Description

蜗牛卷状的夹心面点
本发明涉及一种长管形的面点,该种面点经煮制处理并被卷成蜗牛状。
在DE 42 79 570 C1中记载了一种管形的面点,该种面点在其长度上具有均匀分布的孔,这些孔的总面积的大小至少应与面端孔的面积相等。用这种面点准备一道菜时可以将长的生蔬菜段穿入管内。
在DE 44 08 724 A1中推荐将通孔粉制成蜗牛卷或环状,而不是长条状,其中在圈间的各个位置处设有连接,这些连接在煮制时间内被溶化,从而使通心粉又重新恢复长条状。
在US 42 59 051中最后记载了将诸如沙司酱、肉汁等通过挤压充填入面管内。然后将用此种方法夹心的面管切成段,面管段两端被封闭。
本发明的任务在于提出一种在本说明书引言部分所述方式的、适用于作旅途食品的面点。
依照本发明,该任务的解决方案如下:一种经烹制并卷成蜗牛状的面点,其中其形状呈长管状,面管的一端被封闭并且另一端是开口的,且对面管用沙司酱充填。
根据本发明的进一步设计,面管的外径为10至20mm并且总长度为80至100cm。
根据本发明的进一步设计,在蜗牛状面点卷的中心设置一个诸如一根木棍或一种类似物的把手。
由于该种面点是蜗牛卷状的,因而这种夹心面点便于携带并且例如作为小食品用手拿细木棍插食。由于管的一端是开口的,所以食用者可以很容易地看到是什么夹心。

图1为长管2形蜗牛卷状面点的透视图。用1表示面管的内端,该内端是封闭的,而外端3是开口的。面管2内充填有沙司酱类的夹心,其中可采用通常方式置入沙司酱夹心。但也可以煮制后再将沙司酱注入面食管内。
因此该面点起着沙司酱的运输容器的作用,这种方式在通常的面点中是没有的。而且食用者还可以通过一端的开口识别沙司酱夹心的种类。
蜗牛卷状面点的外径大约为10至20mm。蜗牛卷展开后的长度约为80至100cm。面管开口3可以设计成约5至15mm。
为便于食用蜗牛卷面点可放置在一扁平的纸袋内,从而对其提取方便。为方便提取还可以将一根作为提用杆的细木棍等穿在蜗牛卷面点的中心处。
与通心粉及意大利面条通常的情况相同,此种面点最好选用面粉或粗制面粉,尤其是硬质小麦的粗制面粉制成。这种在生的状况下是硬的和干燥的面点半成品,经在清水必要时在微咸的水中煮制后很好食用。由于沙司酱已注入蜗牛卷状的面点中,因而这种带有沙司酱的面点不需要刀叉等其它辅助器具,甚至也便于在路途中食用,因而这种方式特别适用于快餐业。这种面点食用时,可以外面分段连同沙司酱夹心咬食,因而可大大防止弄脏衣物。这样一种蜗牛卷状的夹心面点可作为重量约为80至100克的餐间小吃。作为夹心的沙司酱不得含有太多颗粒的配料并且有一定的可流动能力。

Claims (3)

1.经烹制并卷成蜗牛状的面点,其特征在于:其形状呈长管状,该管(2)的一端是封闭的并且另一端(3)是开口的并充填沙司酱。
2.依照权利要求1的面点,其特征在于:该管的外径为10至20mm并且总长度为约80至100cm。
3.依照权利要求1或2的面点,其特征在于:在蜗牛状面点卷的中心设置一个诸如一根木棍或任一种类似物的把手。
