注射模塑一个具有手柄的型坯,该手柄是整体成形的且在型坯带螺纹的颈部之下,从侧表面纵向和向下延伸,然后将该型坯用拉伸吹模法制成一个从颈部的远端至底部具有薄壁的瓶子,从而得到一个整体地具有手柄的瓶子,这是公知的技术。

本发明的目的是提供一种用拉伸吹模法制成的结构新颖的具有手柄的瓶子,其中,为了即使瓶较大时也便于携带,在瓶颈下侧整体形成一个可弯曲的手柄,它具有平的形状且在横向上延伸。

另外,在上述结构中,在瓶的底部,与手柄所在部分相对的一侧上可设置一个用手指支承的凹部,以便于借助手柄携带瓶子时倒出内容物。
瓶子可由聚酯树脂如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚丙烯制成。在所用树脂是聚丙烯的情形中,聚丙烯可增加瓶子的挠性。在所用树脂是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯时,在注射模塑后即使不再对手柄进行加工,从窄部开始的手柄外部也借助在窄部进行的分子取向而具有挠性,从而可提高弯曲强度和冲击强度,因此手柄虽然薄但变得难于碎裂。

在附图中,标号1代表由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯制成的瓶子,在注射模塑后颈部又不再加工,从颈部2至瓶体4和底部3,用拉伸吹模法使瓶子具有一薄壁厚度。
标号5代表在预部2下在支承环6一侧上整体形成的手柄。手柄5具有平的形状并在横向上延伸。另外,它包括一个连接于颈部的连接部分51和一个指环52,指环52具有大于连接部分的宽度,是在其自由端形成的,在指环52内形成的指尖插入孔53的周边由凸边54加固,凸边54绕内周缘在上、下方向上稍许凸起,以便减轻接合在指环52中的手指上的负荷。考虑到便于瓶子的携带,指尖插入孔53的宽度最好具有足以容纳三个手指的空间,即大约大于5cm。
上述连接部分51包括一个在连接部分的中部横向设置的窄部55,其厚度小于连接部分的厚度,以便使指环52可在窄部55上、下弯曲。另外,由树脂的分子取向在注射模塑时通过所述窄部进行,指环的侧面可以具有挠性,同时具有一定的强度。
窄部的厚度尺寸没有具体的限制,但是,在窄部必须进行分子取向。如果未进行分子取向,穿部虽较薄,但是没有抵抗弯曲的强度,就象无厚度差别的普通瓶子一样,因而当迫使手柄部分弯曲时就会引起手柄部分断裂。
窄部的厚度为0.5mm或更小,最好为0.3mm或更小。
在纵向上的窄部宽度最好为1.5mm或更大,可与连接部分的宽度相同,即,整个连接部分就是窄部。
手柄5是在注射模塑型坯11的同时注射模塑的,在颈部12的成形模31和瓶体和底部14的成形模32之间的分界面上形成一个与颈部12的支承环16相连的手柄5的偏平腔15并通过支承环16向偏平腔15注入熔融树脂,可以方便地进行上述注射模塑。
通过支承环16注入腔15的树脂材料通一条从腔的上、下表面伸出的限制挤压树脂流量的通道即腔的窄部15a压出,并迫使其流入环向的侧面。同时,树脂分子在树脂流动方向上取向。
因此,如图5所示,即使设在盛满内容物的很大尺寸的瓶子上的手柄5,当其弯曲时不会断裂,由于手柄甚至在弯曲条件下也有足够的强度,因而便利了瓶子的携带。
在指环的已进行分子取向侧,即使当瓶子1是由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成时,手柄也有挠性。因此厚度较小的窄部55在指环的该侧反复上、下弯曲后也不会因疲劳而断裂,就象使用的是聚丙烯的情况一样。但是,在未设窄部的瓶中,指环的侧部可以容易地断裂,这是因为即使当其厚度约为1.5mm时因其坚实性也难于弯曲,并且因为它很难具有挠性。
标号7代表一凹部,设置在瓶子1底部的与手柄所在部分相对一侧上,并在瓶子1拉伸吹模时形成,其适于用手指支承瓶子。如图6所示,设置凹部7是为了当用一只手的手指伸入手柄5,同时用另一手支承底部4而倾倒瓶内液体时便于使瓶子1倾斜。对于3升容量的,因内容物重量和瓶子直径而难于用手托住底部的较大瓶子,最好采用凹部7。
上述,瓶子1能够通过将指尖(一个或多个)插入手柄5的指环52中来携带,能够象如上所述那样倾倒内容物,并且能够通过用一只手持手柄,同时用另一只手支承底部,使指尖接合凹部7以进行搬运。由手柄平且薄,因而比普通手柄少用树脂材料。另外,由于当在窄部弯曲时手柄可恢复,因而当将瓶子叠放在箱中时手柄并不占据空间。
实例1
所用树脂:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯
瓶子的尺寸:
容 量:3升
高 度:总高309mm,瓶颈33mm
直 径:130mm
手柄尺寸:
长 度:总长40mm,连接部分10mm(包括窄部宽度2mm),
指环30mm
宽 度:连接部22mm,指环64mm
厚 度:扁平部1.5mm,窄部0.3mm
对比例1
瓶子没有上述实例1中所述的窄部,代之以和扁平部相同厚度为1.5mm的一个部分。
在上述两个瓶子中注入水,将手指接合在各自的手柄中搬运。
在实例1中所述的本发明的瓶子,由于手柄向上弯曲的如图5所示,因而易于搬运。在反复弯曲20次后,在可弯曲的窄部上未见裂痕等情况。
相反,在对比例1中所述的瓶子中,手柄厚度与扁平部分相同,故手柄不能充分弯曲,因此瓶子难于搬运。在搬运瓶子时迫使手柄弯曲,造成裂痕,手柄本身撕断。
Claims (6)
1.一种用拉伸吹模法制成的具有手柄的瓶子,所述手柄是在注射模塑型坯时在瓶颈螺纹部分下在一侧向部分上整体形成的,瓶子的从瓶颈远端至底部的一部分通过拉伸吹模变薄,其中,所述手柄具有一个在横向延伸的扁平形状,并包括一个连接于所述颈部的连接部分和一个宽度大于连接部分的在其自由端形成的指环,所述连接部分包括一个窄部,其横向设置在所述连接部分的中部,并具有减小的厚度,因而使指环可在所述窄部可上、下弯曲,树脂分子取向通过所述窄部进行。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓶子,其特征在于:所述瓶子包括一个设置在所述瓶子底部在与所述手柄所在部分相对侧上的,用于接合手指的凹部。
3.如权利要求1所述的瓶子,其特征在于:所述瓶子是由聚酯树脂制成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的瓶子,其特征在于:所述窄部的厚度为0.5mm或更小。
5.如权利要求1所述的瓶子,其特征在于:所述指环的内周缘通过设置凸边加固,所述凸边绕内周缘在上、下方向凸起。
6.如权利要求1所述的瓶子,其特征在于:所述指环的孔为5cm或更大。
