A7 B7 經濟部中央樣準局貝工消费合作社印製 五、發明説明(1 ), 本發明係關於一種在瓶子之頸部備有提環之延伸吹氣 模製瓶子。 於預成形物(preform)之射出成形時,在頸部之螺紋 部下方之一側面一體形成縱長向下延伸之把手,藉延伸吹 氣將該預成形物之頸部基端垄底部楔成薄壁以製取具有一 匾的形成有把手之瓶子為習知。 上述之具有把手之瓶子已掲示於例如英國專利公報GB -A- 204 1 286號、歐洲專利公報EP-A- 0 0 6 1 5 1 1、美囤專利 公報4,629,598,日本待開平3-268907及歐洲專利公報EP -A-0479139 等中。 另在日本特開昭56-30828中有掲示一種將環狀之把 手一饈形成於頸部之延伸吹氣模製瓶子。 此種習知之把手,為了使其具有要求之強度,具有相 當厚度。若瓶子之成形樹脂為聚對苯二甲酸乙酯(PET)之 場合,因其把手部偽只藉射出成形模成,不經進一步處理 ,故雖具有相當硬度但抗衝擊強度差,以《充有内容物之 狀態由架子等落下至地面時,會引起把手之破損。另者, 若成形樹脂為聚丙烯之場合,由於具有可撓性,不致因落 下引起破撗,但把手之硬度不夠,故需要以聚丙烯另外製 備把手,然後將其裝設於瓶子上。 除了上述之把手外,在國際公開公報WQ82/Q2369中 有掲示一種一體形成之延伸吹氣模製瓶子。但此環狀把手 與形成於頸部之琛具有相同厚度,因此若使用通常使用之 聚對苯二甲酸乙酯時,以埋充有内容物之狀態手提其把手 -----------^-- (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 訂 本威張文皮逋用中國囪家樣卓((:阳)八4*^格(210乂297公釐) 經濟部中央揉準局貝工消费合作社印裝 A7 _E_;_ 五、發明説明(2) 時,把手缺乏軟性,不但不易手提且將其彎曲時易引起其 斷裂。 有鑑於上逑習知技術之缺失,本發明之目的乃提供一 種藉延伸吹氣模製之具有把手的瓶子,其特歡為在瓶子的 頸部之下側一體的設置偏平而徑向延伸的折曲自如之提環 ,俥利即使是較大容積之瓶子亦可容易手提之備有新穎構 造的提環之瓶子。 依本發明提供之備有提環之延伸吹氣棋製瓶子傜於預 成形物(preform)之射出成形時,將提環一醱的形成於該 預成形物之頸部之螺紋部下方之一倒,並将該提環形成偏 平狀向徑向伸展,並在其自由端形成遠比其連接於頸部端 之連接部為寬大而可供手指插入之環圈,同時將該連接部 之中間部份横向形成減厚狹窄部使該提環之環圈可沿該狹 窄部作上下方向的折曲,且藉該狹窄部之形成達成樹脂之 分子定向(molecular orientation)。 更有進者,在瓶子之底部之相反與上述提環之一側形 成一凹陷部,以利手指插入提環而將内容物側出時,容許 以手桉住該凹陷部,使内容物較穩定的倒出。 瓶子可由聚對苯二甲酸乙酯、聚萘酸乙酯等多元酯樹 脂或聚丙烯樹脂製成。成形樹脂材料若為聚丙烯時,瓶子 之提環部可增進聚丙烯本身所有之可撓特性,若為聚對苯 二甲酸乙酯時,其提環部不需經進--步處理,在射出成形 之原狀態,由於狹窄部形成時之分子定向可使決窄部至提 環之環圈部間具備良好之可撓性.,因此,折曲強度及衝擊 -5- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) ----------^------1T------^ (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) ^08572 A7 _B7_ 五、發明説明(3 ) 強度倶増加,即使將該狹窄部形成較薄,該提瑪亦不易斷 裂。 茲配合圖式詳細説明本發明之可取實施例於下: 第1圖為依本發明由聚對苯二甲酸乙酯樹脂模製而得 之瓶子1,其頸部2像由射出成形模製而成,不經任何進 一步處理。此頸部2之基端至胴部3及底部4傜經延伸吹 氣模製成薄壁狀。 5代表提環,像一饈的形成於頸部2之螺纹部下方之 支持環6的一側。該提琛5呈偏平狀且向横方向伸展,同 時在其自由端形成有一寬度較接鑛於頸部2之連接片51為 寬之環狀掛指部,邸環圏部52。於此環圈部52形成之手指 插入孔53的内周綠部傜形成有上下突出之凸緣54以作為補 強及減輕作用於手指之負載(load)。考嫌手提之方便性, 此手指插入孔53之寬度最好允許三支手指插入之大小,即 約5公分或以上。 經濟部中央橾準局貝工消费合作社印製 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 上述之連接片51傜在其中間部位横向地形成有一比連 接部本身為薄之狹窄部55,因而可以使環圈部(環狀掛指 部)52沿該狹窄部55作上下方向之辑曲。又,由於該狹窄 部55之形成,在射出成形時發生樹脂之分子定向,故具有 增進之強度及可撓性。 該狹窄部55之厚度並無特別限制,只要在該部發生分 子定向即可。即使將狹窄部形成較薄,若沒有發生分子定 向,刖如一般傳統之厚度無變化之瓶子者同樣,不具抗鼙 強度,將其勉強彎曲時會使提環部之連接片51發生斷裂。 本紙張尺度適用中國國家梂準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐) 經濟部中央標準局員工消费合作杜印製 A7 _B7__ 五、發明説明(4 ) 上述狹窄部55之厚度宜為〇·5πιιπ以下,最好0.3Β1Π以 下。又,該狹窄部55之長度方向(縱向)之寬度最好為1.5 bib以上,亦可與連接片相同,即將連接片51金體形成為狹 窄部55。 上述之提環5像於預成形物(參照第3圖)11之射出成 形時同時成形。此提環5之成形可以輕易地實現,即連接 頸部1 2之支持環1 6 ,將形成提環5之偏平凹腔(c a ν i t y) 1 5 配置於頸部12之成形模31與胴部13及底部14之成形模32之 分模面(parting surface)間,經由支持環16將焰融樹脂 射出《充上逑之凹腔中邸可模製連接於支持環16之提環5。 此時,經由支持環16滇充於凹腔15内之樹脂因由凹腔 之上下面突出形成之突條所劃定之流置限制通路,即受凹 腔内之狹窄部15a之限制強迫流入凹腔15中,故在此狹窄 部樹脂之分子乃沿流動方向被定向(Qriented)。 因此,即使將提環5形成於如第5匯所示之大型瓶子 ,且在Λ充以内容物之狀態,亦不會因折彎而引起提環5 之斷裂,在折鸯狀態下仍具有充份之強度,故搬蓮上至為 方便。 因為在提環側産生分子定向效應,故即使瓶子之成形 材料為聚對苯二甲酸乙_,提環亦具有充份可撓性,反覆 上下折蠓提環亦如聚丙烯樹脂製者,在其厚度較薄之狹窄 部55不會有因疲勞而發生斷裂倩事。 若不設上述之狹窄部55,則卽使厚度為約1·5ΐΒη,仍 因殆不具可撓性,過於生硬難以缭曲,易導致提環5之斷 本紙浪用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210x297公楚) ----^-------— I.-----IT------^ (請先閲讀背面之注意事項异填寫本頁) Α7 Β7 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印装 五、發明説明(5 ) 裂。 代號7為形成於配設有上逑提環5之反向側之瓶子底 部之一供手指扶持瓶匾1之凹陷部。此凹陷部7僳於瓶子 之延伸吹氣時模製。如第6圖所示,於倒出瓶子之内容物 時,以一隻手之手指掛鈎於提環5之環圈部52,另一隻手 之手指按住上述凹陷部7,則可穩定地保持其倒液姿勢, 使用上極為方便。 又,因該提環5傷儡平且薄,故所箱材料比傳統者為 少,同時該提環可以沿狹窄部55折疊,折疊後可復元,故 裝箱時不餺額外之空間。 Η将本發明瓶子之成形實例舉示於下。 實施例 1 成形樹脂材料:聚對笨二甲酸乙酯 瓶子大小 容置:3公升 高度:绝高度309ΒΟ,頸部33dib 直徑:1 3 Ο πιη 提環大小 長度:總長度4 Ο Β π ,連接片i 〇 B B (包括狹窄部之 寬度2m·),環圈部3〇πβ 寬度:接片22ββ,環圈部 厚度:平坦部1·5βπ,狹項部〇.3πβ 比較例1 依*施例1,但不設置狹窄部,將全體形成厚度1.5ΒΙΠ -8 - (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) -裝- 訂 泉 A7 B7 五、發明説明(6 ) 之平坦部。 於上述兩種瓶子充滿水後,将手指掛鈎於提環之環圈 部而將其搬蓮。由於本發明之實施例1之瓶子之提環可以 向上方折曲如第5驅所示,故易於搬蓮,經20次之反覆試 驗,提環之狹窄部未見有任何裂痕等發生。 與此相比,比.較例1之瓶子因其平坦部為同一厚度, 不易折曲,搬蓮上較戚困難,而且在搬蓮中因勉強使提環 甯曲,導致提環斷裂而自瓶子脱落。 鼸式之簡單說明 第1圖為依本發明延伸吹氣模製成之備有提環的瓶子 之半部縱剖前視圖; 第2圖為上圖之俯視圖; 第3圖為將提環一體的射出成形之預成形物之前視圖 第4圖為提環部份的縱剖前視說明圖; 第5圖及第6圖為本發明備有提琛之延伸吹氣模製瓶 子之使用狀態之例示圖。 符號之説明 經濟部中央樣準局員工消費合作社印製 1.....瓶子 3.....胴部 5.....提環 11....預成形物 51——連接片 5 3 ....手指插入孔 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 2.....頸部 4.....底部 7.....凹陷部 16 ....支持環 52 ....環圈部 55----狹窄部 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS ) A4規格(210X297公釐)

Claims (1)

  1. 經濟部中央揲準局属工消费合作社印製 ^08572 II D8 六、申請專利範圍 1 ·—種備有提環的延伸吹氣模製瓶子,該提環傜於 射出成形預成形物時一體的形成於瓶子之頸部之螺纹部下 方之一侧面,頸部基端至底部乃經由延伸吹氣形成薄壁狀 瓶體,其待緻傜將該提瓌形成偏平狀向徑向伸展,並在其 自由端形成遠比其連接於頸部端之連接部為寬大之琛圈, 且將該連接部之中間部份横向形成一減厚狹窄部,使該提 環之環圈可沿該狹窄部作上下方向的折曲,且藉該狹窄部 之形成達成樹脂之分子定向。 2. 如申請專利範画第1項之瓶子,其中該瓶子之配 設有該提琛之反向側之底部僳形成有一供手指抉持該瓶子 之凹陷部。 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之瓶子,其中該瓶子偽由 多元酯樹脂模製者。 4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之瓶子,其中該提環之狹_ 窄部之厚度為B以下。 5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之瓶子,其中該提環之環 圈的内周綠部傺藉形成上下突出之凸緣作為補強用。 6. 如申謫專利範圍第1項之瓶子,其中該環圈之供 手指插入之孔的寬度為5cn以上。 -10- 本紙張尺度適用中國國家梯準(CNS ) A4規格(210x297公瘦) ---^------^--表------訂------吹丨 (請先閲讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁)
