麦麸含有丰富的膳食纤维和B族维生素,可改善便秘,促使脂肪和氨的排泄,使血清胆固醇下降,动脉粥样硬化减慢。圆苞车前子壳粉是圆苞车前子草种子外壳,经研磨后制得。2014年5月30日国家卫生计生委发布2014年第10号公告,批准圆苞车前子壳为新食品原料。它总膳食纤维含量89.55%。其中不可溶性膳食纤维40.33%,可溶性膳食纤维49.22%。

圆苞车前子壳粉:适宜膳食纤维摄入量,能帮助胃肠蠕动,防止便秘,有效预防肥胖症,高血压,高血脂,动脉硬化等心血管疾病,糖尿病,及癌症(直肠癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌)。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)选择的薏仁米、山药、枸杞在民间已有几百年的食用历史,这几种食材与富含膳食纤维的小麦麸、圆苞车前子壳粉、混合制成营养代餐粉,则使营养更全面,经过高温高压的膨化工艺,使口感更佳,食者乐于接受,解决了“好吃的没营养,营养的不好吃”这一问题。
(2)麦米杞营养代餐粉富含膳食纤维及多种营养成分,可调理肠道、健脾、祛湿、补肾;食用方便,老幼皆宜。
具体实施方式
实施例1
称取小麦麸40kg,薏仁米15kg,山药15kg,枸杞5kg,混合后粉碎过30目筛,再加入圆苞车前子壳粉11kg,白砂糖17kg混匀,得到混合粉。然后用12kg饮用水溶解0.25kg食盐和0.12kg小苏打,用该水溶液湿润上述混合粉,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度在135℃,压力在2.5kg/cm2,膨化挤出机螺杆转数为200转/分钟,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到的半成品先后进入热风循环烘道进行干燥和冷却,干燥后冷却后的膨化颗粒含水量≤5%,再进行二次分碎,过80目筛。将得到的膨化细粉进行分装,即为麦米杞营养代餐粉成品。其中技术关键是挤出时的温度、压力和物料含水量,温度高容易焦糊,温度低熟化不彻底影响口感。压力的高低和水分的大小都会影响膨化效果。
实施例2
称取小麦麸65kg,薏仁米30kg,山药30kg,枸杞10kg,白砂糖28kg混合后粉碎过30目筛,再加入圆苞车前子壳粉20kg混匀,得到混合粉。然后用23kg饮用水溶解035kg食盐和0.3kg小苏打,用该水溶液湿润上述混合粉,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度在135℃,压力在2.5kg/cm2,膨化挤出机螺杆转数为200转/分钟,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到的半成品先后进入热风循环烘道进行干燥和冷却,干燥后冷却后的膨化颗粒含水量≤5%,再进行二次分碎,过80目筛。将得到的膨化细粉进行分装,即为麦米杞营养代餐粉成品。该实施例为枸杞减量,白砂糖增量,口感甜度差别不大,饮用水随糖的增加而相对减少,小苏打增加可使成品呈弱碱性,亦可增添焦香气味。
实施例3
称取小麦麸35kg,薏仁米15kg,山药20kg,枸杞8kg,混合后粉碎过30目筛,再加入圆苞车前子壳粉15kg,白砂糖22kg混匀,得到混合粉。然后用15kg饮用水溶解0.25kg食盐和0.18kg小苏打,用该水溶液湿润上述混合粉,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度在132℃,压力在2.5kg/cm2,膨化挤出机螺杆转数为200转/分钟,进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到的半成品先后进入热风循环烘道进行干燥和冷却,干燥及冷却后的膨化颗粒含水量≤5%,再进行二次分碎,过80目筛。将得到的膨化细粉进行分装,即为麦米杞营养代餐粉成品。该实施例为小麦麸和枸杞减量,山药增量,白砂糖增量,口感更香甜滑糯,适合于6岁以上儿童,着重健脾、祛湿、开胃。
食用方法:取28克本发明的营养代餐粉置于杯(碗)中,加入适量开水轻轻搅拌,静止一会即可享用。也可以按自己喜好加牛奶、豆浆、蜂蜜一起冲泡每天食用1-2次。

Claims (1)
1.一种膨化营养代餐粉,其特征是:
按照重量份数计,原料组成如下:
小麦麸 35份-65份;
薏仁米 15份-30份;
山药 15份-30份;
枸杞 5份-10份;
圆苞车前子壳份 4份-20份;
白砂糖 10份-28份;
食盐 0.25份-0.35份;
小苏打 0.1份-0.3份;
具体步骤如下:
将小麦麸、薏仁米、山药、枸杞、按比例混合,粉碎过30目筛,再加入圆苞车前子壳份、白砂糖混匀得到混合粉,然后用饮用水溶解食盐和小苏打,用该水溶液湿润混合粉,每100kg混合料的加水量为10kg-15kg,搅拌均匀送入双螺杆膨化挤出机,设定温度在120℃-135℃,压力在2.5kg/cm2进行挤压膨化,经剪切,得到的半成品随即进入热风循环烘道进行干燥,干燥后的膨化颗粒含水量≤5%;再进行二次粉碎,过80目筛,得到膨化营养代餐粉。
