。如果(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体的含量在上述范围内,则显示良好的皮肤粘贴性,从皮肤剥离时在该皮肤上不发生胶糊残留现象而具有优异的剥离性。
另外,丙烯酸类共聚物中的含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体的含量优选设定为10质量%~60质量%的范围、更优选设定为20质量%~60质量%的范围、进一步优选设定为25质量%~50质量%的范围。如果含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体的含量在上述范围内,则能够对粘合剂层赋予优异的透湿性。
需要说明的是,含有含羧基的烯属不饱和单体的情况下,上述含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体的含量优选设定为10质量%~50质量%的范围、更优选设定为20质量%~45质量%的范围。
上述含羧基的烯属不饱和单体的含量优选为1质量%~10质量%、更优选为3质量%~8质量%。如果含羧基的烯属不饱和单体的含量在上述范围内,则能够对粘合剂层赋予优异的凝聚力,能够抑制胶糊残留现象等,并且还能够抑制皮肤刺激性。
优选丙烯酸类共聚物的可溶于分子量测定溶剂的可溶成分的重均分子量调节为约50万~约250万、优选调节为约60万~约200万。
需要说明的是,在此,重均分子量和分子量分布是利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定的值,在四氢呋喃中溶解测定样品,对通过的膜滤器的可溶成分进行测定,并通过聚苯乙烯换算进行计算。
本发明的粘合剂层中含有室温(25℃)下为液状或膏状的成分。室温下为液状或膏状的成分是用于对粘合剂层赋予柔软性并且在该粘合剂与皮肤接触时减少皮肤刺激性的成分。
作为这样的室温下为液状或膏状的成分而言,只要是与丙烯酸类共聚物相容的物质则没有特别限制。例如可以使用邻苯二甲酸、马来酸、己二酸、硬脂酸、各种脂肪酸与烷基醇的酯类、各种脂肪酸与乙二醇、甘油等多元醇的酯类等。更具体而言,作为一元醇的酯而言,可以列举:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己酯)、己二酸二丁酯、癸二酸二(2-乙基己酯)、马来酸二丁酯、肉豆蔻酸乙酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸丁酯、异硬脂酸异丙酯、月桂酸己酯、乳酸鲸蜡酯、乳酸肉豆蔻酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、油酸辛基十二烷基酯、二甲基辛酸己基癸酯、2-乙基己酸鲸蜡酯、2-乙基己酸异鲸蜡酯、2-乙基己酸硬脂酯、琥珀酸二辛酯等。另外,作为二元以上的醇的酯而言,可以使用一种或并用两种以上如下的酯:丙二醇二辛酸酯、丙二醇二癸酸酯、丙二醇二异硬脂酸酯、单辛酸甘油酯、三辛酸甘油酯、三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯、三癸酸甘油酯、三月桂酸甘油酯、三异硬脂酸甘油酯、三油酸甘油酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(2-乙基己酸酯)等。这样的室温下为液状或膏状的成分可以根据皮肤粘贴材料的其它因素等适当确定,但从与丙烯酸类共聚物的相容性的观点考虑,优选适当地使用羧酸酯、进一步优选脂肪酸甘油酯、更进一步优选饱和脂肪酸的甘油酯。
另外,作为上述脂肪酸,可以列举:辛酸、癸酸、2-乙基己酸等饱和脂肪酸,它们可以单独使用或使用两种以上。这些饱和脂肪酸不具有不饱和双键,因此,能够防止粘合剂、即粘合剂层的氧化劣化。
使用如上所述的辛酸等作为饱和脂肪酸的情况下,作为各种饱和脂肪酸与醇的酯类,可以得到三辛酸甘油酯、三癸酸甘油酯、三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯。这些羧酸酯中,从与丙烯酸类共聚物的相容性等方面考虑,特别优选使用三辛酸甘油酯。
需要说明的是,关于丙烯酸类共聚物与上述羧酸酯等室温下为液状或膏状的成分的含有比例,例如相对于丙烯酸类共聚物100质量份上述羧酸酯等室温下为液状或膏状的成分优选为20质量份~100质量份。通过该成分的含有比例处于上述范围,能够对粘合剂层赋予足够的柔软性,因此,能够具有良好的皮肤粘贴性,并且能够抑制将粘贴材料从皮肤剥离时的物理性皮肤刺激,能够实现良好的剥离性。
对于构成本发明的皮肤粘贴材料的粘合剂层而言,优选实施用于赋予适当的凝聚力的交联处理。作为交联处理而言,有通过辐照电子射线、γ射线、X射线等电离性射线(電離性放射線)而进行的物理性交联和利用交联剂进行的化学性交联,从操作性、再现性良好地实施交联的观点考虑,优选实施利用交联剂进行的化学性交联处理。例如,可以通过在配合有构成粘合剂层的材料的粘合剂组合物中添加交联剂并进行加热处理来实施交联处理。作为这样的交联剂而言,可以使用异氰酸酯类交联剂、过氧化物类交联剂、金属螯合物类交联剂等在进行交联处理时使用的交联剂。
以如上所述的方式实施了交联处理的粘合剂层根据交联程度而保持适度的皮肤粘贴性与凝聚性的平衡,但丙烯酸类共聚物的分子量、分子量分布也对它们的调节带来影响。
粘合剂层的厚度没有特别限制,可以根据本发明的皮肤粘贴材料的用途、所要粘贴的皮肤的应用部位等适当地进行设定。作为一例,优选可以设定为约10μm~约100μm、更优选可以设定为约16μm~约50μm、进一步优选可以设定为约20μm~约35μm。由此,能够对皮肤面赋予适度的粘合力。
为了防止粘合剂层的表面的污染,本发明的皮肤粘贴材料在使用之前利用剥离衬垫覆盖粘合剂层表面。该剥离衬垫可以使用通常用于皮肤或用于在皮肤上粘贴的粘合带的剥离衬垫。具体而言,可以使用在道林纸(上質紙)、玻璃纸、羊皮纸等的表面涂布聚硅氧烷树脂或含氟树脂等具有剥离性能的剥离剂而得到的剥离衬垫、在道林纸上锚固涂布了(アンカ-コ-トした)树脂而得到的材料、或者层压聚乙烯而得到的材料等的表面涂布聚硅氧烷树脂或含氟树脂等具有剥离性能的剥离剂而得到的剥离衬垫。
需要说明的是,虽然没有特别图示,但本发明的皮肤粘贴材料可以在上述基材膜的、与形成有粘合剂层的面相反侧的面上以可剥离的方式层叠支撑膜。
作为支撑膜的材料(素材)而言,可以列举塑料膜(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯和它们的层叠复合体等)、纸(例如道林纸、牛皮纸等)等作为优选的材料(素材)。其中,具有透明性的塑料膜能够在隔着皮肤粘贴材料观察粘贴部位的同时进行粘贴,因此,在固定导管等医疗器械时,其有用性特别显著。为了将支撑膜以可剥离的方式贴合于基材膜的背面,可以使用吹塑成型、挤出层压成型、层叠成型、流延等公知的方法。
支撑膜的厚度也根据材料(素材)而不同,通常,优选为约15μm~约200μm、更优选为约20μm~约100μm。
另外,虽然没有特别图示,但本发明的皮肤粘贴材料也可以如上所述以层叠于支撑膜的状态进行卷绕而得到卷绕体。
接着,以下示出本发明的皮肤粘贴材料的制造方法的一例,但不受这些示例任何限定。
首先,例如,将含有(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体、含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体和根据需要的含羧基的烯属不饱和单体的单体混合物在有机溶剂中通过通常的自由基聚合进行共聚反应而制备丙烯酸类共聚物溶液。接着,相对于该丙烯酸类共聚物溶液的固体成分(丙烯酸类共聚物)100质量份配合20质量份~100质量份的羧酸酯等室温下为液状或膏状的成分以及根据需要的交联剂等,从而制备粘合剂组合物的溶液。
接着,将所得到的粘合剂溶液涂布至剥离衬垫的剥离处理面的整个面、或者局部地进行涂布。局部地进行涂布的情况下,优选例如以点状或条状进行涂布。条状的情况下,例如可以列举直线状涂布或波状涂布等,但只要能确保作为气体的透气路径起作用的空间、即条间空间则可以为任一种形状。优选波状涂布,这是由于在粘贴于皮肤的过程中的条间空间的截面积的经时变化少。将涂布于剥离衬垫的粘合剂溶液干燥,然后贴合层叠有支撑膜的聚氨酯弹性体膜,从而得到皮肤粘贴材料。
实施例
以下列举实施例对本发明进一步具体地进行说明,但这些实施例并不限制本发明。需要说明的是,以下,“份”和“%”分别指“质量份”和“质量%”。
(实施例1)
使包含65份丙烯酸异壬酯、30份丙烯酸2-甲氧基乙酯、5份丙烯酸的单体混合物进行共聚反应,在由此得到的丙烯酸类共聚物的溶液中,相对于丙烯酸类共聚物100份,配合三辛酸甘油酯60份、作为交联剂的三官能异氰酸酯化合物0.04份,从而制作了均匀的粘合剂溶液。
接着,将该溶液以使得干燥后的厚度为26μm的方式涂布在单面进行了聚硅氧烷剥离处理的剥离衬垫的剥离处理面上并进行干燥,从而形成了粘合剂层。将该粘合剂层贴合于在厚度8μm的聚氨酯弹性体膜上以可剥离的方式层叠厚度40μm的聚丙烯膜(支撑膜)而得到的层叠膜的聚氨酯弹性体膜面上,从而得到了实施例1的皮肤粘贴材料。
(比较例1)
将厚度8μm的聚氨酯弹性体膜变更为厚度30μm的聚氨酯弹性体膜、并且将干燥后的粘合剂层的厚度变更为30μm,除此以外,以与实施例1相同的方式得到了比较例1的皮肤粘贴材料。
(透湿度)
对于实施例1和比较例1的各皮肤粘贴材料,在口径38mm的玻璃容器中加入纯化水10mL,利用剥离了剥离衬垫和支撑膜的皮肤粘贴材料遮盖玻璃容器口,在玻璃容器的口部外周缠绕粘合带从而进行了密封。测定该玻璃容器的重量,然后将其在温度40℃、湿度30%RH的条件下保存24小时。保存24小时后,测定玻璃容器的重量,根据保存前后的重量差求出水蒸气透过的量。由该值计算出试验片的每1m2的透湿量(透湿度)(n=3的平均值)。
(粘贴时的感官评价)
对于实施例1和比较例1的各皮肤粘贴材料,将切割成宽度50mm×长度50mm的矩形的皮肤粘贴材料的剥离衬垫剥离,然后将粘合剂层面粘贴于5位志愿者的前臂部。接着,将支撑膜剥离,在该状态下,以三个等级对在室温下经过了3小时时的、粘贴部位的紧绷感、皮肤粘贴材料的端部的翘起情况、不透气的程度进行了评价。进一步地,以三个等级对剥离皮肤粘贴材料时的疼痛程度进行了评价。

将结果示于表1、2中。
实施例1的皮肤粘贴材料在粘贴期间既没有产生不透气,也没有观察到端部的翘起而显示出良好的皮肤粘贴性。另外,实施例1的皮肤粘贴材料对皮肤的活动显示出良好的追随性,几乎没有紧绷感,具有感觉不到粘贴的良好的贴身感。此外,实施例1的皮肤粘贴材料虽然显示出良好的皮肤粘贴性,但是剥离时没有胶糊残留,剥离时几乎没有物理性皮肤刺激(疼痛)。
另一方面,比较例1的皮肤粘贴材料在粘贴中有紧绷感,并感觉到粘贴。另外,比较例1的皮肤粘贴材料有时在粘贴部位存留汗液。
(实施例2)
使包含65份丙烯酸异壬酯、30份丙烯酸2-甲氧基乙酯、5份丙烯酸的单体混合物进行共聚反应,在由此得到的丙烯酸类共聚物的溶液中,相对于丙烯酸类共聚物100份,配合三辛酸甘油酯60份、作为交联剂的三官能异氰酸酯化合物0.13份,从而制作了均匀的粘合剂溶液。
接着,将该溶液以使得干燥后的厚度为23μm的方式涂布于单面进行了聚硅氧烷剥离处理的剥离衬垫的剥离处理面上并进行干燥,从而形成了粘合剂层。将该粘合剂层贴合于在厚度8μm的聚氨酯弹性体膜(基材膜)上以可剥离的方式层叠厚度40μm的聚丙烯膜(支撑膜)而得到的层叠膜的聚氨酯弹性体膜面上,从而得到了实施例2的皮肤粘贴材料。
(实施例3~5、比较例2~3)
将聚氨酯弹性体膜的厚度和干燥后的粘合剂层的厚度如表3中所示进行变更,除此以外,以与实施例2相同的方式得到了实施例3~5和比较例2~3的皮肤粘贴材料。
(比较例4)
不配合三辛酸甘油酯和作为交联剂的三官能异氰酸酯化合物而制作了均匀的粘合剂溶液,除此以外,以与实施例2相同的方式得到了比较例4的皮肤粘贴材料。
(比较例5)
将厚度8μm的聚氨酯弹性体膜替换为厚度6μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,除此以外,以与实施例2相同的方式得到了比较例5的皮肤粘贴材料。
关于实施例2~5和比较例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料,一并示于表3中。

对于实施例2~5和比较例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料,将皮肤粘贴材料切割为宽度10mm×长度100mm的矩形,将剥离衬垫剥离,然后以使得拉伸试验机的夹头间为40mm的方式将其安装。接着,将支撑膜剥离,然后以300mm/分钟的速度进行拉伸,读取了伸长率为10%、30%、100%时的载荷(N/10mm)(n=3的平均值)。
(透湿度)
对于实施例2~5和比较例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料,以与实施例1和比较例1的皮肤粘贴材料相同的方式测定了透湿度。
(发粘)
对于实施例2~5和比较例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料,将皮肤粘贴材料切割成宽度19mm×长度约70mm的矩形,将剥离衬垫剥离,然后从被试验人员的手指的第一关节卷绕到第二关节,然后将支撑膜剥离。利用手掌将皮肤粘贴材料按压30秒,然后在皮肤粘贴材料被卷绕的状态下经过5分钟后,以五个等级对剥离皮肤粘贴材料时的发粘情况进行了评价(n=5的平均值)。

(剥离时的疼痛)
对于实施例2~5和比较例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料,将皮肤粘贴材料切割成宽度19mm×长度约70mm的矩形,将剥离衬垫剥离,然后从被试验人员的手指的第一关节卷绕到第二关节,然后将支撑膜剥离。利用手掌将皮肤粘贴材料按压30秒,然后在皮肤粘贴材料被卷绕的状态下经过5分钟后,根据图1的面部疼痛量表以五个等级对剥离皮肤粘贴材料时的疼痛进行了评价(n=5的平均值)。

将结果示于表4中。
实施例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料显示出低模量,因此,具有忘记了粘贴的良好的贴身感,并且显示出高透湿度,因此,粘贴时不易产生不透气。另外,对于实施例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料而言,关于粘贴后的发粘、剥离时的疼痛显示出良好的结果,粘贴时不易产生瘙痒感,并且抑制了剥离时的物理刺激,具有对皮肤柔和的特性。
另一方面,与实施例2~5的皮肤粘贴材料相比,比较例2、3的皮肤粘贴材料具有高模量,显示出粘贴时的贴身感差的倾向,并且显示出透湿度稍低、容易产生发粘的倾向。比较例5的皮肤粘贴材料具有明显高的模量,粘贴时的贴身感差,并且透湿度也低,容易产生发粘。
实施例2的皮肤粘贴材料与比较例4的皮肤粘贴材料因液状或膏状的成分的有无而不同,认为实施例2的皮肤粘贴材料通过含有液状或膏状的成分,不仅确认到减小剥离时的疼痛的效果,而且确认到透湿度提高这样的意想不到的效果,并且发粘的评分显示出较高的值。
以上,基于上述具体例对本发明详细地进行了说明,但本发明并不限于上述具体例,在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以进行任何变形、变更。
Claims (9)
1.一种皮肤粘贴材料,其在聚氨酯弹性体膜的一个面上设置有粘合剂层,并具有覆盖所述粘合剂层的粘合面并以可剥离的方式层叠的剥离衬垫,其特征在于,
所述聚氨酯弹性体膜的厚度为1μm~9μm,并且
所述粘合剂层含有丙烯酸类共聚物和室温下为液状或膏状的成分。
2.如权利要求1所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述室温下为液状或膏状的成分为羧酸酯。
3.如权利要求2所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述羧酸酯为饱和脂肪酸的甘油酯。
4.如权利要求3所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述饱和脂肪酸为选自由辛酸、癸酸和2-乙基己酸构成的组中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求2~4中任一项所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述羧酸酯为选自由三辛酸甘油酯、三癸酸甘油酯和三(2-乙基己酸)甘油酯构成的组中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸类共聚物包含由含有(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体和含烷氧基的烯属不饱和单体的单体混合物得到的丙烯酸类共聚物。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,相对于所述丙烯酸类共聚物100质量份,所述粘合剂层含有20质量份~100质量份的室温下为液状或膏状的成分。
8.如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的皮肤粘贴材料,其特征在于,所述皮肤粘贴材料具有覆盖所述聚氨酯弹性体膜的另一面并以可剥离的方式层叠的支撑膜。
9.一种皮肤粘贴材料卷绕体,其特征在于,其通过将权利要求8所述的皮肤粘贴材料卷绕而得到。
