背景技术
食物是人类预防疾病和保健最好的产品,而“药食同源”又是中华原创医学之中对人类最有价值的贡献之一。《周礼·天官·疾医》记载:“以五味、五谷、五药养其病。”说明了五谷的生理保健作用。利用食物的特性来调节机体功能,使其获得健康或愈疾防病的一种方法我们称为食疗。而“疗”又不如“补”,食补即是用食物营养功效结合自己身体情况,通过进补膳食以达到增强抵抗力和免疫力,进而延年益寿、强健体魄。《千金药方》记载:“夫为医者,当须先洞晓病源,知其所犯,以食治之。食疗不愈,然后命药。”可见运用食物疗法,不仅是当时医家的基本治疗手段,更是衡量一位医家是否高明的重要依据。
现代人生活压力大,熬夜、缺觉等现象严重,吸烟、二手烟以及饮酒等不良生活习惯导致肝排毒负荷增多。每12个中国人里,就有一个人有肝病。近些年来,患上脂肪肝、酒精肝、甲肝、乙肝、肝硬化甚至肝癌等肝病的人也越来越多,严重影响了人们的身心健康。
食用粗粮五谷在我国已有几千年的历史,通过饮食能达到养肝淡斑、清热解毒的保健作用。随着“肝疾病”问题的日益凸显,食疗以其具有的健康天然的优点越来越受到消费者的青睐,而以五谷杂粮为载体,结合中国传统养生的宝贵经验和中医药在养肝护肝方面的良好积累,用现代科学的技术和方法,药食同源,针对容易出现的问题,开发一款具有养生保健,养肝护肝、清热解毒功效的食疗冲料具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供养肝护肝的食疗冲料,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:30~80份的绿豆、4~30份的荞麦、5~20份的玉米、5~10份的红枣、3~8份的葛根、1~4份的枸杞、1~4份的南瓜子、0.5~3份的亚麻籽、0.5~3份的莲子、0.5~3份的银耳、0.5~3份的胡萝卜、0.15~2份的银杏、1~5份的菊粉、10~20份的白砂糖和1~3份的全脂奶粉。
本发明的食疗冲料通过各类杂粮蔬果的科学配搭,配以合理的中药达到食疗与药疗的完美结合,既体现了中药传统的炮制特色又有中医理论配方,更加丰富了食疗冲料的保健宗旨。主要功效是养肝护肝,清热解毒。中医认为,人体多食五谷杂粮组成的营养组合物即养身又养心,本发明营养组合物按《内经》的理论典籍,用“食疗观”的方法调整气血、经络、脏腑,达到健康保健的目的。
本发明采用了中医配药(君臣佐使)的组方原则:“君臣佐使”最早见于《内经》,《素问.至真要大论》说:“主药之谓君,使君之谓臣,应臣之谓使”,元代李杲在《脾胃论》中再次申明:“君药分量最多,臣药次之,使药又次之,不可令臣过于君,君臣有序,相与宜摄,则可以御邪除病矣”。在该发明中,绿豆是主(君)方,荞麦、玉米、红枣、葛根和南瓜子是配(臣)方,还有亚麻籽、莲子、银耳、胡萝卜、银杏和菊粉就是辅(使)方,另外白砂糖和全脂奶粉一方面可以发挥药用价值,均衡营养成分,另一方面还可以用于调味。
绿豆:味甘性凉;清热解毒、止渴消暑、利尿润肤的功效。绿豆的有效成分具有抗过敏作用,可辅助治疗荨麻疹等过敏反应。绿豆对葡萄球菌有抑制作用。绿豆中所含蛋白质、磷脂均有兴奋神经,增进食欲的功能。绿豆还有清洁肌肤的功效,绿豆提取物中的牡砺碱和异牡砺碱,具有卓越的洁净、保湿效果,去除皮脂机能显著,能有效去除皮肤内的不净物,更可彻底除去皮肤深层废物,使皮肤焕发洁净、透明的光彩。
玉米:对治疗食欲不振、水肿、糖尿病、胆结石等症有一定的作用。脾胃气虚、气血不足、营养不良、动脉硬化、高血压、肥胖症、癌症、习惯性便秘、维生素A缺乏症等疾病患者适宜食用。
红枣:性温味甘;归脾、胃、心经。补中益气,养血养心安神,用于脾虚食少、乏力便溏、提高免疫力、延缓衰老。红枣富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、维生素C、维生素P以及磷、钙、铁等成分,其中维生素C的含量在果品中名列前茅,有“天然维生素丸”之美称。
亚麻籽:性平味甘;归肺、肝、大肠经;不含胆固醇,富含纤维和Ω3脂肪酸,Ω3脂肪酸含有有助于预防心脏病和其他慢性病的营养成分。
葛根:味甘性凉;归肺、胃经;解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻。用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
银杏:性平味甘苦涩;入肺、肾经;明代李时珍曾曰:“入肺经、益脾气、定喘咳、缩小便。”含有的银杏酸、银杏酚,经实验证明有抑菌和杀菌作用,可用于治疗呼吸道感染性疾病。银杏可以降低脂质过氧化水平,减少雀斑,润泽肌肤,美丽容颜。银杏叶中的黄酮甙与黄酮醇都是自由基的清道夫,能保护真皮层细胞,改善血液循环,防止细胞被氧化产生皱纹。
胡萝卜:富含糖类、脂肪、挥发油、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、花青素、钙、铁等营养成分,素有“小人参”之称。
枸杞:性味甘平;归肝、肾、肺经。养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分。现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。
莲子:味甘性温;归脾、肾、心经。补脾止泻,益肾涩精,养心安神。用于脾虚泄泻,失眠。有抗氧化、延缓衰老、增强免疫作用。《本草纲目》记载:“昔人治心肾不交,劳伤白浊,有清心莲子饮;补心肾,益精血,有瑞莲丸,皆得此理。”
荞麦:味甘性凉;入脾、胃、大肠经;开胃宽肠,下气消积。治绞肠痧,肠胃积滞,慢性泄泻。荞麦能促进细胞增生,降低血脂和胆固醇、软化血管,保护视力预防心脑血管出血,调节血脂,扩张冠状动脉并增加其血流量等。
南瓜子:味甘性平,归胃、大肠经。补血益气,适用于脾气虚弱、肢倦乏力等症。南瓜子富含脂肪酸,可使前列腺保持良好功能;所含的活性成分可消除前列腺炎初期的肿胀,同时还有预防前列腺癌的作用,可预防大量脱发及毛发颜色变淡、白发。
银耳:味甘性平,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠、滋阴润肺的作用。既能增强人体免疫力,又可增强肿瘤患者对放、化疗的耐受力。银耳富有天然植物性胶质,外加其具有滋阴的作用,是可以长期服用的良好润肤食品。
葛根:味甘性凉;归肺、胃经;解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻。用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
中医认为肝属木,位在东方,绿色为肝脏之本色。中国民间自古就有绿豆为养肝之最佳食品的认识与实践,以绿豆为君方,补气养阴保肝、清热解毒;以荞麦、玉米、红枣、葛根和南瓜子为臣方,既能健脾开胃,滋阴润肠,又能助君药绿豆,补气养阴保肝,清热解毒;亚麻籽、莲子、银耳、胡萝卜、银杏和菊粉为使,不仅本身具有滋肝养肝、促进免疫的功效,还能助君药绿豆,加强其泻火补肝和解毒的功效,且还能引导君药直入肝脏,行温补调和、化瘀通络之力。
做为一种优选的配比,所述的养肝护肝的食疗冲料包括以下重量份数的原料组分:50~60份的绿豆、15~20份的荞麦、10~15份的玉米、6~8份的红枣、4~7份的葛根、2~3份的枸杞、2~3份的南瓜子、1~2份的亚麻籽、1~2份的莲子、1~2份的银耳、1~2份的胡萝卜、0.5~1.5份的银杏、2~4份的菊粉、13~17份的白砂糖和1.5~2.5份的全脂奶粉。
更为优选的配比为所述的养肝护肝的食疗冲料,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:55份的绿豆、17份的荞麦、13份的玉米、7份的红枣、5份的葛根、2.5份的枸杞、2.5份的南瓜子、1.5份的亚麻籽、1.5份的莲子、1.5份的银耳、1.5份的胡萝卜、1份的银杏、3份的菊粉、14份的白砂糖和2份的全脂奶粉。
本发明还相应的保护上述的食疗冲料的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原料准备
所述绿豆、莲子、胡萝卜经除杂、清洗、蒸熟、烘干、粉碎后备用;
所述的红枣、枸杞、银耳经捡除杂物、清洗尘土、热风烘烤、粉碎后备用;
所述亚麻籽经清洗、烘干、炒香、粉碎后备用;
所述银杏将银杏带壳炒熟后去壳,烘干后粉碎备用;
所述葛根经冲洗、切片、烘干、粉碎后加水充分搅拌后过滤,将滤液沉淀分层,取出下层葛根淀粉烘干后备用;
所述荞麦经粗选、筛选、分级、脱皮取米、粉碎成粉备用;
所述玉米片经脱皮脱胚、粉碎、去杂、加水、挤压膨化、烘烤、粉碎后备用;
所述南瓜子经剔除杂质、浸泡、水煮、冷却、去皮、冲洗、烘干、粉碎后备用;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的各原料粉碎为粉状物料,按照比例与菊粉、白砂糖和全脂奶粉混合搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将步骤二中搅拌均匀的原料用紫外线灯照射,进行杀菌、消毒,最后真空包装成袋。
进一步地,所述红枣、枸杞、银耳在热风烘干过程中,烘道温度调至45~50度,烘烤10小时。
进一步地,所述葛根用清水冲洗干净切片后烘干,搅拌粉碎后放入容器中,加水充分搅拌后用80~100目的网筛过滤,将滤液置于沉淀池中沉淀分层,上层为水溶液,下层为葛根淀粉,静止沉淀24小时后,倒掉上层水溶液,取出下层葛根淀粉烘干后备用。
进一步地,所述南瓜子的加工过程为:选择干燥、无虫、无伤、无霉变、完整饱满的南瓜子为原料,剔除杂质;用50度温水浸泡南瓜子3-5天,中间换水1-2次,再将其放入沸水中煮1-2分钟,捞出置于冷水中冷却,经去皮、冲洗、烘干水分、粉碎后备用。
进一步地,红枣的加工过程为:挑选新鲜红枣,检出风落枣、病虫红枣、破头枣、青枣以及霉枣。用空压机搅拌清洗去核。原料经清洗干净,带水切片,厚度为2.0mm左右,厚薄均匀、平整,三角片,切片迅速,以免发生褐变及VC氧化。真空干燥机中进行真空烘干3h,粉碎备用;

上述各实施例中制备的保健冲料由12种天然原料与市售的菊粉、白砂糖和全脂奶粉科学配比而得,在充分发挥各个原料成分的自身食用价值和药用价值的基础上,具有显著的养肝淡斑、清热解毒等功效,适合长期熬夜、饮酒等工作压力大的亚健康人群长期食用。
试验例一:养肝护肝的食疗冲料对化学性肝损伤的保护作用
试验方法:取昆明种健康小鼠,雌雄各半,体重20±2g;将小鼠随机分为对照组(正常喂养)一组、模型组(四氯化碳造模,肝损伤)一组、实验组(实施例1~5中得到的养肝护肝的食疗冲料组)五组,每组10只;对照组和模型组小鼠均给予生理盐水(10mL/kg小鼠体重),五组实验组分别给予相应的食疗冲料,按2g/100g体重量灌胃,1次/天,共7天。末次灌胃后小鼠禁食不禁水4h,除对照组外其余各组分别口服0.1%CCl4 0.2mL/10g,禁食,24h后断头处死小鼠。取血分离血清,按赖氏法测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性;另取肝脏,用冷生理盐水冲洗后制成10%的肝匀浆,按硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,结果见下表6。

从表6可以看出,与对照组相比,模型组小鼠血清ALT活性明显升高,给予实施例1~5的食疗冲料可明显抑制血清ALT水平的升高。试验还显示CCl4损伤后,小鼠肝匀浆MDA含量明显升高,SOD活性明显降低,而给予实施例1~5的食疗冲料后小鼠肝匀浆MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显升高。表明实施例1~5的食疗冲料具有较强的抗氧化作用,能增加肝细胞抗损伤能力,增加膜结构的稳定性,对肝脏有一定的保护作用。并且,实施例5组对肝损伤具有更强的预防作用,为最佳的实施例。
试验例二:小鼠足趾肿胀实验
实验原理:一定量致炎剂注入小鼠后肢足趾皮下,可造成足趾容积,可以比较致炎剂作用前后实验组和对照组足趾容积的变化,以确定受试样品是否具有干预急性炎症(足趾肿胀)的作用。
实验方法:
(1)挑选年龄、体型大小相近的昆明种健康小鼠,雌雄各半,体重20±2g,平均分为五组实验组(实施例1~5)和一组对照组,每组10只;
(2)按公知方法配制致炎剂,用注射器分别在实验组和对照组的小鼠左后足趾皮下部位进行注射,然后取本发明实施例1~5的食疗冲料给予五组试验组,按2g/100g体重量灌胃,1次/天,共灌胃30天;
(3)实验期间每天用足趾容积测量仪测量分别测量实验组和对照组小鼠左后足趾的容积并记录,计算实验组和对照组的足趾肿胀率。
结果显示:实验组足趾肿胀率明显减少,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);因此,可知本发明清热凉茶对清热解毒、活血化瘀、抗菌消炎具有功能作用。

Claims (7)
1.一种养肝护肝的食疗冲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:30~80份的绿豆、4~30份的荞麦、5~20份的玉米、5~10份的红枣、3~8份的葛根、1~4份的枸杞、1~4份的南瓜子、0.5~3份的亚麻籽、0.5~3份的莲子、0.5~3份的银耳、0.5~3份的胡萝卜、0.15~2份的银杏、1~5份的菊粉、10~20份的白砂糖和1~3份的全脂奶粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养肝护肝的食疗冲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:50~60份的绿豆、15~20份的荞麦、10~15份的玉米、6~8份的红枣、4~7份的葛根、2~3份的枸杞、2~3份的南瓜子、1~2份的亚麻籽、1~2份的莲子、1~2份的银耳、1~2份的胡萝卜、0.5~1.5份的银杏、2~4份的菊粉、13~17份的白砂糖和1.5~2.5份的全脂奶粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养肝护肝的食疗冲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料组分:55份的绿豆、17份的荞麦、13份的玉米、7份的红枣、5份的葛根、2.5份的枸杞、2.5份的南瓜子、1.5份的亚麻籽、1.5份的莲子、1.5份的银耳、1.5份的胡萝卜、1份的银杏、3份的菊粉、14份的白砂糖和2份的全脂奶粉。
4.权利要求1~3任一项所述的食疗冲料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:原料准备
所述绿豆、莲子、胡萝卜经除杂、清洗、蒸熟、烘干、粉碎后备用;
所述的红枣、枸杞、银耳经捡除杂物、清洗尘土、热风烘烤、粉碎后备用;
所述亚麻籽经清洗、烘干、炒香、粉碎后备用;
所述银杏将银杏带壳炒熟后去壳,烘干后粉碎备用;
所述葛根经冲洗、切片、烘干、粉碎后加水充分搅拌后过滤,将滤液沉淀分层,取出下层葛根淀粉烘干后备用;
所述荞麦经粗选、筛选、分级、脱皮取米、粉碎成粉备用;
所述玉米片经脱皮脱胚、粉碎、去杂、加水、挤压膨化、烘烤、粉碎后备用;
所述南瓜子经剔除杂质、浸泡、水煮、冷却、去皮、冲洗、烘干、粉碎后备用;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的各原料粉碎为粉状物料,按照比例与菊粉、白砂糖和全脂奶粉混合搅拌均匀;
步骤三:将步骤二中搅拌均匀的原料用紫外线灯照射,进行杀菌、消毒,最后真空包装成袋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述红枣、枸杞、银耳在热风烘干过程中,烘道温度调至45~50度,烘烤10小时。
6.根据权利要求4所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述葛根用清水冲洗干净切片后烘干,搅拌粉碎后放入容器中,加水充分搅拌后用80~100目的网筛过滤,将滤液置于沉淀池中沉淀分层,上层为水溶液,下层为葛根淀粉,静止沉淀24小时后,倒掉上层水溶液,取出下层葛根淀粉烘干后备用。
7.根据权利要求4所述的加工方法,其特征在于,所述南瓜子的加工过程为:选择干燥、无虫、无伤、无霉变、完整饱满的南瓜子为原料,剔除杂质;用50度温水浸泡南瓜子3-5天,中间换水1-2次,再将其放入沸水中煮1-2分钟,捞出置于冷水中冷却,经去皮、冲洗、烘干水分、粉碎后备用。
