步骤1、原料预处理:
(1)按重量份数,选取优质的当门子、玉米须、鹰不泊、荆芥、火炭母、冬笋、节瓜、化橘红、川柏、火殃勒,洗净并除杂,备用;
(2)按重量份数,取木糖醇、白砂糖、冰糖、柠檬酸,置于粉碎机中粉碎,过80目筛,混合搅拌均匀,得到混合粉末,备用;
步骤2、提取:取洗净并除杂后的当门子、玉米须、鹰不泊、荆芥、火炭母、冬笋、节瓜、化橘红、川柏、火殃勒,加入15倍的纯净水,浸泡3-5小时,然后加热,小火煎煮3-5小时,过滤,取滤液,滤渣加10倍的水,中火煎煮1-2小时,过滤,取滤液,滤渣加6倍的水,中火煎煮0.5-1小时,过滤,取滤液,合并三次滤液,得混合提取液;
步骤3、过滤:取混合提取液,使用孔径为50nm-200nm的超微滤膜滤过,过滤压力控制在0.2-0.4Mpa,温度控制在30-60℃,得超滤液;
步骤4、浓缩、干燥:取超滤液进行减压浓缩,浓缩至50℃时,相对密度1.12-1.2的清膏,将浓缩后的清膏放入减压干燥机中,进行减压干燥,干燥温度为70-75℃;
步骤5、粉碎:将干燥后的清膏置于粉碎机中粉碎,过80目筛,得到中草药提取粉,备用;
步骤6、混合:取中草药提取粉、步骤1中的混合粉末置于混合机中混合30分钟,加入适量水,然后置于摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,摇摆颗粒机上70目筛网;
步骤7、干燥、整粒:将制好的颗粒,放入平盘中,推入鼓风干燥箱中烘干,温度为65℃,开启鼓风,干燥至水分为5.0%~7.0%,取出,过50目筛,采用紫外线灭菌,制得一种当门子活血散结颗粒饮料。
