Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及泡罩包装用层叠体、使用该层叠体的泡罩包装、和泡罩包装包装体。特别是本发明涉及即使为了对大的药剂等进行包装而成形为具有深度的凹槽部也不发生成形不良的泡罩包装用层叠体、使用其的泡罩包装、和泡罩包装包装体、以及该层叠体的制造方法。
背景技术
粉状的药剂被封入薄的纸袋或薄膜制袋等中,片剂或胶囊剂等药剂被封入称作PTP(Press Through Pack)的泡罩包装中。通过用手指按压封入至泡罩包装中的药剂,弄破片状的盖材,然后可以取出药剂。
药剂有时会通过吸收水分而药效成分变质。因此,以往在用于封入泡罩包装的外装袋内封入硅胶等干燥剂。但是,将干燥剂投入到外装袋内的操作花费功夫,另外,还有将其误饮或误食的担心。另外,还有如下问题:开封外装袋后,无法将泡罩包装内保持在低湿度,药剂的劣化会进行。进而,根据药剂,存在容易氧化分解、产生特有的臭气等情况,因此也有想要吸收泡罩包装内的氧气、臭气等气体的强烈期望。
对此,专利文献1中公开了通过在泡罩包装的内部层叠具有吸附剂的吸附层来提高药剂的长期稳定性的技术。此处,首先,在将基材薄膜和包含吸附层的吸收薄膜进行干式层压而成的层叠体上成形为圆顶状的凹槽部分。然后,将作为片剂的药剂放入该凹槽部分,用盖材将其密封。认为根据该技术,即使不将干燥剂等一同捆在外装袋中,也能维持干燥状态、防止氧化、及有效去除臭气。
另外,药剂之中,也有不耐受紫外线的药剂,若包装容器为透明的,则有药效成分劣化的担心。对此,专利文献1中进一步公开了不仅形成泡罩包装的里侧的盖材、还在表侧的泡罩包装用层叠体上形成铝层的技术、所谓铝泡罩包装。根据该技术,由于在泡罩包装上形成铝层,因此尽管无法看到药剂,但能阻挡紫外线、进而提高阻隔性。
对于单纯组合上述2个技术的方案,在泡罩包装用层叠体上成形为圆顶状的凹槽部时,会发生如下成形上的问题:圆顶的顶部破裂、在下端的部分或凸缘部分产生龟裂,而在专利文献2中,为了对此进行处理,将吸收薄膜、与在铝层的吸收薄膜侧层叠有使用了特定聚合物的具有刚度的加强层的基材薄膜进行干式层压。专利文献2中,通过设置具有刚度的加强层,提高层叠体整体的强度,降低成形不良。
专利文献3中公开了,将吸收层与基材层通过厚度20μm的粘接树脂层进行夹心层压而成的泡罩包装。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
即使为降低成形不良的专利文献2中记载的层叠体,想要成形为超过直径10mm、深度3.3mm的相对较深的凹槽的情况下,仍然大多变为成形不良,是不充分的。本发明人等针对专利文献1和专利文献2中记载的层叠体,研究了想要降低成形为这样深的凹槽时产生的成形不良,结果发现:该成形不良是由基材薄膜与吸收薄膜一部分发生剥离的、所谓层压浮起导致的。
即可知,在专利文献2中记载的层叠体的情况下,在吸收薄膜与加强层之间有时产生层压浮起,由此在凹槽成形时,不会向成形体均匀地传递力,应力向一部分集中从而导致成形不良。对于该层压浮起,进一步调查了原因,结果表明:即使吸收薄膜具有表皮层,由于无机吸收剂的存在而在吸收薄膜的表面也产生细的凹凸,表面粗糙度变高,由此,在吸收薄膜与加强层之间进行的基于干式层压的粘接在一部分中变为不良。
另外,专利文献3与专利文献1和专利文献2中记载的层叠体相比,虽然一定程度得到改善,但在想要成形为深的凹槽的情况下,仍然大多变为成形不良,是不充分的。
本发明的目的在于,提供:即使为了对大的药剂等内容物进行包装而成形为凹槽直至一定深度也不易发生成形不良的泡罩包装用层叠体;使用其的泡罩包装;和泡罩包装包装体;以及该层叠体的制造方法。
用于解决问题的方案
因此,本发明人等通过使与吸收薄膜相邻的、吸收薄膜的表面粗糙度能够得到缓冲的树脂层较厚地存在,从而完成了可以防止吸收薄膜与基材薄膜的层压浮起、而且可以降低成形不良发生的本发明的层叠体。
即,本发明人等发现,通过具有以下方案的本发明,可以解决上述课题。
《方案1》
一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其依次具有:基材薄膜、具有25~100μm的厚度的粘接树脂层、以及吸收薄膜,
前述吸收薄膜包含含有热塑性树脂和无机吸收剂的吸收层。
《方案2》
根据方案1所述的层叠体,其中,前述粘接树脂层包含聚烯烃系树脂。
《方案3》
根据方案1或2所述的层叠体,其中,前述粘接树脂层是通过夹心层压形成的。
《方案4》
根据方案1~3中任一项所述的层叠体,其中,前述粘接树脂层具有25~50μm的厚度。
《方案5》
根据方案1~4中任一项所述的层叠体,其中,前述吸收薄膜具有前述粘接树脂层侧的外表皮层、前述吸收层、和内表皮层。
《方案6》
根据方案5所述的层叠体,其中,前述吸收薄膜的前述外表皮层、前述吸收层、和前述内表皮层被共挤出。
《方案7》
一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其由以下的层构成:
基材层,其具有12~25μm的厚度,且包含选自由聚烯烃系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、饱和或不饱和聚酯、聚酰胺和聚丙烯腈组成的组中的树脂;
铝层,其具有7~45μm的厚度;
加强层,其具有8~60μm的厚度,且包含选自由聚氯乙烯、饱和或不饱和聚酯及聚酰胺组成的组中的树脂;
粘接树脂层,其具有25~50μm的厚度,包含聚烯烃系树脂,且是通过夹心层压形成的;
外表皮层,其具有10~30μm的厚度,且包含聚烯烃系树脂;
吸收层,其具有10~200μm的厚度,且包含聚烯烃系树脂和5~70体积%的沸石;以及
内表皮层,其具有10~30μm的厚度,且包含聚烯烃系树脂。

一种泡罩包装,其包含方案1~7中任一项所述的层叠体、以及具有热封层和铝层的盖材,前述层叠体与前述盖材至少部分地粘接,且在前述层叠体上形成凹槽部而能够在前述层叠体与前述盖材之间收纳内容物。

一种泡罩包装包装体,其具有:方案8所述的泡罩包装、和收纳于前述凹槽部的内容物。
《方案10》
一种泡罩包装用层叠体的制造方法,其包括以下工序:
提供基材薄膜的工序;
提供吸收薄膜的工序,该吸收薄膜包含含有热塑性树脂和无机吸收剂的吸收层;
在前述吸收薄膜与前述基材薄膜之间、或者在前述吸收薄膜上或前述基材薄膜上形成具有25~100μm的厚度的粘接树脂层,将前述吸收薄膜与前述基材薄膜粘接的工序。

发明的效果
根据本发明,可以使成形不良的发生为最低限度地生产具有一定深度的凹槽的带吸收层的泡罩包装。通过使用这样的泡罩包装,可以以长时间稳定的状态保管较大的内容物。
如果考虑上述专利文献2中在吸收薄膜与铝层之间使用由柔软的树脂形成的加强层时发生成形不良的事实(例如专利文献2的比较例4)、和增加泡罩包装用层叠体整体的厚度时一般成形性降低的倾向,则通过在该基材薄膜与吸收薄膜之间使具有较厚厚度的粘接树脂层存在从而可以降低成形不良发生的本发明的效果是预料不到的。

具体实施方式
《泡罩包装用层叠体和其制造方法》
本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体具有:基材薄膜、吸收薄膜、和使它们粘接的粘接树脂层。基材薄膜至少具有基材层,优选在吸收薄膜侧进一步依次具有铝层和加强层。另外,吸收薄膜具有包含热塑性树脂和无机吸收剂的吸收层,进而具有内表皮层和外表皮层。优选的是,本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体依次包含或依次构成最外层的基材层、铝层、加强层、粘接树脂层、外表皮层、吸收层、和与盖材接触的内表皮层。
从层叠体的强度、刚度、成形为泡罩包装包装体时的穿透性、阻隔性等观点出发,本发明的层叠体的厚度例如可以设为500μm以下、400μm以下、300μm以下、250μm以下、200μm以下、150μm以下、100μm以下、90μm以下、85μm以下、或80μm以下,另外可以设为50μm以上、60μm、或70μm以上。
需要说明的是,本说明书中,“由A层和B层构成的层叠体”是指,本质上仅包含A层和B层的层叠体,但是除A层和B层之外,在可以得到本发明的有利效果的范围或不失去有利效果的范围内也可以包含其他层。例如,在A层与B层之间即使包含锚涂层等,有时也表示为“由A层和B层构成的层叠体”。
〈基材薄膜〉
基材薄膜用于将吸收薄膜与外部环境隔离,对层叠体整体赋予适当的刚度、强度等。基材薄膜包含基材层,也可以进一步依次包含铝层和加强层。上述情况下,基材层可以构成泡罩包装用层叠体的最外层。
从维持阻隔性、且对本发明的层叠体整体赋予强度等观点出发,基材薄膜的厚度例如可以设为150μm以下、或100μm以下,另外可以设为20μm以上、30μm、或50μm以上。
基材层包含热塑性树脂,作为该热塑性树脂,例如可以举出:聚烯烃系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、饱和或不饱和聚酯(例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如尼龙(注册商标)、尼龙6、尼龙MXD6)、聚丙烯腈(PAN),可以将这些薄膜单层或多层组合而作为基材层使用。
作为聚烯烃系树脂,可以举出:低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、使用茂金属催化剂聚合而成的聚乙烯、丙烯均聚物、丙烯-乙烯嵌段共聚物、丙烯-乙烯无规共聚物、使用茂金属催化剂聚合而成的聚丙烯、氯化聚丙烯、聚甲基戊烯、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、离子交联聚合物、羧酸改性聚乙烯、羧酸改性聚丙烯、羧酸改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
基材层的厚度例如可以设为8μm以上、10μm以上、或12μm以上,可以设为50μm以下、或25μm以下。
铝层可以为包含纯铝(Al)箔、铝合金箔的层。此外,作为铝层,可以举出具有铝蒸镀膜等的树脂层,作为沉积这些蒸镀膜的树脂层,可以举出:聚烯烃系树脂(特别是拉伸或无拉伸聚丙烯)、聚氯乙烯、饱和聚酯(例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如尼龙(注册商标)、尼龙6、尼龙MXD6)。
铝层的厚度例如可以设为7μm以上、10μm以上、或12μm以上,可以设为50μm以下、45μm以下、或30μm以下。
作为加强层,也可以使用能够用作基材层的树脂层。作为加强层,为了赋予适度的刚度,优选包含聚酰胺、饱和或不饱和聚酯(例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)和聚氯乙烯。特别是,作为加强层,优选专利文献2中公开的加强层。
加强层的厚度例如可以设为8μm以上、10μm以上、或12μm以上,可以设为80μm以下、60μm以下、50μm以下、或25μ以下。
作为基材薄膜的各层的层压的方法,可以使用干式层压、挤出层压等公知的层压方法。
〈粘接树脂层〉
粘接树脂层具有25~100μm的厚度,且将基材薄膜与吸收薄膜粘接。
粘接树脂层只要为能够缓冲吸收薄膜的凹凸的层就没有特别限定,为了发挥有效的效果,可以设为25μm以上、26μm以上、30μm以上、35μm以上、或40μm以上,另外可以设为100μm以下、80μm以下、60μm以下、或50μm以下。50μm以下时,基材薄膜与吸收薄膜基于夹心层压形成粘接树脂层是容易的,故优选。由夹心层压形成的粘接树脂层通常为10~15μm左右,因此本发明中使用的粘接树脂层可以说具有较厚的厚度。
粘接树脂层例如可以包含聚烯烃系树脂,聚烯烃系树脂中,特别优选低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。
对于粘接树脂层,是通过在吸收薄膜与基材薄膜之间挤出成为粘接树脂层的熔融树脂从而使它们粘接的夹心层压来形成的。
〈吸收薄膜〉
吸收薄膜包含含有无机吸收剂和热塑性树脂的吸收层。为了调整吸收层的吸收速度和表面粗糙度等,优选的是,吸收薄膜在吸收层的至少单面包含含有热塑性树脂的表皮层。进一步优选的是,吸收薄膜依次具有:位于基材薄膜侧的外表皮层、吸收层、和内表皮层。上述情况下,优选的是,内表皮层在与盖材之间具有热封性。即,内表皮层也可以构成与基材薄膜或基材层相反侧的泡罩包装用层叠体的最外层。
吸收层、外表皮层、和内表皮层包含热塑性树脂,作为这些树脂,也可以举出:聚烯烃系树脂、饱和或不饱和聚酯、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、和它们的混合物,优选可以举出聚烯烃系树脂。
吸收层含有无机吸收剂,因此可以吸收液体和气体中至少一者。作为吸收对象,特别是可以举出:水分、有机和无机的气体,例如二氧化碳、氨、硫化氢、氧气、氯、氯化氢等。无机吸收剂也可以包含于外表皮层和/或内表皮层。
作为无机吸收剂,可以举出:氧化钙、氯化钙、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、硫酸钠、碳酸钙、氧化镁、氧化钡、五氧化二磷、高氯酸镁、高锰酸钾、高锰酸钠、硫代硫酸钠等化学吸附剂、和矾土、氧化铝、硅酸镁、生石灰、硅胶、无机分子筛等物理吸附剂。作为无机分子筛的例子,没有限定,可以举出:硅酸铝盐矿物、粘土、多孔质玻璃、微细孔性活性炭、沸石、活性炭、或能够使水等小分子扩散的具有开口结构的化合物,它们可以单独使用或者组合多种使用。
另外,作为无机吸收剂,可以举出:铁粉(例如还原铁粉、喷雾铁粉、活性铁粉等)、氧化亚铁、亚铁盐等铁系吸氧剂、卤化金属(例如氯化钠、溴化钠、碘化钠、氯化钾、溴化钾、碘化钾、氯化钙、氯化镁、氯化钡等)、缺氧型氧化铈、亚硫酸盐、亚硫酸氢盐、连二亚硫酸盐等脱氧剂。
其中,特别是,作为无机吸收剂,优选沸石。作为沸石,可以使用天然沸石、人造沸石、合成沸石。沸石是根据分子的大小的不同而用于分离物质的多孔质的粒状物质,为具有均匀细孔的结构,吸收进入细孔的空洞的小的分子而具有一种筛的作用,因此可以吸收水(水蒸气)、有机气体等。作为合成沸石的一例,有分子筛(UNION SHOWA K.K.),其中,特别是可以使用细孔(吸收口)直径为0.3nm~1nm的分子筛。例如,作为孔径为0.3nm、0.4nm、0.5nm、1nm的分子筛,分别可以使用分子筛3A、分子筛4A、分子筛5A、分子筛13X。
无机吸收剂的平均粒径(在通过激光衍射·散射法求出的粒度分布中的累积值50%下的粒径)没有特别限定,例如体积基准中值粒径(d50)可以为100nm以上、500nm以上、1μm以上、或5μm以上,或可以为100μm以下、50μm以下、30μm以下、或15μm以下。本发明中,可以与被吸收物质、内容物的性质、吸收薄膜的表面粗糙度、目标吸收速度等相匹配地适宜分开使用上述无机吸收剂。
从吸收能力的观点出发,相对于吸收层的重量,无机吸收剂可以以5重量%以上、10重量%以上、20重量%以上、30重量%以上、40重量%以上、或50重量%以上的范围包含于吸收层,另外从对热塑性树脂的分散性和成形性的观点出发,可以以90重量%以下、80重量%以下、70重量%以下、或60重量%以下的范围包含于吸收层。
另外,可以将无机吸收剂设为5体积%以上、10体积%以上、20体积%以上、或30体积%以上,可以设为70体积%以下、65体积%以下、60体积%以下、55体积%以下、或50体积%以下。
需要说明的是,计算层中所含的无机吸收剂的体积%的情况下,无机吸收剂的比重不清楚时,通过测定该层的比重而求出,可以根据该测定值、无机吸收剂和热塑性树脂的添加重量、和热塑性树脂的比重而求出无机吸收剂的体积%。例如,使用无机吸收剂50g、和比重0.9g/cm3的热塑性树脂50g成形的层的比重为1.1g/cm3时,对于该层中所含的无机吸收剂,比重可以计算为1.41g/cm3,可以说该层中存在38.9体积%。
无机吸收剂也可以包含于内表皮层和/或外表皮层,但考虑这些层的成形性、与其他层粘贴的容易性等,优选的是,外表皮层中的无机吸收剂的含量为10体积%以下、7体积%以下或5体积%以下,内表皮层中的无机吸收剂的含量为40体积%以下、30体积%以下、28.8体积%以下、20体积%以下、10体积%以下、7体积%以下或5体积%以下。
吸收薄膜的厚度例如为300μm以下、200μm以下、150μm以下、或130μm以下,另外为30μm以上、40μm、或50μm以上。特别是,如果为150μm以下,则穿透性良好,故优选。
吸收层的厚度例如为200μm以下、150μm以下、或100μm以下,另外为20μm以上、30μm以上、或40μm以上。
内表皮层和外表皮层的厚度例如为30μm以下、20μm以下、或15μm以下,另外为5μm以上、8μm以上、或10μm以上。
可以将无机吸收剂和热塑性树脂通过吹胀法、T模头法、压延法、铸造法、加压成形、挤出成形或注射成形而成形为吸收层单层的吸收薄膜。
可以通过多层吹胀法制造包含外表皮层、吸收层和内表皮层的吸收薄膜。其为如下方法:利用多个挤出机同时将多种树脂挤出为管状,向其中送入空气使其膨胀,制造多层薄膜。如此,可以将吸收层与表皮层共挤出而成形,得到吸收薄膜。
在通过吹胀法制造吸收薄膜前,优选的是,将热塑性树脂和无机吸收剂在双螺杆混炼机中进行加热混炼后,加工成颗粒状,从而制作吸收层用的树脂组合物(粒料)。进而,将上述粒料与热塑性树脂的粒料干混,从而可以对无机吸收剂的含有率进行稀释调整。然后,使用吸收层用的粒料和表皮层用的热塑性树脂的粒料,通过多层吹胀法进行多层制膜,从而制造吸收薄膜。通过吹胀法制造吸收层后,将另行制造的表皮层通过热压接等层压,也可以得到吸收薄膜。
在通过T模头法制造吸收层单层的吸收薄膜的情况下,也可以事先制作包含无机吸收剂和热塑性树脂的粒料后,成形为薄膜。此时,在吸收层的一面或两面上共挤出表皮层,也可以得到包含吸收层和表皮层的吸收薄膜。
通过吹胀法、T模头法、压延法、铸造法、加压成形、挤出成形或注射成形,将吸收层和表皮层分别成形为薄膜状或片状,将它们利用公知的方法层压,从而可以得到吸收薄膜。
通过多层T模头法或多层吹胀法,将包含吸收层和表皮层的吸收薄膜共挤出而成形时,在表皮层熔融的状态下粘接于吸收层,因此特别是,由吸收层所导致的表面粗糙度容易反映在吸收薄膜的表面。因此,通过粘接树脂层缓冲吸收薄膜的表面粗糙度的本发明中,使用通过共挤出而成形的吸收薄膜的情况下,变得特别有利。
〈其他〉
本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体除上述层之外,可以在任意2个层之间进一步具有印刷层、用于提高2层间的粘接的锚涂层、底涂层等。
《泡罩包装和泡罩包装包装体》
本发明的泡罩包装具有上述泡罩包装用层叠体和盖材。泡罩包装用层叠体与盖材至少部分粘接。可以制作如下泡罩包装包装体:在泡罩包装用层叠体中,成形了用于收纳片剂等内容物的凹槽部后,将药剂收纳于凹槽部,使盖材粘接,在泡罩包装的凹槽部中收纳内容物。
〈内容物〉
作为本发明的泡罩包装的内容物,只要为与外界气体接触可能发生劣化的物质就没有限定,除药剂之外,可以举出:食品、化妆品、医疗设备、电子部件等。另外,作为药剂,除药品制剂之外,还包括清洗剂、农药等。
〈盖材〉
盖材包含热封层和铝层。作为该热封层,可以使用上述表皮层中能够使用的热塑性树脂,优选可以使用聚丙烯。对于盖材的热封层、泡罩包装用层叠体的与盖材粘接的层,从提高粘接性的观点出发,可以适当选择彼此的树脂。
作为盖材的铝层,可以使用关于基材薄膜的与上述铝层同样的铝层。优选的是,盖材为在铝箔上涂布有作为热封层的聚丙烯的形态。
也可以将盖材设为在铝箔涂布有聚烯烃系聚合物合金等易剥离性树脂的形态、或层叠有易剥离薄膜的形态。上述情况下,通过使泡罩包装与盖材在粘接界面剥离,可以将内容物容易取出。
图1为泡罩包装包装体A的概要图。此处,依次层叠有基材薄膜10、粘接树脂层20和吸收薄膜30的泡罩包装用层叠体B上粘接有盖材40,形成于层叠体B的圆顶状的凹槽部中内包有内容物100。
图2为本发明的泡罩包装包装体A的层结构的概要图。该图中,示出未形成泡罩包装包装体A的凹槽部的端部,依次层叠有包含基材层11、铝层12和加强层13的基材薄膜10、粘接树脂层20、以及吸收薄膜30的泡罩包装用层叠体B上粘接有盖材40。吸收薄膜30由外表皮层31、第2吸收层32、和内表皮层33构成,另外盖材40由热封层41和铝层42构成。
实施例
《泡罩包装用层叠体的制作》
〈基材薄膜的制作〉
使用干式层压机(INVEX pilot coater,株式会社Technosmart),将作为加强层的12μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Lumirror 12S10,东丽株式会社)层叠在作为基材层的25μm的尼龙(Ny)薄膜和作为铝层的40μm的铝(Al)箔的层叠体(AL/AL基材,株式会社UACJ制箔)上,得到基材薄膜。此处,作为干式层压的粘接剂,使用包含主剂(TAKELAC(商标)XA1151,三井化学株式会社)和固化剂(TAKENATE(商标)A12,三井化学株式会社)的聚氨酯系粘接剂,以牵引速度10m/分钟,形成厚度5μm的粘接层。
〈吸收薄膜的制作〉
使用双螺杆挤出机(PCM70,株式会社池贝),将无机吸收剂的沸石(分子筛4A,UNION SHOWAK.K.)和热塑性树脂的LDPE(Petrothene 202,东曹株式会社)的粒料进行混炼·粒料化,从而得到吸收层用的沸石含有率47重量%的粒料。
作为内表皮层和外表皮层用的树脂,准备LLDPE(EVOLUE SP2520,Prime PolymerCo.,Ltd.)的粒料,与上述吸收层用的粒料一起,在170℃下,以牵引速度10m/分钟,通过基于空气冷却方式吹胀的共挤出成形,得到吸收薄膜。此处,使用三层吹胀成形机(TUL-600R,Placo Co.,Ltd.)。另外,使吸收层的厚度为90μm,使内表皮层和外表皮层的厚度为20μm。
〈利用粘接树脂层的基材薄膜与吸收薄膜的粘接〉
·比较例1的层叠体
将基材薄膜的加强层与吸收薄膜的外表皮层通过干式层压粘接。此处,使用干式层压机(INVEX pilot coater,株式会社Technosmart)、以及包含主剂(TAKELAC(商标)XA1151,三井化学株式会社)和固化剂(TAKENATE(商标)A12,三井化学株式会社)的聚氨酯系粘接剂,以牵引速度10m/分钟,形成厚度5μm的粘接层,得到比较例1的层叠体。
·比较例2~3和实施例1~3的层叠体
将基材薄膜的加强层与吸收薄膜的外表皮层通过夹心层压改变粘接树脂层的厚度地形成,得到比较例2~3和实施例1~3的层叠体。此处,使用夹心层压机(TP45.45P46010,Placo Co.,Ltd.),使粘接树脂层用的LDPE(Suntec-LD L1850K,旭化成化学株式会社)在300℃下熔融并挤出,以收取速度30~45m/分钟得到层叠体。需要说明的是,在使它们粘接前,在基材薄膜的加强层上以厚度1μm涂布锚涂剂(主剂:TAKELAC(商标)XA1151,三井化学株式会社)/固化剂:TAKENATE(商标)A12,三井化学株式会社)。
《评价》
在如此得到的层叠体上,利用泡罩成形机成形用于收纳内容物的凹槽部,考察成形不良的发生率。
具体而言,在室温下在上述层叠体上成形深度5.75mm的凹槽部。成形机使用JAPANAUTOMATIC MACHINE CO.,LTD.的高速油压压力机(HYP505H)。插塞材质为(粘均分子量550万的超高分子量聚乙烯树脂,Newlight(商标),作新工业株式会社),插塞直径为13mm,成形速度设为200mm/s。重复该试验10次,将成形的凹槽部中以目视没有发生破裂、裂纹等外观不良的情况记作合格品,考察其个数。

由该结果可知,增加粘接树脂层的厚度时,成形不良的发生减少,如果以40μm的厚度使用粘接树脂层,则即使成形5.75mm的深度的凹槽部也没有成形不良的发生。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的使用吸收层的泡罩包装用层叠体上可以成形深的凹槽,使用其的泡罩包装可以以长时间稳定(抑制变质)的状态保管较大的内容物。

Claims (11)
1.一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其依次具有:基材薄膜、具有25~100μm的厚度的粘接树脂层、以及吸收薄膜,
所述吸收薄膜包含含有热塑性树脂和无机吸收剂的吸收层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层叠体,其中,所述粘接树脂层包含聚烯烃系树脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层叠体,其中,所述粘接树脂层是通过夹心层压形成的。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的层叠体,其中,所述粘接树脂层具有25~50μm的厚度。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的层叠体,其中,所述吸收薄膜具有所述粘接树脂层侧的外表皮层、所述吸收层、和内表皮层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的层叠体,其中,所述吸收薄膜的所述外表皮层、所述吸收层、和所述内表皮层被共挤出。
7.一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其由以下的层构成:
基材层,其具有12~25μm的厚度,且包含选自由聚烯烃系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、饱和或不饱和聚酯、聚酰胺和聚丙烯腈组成的组中的树脂;
铝层,其具有7~45μm的厚度;
加强层,其具有8~60μm的厚度,且包含选自由聚氯乙烯、饱和或不饱和聚酯及聚酰胺组成的组中的树脂;
粘接树脂层,其具有25~50μm的厚度,包含聚烯烃系树脂,且是通过夹心层压形成的;
外表皮层,其具有10~30μm的厚度,且包含聚烯烃系树脂;
吸收层,其具有10~200μm的厚度,且包含聚烯烃系树脂和5~70体积%的沸石;以及
内表皮层,其具有10~30μm的厚度,且包含聚烯烃系树脂。
8.一种泡罩包装,其包含权利要求1~7中任一项所述的层叠体、以及具有热封层和铝层的盖材,所述层叠体与所述盖材至少部分地粘接,且在所述层叠体上形成凹槽部而能够在所述层叠体与所述盖材之间收纳内容物。
9.一种泡罩包装包装体,其具有:权利要求8所述的泡罩包装、和收纳于所述凹槽部的内容物。
10.一种泡罩包装用层叠体的制造方法,其包括以下工序:
提供基材薄膜的工序;
提供吸收薄膜的工序,该吸收薄膜包含含有热塑性树脂和无机吸收剂的吸收层;
在所述吸收薄膜与所述基材薄膜之间、或者在所述吸收薄膜上或所述基材薄膜上形成具有25~100μm的厚度的粘接树脂层,将所述吸收薄膜与所述基材薄膜粘接的工序。
11.根据权利要求10所述的泡罩包装用层叠体的制造方法,其中,所述基材薄膜依次包含基材层、铝层和加强层,
所述吸收薄膜以夹持所述吸收层的方式包含外表皮层和内表皮层,且
所述粘接树脂层形成在所述吸收薄膜的所述外表皮层与所述基材薄膜的所述加强层之间、或者形成在所述吸收薄膜的所述外表皮层上或所述基材薄膜的所述加强层上。
