Abstract
本发明的课题在于,提供一种泡罩包装用层叠体及使用该层叠体的泡罩包装,所述泡罩包装用层叠体即使将泡罩包装的凹槽成型为较深的深度也不发生或不易发生成型不良、赋予充分的成型性。本发明涉及一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其依次包含基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b、吸收层4。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡罩包装用层叠体及使用该层叠体的泡罩包装。
背景技术
粉状的制剂被封入薄的纸袋或薄膜制袋等中,而片剂或胶囊剂等制剂被封入称作PTP(压出式包装,Press Through Pack)的泡罩包装中。通过用手指按压封入至PTP中的制剂,能够弄破片状的盖材,然后取出制剂。此外,还存在制剂被封入将成型有收纳制剂的凹槽部的2个阻隔性层叠体面对面地密封而成的形状的泡罩包装中的情况。在该方式的情况下,将泡罩包装的端部切下来开封,或在2个层叠体之间进行剥离来开封,因此,即便是粉状和液体状的制剂也可以使用。
有时因制剂吸收水分而药效成分变质。因此,以往在封入泡罩包装的外包装袋内封入硅胶等干燥剂。然而,在外包装袋内投入干燥剂的操作花费功夫,而且还有将其误饮或误食的担心。另外,还有如下问题:外包装袋开封后,无法将泡罩包装内保持在低湿度,会推进制剂的劣化。进而,根据制剂不同而存在容易氧化分解、产生特有的臭气等情况,因此也有想要吸收泡罩包装内的氧气、臭气等气体的强烈期望。
对此,专利文献1中公开了通过在泡罩包装的内部形成具有吸收剂的吸收层来提高制剂的长期稳定性的技术。此处,首先,在作为阻隔层的基材与吸收层的层叠体上形成圆顶状的凹槽部分。然后,将作为片剂的制剂放入该凹槽部分,用盖材将其密封。根据该技术,可认为即使不将干燥剂等一同捆在外包装袋中,也能维持干燥状态、防止氧化和有效去除臭气。
另外,在制剂中,也有不耐受紫外线的制剂,若包装容器为透明的,则有药效成分劣化的担心。对此,例如专利文献2中公开了不仅在泡罩包装的背面侧的盖材、而且在正面侧的泡罩包装用层叠体上也形成铝箔层的技术、所谓的铝泡罩包装。根据该技术,虽然因在泡罩包装上形成铝箔层而无法看到制剂,但能够阻挡紫外线、进一步提高阻隔性。
对于单纯组合上述2个技术的方式,在泡罩包装用层叠体上成型圆顶状的凹槽时,会发生如下成型上的问题:圆顶的顶部破裂,或在下端部分或凸缘部分产生龟裂。在专利文献2中,为了对此进行处理,公开了:在铝箔层和吸收层之间层叠使用了特定聚合物的具有刚性的加强层,从而依次具有基材层/铝箔层/加强层/吸收层的泡罩包装用层叠体。

在专利文献2的泡罩包装用层叠体中,通过设置具有刚性的加强层,从而提高层叠体整体的强度,减少了成型不良。然而,本发明人等发现:专利文献2中记载的层叠体的情况,根据成型机的模具或成型深度不同,有时会发生泡罩包装的凹槽的凸缘部分破裂或产生针孔这样的问题。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供泡罩包装用层叠体及使用该层叠体的泡罩包装,所述泡罩包装用层叠体即使将泡罩包装的凹槽成型为较深的深度也不发生或不易发生成型不良、赋予充分的成型性。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等发现通过以下手段能够解决上述课题。
[1]一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其依次包含基材层、铝箔层、第1加强层、第2加强层、吸收层。
[2]根据[1]所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,前述第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变与前述第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变之差的绝对值为10%以上。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,前述第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变小于前述第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变。
[4]根据[1]~[3]中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,前述第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变为20~70%。
[5]根据[1]~[4]中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,前述第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变为70~260%。

发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供泡罩包装用层叠体及使用该层叠体的泡罩包装,所述泡罩包装用层叠体即使将泡罩包装的凹槽成型为较深的深度也不发生或不易发生成型不良、赋予充分的成型性。

具体实施方式
<泡罩包装用层叠体>
本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体依次包含基材层、铝箔层、第1加强层、第2加强层和吸收层。另外,还可以在第2加强层与吸收层之间进一步具有1个或多个加强层。进而,还可以在基材层、铝箔层、第1加强层、第2加强层、任意的加强层和吸收层中的任意两层之间具有粘接层。例如,如图1所示,本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体10具有基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b、任意的加强层3c和吸收层4。优选的是,本发明的泡罩包装用的层叠体10依次包含最外层的基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b、任意的加强层3c和与盖材5粘接的吸收层4,或依次由最外层的基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b、任意的加强层3c和与盖材5粘接的吸收层4构成。
需要说明的是,在本说明书中,“由A层和B层构成的层叠体”是指,本质上仅包含A层和B层的层叠体,但还意味着除了A层和B层以外,在可得到本发明的有益效果的范围内或在不失去有益效果的范围内,也可以包含其它层。例如,即使在A层和B层之间包含锚涂层等,有时也表达为“由A层和B层构成的层叠体”。
作为使基材层、铝箔层、第1加强层、第2加强层、任意的加强层和吸收层中的至少两层粘贴的方法,可列举出干式层压法、夹心层压法等。干式层压法是如下方法:涂布粘接剂并进行干燥后,进行加压,使粘接剂固化,从而进行粘贴。另外,夹心层压法是如下方法:在基材与粘贴侧的薄膜之间,挤出熔融了的构成各层的树脂或粘接用树脂并进行粘贴。
在泡罩包装用层叠体上形成用于放入药品制剂等内容物的凹槽部。作为成型凹槽部时的成型方法,可列举出:平板式气动成型法、柱塞助推压空成型法、鼓式真空成型法、柱塞成型法等。其中,为了形成凹槽部,使用了粘均分子量为100万以上的超高分子量聚乙烯树脂的顶端部为圆的圆柱状的棒(柱塞材料)的柱塞成型法是优选的。
虽然不受理论限定,但图1中,本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体10通过层叠第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b和任意的加强层3c,与加强层为单一层的情况相比,在泡罩包装用层叠体10上成型凹槽时,能够抑制铝箔层2的局部拉伸。由此可认为即使在泡罩包装用层叠体10上将凹槽成型为较深的深度,也不发生或不易发生成型不良。
另外,特别是第1加强层3a使用拉伸断裂时的标称应变低的树脂、即硬的树脂、第2加强层3b使用拉伸断裂时的标称应变高的树脂、即柔软的树脂并进行层叠,由此在泡罩包装用层叠体10上成型凹槽时,第2加强层3b以追随容易拉伸的吸收层4的方式伸长,接着第1加强层3a伸长以便减少对容易破裂的铝箔层2的负荷。由此通过将在泡罩包装用层叠体10上成型凹槽时所施加的负荷通过加强层阶段性地施加至铝箔层,从而能够抑制铝箔层的局部伸长。由此可认为即使在泡罩包装用层叠体10上将凹槽成型为较深的深度,也不会发生或不易发生成型不良。
(基材层)
基材层可以成为泡罩包装用层叠体的最外层。作为用于基材层的树脂,只要是对泡罩包装用层叠体赋予适度的阻隔性和成型性的树脂就没有特别限制。例如可列举出:聚乙烯系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚丙烯系树脂、饱和聚酯、聚酰胺(例如:尼龙、尼龙6、尼龙6,6、尼龙MXD6)等、以及它们的混合物。优选的是,防止来自外部的水分浸入、防湿性优异的物质为宜,特别是可列举出聚丙烯系树脂、聚酰胺和饱和聚酯。
需要说明的是,在本说明书中,聚乙烯系树脂是指在聚合物的主链中包含30mol%以上、40mol%以上、50mol%以上、60mol%以上、70mol%以上或80mol%以上的亚乙基的重复单元的树脂,例如,可选自由低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(EEA)、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、羧酸改性聚乙烯、羧酸改性乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物和它们的衍生物、以及它们的混合物组成的组。
在本说明书中,聚丙烯系树脂是指在聚合物的主链中包含30mol%以上、40mol%以上、50mol%以上、60mol%以上、70mol%以上或80mol%以上的亚丙基的重复单元的树脂,例如可列举出:聚丙烯(PP)均聚物、无规聚丙烯(无规PP)、嵌段聚丙烯(嵌段PP)、氯化聚丙烯、羧酸改性聚丙烯和它们的衍生物、以及它们的混合物。
基材层的厚度可以为10μm以上、20μm以上或30μm以上,另外可以为300μm以下、200μm以下、100μm以下或50μm以下。
(铝箔层)
铝箔层是为了赋予水分阻隔性和气体阻隔性而使用的。其可以是纯铝系的铝箔,也可以是铝合金系的铝箔。为了赋予泡罩包装用层叠体适度的成型性和弹性,铝箔层的厚度可以为7μm以上、10μm以上或20μm以上,另外可以为60μm以下、50μm以下或40μm以下。
(第1加强层)
第1加强层是为了提高泡罩包装用层叠体的成型性和弹性而使用的树脂层。作为第1加强层中使用的树脂,例如可列举出:聚乙烯系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚丙烯系树脂、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如,尼龙、尼龙6、尼龙6,6、尼龙MXD6)、聚酰亚胺等、以及它们的混合物。第1加强层的厚度可以为10μm以上、15μm以上、25μm以上、30μm以上、40μm以上或50μm以上,另外可以为100μm以下、80μm以下、60μm以下或50μm以下。
特别是通过将依据JIS K7127测定的拉伸断裂时的标称应变低的薄膜作为第1加强层进行层叠,从而在成型凹槽时减少铝箔层的负荷,由此抑制龟裂和裂纹。第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变可以为10%以上、20%以上、30%以上、40%以上、50%以上、60%以上、80%以上、100%以上或150%以上,另外可以为200%以下、170%以下、150%以下、120%以下、90%以下、80%以下或70%以下。特别是,拉伸断裂时的标称应变为20%以上且70%以下时,第1加强层具有适度的刚性,因此减少铝箔层的负荷的效果高,故而更优选。
具体而言,对于依据JIS K7127测定的拉伸断裂时的标称应变,例如长度50mm的试样在沿拉伸方向伸长100mm时发生断裂的情况下,将拉伸断裂时的标称应变记为100%。需要说明的是,在本发明中,第1加强层和第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变可以使用拉伸试验测定器(Strograph VES1D、Toyo Seiki Seisakusho Co.,Ltd.)在样品宽度15mm、样品长度150mm、拉伸速度300mm/分钟的条件下进行测定。
(第2加强层)
第2加强层是为了提高泡罩包装用层叠体的成型性而使用的树脂层。作为第2加强层中使用的薄膜,可列举出:聚乙烯系树脂、聚丙烯系树脂、聚酯(例如,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯等、以及它们的混合物。另外,还可以使用在这些薄膜上层叠金属、半金属或它们的氧化物的蒸镀层或卤化聚合物层而成的阻隔膜。例如,作为金属、半金属或它们的氧化物的蒸镀层,可列举出:铝蒸镀膜、二氧化硅蒸镀膜、氧化铝蒸镀膜、二氧化硅/氧化铝二元蒸镀膜等,作为卤化聚合物层,可以列举出:聚偏氯乙烯涂膜、聚偏氟乙烯涂膜等。第2加强层的厚度可以为10μm以上、15μm以上、25μm以上、30μm以上、40μm以上或50μm以上,另外可以为100μm以下、80μm以下、60μm以下或50μm以下。
特别是通过层叠依据JIS K7127测定的拉伸断裂时的标称应变高的薄膜,从而在深拉成型时追随容易伸长的吸收层,由此使铝箔层的负荷减少,而抑制龟裂和裂纹。第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变可以为50%以上、70%以上、100%以上、120%以上、150%以上或200%以上,另外可以为350%以下、300%以下、260%以下、250%以下、220%以下、200%以下、170%以下或150%以下。特别是拉伸断裂时的标称应变为260%以下时,较吸收层更硬、且具有刚性,因此能够进一步减少铝箔层的负荷,故而优选。另外,拉伸断裂时的标称应变为70%以上时,容易进一步追随吸收层,故而优选。
依据JIS K7127进行测定时,第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变与第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变之差的绝对值可以为5%以上、10%以上、20%以上、40%以上、60%以上、80%以上、100%以上或200%以上,另外可以为500%以下、400%以下、300%以下或200%以下。更期望的是,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变小于第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变。由此,在泡罩包装上成型凹槽时,通过追随容易伸长的吸收层,阶段性地对铝箔层施加负荷,从而使抑制铝箔层的局部伸长的效果提高。
(任意的加强层)
为了提高泡罩包装用层叠体的成型性,可以在第2加强层和吸收层之间进一步层叠1个或多个任意的加强层。作为任意的加强层中使用的树脂,例如可列举出:聚乙烯系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚丙烯系树脂、聚酯(例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、聚酰胺(例如,尼龙、尼龙6、尼龙6,6、尼龙MXD6)、聚酰亚胺等、以及它们的混合物。任意的加强层的厚度可以为10μm以上、15μm以上、25μm以上、30μm以上、40μm以上或50μm以上,另外可以为100μm以下、80μm以下、60μm以下或50μm以下。
(加强层的厚度)
第1加强层、第2加强层和任意的加强层的总厚度可以为70μm以上、80μm以上、90μm以上、100μm以上、120μm以上、150μm以上或170μm以上,另外可以为300μm以下、250μm以下、200μm以下、170μm以下、150μm以下、100μm以下、80μm以下或60μm以下。
(吸收层)
吸收层是具有吸收性功能的层,可以通过该层来提高药品制剂等内容物的长期稳定性。吸收层可以是包含吸收剂和粘结剂树脂的吸收剂保持层单层,优选依次包含外表皮层、包含吸收剂和粘结剂树脂的吸收剂保持层、以及内表皮层。在此情况下,从防止吸收剂保持层中所含的吸收剂在使用中脱离、且容易制造吸收层方面考虑,用上下(内外)的表皮层制成夹层来使用。
外表皮层是用于与泡罩包装的放入内容物之侧处于相对侧(外侧)的层,内表皮层是用于放入内容物之侧(内侧)的层。如图1所示,在本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体10中,吸收层4可以与基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b和任意的加强层3c层叠来使用。另外例如,如图3所示,吸收层4具有外表皮层4a、吸收剂保持层4b和内表皮层4c。
吸收剂保持层单层的吸收层可以通过吹胀法、T模法等挤出成型或注射成型来制造。另外,包含外表皮层、吸收剂保持层和内表皮层的3层结构的吸收层可以通过多层吹胀法来制造。其是利用多个挤出机同时将多个树脂共挤出为管状并向其中输送空气使其膨胀来制造多层薄膜的方法。另外,也可以通过吹胀法、T模法等挤出成型或注射成型来使吸收层的吸收剂保持层形成为薄膜状或片状,通过公知的方法将外表皮层和内表皮层薄膜化后,夹住吸收剂保持层并进行层压,由此制造3层结构的吸收层。
从得到适度的成型性和弹性的观点出发,吸收层的厚度可以为50μm以上、60μm以上或70μm以上,可以为200μm以下、100μm以下、90μm以下或80μm以下。
<内表皮层和外表皮层>
内表皮层和外表皮层主要包含树脂,可以包含比吸收剂保持层少的量的吸收剂,但考虑到泡罩包装的制造中和使用中吸收剂脱离的可能性和制造吸收层的容易性,优选不包含吸收剂。作为内表皮层和外表皮层中使用的树脂,例如可列举出:聚乙烯系树脂、聚丙烯系树脂、聚甲基戊烯、饱和聚酯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、热塑性弹性体等、以及它们的混合物。
从得到适度的成型性和弹性的观点出发,内表皮层和外表皮层的厚度可以为5μm以上、10μm以上或20μm以上,可以为50μm以下、40μm以下、30μm以下、20μm以下或15μm以下。
<吸收剂保持层>
吸收剂保持层具有在粘结剂树脂中分散有吸收剂的结构。吸收剂保持层作为吸收泡罩包装内的水分、有机气体和无机气体的层来起作用。
作为能够用于吸收剂保持层的吸收剂,可列举出无机吸收剂,例如:氧化钙、氯化钙、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、硫酸钠等化学吸附剂;以及氧化铝、生石灰、硅胶、无机分子筛等物理吸附剂。作为无机分子筛的例子,没有限制,可列举出:铝硅酸盐矿物、粘土、多孔玻璃、微孔性活性炭、沸石、活性炭或具有能使水等小分子扩散的开口结构的化合物。这样的无机吸收剂即使在低湿度区域也能够获得高的吸收性,为了吸收泡罩包装内部少量含有的湿分,特别优选使用即使在这种相对湿度低的环境下也能够发挥高的吸收性的吸收剂。
作为沸石,可以使用天然沸石、人工沸石、合成沸石等。沸石是根据分子的大小不同而将物质分离中使用的多孔质的粒状物质,是具有均匀的细孔的结构,由于吸收进入到细孔的空腔中的小分子而具有一种筛子的作用,因此可以吸收水(蒸气、水蒸气)、有机气体、无机气体等。作为合成沸石的一个例子,有分子筛,其中,特别是可以使用细孔(吸收口)直径为0.3nm~1nm的分子筛。通常将孔径为0.3nm、0.4nm、0.5nm、1nm的分子筛分别称为分子筛3A、分子筛4A、分子筛5A、分子筛13X。分子筛的平均粒径(通过激光衍射·散射法求出的粒度分布中的累计值为50%的粒径)可以采用例如10μm左右的。在本发明中,可以结合吸收的目标物、内容物的性质等来适当分开使用这些沸石。
另外,特别是在吸收有机气体的情况下,优选使用疏水性沸石。疏水性沸石是指,对沸石的晶体骨架内的铝原子进行脱铝处理而使其减少,从而提高硅铝比,制成了所谓高硅沸石的总称。疏水性沸石是失去对水等极性物质的亲和性,更强地吸收非极性物质的沸石,变得更容易吸收有机气体等。作为疏水性沸石的一个例子的疏水性分子筛,可以使用孔径0.6~0.9nm的分子筛,可列举出:Abscents1000、Abscents2000、Abscents3000(以上为UNION SHOWAK.K.制)等。孔径可以通过基于X射线衍射法的结构解析进行确认。另外,疏水性沸石的平均粒径(通过激光衍射/散射法求出的粒度分布中的累计值为50%的粒径)可以采用例如3~5μm的。
在吸收剂为氧吸收剂的情况下,可以使用无机系的氧吸收剂,例如:氧化铈、氧化钛、铁粉等,还可以使用有机系的氧吸收剂,例如:多元酚化合物、抗坏血酸等。作为多元酚化合物,可列举出:苯酚、邻苯二酚、没食子酸、间苯二酚、对苯二酚、苯三醇、甲酚、单宁酸等。
对于吸收剂,从吸收能力的观点出发,可以在吸收剂保持层中以相对于吸收剂保持层的重量为大于0重量%、10重量%以上、20重量%以上、30重量%以上、40重量%以上或50重量%以上的范围含有吸收剂,另外,从在粘结剂树脂中的分散性和成型性的观点出发,可以在吸收剂保持层中以70重量%以下、60重量%以下、50重量%以下或40重量%以下的范围含有吸收剂。
作为可以用于吸收剂保持层的粘结剂树脂,例如可列举出:聚乙烯系树脂、聚丙烯系树脂、饱和聚酯或不饱和聚酯、离聚物、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯和它们的衍生物、以及它们的混合物。
从吸收能力、成型性和弹性的观点出发,吸收剂保持层的厚度可以为10μm以上、20μm以上、30μm以上或50μm以上,可以为500μm以下、300μm以下、200μm以下、150μm以下或100μm以下。
(粘接层)
对于本发明的泡罩包装用层叠体,还可以在基材层、铝箔层、第1加强层、第2加强层、任意的加强层和吸收层中的任意两层之间具有粘接层。作为可以用于该粘接层的粘接剂,在利用干式层压法进行粘接的情况下,可列举出:氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂、烯烃系树脂粘接剂、丁基橡胶系粘接剂、丙烯酸类树脂系粘接剂、聚酯树脂系粘接剂、环氧树脂系粘接剂、有机硅树脂系粘接剂等,在利用夹心层压法进行粘接的情况下,可列举出聚乙烯系树脂等。
(泡罩包装和泡罩包装包装体)
本发明的泡罩包装具有上述泡罩包装用层叠体和盖材。泡罩包装用层叠体的吸收层与盖材至少部分粘接。在泡罩包装用层叠体上进行用于收纳制剂等内容物的凹槽部的成型后,将内容物容纳于凹槽部中,并粘接盖材,从而能够制作泡罩包装的凹槽部中收纳有内容物的泡罩包装包装体。
盖材包含例如树脂层和金属层。作为该树脂层,可以使用热塑性树脂。另外,作为金属层,可以使用纯铝箔、铝合金箔等铝箔。优选的是,盖材是在铝箔上涂布有热塑性树脂层的形态,从提高粘接性的观点出发,盖材的热塑性树脂层与泡罩包装用层叠体所粘接的层(吸收层)可以包含相同的树脂。另外,也可以制成在铝箔上涂布聚烯烃系聚合物合金等易剥离性树脂或者层叠易剥离膜的形态。在此情况下,可以通过在泡罩包装与盖材的粘接界面进行剥离来取出内容物。
作为本发明的泡罩包装的其它方式,对于选自上述泡罩包装用层叠体的2个层叠体,使吸收层面对面地至少部分粘接。在2个泡罩包装用层叠体两者上进行用于收纳内容物的凹槽部的成型后,将内容物容纳于凹槽部中,使2个泡罩包装用层叠体的吸收层彼此粘接,从而能够制作泡罩包装的凹槽部中收纳有内容物的泡罩包装包装体。
作为本发明的泡罩包装的内容物,只要是因与外界气体的接触而会劣化的物质就没有限制,除了制剂以外,还可列举出:食品、化妆品、医疗设备、电子部件等。另外,作为制剂,除了医药品制剂以外,还包括清洗剂、农药等。
图1是泡罩包装100的示意图。此处,在依次层叠基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b、任意的加强层3c和吸收层4而成的泡罩包装用层叠体10上粘接有盖材5,内容物300被包封在形成于层叠体10的圆顶状的凹槽部中。虽未图示,但在基材薄膜和吸收薄膜之间存在粘接层。
图2是其他方式的泡罩包装200的示意图。2个泡罩包装用层叠体10的吸收层彼此粘接,内容物300被包封在形成于层叠体10的凹槽部中。
图3是本发明的泡罩包装100的层结构的示意图。在该图中,示出泡罩包装100的未形成凹槽部的端部,在依次层叠基材层1、铝箔层2、第1加强层3a、第2加强层3b、任意的加强层3c和吸收层4而成的泡罩包装用层叠体10上粘接有盖材5。吸收层4由外表皮层4a、吸收剂保持层4b和内表皮层4c构成,另外,盖材5由热塑性树脂层5a和金属层5b构成。

<吸收层的制作>
作为内外表皮层用的材料,准备分别以50质量%混合了无规PP(Novatec FG3DC、Japan Polypropylene Corporation)和无规PP(WINTEC WFX4T、Japan PolypropyleneCorporation)的聚丙烯的树脂粒料。作为吸收剂保持层用的材料,将低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)(Petrothene 202、Tosoh Corporation)和作为水分吸收剂的沸石(分子筛4A、UNIONSHOWAK.K.)装入混炼挤出机中,在将树脂一边加热熔融一边进行混炼后,用挤出机将其挤出并冷却,由此得到吸收剂保持层用树脂粒料。吸收剂保持层用树脂粒料中的沸石的含量为该粒料重量的46质量%。然后,使用内外表皮层用树脂粒料和吸收剂保持层用树脂粒料,通过利用空冷方式吹胀成型机进行的共挤出成型使成为吸收层的薄膜成膜。在树脂温度为170℃、牵引速度为10m/分钟的条件下,利用三层吹胀成型机(TUL-600R、Placo Co.,Ltd.)来进行吹胀成型。
<层叠体的制作>
借助粘接剂,利用干式层压法依次层叠作为基材层的聚酰胺薄膜(尼龙)、铝箔层和作为第1加强层的聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、SumitomoBakelite Co.,Ltd.),得到第1层叠体。
在第1层叠体的第1加强层上涂布粘接剂,利用干式层压法层叠作为第2加强层的PET薄膜(厚度:12μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,),得到第2层叠体。
在第2层叠体的第2加强层上涂布粘接剂,利用干式层压法层叠吸收层,得到第3层叠体。然后将第3层叠体保存在40℃的环境下7天来进行熟化,由此得到评价用样品。
作为上述层叠体的粘接剂,使用以9:1的重量比分别包含主剂(Takelac(商标)XA1151、三井化学株式会社)、固化剂(Takenate(商标)A12、三井化学株式会社)的氨基甲酸酯系粘接剂。需要说明的是,各层间的粘接剂的涂覆量在5g/m2下进行。
将实施例1的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例2)
使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo BakeliteCo.,Ltd.)作为第1加强层,使用PET薄膜(厚度:25μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,)作为第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例2的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例3)
使用PET薄膜(厚度:12μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,)作为第1加强层,使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo Bakelite Co.,Ltd.)作为第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例3的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例4)
使用PET薄膜(厚度:25μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,)作为第1加强层,使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo Bakelite Co.,Ltd.)作为第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例4的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例5)
使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo BakeliteCo.,Ltd.)作为第1加强层,使用氧化铝蒸镀PET薄膜(厚度:12μm、GX-P-F、凸版印刷株式会社)作为第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例5的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例6)
使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo BakeliteCo.,Ltd.)作为第1加强层,使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo Bakelite Co.,Ltd.)作为第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例6的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例7)
使用聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜(厚度:40μm)作为第1加强层,使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo Bakelite Co.,Ltd.)作为第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例7的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(实施例8)
使用PET薄膜(厚度:25μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,)作为第1、第2、第3、第4和第5加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将实施例8的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(比较例1)
使用聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜(厚度:60μm、SUMILITE-VSS6107、Sumitomo BakeliteCo.,Ltd.)作为第1加强层,未使用第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将比较例1的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(比较例2)
使用PET薄膜(厚度:25μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,)作为第1加强层,未使用第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将比较例2的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(比较例3)
未使用第1加强层和第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将比较例3的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(参考例1)
使用PET薄膜(厚度:125μm、Lumirror S10Toray Industries,)作为第1加强层,未使用第2加强层,除此以外用与实施例1同样的步骤得到评价用样品。将参考例1的评价用的样品的层构成示于表1。
(评价1:成型试验)
对于在实施例1~8、比较例1~3和参考例1的评价用的样品,在室温下成型为深度5.5~6.25mm的凹槽部。成型机使用Japan Automatic Machine Co.,Ltd.的高速液压机(HYP505H)。柱塞材质是粘均分子量550万的超高分子量聚乙烯树脂(制品名:Newlight(商标)NL-W、作新工业株式会社),柱塞直径为13mm、成型速度为200mm/秒、成型压力为7.7MPa、按压保持时间为1秒。在此,边对成型的部位周围施加压力边进行固定,然后将柱塞(凸部分)挤出设定的长度,由此使层叠体成型为圆顶型。
此处,通过目视在成型的凹槽部未观察到发生裂纹、损伤或凹痕等外观不良的情况为○,通过目视在成型的凹槽部观察到发生裂纹、损伤或凹痕等外观不良的情况为×。分别重复10次试验。将其结果示于表1。
(评价2:拉伸试验)
依据JIS K7127测定了各例中使用的第1加强层和第2加强层相对于拉伸方向的拉伸断裂时的标称应变。使用拉伸试验测定器(Strograph VES1D、Toyo Seiki SeisakushoCo.,Ltd.),在样品宽度15mm、样品长度150mm、拉伸速度300mm/分钟的条件下进行测定。将其结果示于表1。

由表1的结果可知,与仅具有第1加强层或不具有加强层的比较例1~3相比,具有第1加强层、第2加强层和任意的加强层的实施例1~8中,将泡罩包装的凹槽形成至较深的深度时的成型不良减少。
另外,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,与第1加强层和第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变同等的实施例6和7相比,第1加强层和第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变不同的实施例1~5中,将泡罩包装的凹槽形成至较深的深度时的成不良减少。
进而,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,与第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变大于第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变的实施例3和4相比,第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变小于第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变的实施例1、2和5中,将泡罩包装的凹槽形成至较深的深度时的成型不良进一步减少。
另外,与加强层的厚度小的比较例2相比,加强层的厚度大的实施例8和参考例1中,将泡罩包装的凹槽形成至较深的深度时的成型不良减少。

Claims (14)
1.一种泡罩包装用层叠体,其依次包含基材层、铝箔层、第1加强层、第2加强层、吸收层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,所述第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变与所述第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变之差的绝对值为10%以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JIS K7127进行测定时,所述第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变小于所述第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JISK7127进行测定时,所述第1加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变为20~70%。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,依据JISK7127进行测定时,所述第2加强层的拉伸断裂时的标称应变为70~260%。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,在所述第2加强层与所述吸收层之间进一步具有1个或多个加强层。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,所述加强层的总厚度为70~200μm。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,所述第1加强层包含选自聚酰亚胺、聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和它们的混合物中的树脂。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,所述第2加强层包含选自由聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯和它们的混合物组成的组中的树脂。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,所述吸收层依次包含所述基材层侧的外表皮层、具有吸收剂和粘结剂树脂的吸收剂保持层及内表皮层。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的泡罩包装用层叠体,其中,所述基材层包含选自由聚乙烯系树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚丙烯系树脂、饱和聚酯、聚酰胺和它们的混合物组成的组中的树脂。
12.一种泡罩包装,其包含权利要求1~11中任一项所述的层叠体以及盖材,所述盖材具有与所述铝箔层不同的铝箔层和树脂层,所述层叠体的吸收层与所述盖材的树脂层至少部分粘接,并且在所述层叠体上形成凹槽部而能够在所述层叠体与所述盖材之间收纳内容物。
13.一种泡罩包装,其对于权利要求1~11中任一项所述的2个层叠体,使吸收层面对面地至少部分粘接,并且在所述2个层叠体上形成凹槽部而能够在所述凹槽部收纳内容物。
14.一种泡罩包装包装体,其具有权利要求12或13所述的泡罩包装和收纳于所述凹槽部的内容物。
