步骤4、浓缩、干燥:取超滤液进行减压浓缩,浓缩至50℃时,相对密度1.12-1.2的清膏,将浓缩后的清膏放入减压干燥机中,进行减压干燥,干燥温度为70-75℃;
步骤5、粉碎:将干燥后的清膏置于粉碎机中粉碎,过80目筛,得到中草药提取粉,备用;
步骤6、混合:取中草药提取粉、步骤1中的混合粉末置于混合机中混合30分钟,加入适量水,然后置于摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,摇摆颗粒机上70目筛网;
步骤7、干燥、整粒:将制好的颗粒,放入平盘中,推入鼓风干燥箱中烘干,温度为65℃,开启鼓风,干燥至水分为5.0%~7.0%,取出,过50目筛,采用紫外线灭菌,制得一种山藿香凉血破瘀颗粒饮料。
