本发明属于食品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种具有强身益智、改善食欲作用的儿童饮品及其制备方法和应用。本发明所述儿童饮品,由山药8~12份、茯苓2~7份、甘草2~5份、芡实5~10份、金银花5~10份、百合4~7份、薄荷3~5份、白芷2~6份、黄精7~15份、冰糖6~15份、金针菇提取物0~5份、锌0.01~0.1份、硒0.01~0.1份、钙0.01~0.1份、复合维生素0.01~0.05份构成。针对儿童生长发育需求,将食药同源成分,经提取、分离、纯化,提高有效成分含量,并搭配必需微量元素锌、硒、钙及多种维生素、金针菇提取物,配方成分之间有协同增效,为市场提供一种可以健脾益肾、改善食欲、增长智力、促进生长发育、提高免疫力的儿童饮品。

技术领域
本发明属于食品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种具有强身益智、改善食欲作用的儿童饮品及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
据调查,90%的人一生中都有一段时间,不喜欢喝水,儿童不爱喝水的情况也是很常见。中国疾病预防控制中心曾对北京、上海、成都、广东,四个省市儿童进行过饮水量调查,结果显示:这四个城市的儿童平均每天的饮水量为1089毫升,超过2/3的儿童未达到《中国居民膳食指南(2007)》中的建议饮量1200毫升,超过60%的儿童只有在口渴时才喝水。孩子正处于生长发育的关键时期,肾脏的调节能力有限,一旦饮水不足,则会降低体能,影响精神状态,分散孩子的注意力、记忆力和语言表达能力等。严重时,孩子还会出现烦躁、疲惫、注意力不集中、头疼等状况。家长采取各种方法要求孩子喝水,但是效果不佳,往往为了辅助孩子喝水,养成了喝饮料的习惯。有调查显示中国糖尿病患者数量居世界前列,而且低龄患者在逐渐增多,相关资料显示,每年儿童糖尿病患者以3%的比例递增。这一现象与儿童饮用过多的果汁类、碳酸类等甜味饮料有很大的关系。美国和香港的调查表明,每天喝一杯加糖饮料,肥胖的风险提高60%,即便是天然的果汁也未必对健康有益,天然浓缩果汁糖分过高,也容易引发肥胖。甜味饮料对儿童的影响不仅如此,饮料中的酸性物质容易导致龋齿;饮料中添加的人工色素等物质影响智力发育;饮料中添加的柠檬酸物质会加速体内钙的排泄,影响儿童骨骼的发育;含糖量高的饮料还会冲淡胃液,影响食欲,影响儿童对饮食中营养的摄取等。所以目前市面上没有一款针对儿童的安全、健康的饮品。
发明内容
本发明为弥补现有儿童饮料存在的缺陷并解决儿童不爱喝水的问题,提供了一种强身益智、改善食欲的儿童饮品,并提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的一种儿童饮品的配方由以下成分构成:
山药8~12份、茯苓2~7份、甘草2~5份、芡实5~10份、金银花5~10份、百合4~7份、薄荷3~5份、白芷2~6份、黄精7~15份、冰糖6~15份、金针菇提取物0~5份、锌0.01~0.1份、硒0.01~0.1份、钙0.01~0.1份、复合维生素0.01~0.05份。
本发明所述的儿童饮品,配方搭配科学,各成分之间具有协同增效的作用,下面结合配方成分对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明:
本发明中添加山药、茯苓、芡实、百合、黄精等食药同源成分,协同增效,增强益肾健脾,促进消化,改善食欲,促进机体生长发育,增强儿童免疫力。
山药:发育中的儿童,因为脏腑还没有发育完全,有时候会出现面黄肌瘦、厌食、发育迟缓的状况,这个与脾虚有很大的关系。山药补脾胃、益肺肾,对于生长发育中的儿童益处很多。中医上讲肾主骨生髓,山药有助于儿童肾脏的发育,进而有利于脑髓、骨髓的生成,利于儿童智力及骨骼的发育。山药中含有丰富的胆碱和卵磷脂,也有利于儿童记忆力的提升。此外,山药中还含有大量的蛋白质、维生素和山药多糖,可以增加血液白细胞,加强白细胞的吞噬作用,对于促进特异性免疫及非特异性免疫均有良好的作用,对于发育中的儿童具有与增强体质的效果。
茯苓:茯苓也是一味药食同源的材料,具有益脾健胃、安神、渗湿等作用,对于儿童脾胃虚弱造成的消化不良、食少便溏、厌食等症状有良好的效果。现代医药学研究表明,茯苓含有丰富的麦角甾醇、茯苓酸、氨基酸、卵磷脂等成分,含有90%以上的茯苓多糖,有利于增强儿童的免疫力。
芡实:芡实性味甘平,具有固肾涩精,补脾止泄的功效,古书记载“婴儿食之不牢,老人食之延年”。芡实有生芡实及炒芡实两种,本发明配方所用的为炒芡实,炒芡实有健脾开胃的效果,在本发明中可以协同增强山药、茯苓补脾虚助消化的作用,提供食欲,改善儿童厌食的现象。
百合:百合具有安神润肺、补中益气、清热利尿、清热解毒、凉血止血、健脾和胃的功效,与配方中的山药、茯苓协同增效,促进消化,改善儿童食欲不振、厌食的情况。同时,儿童食用百合还可以补充维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、磷、钾等营养成分。
薄荷:可以健胃祛风、祛痰、利胆、抗痉挛,改善感冐发烧、咽喉、肿痛,并消除头痛、牙痛、恶心感,及皮肤搔痒、腹部胀气、腹泻、消化不良、便秘丢等症状,且可缓和头痛,促进新陈代谢,对于呼吸道的发炎症状有治疗作用;还可降低血压、滋补心脏。其淸凉香气,还可平缓紧张愤怒的情绪,能提振精神、使身心欢愉、帮助入眠。
金银花:金银花性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪,具有清热解毒、疏利咽喉、消暑除烦的作用。金银花还能增强白细胞的吞噬作用,协同提高身体的免疫机能。
白芷:白芷辛温,能行散祛寒,与金银花协同具有清热解毒、预防感冒的作用。
黄精:黄精具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾的功效,黄精与山药协同,可以起到强筋骨、益精髓的作用,对于儿童骨骼的发育有良好的作用。
甘草:甘草性温具有益气补中,润肺止咳的功效。甘草中含有甘草甜素,甘草甜素具有高甜度、低热量、安全无毒的特点,同时还具有抗病毒、增强免疫力的功效。
本发明还添加金针菇提取物、锌、硒、钙等微量元素,协同食药同源成分,增强效果。
金针菇提取物:金针菇提取物含有较全的人体必需氨基酸成分,其中赖氨酸、精氨酸含量尤其丰富,对增强智力,特别是对于儿童的身高及智力的发育有良好的作用。
锌:锌是人体内必需的微量元素之一。据中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所的最新调查结果表明,我国少年儿童缺锌高达60%,有60%的儿童锌摄入量不足世界卫生组织推荐量的一半。锌对儿童的生长发育至关重要,锌会影响脑蛋白RND、DNA的合成、分解等,有促进智力发育的功效。锌对免疫功能有调节作用,缺锌会直接造成儿童免疫力低下,所以补充充足的锌,对于增强儿童免疫力也至关重要。缺硒还会导致味觉下降,出现厌食、偏食的状况,所以补锌对促进食欲有积极作用。锌还具有抑制铅在肠道内吸收的作用。
硒:生长发育中的儿童除了正常代谢的营养之外还需要更多的营养促进生长发育,所以对于硒的需求量会增多,而且儿童排泄硒的量多于成人,所以容易出现缺硒的状况,克山病、大骨节病都发生在低硒地区,而且以儿童居多。儿童缺硒时会出现生长缓慢、肌肉萎缩变形、四肢关节变粗、毛发稀疏、体重减轻,儿童的龋齿、痤疮也与缺硒有关,严重的硒缺乏还会引起儿童心、肝、肾、肌肉多种组织的病变。缺硒也是造成儿童免疫力下降的原因之一,使儿童易发生多种感染性疾病,继发儿童营养障碍,造成恶性循环,甚至引起儿童恶性营养不良。本发明添加硒元素,可以协同微量元素锌,起到提高儿童免疫功能,促进大脑等组织器官正常生长发育的作用。另外硒在生物体内还可以与有含金属离子相结合,所以锌元素抑制铅吸收的用时,硒可以与铅结合,将有害物质铅排出体外。
钙:人体中的钙有99%存在于骨骼和牙齿中,虽然骨质疏松常发生于成年人,但是发生的原因与童年或青少年时期钙摄入量不足有很大关系。儿童牙齿的生长发育也需要钙质,足够的钙可以保持牙齿及牙龈的健康,减少日后蛀牙的几率。儿童期生长速度快,机体对钙的需要量大,需及时补钙。本发明中的锌、硒协同排铅的目的即在于促进钙的吸收。儿童对铅特别敏感,铅在儿童肠道内的吸收可高达50%,再加上儿童各个器官都在成长中,代谢功能还不健全,极易造成铅在身体内的蓄积,造成慢性中毒,影响质量发育,铅还会影响肠道对钙的吸收。本发明搭配的锌、硒发挥协同作用,抑制肠道对铅的吸收,同时将铅排出体外。
本发明所述儿童饮品的制备方法由以下步骤构成:
1、按配方比例筛选上等地道的山药、茯苓、甘草、芡实、金银花、百合、薄荷、白芷、黄精几种食药同源组分,混合均匀进行粉碎,过筛200~400目筛,备用;
2、将步骤1中制备的细粉,以水为提取剂,采用超声波双向逆流提取,离心沉淀后提取液备用;
3、将步骤2中的剩余残渣进行超临界co2萃取,离心沉淀,提取液备用;
4、将步骤2、3中的提取液混合,进行双向超滤膜分离;
5、将步骤4中的分离液冷冻干燥成细粉;
6、取步骤5中制备的提取物,与金针菇提取物、锌、硒、钙、复合维生素混合均匀,加入冰糖,分装入小袋,每袋10~15g。
本发明针对儿童生长发育需求,精选地道山药、茯苓、甘草、芡实、百合、薄荷、白芷、黄精等食药同源成分,搭配必需微量元素锌、硒、钙及多种维生素、金针菇提取物,具有健脾益肾、改善食欲、增长智力、促进生长发育、提高免疫力的作用,与现有技术相比其有益效果在于:
(1)儿童厌食原因众多,单纯补锌效果不佳,所以本发明以山药、茯苓、百合益脾健胃,促进消化,协同微量元素锌,改善食欲,促进儿童生长发育,提高儿童免疫力的作用。
(2)以食药同源组分山药、茯苓、百合、芡实与微量元素锌、硒及金针菇提取物协同,增强促进儿童大脑发育、提高儿童智力的作用。
(3)儿童体内铅沉积会影响钙吸收,本发明以微量元素锌、硒协同排除体内铅毒素,促进钙吸收。
(4)中医说肾主骨生髓,本发明以山药、茯苓、芡实补脾肾,以锌、硒促进钙吸收,协同增强促进儿童骨骼发育的作用。
(5)本发明不添加色素、甜味剂等,安全、健康,解决儿童不爱喝水的问题,同时可以改善食欲、增强智力、提高免疫力,促进生长发育。
(6)本发明采用高新提取技术,将食药同源组分的有效成分进行提取、纯化,制备出的产品溶解性好、口感好,可以解决儿童不爱喝水的问题,并且具有促进生长发育、增长智力、改善食欲的作用。为市场提供一种可以健脾益肾、改善食欲、增长智力、促进生长发育、提高免疫力的儿童饮品。
具体实施方式
实施例1本发明所述儿童饮品的制备方法
本发明所述儿童饮品的配方由以下重量份数成分构成:
山药8~12份、茯苓2~7份、甘草2~5份、芡实5~10份、金银花5~10份、百合4~7份、薄荷3~4份、白芷2~6份、黄精7~15份、冰糖6~15份、金针菇提取物0~5份、锌0.01~0.1份、硒0.01~0.1份、钙0.01~0.1份、复合维生素0.01~0.05份。
本发明所述儿童饮品的制备方法包括以下几种:
1、固体饮料制备
(1)按配方比例筛选上等地道的山药、茯苓、甘草、芡实、金银花、百合、薄荷、白芷、黄精几种食药同源组分,混合均匀进行粉碎,过筛200~400目筛,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的细粉,以水为提取剂,采用超声波双向逆流提取,离心沉淀后提取液备用;
(3)将步骤(2)中的剩余残渣进行超临界co2萃取,离心沉淀,提取液备用;
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)中的提取液混合,进行双向超滤膜分离;
(5)将步骤(4)中的分离液冷冻干燥成细粉;
(6)取步骤(5)中制备的提取物,与金针菇提取物、锌、硒、钙、复合维生素混合均匀,加入冰糖,分装入小袋,每袋10~15g。
食用方法:取一袋本发明冲剂,加入100~200ml温水,溶解后饮用。
2、袋泡茶制备:
(1)山药、茯苓、甘草、芡实、金银花、百合、薄荷、白芷黄精筛选除杂,低温冷冻干燥,经超微粉碎过20~80目筛,备用;
(2)按配方比例称取相应份数的食药同源成分与金针菇提取物、锌、硒、钙、复合维生素混合均匀,按配方比例加入冰糖;
(3)分装入茶包,每包20~40g。
食用方法:取一袋茶包放入杯子,以100~200ml温水浸泡后饮用。
以上只是对本发明的配方食品的产品形式及制备方法的举例,不形成对本发明应用的限制。
实施例2本发明所述儿童饮品的功效实验
为验证本发明的效果,进行了人群功效实验。
本发明选取30名6~14岁的有食欲不振、易疲劳等症状的儿童为实验对象,将根据本发明实施案例1中的制备方法制成的饮品,提供给实验人群服用,每天食用2次,每次一袋,连续服用3个月。
在实验开始前通过询问及相关指标检查等方法了解受试者症状,做好记录,实验中期及末期再分别观察了解一次,作好记录,并对比三次结果。
在30名受试者中95%以上儿童表示本发明口感较好,愿意使用。其中28人食欲改善,19人易疲劳现象改善,18人易感冒现象改善,另有9位儿童身高有明显增长。
由以上统计数据可知,本发明公开的一种儿童饮品,可以提高身体免疫力、改善食欲、促进儿童生长发育。其配方也可在制备促进儿童生长发育的产品中应用。
Claims (4)
1.一种儿童饮品,其配方由以下成分构成:
山药8~12份、茯苓2~7份、甘草2~5份、芡实5~10份、金银花5~10份、百合4~7份、薄荷3~5份、白芷2~6份、黄精7~15份、冰糖6~15份、金针菇提取物0~5份、锌0.01~0.1份、硒0.01~0.1份、钙0.01~0.1份、复合维生素0.01~0.05份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种儿童饮品的制备方法,其特征是由以下步骤构成:
(1)按权利要求1所述配方比例筛选上等地道的山药、茯苓、甘草、芡实、金银花、百合、薄荷、白芷、黄精几种食药同源组分,混合均匀进行粉碎,过筛200~400目筛,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中制备的细粉,以水为提取剂,采用超声波双向逆流提取,离心沉淀后提取液备用;
(3)将步骤(2)中的剩余残渣进行超临界co2萃取,离心沉淀,提取液备用;
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)中的提取液混合,进行双向超滤膜分离;
(5)将步骤(4)中的分离液冷冻干燥成细粉;
(6)取步骤(5)中制备的提取物,与金针菇提取物、锌、硒、钙、复合维生素混合均匀,加入冰糖,分装入小袋,每袋10~15g。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种儿童饮品,其特征是可制备成固体饮料或袋泡茶。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种儿童饮品在制备促进儿童生长发育产品中的应用。
