本发明的有益效果:
燕麦片:可以有效地降低人体中的胆固醇,经常食用对糖尿病患者也有非常好的降糖、减肥的功效;含有的钙、磷、铁、锌等矿物质有预防骨质疏松、促进伤口愈合、防止贫血的功效,是补钙佳品。
杏仁粉:不仅可以有效控制人体内胆固醇的含量,还能显著降低心脏病和多种慢性病的发病危险。素食者食用甜杏仁可以及时补充蛋白质、微量元素和维生素,例如铁、锌及维生素E。甜杏仁中所含的脂肪是健康人士所必需的,是一种对心脏有益的高不饱和脂肪。
榛子有“坚果之王”的美誉,它的营养成分丰富、全面,对心血管疾病、癌症等都有良好的预防作用和治疗作用。长期食用还可以起到明目健脑的效果。
腰果是大众十分喜爱的零食之一,各种口味的腰果遍布着大大小小的零食店。腰果十分适合精神不振容易感到疲倦的人食用,它可以消除疲劳、补充体力、滋润肤色;多吃腰果还可以预防心脏病、脑中风等。
海藻糖、结晶果糖:具有甜味清爽、预防蛀牙、补充营养、平衡血糖、增殖双歧杆菌、防止发胖、清洁调理肠道等健康糖特性。

实施例1
一种海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片,由以下重量份的原料制成:
燕麦片50份、榛子4份、松子仁4份、核桃仁6份、杏仁2份、腰果3份、蔓越莓8份、海藻糖5份和结晶果糖3份。
上述海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将坚果剥好、炒熟、去皮和擀碎;将蔓越莓粉碎,干燥脱水,得到脱水蔓越莓颗粒;
S2:将燕麦片与擀碎的坚果和蔓越莓颗粒混合得到混合物料;
S3:将海藻糖和结晶果糖加水溶解后,喷洒到混合物料;
S4:干燥混合物料,将蔓越莓颗粒添加到干燥后的混合物料,得到海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片。
实施例2
一种海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片,由以下重量份的原料制成:
燕麦片70份、榛子6份、松子仁6份、核桃仁8份、杏仁4份、腰果5份、蔓越莓10份、海藻糖8份和结晶果糖5份。
上述海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将坚果剥好、炒熟、去皮和擀碎;将蔓越莓粉碎,干燥脱水,得到脱水蔓越莓颗粒;
S2:将燕麦片与擀碎的坚果和蔓越莓颗粒混合得到混合物料;
S3:将海藻糖和结晶果糖加水溶解后,喷洒到混合物料;
S4:干燥混合物料,将蔓越莓颗粒添加到干燥后的混合物料,得到海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片。

取清理灭酶后的燕麦粒,在90-100℃的温度下蒸煮40-50分钟,压片、干燥得到燕麦片。

S1:将坚果剥好、炒熟、去皮和擀碎;将蔓越莓粉碎,干燥脱水,得到脱水蔓越莓颗粒;
S2:将燕麦片与擀碎的坚果和蔓越莓颗粒混合得到混合物料;
S3:将海藻糖和结晶果糖加水溶解后,喷洒到混合物料;
S4:干燥混合物料,将蔓越莓颗粒添加到干燥后的混合物料,得到海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片。
上述燕麦片的厚度为0.8-1.2mm。

与实施例3大体相同,不同之处在于,将海藻糖替换为白砂糖。

与实施例3大体相同,不同之处在于,未添加坚果和蔓越莓。
邀请20名点评人员对上述蔓越莓进行感官评价,感官评价标准如表1所示,得分如表2所示,其中得分为20名点评人员的平均得分。

由表2的评价结果可知,对比例组的总分在55分,本发明实施例1-3的燕麦片总得分在72-75分,表明本发明提供的燕麦片口感较好,酸甜可口。
采用上述技术方案后:燕麦片能够在补充人体能量的同时也补充了维生素、蛋白质,能够有效的降低人体的胆固醇含量,促进血液循环,防止骨质疏松;采用了蔓越莓作为燕麦片的口味补充,让燕麦片的口味不再单一,海藻糖能抑制燕麦淀粉老化、保护蔓越莓SOD活性。

1.一种海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
燕麦片50-70份、榛子4-6份、松子仁4-6份、核桃仁6-8份、杏仁2-4份、腰果3-5份、蔓越莓8-10份、海藻糖5-8份和结晶果糖3-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
燕麦片60份、榛子5份、松子仁5份、核桃仁7份、杏仁3份、腰果4份、蔓越莓9份、海藻糖6份和结晶果糖4份。
3.一种海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片,其特征在于,所述燕麦片的制作包括:

6.如权利要求4所述的海藻糖坚果蔓越莓燕麦片的制作方法,其特征在于,所述混合物料的干燥包括:
微波烘烤至水分含量至5%-6%。
