面片是西北地区群众最喜爱也最普及的一种面食,做法简单易行,可以不用工具,一般是先将面调揉好,或切成短条,或者先团成饼状,待下锅时再切成短条,锅里煮好相应的蔬菜、肉等后,两手将短条面压开,拉长,一手拿面条,一手揪为方块下到锅里。面片因其口感好,食用简单,且可做成多种口味等优点,越来越受人们的喜爱。
随着社会节奏的不断加快,长期精神紧张、过度疲劳,饮食不均等现象已成为了人们的生活常态。据不完全统计,我国73%以上的成年人都患有不同程度的胃病,严重者会导致胃癌的发生。江豆为豆科江豆属一年生植物,原产于印度和中东,但很早就栽培于中国,营养价值丰富,其性平,味甘、咸,无毒,具有理中益气、健胃补肾、和五脏、调颜养身、生精髓、止消渴、吐逆泄痢、解毒的功效,江豆种子能健胃补气、滋养消食。基于上述陈述,本发明提出了一种富含江豆的营养面片及其制作方法。

一种富含江豆的营养面片,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦粉38~50份、粳米粉18~25份、红薯粉10~18份、江豆粉10~20份、蔬菜粉10~18份、中药组合物20~25份、橄榄油2~5份、食用盐5~8份。

S3、将所述比重的食用盐加入到步骤S1中所得的混合粉末A中,搅拌混合5~10min后,与步骤S2中所得的中药提取液B和所述比重的橄榄油共同加入到揉面机中,揉制20~30min后,得韧性面团C;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的柔性面团C擀至厚度为2~8mm的薄面片,然后敷上保鲜膜醒面20~30min,完成醒面后,掀去保鲜膜,将薄面片切制成小块异形面片;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的小块异型面片置于28~80℃的烘箱内,干燥至含水率为0~12%即得所需的富含江豆的营养面片。

本发明提出的一种富含江豆的营养面片,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦粉45份、粳米粉22份、红薯粉15份、江豆粉15份、蔬菜粉14份、中药组合物22份、橄榄油4份、食用盐6份。
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述比重的小麦粉、粳米粉、红薯粉、江豆粉和蔬菜粉加入到混合机中,搅拌混合25min,得混合粉末A备用;

其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述比重的小麦粉、粳米粉、红薯粉、江豆粉和蔬菜粉加入到混合机中,搅拌混合20min,得混合粉末A备用;
S2、按质量比1:5,将所述比重的中药组合物加纯化水浸泡1h,然后用武火煮沸后,改文火继续煎煮40min,经280目过滤器压滤得中药提取液B;
S3、将所述比重的食用盐加入到步骤S1中所得的混合粉末A中,搅拌混合5min后,与步骤S2中所得的中药提取液B和所述比重的橄榄油共同加入到揉面机中,揉制20min后,得韧性面团C;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的柔性面团C擀至厚度为2mm的薄面片,然后敷上保鲜膜醒面20min,完成醒面后,掀去保鲜膜,将薄面片切制成小块异形面片;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的小块异型面片置于28℃的烘箱内,干燥至含水率为10%即得所需的富含江豆的营养面片。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种富含江豆的营养面片,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦粉50份、粳米粉25份、红薯粉18份、江豆粉20份、蔬菜粉18份、中药组合物25份、橄榄油5份、食用盐8份。
其制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述比重的小麦粉、粳米粉、红薯粉、江豆粉和蔬菜粉加入到混合机中,搅拌混合30min,得混合粉末A备用;
S2、按质量比1:8,将所述比重的中药组合物加纯化水浸泡2h,然后用武火煮沸后,改文火继续煎煮40min,经280目过滤器压滤得中药提取液B;
S3、将所述比重的食用盐加入到步骤S1中所得的混合粉末A中,搅拌混合10min后,与步骤S2中所得的中药提取液B和所述比重的橄榄油共同加入到揉面机中,揉制30min后,得韧性面团C;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的柔性面团C擀至厚度为8mm的薄面片,然后敷上保鲜膜醒面30min,完成醒面后,掀去保鲜膜,将薄面片切制成小块异形面片;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的小块异型面片置于40℃的烘箱内,干燥至含水率为5%即得所需的富含江豆的营养面片。
随机选取600名伴有胃酸、胃寒、胃痛、腹部不适、恶心呕吐等症状的胃病患者,并将其平均分成3组,分别食用本发明实施例一~三中制备的富含江豆的营养面片,连续食用一个月后,经检测,得出如下结果:

Claims (6)
1.一种富含江豆的营养面片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦粉38~50份、粳米粉18~25份、红薯粉10~18份、江豆粉10~20份、蔬菜粉10~18份、中药组合物20~25份、橄榄油2~5份、食用盐5~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含江豆的营养面片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦粉40~48份、粳米粉20~24份、红薯粉12~16份、江豆粉12~18份、蔬菜粉12~16份、中药组合物22~24份、橄榄油3~4份、食用盐6~7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含江豆的营养面片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦粉45份、粳米粉22份、红薯粉14份、江豆粉15份、蔬菜粉14份、中药组合物23份、橄榄油3.5份、食用盐6.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含江豆的营养面片,其特征在于,所述蔬菜粉为质量比为3~5:1~2:1~2:1~2的藕粉、南瓜粉、芹菜粉和圆白菜粉的组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含江豆的营养面片,其特征在于,所述中药组合物为质量比为2~4:2~4:2~4:1~3:1~3:1~3的党参、甘草、肉桂、陈皮、山楂和乌梅的组合物。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5中的任一项所述的富含江豆的营养面片的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将所述比重的小麦粉、粳米粉、红薯粉、江豆粉和蔬菜粉加入到混合机中,搅拌混合20~30min,得混合粉末A备用;
S2、按质量比1:5~8,将所述比重的中药组合物加纯化水浸泡1~2h,然后用武火煮沸后,改文火继续煎煮24~40min,经220~280目过滤器压滤得中药提取液B;
S3、将所述比重的食用盐加入到步骤S1中所得的混合粉末A中,搅拌混合5~10min后,与步骤S2中所得的中药提取液B和所述比重的橄榄油共同加入到揉面机中,揉制20~30min后,得韧性面团C;
S4、将步骤S3中所得的柔性面团C擀至厚度为2~8mm的薄面片,然后敷上保鲜膜醒面20~30min,完成醒面后,掀去保鲜膜,将薄面片切制成小块异形面片;
S5、将步骤S4中所得的小块异型面片置于28~80℃的烘箱内,干燥至含水率为0~12%即得所需的富含江豆的营养面片。
