Abstract
在带编码装置的密封装配装置里,有一个径向盘安装在旋转的支撑轴上。编码装置的外侧面有一个固定在径向盘上的密封径向唇口。这个侧面很容易与支撑物的侧面P取平。这个支撑物可能带有一个装配在环形腔中的密封件。这个环形腔是由支撑物的侧面P轴向限定的。
Description
本发明涉及轴承的技术领域,特别是轴承的密封装置。
本发明是关于带编码装置的密封装配装置。这种装置里,一个旋转圆盘带有多极磁化编码装置,以便在传感器前产生一个移动的磁场。
发表的EP-A-495323号专利对密封件进行了描述。该密封件含有一个用磁性材料制作的或复盖的旋转导流板。
当传感装置工作时,需要一个强磁场,编码装置的尺寸应该增加。根据发表的FR-A-2660975号专利,旋转盘的里面朝着密封料,而盘的外面带有编码装置。这样一个密封件的轴向尺寸使它对事先确定了轴向尺寸的滚球轴承和滚针轴承就不能再密封了。
本发明的目的是提供一种克服现有技术的缺陷的密封装置,它使得磁场可由与密封装置分离、并与装配密封装置的轴承分离的传感器读出。
本发明是关于密封的滚球轴承和滚针轴承的,在这种密封轴承里,密封装置的轴向位置不受上面得到的滚球轴承和滚针轴承尺寸的影响。
本发明同样也涉及密封得到改善的滚球轴承和滚针轴承,当密封装置和上述轴承的固定和活动部件相连时,密封就得到改善。
本发明还涉及到预装配的密封装置。这种密封装置在软唇口处涂有密封料。密封装置中的编码装置很容易制作,只要敷上带有铁氧体微粒的弹胶物即可。
根据本发明,编码装置的外表面有密封接头并固定在带编码装置的旋转盘上。这个外表面靠近但不超过支撑物的侧面。这个支撑物能带有一个安装在环形腔里的密封件。这个环形腔由支撑物的侧面轴向限定。
所制造的密封装置之优点是能够密封地安装在滚珠轴承上,不需要特殊的预备措施。
嵌在密封装置里的编码装置有足够的体积,以使传感器易于读出磁场变化。
本发明的其它特点及优点,在阅读了几个密封装配装置的例子后,就显而易见了。请参看附图:
-图1所示是一个带编码装置的密封装置安装在旋转轴上的径向剖面图。这个轴与固定的框架上附加的密封装置相接触。
-图2是图1密封装置的改型。
-图3是在轴承内外环之间用密封肋安装带有编码装置的密封装置之径向剖面图。

图1和图2表示出旋转的支撑轴1载有与管径3相连的径向盘2。这个管径3装卡在轴1上。盘2的一面敷有磁性弹胶物,使之构成编码装置4。
盘2和它的管径3共同组成了限定在固定于支撑物6上的外框架5里的内框架。外框架5也有一个装卡在支撑物6上的装配轴颈7和一个与轴1的旋转轴径向相同的固定径向盘8。
固定径向盘8有一层用复制模浇铸的密封弹胶层10,该层包含有轴向唇口11和径向唇口11′,它们分别靠在盘2空白面和管颈3的外表面上。密封弹胶物层10的一端和装配管颈7相连,并有一个环形肋12镶嵌在支撑物6的锪窝里或支撑物6的斜边处。
根据本发明,编码装置4外侧面连有一个固定在盘2上的密封径向唇口13,该唇口13紧靠在轴1上。这个外径面和支撑物6的侧面61的面P取平。
有密封弹胶物层4和10的盘2和8安装在环形腔15内,此环形腔在轴向以面P为界。
根据图1所示的装配特点,由盘2和编码装置4构成的组件圆周表面在径向上由间隙16与弹胶层10隔开。
此外,如图2所示,盘2和编码装置4的外表面可以装配在固定密封唇口17下面。此密封唇口是密封弹胶物10的伸出部分,它还与旋转的编码装置4接触。
另外,盘2和固定径向盘8限定环形腔19、29。在腔内充满带磁性的液体,这种液体由编码装置4的磁性维持在那里。这种液体同样也可以充填在间隙16里。由于这种充有铁氧体的液体存在,可以提高密封装置的密封性能。
盘2同样也可以用磁性材料制作,目的是确保编码装置4发出的磁通量和磁场的集中。
图3和图4是图1和图2所示的带有编码装置的密封装配装置的改型。图3和图4中的装配零件和部件的功能与图1和图2中的零部件功能是一样的,所以图3和图4中零部件的编号与图1和图2一致。
图示的密封装置装在环形腔中,此腔限定在一个滚球轴承的两个支撑环之间,内旋转环20和外固定环30。因此,环形密封肋21径向地限制盘2上编码装置4的直径。这个环形密封肋21用于把编码装置4装卡在内环20的环形槽22中。同样,固定径向盘8的弹胶物层10由环形肋31限制它的外径。这个环形密封肋31用于把盘8装卡在外环30上的环形槽32中。
在下文中,一般用标号20标记编码装置4的旋转支撑物,用标号30标记密封装置的固定元件的可能支撑物。
在上述装配中,编码装置4的外侧面与固定径向盘8的支撑物即轴承的外环30之外侧面P面取平。
根据图3,盘2和编码装置4的圆周表面由间隙16径向地限制。这个间隙16把它们与滚球轴承的外环30分开。
根据图4,间隙16的轴向尺寸由唇口33决定。该唇口33径向延伸到编码装置4的外面,它与编码装置4有相同的构成物质。
另外,该环形密封肋21由不含铁氧体的弹胶物构成。
图5描述了带有编码装置的密封装配装置。该装置中,带编码装置的盘2与图3所描述的结构是一致的。在图5中,环形密封肋21由不带铁氧体的弹胶物构成。
在上述装配中,带有密封唇口11、11′的密封弹胶物层10的固定径向盘8与图1中所描述结构是一致的。譬如图1中径向唇口11′支撑在一个滚球轴承的内旋转环20上。
图6描述了带编码装置的密封装置的简化型式。它安装在滚针轴承的内固定环30和外旋转环20之间。盘2通过安装的管径3从外面延伸到环形腔15里面,该腔限定在轴承环20、30和轴承侧面的P面之间。

Claims (9)
1.一种带编码装置的密封装配装置,它具有装在旋转的支撑物(1,20)上的盘(2),此盘的一面敷有构成编码装置的磁性弹胶物,另一面轴向地限定一个环形腔,这种装置的特征在于:编码装置(4)的外侧面有密封接头(13,21,33),并固定在盘(2)上,这个侧面靠近但不超过支撑物(6,20)侧面的平面(P),支撑物(6)可带有一个安装在环形腔(15)里的密封装置(8),环形腔由支撑物侧面的面(P)轴向地限定。
2.根据权利要求1的密封装配装置,其特征在于:连有编码装置的密封装置包括一个径向唇口(13,33)。
3.根据权利要求1的密封装配装置,其特征在于:连有编码装置的密封装置由环形密封肋(21)组成,这个环形密封肋(21)与旋转的支撑物(20)的环形槽(22)相接触。
4.根据权利要求3的密封装配装置,其特征在于:编码装置的密封肋(21)由不含磁粒的弹胶物组成,并与编码装置(4)分开。
5.根据权利要求1的密封装配装置,其特征在于:盘和编码装置(2,4)的圆周表面由间隙(16)径向地限定。
6.根据权利要求1的密封装配装置,其特征在于:盘和编码装置(2,4)的圆周表面装配在固定的密封唇口(17)的下面,并且,密封唇口(17)与旋转的编码装置(4)相接触。
7.根据权利要求1的密封装配装置,其特征在于:环形腔(19)由带编码装置的盘(2)和带有密封弹胶物(10)的固定径向盘(8)轴向地限定,磁性液体充满在此环形腔中。
8.根据权利要求5的密封装配装置,其特征在于:由盘和编码装置(2,4)的圆周表面所限定的间隙(16)中充有磁性液体。
9.根据权利要求1的密封装配装置,其特征在于:编码装置(4)的旋转支撑物具有径向延伸部分(2),用集中编码装置发出的磁通的磁性材料制成。
