其中,所述小麦胚芽多肽的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,称取小麦胚芽,清洗干净后,粉碎过筛得细粉,备用;步骤2,向细粉中加入其重量4-6倍的去离子水搅拌均匀后,投入反应釜中文火浸提,过滤后收集上清液得小麦胚芽蛋白提取液;步骤3,向小麦胚芽蛋白提取液中加入复合酶剂50℃下酶解40min,离心收集上清液;步骤4,灭酶,即可。
所述复合酶剂由枯草芽孢杆菌蛋白酶、大豆蛋白酶和钛酸钼按重量比5:2:1。
实施例4
一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,包括小麦胚芽多肽、植物提取物、复合添加剂、去离子水,所述小麦胚芽多肽、植物提取物、复合添加剂和去离子水的重量比为20:48:22:58;所述植物提取物由银杏提取物、香茅草提取物、半夏提取物和甘草提取物混合而成,所述复合添加剂包括按重量计的组分:肌醇1-5份、葡萄糖2-20份、柠檬酸钠1-3份、茶多酚2-4份、蜂蜜4-7份。所述植物提取物中银杏提取物、香茅草提取物、半夏提取物和甘草提取物的重量比为1:2:1:2。所述复合添加剂包括按重量计的组分:肌醇2份、葡萄糖18份、柠檬酸钠2份、茶多酚2份、蜂蜜5份、维生素C5-9份、透明质酸0.3-0.8份。
其中,所述小麦胚芽多肽的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,称取小麦胚芽,清洗干净后,粉碎过筛得细粉,备用;步骤2,向细粉中加入其重量4-6倍的去离子水搅拌均匀后,投入反应釜中文火浸提,过滤后收集上清液得小麦胚芽蛋白提取液;步骤3,向小麦胚芽蛋白提取液中加入复合酶剂48℃下酶解35min,离心收集上清液;步骤4,灭酶,即可。
所述复合酶剂由枯草芽孢杆菌蛋白酶、大豆蛋白酶和钛酸钼按重量比5:2:1。
对比例
CN104256828B中实施例1制备的饮料。
对实施例1-4和对比例的饮料进行成分检测,所得数据如下表所示。
对实施例2水解的小麦胚芽多肽进行检测,酶解度高达94.6%,且酶解的多肽的分子量为1200-1500D,抗氧化能力强。
典型案例
选取200名咳嗽患者分成2组,分别饮用实施例4和对比例的饮料,每天饮用500ml,记录咳嗽情况。

Claims (7)
1.一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,包括小麦胚芽多肽、植物提取物、复合添加剂、去离子水,所述小麦胚芽多肽、植物提取物、复合添加剂和去离子水的重量比为12-25:35-56:10-25:40-60;所述植物提取物由银杏提取物、香茅草提取物、半夏提取物和甘草提取物混合而成;所述复合添加剂包括按重量计的组分:肌醇1-5份、葡萄糖2-20份、柠檬酸钠1-3份、茶多酚2-4份、蜂蜜4-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,所述小麦胚芽多肽、植物提取物、复合添加剂和去离子水的重量比为20:48:22:58。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,所述小麦胚芽多肽的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,称取小麦胚芽,清洗干净后,粉碎过筛得细粉,备用;步骤2,向细粉中加入其重量4-6倍的去离子水搅拌均匀后,投入反应釜中文火浸提,过滤后收集上清液得小麦胚芽蛋白提取液;步骤3,向小麦胚芽蛋白提取液中加入复合酶剂40-50℃下酶解30-40min,离心收集上清液;步骤4,灭酶,即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,所述复合酶剂由枯草芽孢杆菌蛋白酶、大豆蛋白酶和钛酸钼按重量比5:2:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,所述植物提取物中银杏提取物、香茅草提取物、半夏提取物和甘草提取物的重量比为1:2:1:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,所述复合添加剂包括按重量计的组分:肌醇2份、葡萄糖18份、柠檬酸钠2份、茶多酚2份、蜂蜜5份。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种小麦胚芽多肽保健型饮料,其特征在于,所述复合添加剂还包括维生素C 5-9份,透明质酸0.3-0.8份。
