Abstract

본 발명은 개량된 구조를 구비하고 비교적 큰 보틀도 운반하기 용이한 연신 중공 성형으로 형성된 손잡이를 갖는 보틀을 제공하는 것이며, 횡방향으로 연장하는 편평한 형상을 갖는 굽힘성 손잡이가 상기 보틀상에서 보틀 네크의 나사식 부분아래에 일체식으로 형성되고 상기 손잡이의 연결부가 이 연결부의 중간부에서 두께를 감소시키므로써 횡방향으로 설치된 좁은 부분을 포함하고, 상하 방향으로 좁은 부분에서 굴곡성 태브를 손가락에 연결시키며 수지 재료의 분자 배향이 좁은 부분에 의해 수행된다.

  1. 보틀을 위한 예비 성형품이 사출 성형될 시에 보틀 네크의 나사식 부분 아래에서 측방 부분상에 일체적으로 형성되고 네크의 말단부로부터 바닥부까지 보틀 부분이 연신 중공 성형으로 얇게 형성되며 연신 중공 성형으로 형성된 손잡이를 갖는 보틀에 있어서, 상기 손잡이는 횡방향으로 연장하는 편평한 형상을 갖고, 상기 네크에 연결된 연결부와 이 연결부의 폭 보다 큰 폭을 갖는 그 자유단에 형성된 환형 핑거 연결 태브를 포함하며, 상기 연결부는 상기 연결부의 중간부에서 횡방향으로 설치된 좁은 부분과 감소된 두께를 가지며, 이에 의해 상기 좁은 부분에서 상하 방향으로 굴곡 가능한 핑거 연결 태브와 수지의 분자 배향은 상기 좁은 부분에 의해 미리 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보틀은 상기 손잡이가 위치되는 부분과 대향측면에서 상기 보틀의 바닥부에 설치된 연결 핑거용 오목부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보틀은 폴리에스테르 수지로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 좁은 부분의 두께는 0.5mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 핑거 연결 태브의 내부 외주 엣지는 내부 외부 엣지주위에 상하 방향으로 돌출된 블록 엣지를 제공하므로써 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 핑거 연결 태브의 구멍의 폭은 대략 5cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 보틀.
