本发明涉及一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,它由下述重量份的原料混合压片而成:黑果枸杞干果10~40份、山药粉10~40份、微晶纤维素5~30份、木糖醇5~30份,硬脂酸镁0.1~3份。本发明产品自然杞香,营养丰富、美味,既保持了传统糖果的甘甜、又能给人体适当补充能量,且适宜人群广,长期食用具有降血脂、抗衰老、养颜美容的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及糖果食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种黑果枸杞压片糖果。
背景技术
黑果枸杞果实具有润肝、强肾、明目、补脑、健胃、养颜、抗衰老及通经等食疗保健作用。山药人类自古食用,是人类食用最早的植物之一。具有健脾益胃、助消化;滋肾益精;益肺止咳;降低血糖的作用,是糖尿病人的食疗佳品;能有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血疾病,取得益志安神、延年益寿的功效。木糖醇作为甜味剂、营养补充剂和辅助治疗剂,能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高,是最适合糖尿病患者食用的营养性的食糖代替品,用于家庭做蔗糖的代用品,以防止蔗糖食用过多引起的糖尿病肥胖症。具有改善肝功能,防龋齿,减肥,并且有清凉的口感。
市场上的压片糖果种类繁多,但黑果枸杞与山药、木糖醇制成的压片糖果还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种营养丰富、易吸收的黑果枸杞压片糖果。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,其特征在于:它由下述重量份的原料混合压片而成:黑果枸杞干果10~40份、山药粉10~40份、微晶纤维素5~30份、木糖醇5~30份,硬脂酸镁0.1~3份。
所述黑果枸杞干果是指将精选黑果枸杞洗净后用温度为50~55℃、风速为0.15~0.25m/s的热风干燥14~18h,并除去果柄/梗,经紫外灭菌,破碎后过20目筛去籽,再过16目筛即得。
所述山药粉为去皮山药干粉碎至80目过筛加工成的山药精细粉。
所述木糖醇为木糖醇结晶粉碎至80目过筛加工成的木糖醇精细粉末。
所述微晶纤维素为食品用微晶纤维素粉碎至80目过筛加工成的微晶纤维素精细粉末。
如上所述的一种黑果枸杞压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴按配比称量;
⑵将山药粉、微晶纤维素、木糖醇混合均匀后加饮用水,制成软材;
⑶所述软材经18目筛造粒后,于55~65℃烘干16~20h,再经16目筛整粒后与黑果枸杞干果、硬脂酸镁混合压片,即得黑枸杞压片糖果。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明采用黑果枸杞、山药粉、木糖醇为主要原料,能最大限度保留黑枸杞果实组织形态,黑枸杞干果组织形态结构较清晰,使得黑枸杞有效成份不被破坏,能够被人体充分有效吸收。
2、本发明中添加的木糖醇,可使血糖偏高及糖尿病患者通过食用此压片糖果达到调节血糖的目的。
3、本发明产品自然杞香,营养丰富、美味,既保持了传统糖果的甘甜、又能给人体适当补充能量,且适宜人群广,长期食用具有降血脂、抗衰老、养颜美容的作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1 一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,它由下述重量份(单位:g)的原料混合压片而成:黑果枸杞干果10份、山药粉10份、微晶纤维素5份、木糖醇5份,硬脂酸镁0.1份。
该黑果枸杞压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴按配比称量;
⑵将山药粉、微晶纤维素、木糖醇混合均匀后加饮用水,以手捏成团,指弹则散时为佳,制成软材;
⑶软材经18目筛造粒后,于55~65℃烘干16~20h,再经16目筛整粒后与黑果枸杞干果、硬脂酸镁混合压片,即得黑枸杞压片糖果。
实施例2 一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,它由下述重量份(单位:g)的原料混合压片而成:黑果枸杞干果40份、山药粉40份、微晶纤维素30份、木糖醇30份,硬脂酸镁3份。
该黑果枸杞压片糖果的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3 一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,它由下述重量份(单位:g)的原料混合压片而成:黑果枸杞干果25份、山药粉25份、微晶纤维素17.5份、木糖醇17.5份,硬脂酸镁1.55份。
该黑果枸杞压片糖果的制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1~3中,黑果枸杞干果是指将精选黑果枸杞洗净后用温度为50~55℃、风速为0.15~0.25m/s的热风干燥14~18h,并除去果柄/梗,经紫外灭菌,破碎后过20目筛去籽,再过16目筛即得。
山药粉为去皮山药干粉碎至80目过筛加工成的山药精细粉。
木糖醇为木糖醇结晶粉碎至80目过筛加工成的木糖醇精细粉末。
微晶纤维素为食品用微晶纤维素粉碎至80目过筛加工成的微晶纤维素精细粉末。

1.一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,其特征在于:它由下述重量份的原料混合压片而成:黑果枸杞干果10~40份、山药粉10~40份、微晶纤维素5~30份、木糖醇5~30份,硬脂酸镁0.1~3份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种黑果枸杞压片糖果,其特征在于:所述黑果枸杞干果是指将精选黑果枸杞洗净后用温度为50~55℃、风速为0.15~0.25m/s的热风干燥14~18h,并除去果柄/梗,经紫外灭菌,破碎后过20目筛去籽,再过16目筛即得。

6.如权利要求1所述的一种黑果枸杞压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴按配比称量;
⑵将山药粉、微晶纤维素、木糖醇混合均匀后加饮用水,制成软材;
