Abstract

本发明公开了一种制造焊接环的方法,把具有与环的周长对应的长度的带弯曲以形成环,并把其两端焊接在一起。待焊合的带端沿环的周向具有错移部,该错移部位于带的平面内。焊接从环的两个侧边缘由外向内进行,直到达到错移部处。这能避免环中心处的焊接质量不同于边缘处的焊接质量的交叠焊缝。

制造焊接环的方法
背景技术
称为所谓的多卷曲环的环可按不同的方式制造。在一种已知的方法中,轴向或螺旋焊接管被分割为所需宽度的环,然后对这些环进行去毛刺处理。这种已知方法的缺点是,出于成本原因所需的最小生产量大,相应地在不同直径的情况下灵活性很低,并且管坯的存货成本很高。
在另一种制造方法中,通过沿直线或斜线劈开从经过去毛刺的带材切出长度与环的直径对应的段,并把这些段的端部焊接在一起。
US 2012/0061076 A1公开了由带材制成的挡圈,带材的两端对焊在一起。
在焊接带材的端部时,在焊接过程开始时能够获得与环的边缘齐平的焊缝。但是,在另一个环边缘的焊口处,会导致与边缘不齐平的几何形状。
在对受到弯曲的工件进行对焊时,根据EP 1 752 247 A1的说明可知,在始于外端的两个部分焊缝中进行焊接并在中央区彼此交叠,以避免在工件的外缘处形成凹口。
发明内容
本发明的总体目的是至少部分地避免在制造焊接环的同类方法中出现的这些缺点。一个更具体的目的是提供一种方法,通过该方法能够制造具有尽可能均匀一致的焊缝的焊接环。
此目的得以成功实现的方案是,在有待焊接在一起的带端处设置沿环的周向的错移部、并从环的两个侧边缘由外向内地进行焊接直到达到该错移部。从而在环的两个边缘处形成齐平焊缝。由于错移部的存在,环的中央的熔融金属散流的影响因两个焊缝的交叠而减小,从而在交叠区实现更高的焊接质量。

具体实施方式
在图1a中,两个带端10、11焊接在一起的对接接头具有位于带的平面内的台阶12形式的错移部,在该处,一个带端10的突出部13与另一个带端11处的凹入部14相对。所述台阶形成在两个带边缘15、16之间的中间位置。
在焊接过程中,从两个带边缘15、16进行焊接,直到达到台阶12处。由于错移部的存在,在两个焊缝17、18的交叠区中,在相应位置实现了更高的焊接质量。所述错移部尺寸仅只如此大,使得两个对接带端10、11之间的受控焊接连接也在该位置处形成。
若在两个焊缝17、18的交叠位置处没有间断(错移部),则熔池在对接弯曲端处形成两次。这会导致交叠区的焊接质量降低。由于错移部的存在,双熔池对焊接质量的影响较小并且更一致。
图2a和2b的实施方式与图1a和1b的实施方式的不同之处在于,所述错移部形成为一个带端10上的凹部23,该凹部23由另一个带端11处的突出部24接合。

Claims (4)

1.一种制造焊接环的方法,其中,把长度与环的周长对应的带材弯曲以形成环,并在其两端进行焊接,焊接从环的两个侧边缘由外向内进行,其特征在于,待焊接在一起的带端在环的周向上具有错移部,并且焊接从环的两个侧边缘进行直到达到所述错移部处,并且
其中,焊缝的交叠区形成在所述错移部中,从而在相应位置实现更高的焊接质量,同时在该位置处形成所述带端之间的受控焊接连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述错移部形成为台阶,在该台阶处,从一个带端突出的突出部与另一个带端上的凹部相对。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述错移部形成为在一个带端处的凹部,位于所述带材的平面内并与另一个带端上的互补的突出部接合。
4.如前述权利要求中任何一项所述的方法,其中,所述错移部布置在带材的宽度的中间位置。
