Abstract
本发明涉及一种西兰花蛋白肽的制备方法,该方法以西兰花蛋白为原料,经过预处理、酶解、灭酶活、分离及干燥等步骤制备得到西兰花蛋白肽粉。本发明的方法工艺稳定,成本低,非常适合工业化生产。本发明还涉及所制备的西兰花蛋白肽及其在抗氧化、降胆固醇、降血脂中的用途。
