Abstract

本发明公开了一种银翘袋泡剂的制备方法,步骤为:(1)按重量配比取各原料组分:金银花0.8‑1.6份、连翘0.8‑16份、薄荷0.5‑0.9份、荆芥0.3‑0.5份、牛蒡子0.5‑0.9份、桔梗0.7‑0.9份、淡豆豉0.5‑0.8份、芦根0.5‑0.9份、淡竹叶0.3‑0.6份、甘草0.5‑0.8份;(2)将连翘、牛蒡子、淡豆豉、甘草粉碎,过65目筛;将金银花、薄荷、荆芥、桔梗、芦根、淡竹叶粉碎,过24目筛;灭菌;(3)取药粉置于槽型混合机中,加入水,搅拌,混合均匀,进一步制成软材、湿颗粒,制粒筛网为12目;将湿颗粒置入沸腾干燥机干燥至水分≤12%,冷却;(4)用摇摆颗粒机整粒,筛网目数为10目,送入混合机内混合,出料、称量、计重,分装入茶叶袋中。本发明方法制备的银翘袋泡剂浸出率高、生产效率高、细粉少、易成型、口感好。

Description

一种银翘袋泡剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品制备领域,特别是涉及一种银翘袋泡剂的制备方法。
背景技术
当今人们生活节奏越来越快,承担的压力越来越大,与之相反的,人们特别是一线城市上班族越来越缺乏运动锻炼,处于亚健康状态的人越来越多,所以通过食用日常食品、饮品来达到健康养生的方式也被重视起来。因此,具有辛凉解表,清热解毒等功能的银翘茶广受人们的欢迎。但传统连翘茶针对普遍大众,一般只能发挥清热解毒的基本功效,不能针对上班族压力大、失眠、易疲惫等特点发挥效用。并且传统银翘茶有效成分浸出速度慢,浸出率低,与现代社会的高节奏生活不相适应,连翘茶的有效成分不能完全被利用,造成浪费较高。并且现有的银翘袋泡剂存在易散、细粉较多的缺点,使银翘袋泡剂的药效和口感大打折扣。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种浸出率高、生产效率高、细粉少、易成型、口感好的银翘袋泡剂的制备方法。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种浸出率高、生产效率高、细粉少、易成型、口感好的银翘袋泡剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种银翘袋泡剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量配比称取各原料组分:
金银花0.8-1.6份、连翘0.8-16份、薄荷0.5-0.9份、荆芥0.3-0.5份、牛蒡子0.5-0.9份、桔梗0.7-0.9份、淡豆豉0.5-0.8份、芦根0.5-0.9份、淡竹叶0.3-0.6份、甘草0.5-0.8份;
(2)粉碎:将所述连翘、牛蒡子、淡豆豉、甘草粉碎,过65目筛;将所述金银花、薄荷、荆芥、桔梗、芦根、淡竹叶粉碎,过24目筛;灭菌;
(3)制粒、干燥:取药粉置于槽型混合机中,加入适量纯化水,低速搅拌,混合均匀,制成软材,软材通过摇摆颗粒机制湿颗粒,制粒筛网为12目;
将所述湿颗粒置入沸腾干燥机干燥至水分≤12%,停止干燥,冷却;
(4)整粒、总混、分装:用摇摆颗粒机整粒,筛网目数为10目,送入混合机内混合,出料、称量、计重,分装入由茶叶滤纸、复合膜构成的茶叶袋中。
各原料组分重量配比优选为:金银花1.5份、连翘0.8份、薄荷0.7份、荆芥0.3份、牛蒡子0.7份、桔梗0.9份、淡豆豉0.8份、芦根0.9份、淡竹叶0.5份、甘草0.8份。
本发明所选取的原料具有如下特性与功能:
金银花:甘,寒。归肺、心、胃经。清热解毒,疏散风热。用于痈肿疔疮,喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。
连翘:辛、苦,热;有小毒。归肝、脾、胃、肾经。散寒止痛,降逆止呕,用于厥阴头痛,寒疝腹痛,寒湿脚气,经行腹痛,脘腹胀痛,呕吐吞酸,五更泄泻。
薄荷:辛、凉。归肺、肝经。疏散风热,清利头目,利咽,透疹,疏肝行气。用于风热感冒,风温初起,头痛,目赤,喉痹,口疮,风疹,麻疹,胸胁胀闷。
荆芥:辛、涩,微温。归肺、肝经。收敛止血。用于便血,崩漏产后血晕。
牛蒡子:辛、苦、寒。归肺、胃经。疏散风热,宣肺透疹,解毒利咽。用于风热感冒,咳嗽痰多,麻疹,风疹,咽喉肿痛,痄腮,丹毒,痈肿疮毒。
桔梗:苦、辛,平。归肺经。宣肺,利咽,祛痰,排脓。用于咳嗽痰多,胸闷不畅,咽痛音哑,肺痈吐脓。
淡豆豉:苦、辛,凉。归肺、胃经。解表,除烦,宣发郁热。用于感冒,寒热头痛,烦躁胸闷,虚烦不眠。
芦根:甘,寒。归肺、胃经。清热泻火,生津止渴,除烦,止呕,利尿。用于热病烦渴,肺热咳嗽,肺痈吐脓,胃热呕哕,热淋涩痛。
淡竹叶:甘、淡,寒。归心、胃、小肠经。清热泻火,除烦止渴,利尿通淋。用于热病烦渴,小便短赤涩痛,口舌生疮。
甘草:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气,淸热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本发明的有益效果是:
①本发明方法制备的银翘袋泡剂不但具有辛凉解表,清热解毒等功效,能预防风热感冒,发热头痛,咳嗽,口干,咽喉疼痛等病症,更具有养胃、醒神、静气、改善睡眠状况等功效,特别适宜城市上班族。
②各原料的有效成分快速浸出,浸出更彻底。
③制粒过程中成型更加容易,干燥后不易散,细粉少。
④相对于传统制法中只能采用热风循环烘箱进行干燥,本发明方法的制备过程中可以采用沸腾干燥机进行干燥,干燥时间短,劳动强度小,易挥发成分流失小,质量稳定,工作效率进一步得到提高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,此处所描述的实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用以限定本发明:
实施例1:
一种银翘袋泡剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按以下重量配比称取各原料组分:
金银花1.5份、连翘0.8份、薄荷0.7份、荆芥0.3份、牛蒡子0.7份、桔梗0.9份、淡豆豉0.8份、芦根0.9份、淡竹叶0.5份、甘草0.8份;
(2)粉碎:将所述连翘、牛蒡子、淡豆豉、甘草粉碎,过65目筛;将所述金银花、薄荷、荆芥、桔梗、芦根、淡竹叶粉碎,过24目筛;灭菌;
(3)制粒、干燥:取药粉置于槽型混合机中,加入适量纯化水,低速搅拌,混合均匀,制成软材,软材通过摇摆颗粒机制湿颗粒,制粒筛网为12目;
将所述湿颗粒采用沸腾干燥机干燥至水分为10%,停止干燥,冷却;
(4)整粒、总混、分装:用摇摆颗粒机整粒,筛网目数为10目,送入混合机内混合,出料、称量、计重,分装入由茶叶滤纸、复合膜构成的茶叶袋中。
实施例2-10
实施例2-10各原料组分重量配比见表1,其他操作参数在本发明限定范围内随机选择。

以上这实施例都制备出了符合本发明目的的银翘袋泡剂。
另设对比例1-10,1'-10',对比例1-10与1'-10'中各原料组分与实施例1-10分别对应相同,其中对比例1-10按照传统方法制备出相应银翘袋泡剂;对比例1'-10'在步骤(2)粉碎过程中,所有原料都粉碎后过80目筛。制成相应银翘袋泡剂后,对实施例1-10、对比例1-10和对比例1'-10'取相同重量的银翘袋泡剂,按照《中国药典》2015版四部通则2221——浸出物测定法中的热浸法,分别测定实施例1-10与对比例1-10、1'-10'中各原料组分的浸出率,结果见表2-表4:

将实施例1-10与对比例1-10、对比例1'-10'银翘袋泡剂各原料组分的浸出率平均值进行比较,比较结果见表5。

通过以上实施例与对比例的比较可知,使用本发明方法,对连翘、牛蒡子、淡豆鼓、甘草在粉碎环节粉碎到过65目筛,能使它们的浸出率得到显著提高,其他原料成分浸出率则没有明显提高。进一步的,将所有原料成分都粉碎到过80目筛,浸出率则基本没有更为明显的提高,并且粉碎到过80目筛也不利于工时的节省和生产效率的提高。
使用本发明方法,通过适当加大对部分原料的研磨程度,能使银翘袋泡剂各原料成分在最短加工时间,同等加工步骤下浸出率均达到最大,同时针对不同的原料成分,采用不同的加工方法,成本也得到了有效控制。而相比传统制法,各原料有效成份浸出更加彻底,提高了银翘袋泡剂的品质。
以上实施例与对比例还进一步表明,本发明方法使银翘袋泡剂中对厥阴头痛、腹胀有重要疗效的连翘;对风热感冒有治疗作用的牛蒡子;对缓解及治疗烦躁胸闷、虚烦不眠有重要作用的淡豆豉;对脾胃虚弱、倦怠乏力具有重要疗效的甘草的浸出率得到了显著提高,综合起来,能更有效地改善对城市上班族因压力大、工作强度高引起的失眠、易疲惫、脾胃虚弱的亚健康状态。
同时,通过对实施例1-10与对比例1-10、对比例1'-10'制粒成功率进行比较,结果见表6,其中,制粒成功率是指通过一次性制粒即合格的干燥后颗粒成品(不包括细粉及不能通过制粒筛网的材料)与所有软材干燥后的比值。

通过对实施例1-10与对比例1-10、对比例1'-10'制粒成功率比较可知,采用本发明方法,制粒成功率达到最高,相对对比例1-10,提高率达到24.05%,相对对比例1'-10',提高率达到4.1%,且对比例1'-10'需要的加工成本更高,制备效率远低于本发明方法。
同时,本发明方法的银翘袋泡剂通过调节和原料成分的比例,更具有针对性,对现代社会高压、过劳的人群更为适用,且本发明方法能够适用于大规模生产,能够实施。

金银花0.8-1.6份、连翘0.8-16份、薄荷0.5-0.9份、荆芥0.3-0.5份、牛蒡子0.5-0.9份、桔梗0.7-0.9份、淡豆豉0.5-0.8份、芦根0.5-0.9份、淡竹叶0.3-0.6份、甘草0.5-0.8份;
(2)粉碎:将所述连翘、牛蒡子、淡豆豉、甘草粉碎,过65目筛;将所述金银花、薄荷、荆芥、桔梗、芦根、淡竹叶粉碎,过24目筛;灭菌;
(3)制粒、干燥:取药粉置于槽型混合机中,加入适量纯化水,低速搅拌,混合均匀,制成软材,软材通过摇摆颗粒机制湿颗粒,制粒筛网为12目;
