Abstract

为了制造焊接环,将与环的周长相对应的长度的带弯成环并且其两个端部(10、11)焊接在一起。待焊接在一起的带端部(10、11)在环的周向方向上具有偏移(12),该偏移位于带的平面中。从环的两个侧边缘(13、14)由外向内进行焊接直到偏移(12)。由此获得具有整体改善的焊接质量和更高的拉伸强度的焊接。

制造焊接环的方法
背景技术
称为所谓的多卷曲环的环以不同的方式生产。在一种已知的方法中,轴向或螺旋焊接管被分成所需宽度的环,然后对这些环进行去毛刺处理。这种已知方法的缺点是出于成本原因所需的高的最小生产量,相应地在不同直径的情况下灵活性很低,以及管坯的高库存成本。
在另一种制造方法中,通过沿与所需环宽度对应的直线或斜线劈开从经过去毛刺的带切出长度与环周长对应的段,并把它们的端部焊接在一起。
在焊接带端部时,可以在焊接过程开始时获得与环的边缘齐平的焊接。然而,在另一个环边缘上的焊口处,会导致与边缘不齐平的几何形状。
在对受到弯曲的工件进行对焊时,通过EP1752247A1已知,在始于外端的两个部分焊接中执行焊接并在中央区域彼此重叠,以避免在工件的外缘处形成凹口。
发明内容
本发明的总体目的是至少部分地避免在制造焊接环的同类方法中出现的这些缺点。一个更具体的目的是提供一种方法,通过该方法能够制造具有改进的焊缝的焊接环。
此目的通过以下得以成功实现:在待焊接在一起的带端部处设置沿环的周向方向的偏移,并且从环的两个侧边缘由外向内进行焊接直到达到该偏移。从而在环的两个边缘处形成齐平焊接。由于偏移的存在,当两个焊缝重叠时,环的中央的熔融金属散流的影响减小。由此,实现了在重叠区域中的更高焊接质量以及更高的拉伸强度。

具体实施方式
在图1至3中,两个带端部10、11焊接在一起的对接通常形成为V形。V形的峰在对接中形成不连续或偏移12,并且形成在两个带边缘13、14之间的中间。
在(激光)焊接过程中,从两个带边缘13、14到偏移12(到V形的峰)执行焊接。由于偏移,在相应位置处的两个部分焊缝15、16的重叠区域中实现了更高的焊接质量。偏移12仅是如此之大,即V形的角度仅是如此之小,使得在两个对接的带端部10、11之间的受控焊接连接也形成在该位置。
如图3所示,焊接过程中的激光不遵循对接带端部的V形线。相反,执行焊接过程使得其从每个带边缘13、14以直线开始到带的中间,使得焊缝到处覆盖V形对接。
如果在两个焊缝15、16的重叠位置处没有偏移,则在对接带端部处形成两次焊接熔池。这导致重叠区域中的焊接质量降低。由于偏移,双焊接熔池对焊接质量的影响降低并且更加一致。
在图4和5的替代实施例中,两个带端部10、11焊接在一起的对接具有位于带的平面内的台阶17,在该台阶处,一个带端部10的突出部分18与另一个带端部11的凹陷部分19相对。在两个带边缘13、14之间的中间形成台阶17。
图6和7所示的实施例与上述实施例的不同之处在于,偏移在带的平面内形成,并且在带边缘13、14之间的中间形成为在一个带端部10处的凹部23,其由在另一带端部11处的互补突出部24接合。

Claims (1)

1.一种制造多卷曲焊接环的方法,其中,将与环的周长相对应的长度的带弯曲以形成环并且在其端部(10、11)焊接,其中待焊接在一起的端部(10、11)在所述环的周向方向上具有V形偏移(12),所述V形偏移位于带的平面内,其特征在于,焊接从环的两个侧边缘(13,14)以直线由外向内进行,并且使得其覆盖V形偏移(12)。
