本发明涉及食品及加工领域,特别地,涉及一种具有调脂减肥的保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
高脂血症是一种常见的疾病,由于人体脂代谢失常所致,主要指血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯盒低密度脂蛋白水平过高或高密度脂蛋白水平过低。高血脂可加速动脉粥样硬化,一旦动脉堵塞,就会引起很多疾病,如心脑血管疾病、肾脏病、肝脏疾病等。据世界卫生组织统计,每年大约有1700万人死于心脑血管疾病,占全球总死亡人数的30%左右。据统计,中国成人血脂异常患病率为18.6%,约为1.6亿人。随着我国经济的发展和生活方式的改变,高脂血症及冠心病的发病率连年上升。高脂血症调查结果显示,高脂血症患者中,血清总胆固醇升高者占27.7%,甘油三脂升高者占9.1%。统计数据表明我国每年因高血脂引起的动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、高血压、脑中风等心脑血管疾病的发病率正逐年呈显著上升趋势,死亡人数以每年12%的速率急剧增长。据调查,高胆固醇同时高甘油三脂者占5.5%。高脂血症病程为2~20年,平均5.8 年。
据估计,世界上肥胖病患者目前至少有12亿。在我国最近一次营养调查 (中国居民营养与慢性病状况报告(2015年))结果显示:中国成人超重率为 30.1%,肥胖率为11.9%。与2004年全国营养调查资料相比,成人超重率上升32%,肥胖率上升68%,7岁以上学龄儿童的肥胖率约为7.3%,为成年后的一些疾病埋下了隐患。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提出一种具有调脂减肥的保健食品及其制备方法,具有较好的口感,具有调脂减肥、缓解心血管疾病的功效,达到保健食品的要求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种具有调脂减肥的保健食品,由以下重量份的配料制备而成的:西兰花汁粉10~50份;藜麦粉30~70份;果粉10~50份。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为:所述西兰花汁粉为利用自身内源酶系统水解后的西兰花浓缩产物。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为:所述藜麦粉为膨化藜麦粉。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为:所述果粉为猕猴桃粉、蓝莓粉、草莓粉、椰汁粉、香蕉粉、苹果粉、枸杞粉、芒果粉、蔓越莓粉等一种或几种任意配比的混合物。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为:配料重量配比为:西兰花汁粉17份, 藜麦粉50份,猕猴桃粉17份,椰汁粉16份。
另一方面,一种上述保健食品的制备方法,
步骤一:按重量份称取配料,西兰花汁粉10~50份;藜麦粉30~70份;果粉 10~50份;
步骤二:每种配料分别过100目筛,均匀混合;
步骤三:加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀。
作为本发明的具体方案可以优选为:对西兰花汁粉的获取:利用自身内源酶系统水解后的西兰花浓缩产物来获取;
对藜麦粉的进一步加工:对藜麦粉进行膨化加工。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:配方组合能较好的保留西兰花的植物清香味和水果味的芬芳,入口感良好。另一方面,本发明食品有辅助降血脂的作用。

称取上述重量份的西兰花汁粉、藜麦粉、猕猴桃粉、椰汁粉,分别过100 目筛,均匀混合,加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀即得。
实施例2
配料:西兰花汁粉13份,藜麦粉60份,猕猴桃粉15份,椰汁粉12份。
制法:
称取上述重量份的西兰花汁粉、藜麦粉、猕猴桃粉、椰汁粉,分别过100 目筛,均匀混合,加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀即得。
实施例3
配料:西兰花汁粉15份,藜麦粉55份,猕猴桃粉15份,椰汁粉15份。
制法:
称取上述重量份的西兰花汁粉、藜麦粉、猕猴桃粉、椰汁粉,分别过100 目筛,均匀混合,加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀即得。

配料:西兰花汁粉17份,藜麦粉50份,猕猴桃粉17份,椰汁粉16份。
制法:

称取上述重量份的西兰花汁粉、藜麦粉、猕猴桃粉、椰汁粉,分别过100 目筛,均匀混合,加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀即得。
实施例6
配料:西兰花汁粉25份,藜麦粉50份,猕猴桃粉15份,椰汁粉10份。
制法:
称取上述重量份的西兰花汁粉、藜麦粉、猕猴桃粉、椰汁粉,分别过100 目筛,均匀混合,加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀即得。
实施效果检验
感官评价
方法:随机选取10名身体健康、五官感觉正常、无过敏症、没有不良嗜好、年龄20-50岁人员,将6组实施例组合均分成8份,并进行感官评价。感官评分标准见表1。

方法:100只SD大鼠在清洁级实验动物房内喂饲基础饲料,自由饮水,适应性饲养5天后,按体重将大鼠随机分为2组,每组50只,对照组喂饲基础饲料,试验组喂饲高脂饲料,同时对照组灌胃给予蒸馏水,灌胃量为 1.0ml/100gBW,试验组灌胃复配营养粉,灌胃量为5.9g/100gBW。每天灌胃2 次,连续灌胃30天。每周称重一次。

人体试食试验
方法:选取100例单纯高血脂人群(男31例,女69例)进行对照实验。其中试验组50例,对照组50例。试验前,两组受试人群的TC和TG、HDL-C均无显著性差异(p>0.05)。试验组连续口服本发明实施例二所述的食品30天 (每日三次,每次0.6g)后对照组进行比较。情况如下表:

结果表明,试验组试食后人体血清总胆固醇(TC)平均下降10.35%(与对照组比较p<0.01),有效率56%;人体甘油三酯(TG)平均下降了17.22%(与对照组比较p<0.01),有效率50%;总有效率为74%,与对照组总有效率8%比有显著性差异(p<0.01),说明本发明食品有辅助降血脂的作用。
当然,以上只是本发明的典型实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种具有调脂减肥的保健食品,其特征是,由以下重量份的配料制备而成的:西兰花汁粉10~50份;藜麦粉30~70份;果粉10~50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有调脂减肥的保健食品,其特征是,所述西兰花汁粉为利用自身内源酶系统水解后的西兰花浓缩产物。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有调脂减肥的保健食品,其特征是,所述藜麦粉为膨化藜麦粉。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有调脂减肥的保健食品,其特征是,所述果粉为猕猴桃粉、蓝莓粉、草莓粉、椰汁粉、香蕉粉、苹果粉、枸杞粉、芒果粉、蔓越莓粉等一种或几种任意配比的混合物。
5.如权利要求1或2或3或4所述的具有调脂减肥的保健食品,其特征是,配料重量配比为:西兰花汁粉17份,藜麦粉50份,猕猴桃粉17份,椰汁粉16份。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的保健食品的制备方法,其特征是,
步骤一:按重量份称取配料,西兰花汁粉10~50份;藜麦粉30~70份;果粉10~50份;
步骤二:每种配料分别过100目筛,均匀混合;
步骤三:加入到适量温水中搅拌均匀。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征是,
对西兰花汁粉的获取:利用自身内源酶系统水解后的西兰花浓缩产物来获取;
对藜麦粉的进一步加工:对藜麦粉进行膨化加工。
