骨质疏松是老年人常见的一种骨骼代谢性疾病,目前年龄有提前的趋势,已成为国际公共卫生问题之一。其发病机制一直还不十分明确,一般认为是与激素调控(雌激素、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素和活性维生素D)、营养状态(钙、磷、蛋白质和脂肪等)、物理因素(运动、日光)、免疫功能和遗传等因素的变化密切相关。表现出人体内分泌代谢异常,骨骼的骨量减少、骨微细结构破坏,骨生物力学性能下降,以及骨骼内部质和量的病。
近年骨质疏松症成为绝经期和绝经后妇女的常见病,骨质疏松症是一种生理性退行性病变,对人体健康的损害很大,临床发病率很高。在临床上多以腰背疼痛、骨折、不明原因的陈旧性骨折或增生性脊柱炎,年龄多在35-55之间。骨质疏松症是一种与内分泌功能有关的全身性骨量减少及骨组织结构改变,伴有骨脆性及易导致骨折的疾病。常给中老年人生活带来不便和痛苦,甚至因骨折而丧失生命,增加了家庭和社会负担。随着社会老龄化,预防和治疗骨质疏松症已成为重要的医学科研课题。
目前防治骨质疏松症的西药主要有雌激素、降钙素、二磷酸盐、钙剂及维生素D类等。其中雌激素服药时间较长,同时可能引发乳腺癌及子宫内膜癌,长期应用毒副作用较大。降钙素对骨质疏松症有一定疗效,但价格昂贵,难以为广大患者接受。
中医学认为,骨质疏松性髋部骨折与肾虚、脾虚、血瘀有着密切的关系,其中肾虚是本病的主要原因,“多瘀多虚”是骨质疏松的病理特点。益气温经法,激发肾气、胃气及肝气的功能,使骨骼得养,经络流通,气血顺和,从而可以有效预防骨质疏松症的发生并对产生的相关症状给予及时治疗。

本发明的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞压片糖果能补充人体钙质,兼顾补钙、促进人体对钙磷的吸收,同时调整体内各项机能,从养肝、健脾、补肾、养血、化瘀、平衡激素着手,考虑各种营养物质的均衡和协同作用,更有助于人体的吸收。

为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,所述糖果的有效组分由以下原料制成:黑枸杞粉、山药粉、大枣粉、乳酸钙粉、奶酪粉,维生素D、丁香粉、丹参提取物、紫花苜蓿提取物、芝麻粉、芹菜提取物。
所述的糖果还添加以下辅助成分:麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、硬脂酸镁。
优选的,所述的糖果由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:黑枸杞粉40-80份、山药粉20-40份、大枣粉10-30份、乳酸钙粉20-30份、奶酪粉1-20份,维生素D 10-30份、丁香粉1-10份,丹参提取物1-5份、紫花苜蓿提取物1-10份、芹菜提取物0-5份、芝麻粉5-20份、麦芽糊精10-40份、微晶纤维素10-40份、柠檬酸1-5份、三氯蔗糖3-10份、硬脂酸镁1-3份。
优选的,所述的糖果由以下重量份数的原料制成:黑枸杞粉45-60份、山药粉25-35份、大枣粉15-25粉、乳酸钙粉10-25份、奶酪粉5-10份、维生素D 15-25份、丁香粉3-6份,丹参提取物2-3份、紫花苜蓿提取物2-7份、芹菜提取物0-3份、芝麻粉10-15份、麦芽糊精15-30份、微晶纤维素15-25份、柠檬酸2-4份、三氯蔗糖2-7份、硬脂酸镁1-3份。

优选的,所述的糖果由以下重量份数的原料制成:黑枸杞粉60份、山药粉25份、大枣粉20份、乳酸钙粉20份、奶酪粉10份、维生素D16份、丁香粉3份、丹参提取物2份、紫花苜蓿提取物6份、芹菜提取物3份、芝麻粉15份、麦芽糊精15份、微晶纤维素20份、柠檬酸3份、三氯蔗糖3份、硬脂酸镁2份。
本发明还提供一种有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞压片糖果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、分别将黑枸杞干果、山药、奶酪经温度-40至-80℃,冻干压力20Pa至50Pa,冷冻干燥10至15h,后置于低温超微粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎温度为-10℃~-20℃,过100目筛,制得黑枸杞粉、山药粉、奶酪粉;
b、将新鲜的芹菜,清洗后,在90-95℃热水中热烫25-35s,热烫结束后迅速放于5-10℃的冷水中,浸泡1-2分钟,取出后在1000±100r/min的转速下,进行榨汁,过滤取汁,浓缩,在68-72℃的条件下加热杀菌3-5分钟,35℃真空干燥后,得芹菜提取物,水分含量小于5%;
c、分别将去核的大枣、炒熟的芝麻和丁香干燥后粉碎;
d、将黑枸杞粉、山药粉、大枣粉、乳酸钙粉、奶酪粉、维生素D、丁香粉、丹参提取物、紫花苜蓿提取物、芹菜提取物、芝麻粉、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、硬脂酸镁,按照重量份数称好后,充分混合、均质、制软剂、过20目筛,得半固体颗粒;
e、将步骤d的半固体颗粒至于烘箱中烘干,并控制烘箱温度37℃-45℃,干燥4-6h后得到干颗粒;
f、将步骤e的干颗粒通过压片机进行压片处理,得到压片糖果。
所述步骤d中的制软剂是向混合原料中加入27%-50%(m/v)的食用酒精,搅拌制粒。
本发明所采用的功效成分有黑枸杞粉、山药粉、大枣粉、乳酸钙粉、丁香粉、奶酪粉,维生素D、芝麻、丹参提取物、紫花苜蓿提取物、芹菜提取物。
黑枸杞,又名黑果枸杞,属于茄科枸杞属,黑枸杞含有17种氨基酸,13种微量元素,含量排名前五位的是Fe402.6mg/kg、Ca4972.06mg/kg、K1669.58mg/kg、Na2162.29mg/kg、Mg1926.31mg/kg、Zn28.30mg/kg,Mn13.27、Cu13.54、,其中钙、镁、锌、铁的含量也高于红枸杞。黑枸杞味甘、性平,含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质、微量元素、生物碱、VC、B1、B2、钙、镁、铜、锌、锰、铁、铅、镍、镉、钴、铬、钾、钠等各种营养成分。黑枸杞鲜果经研究测试含油率达到5.54%,总糖的含量为6.9%,总酸的含量为0.73%,维生素C含量为3.02mg/100g,维生素B1含量为0.07mg/100g,维生素B2含量为0.02mg/100g,总花色苷的含量达386.9mg/100g。
本发明所采用的黑枸杞为市售青海格尔木种植枸杞。
黑枸杞粉中富含的赖氨酸精氨酸可促进钙的吸收,同时具有补肾益精、养肝明目、生津止渴、润肺等作用。多用于肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴等症。体质虚弱、抵抗力差者最适合食用黑枸杞,且须长期坚持,每日食用少量,方可见效。
黑枸杞中钾的含量达到1669.58mg/kg,直接或间接促进肾脏保留钙离子,减少尿钙丢失,此外钾还可通过促进肾远端小管对磷的重吸收,保留磷,进而抑制肾1,25(OH)2D3的合成,降低骨吸收。流行病学研究和短期干预研究发现大量摄入钾可降低尿钙的排出,并增加钙的重吸收,从而提高骨密度。
山药,补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精。
丁香,温中降逆,温肾助阳的功效,对心情有正面的影响,舒缓因情绪郁结而产生的不快或胸闷感。
紫花苜蓿,又名紫苜蓿、苜蓿、南苜蓿、金花菜、光风草、草头等,属豆科植物。营养成分特点是每百克干紫苜蓿粉含纯蛋白质4.2g,铁4.8mg、胡萝卜素3.48mg,维生素B20.22mg,维生素C85mg,苜蓿皂甙1.2g。紫苜蓿为植物雌激素,其中含有的大豆异黄酮可以与α、β两种雌激素受体结合,作为依赖组织的受体激动剂或拮抗剂起作用。女性绝经后,卵巢功能衰退,雌激素水平下降,骨代谢出现负平衡,骨量减少。异黄酮可与骨细胞上的雌激素受体结合,减少骨质流失,同时增加机体对钙的吸收,增加骨密度。
紫花苜蓿提取物为豆科植物紫花苜蓿Medicago sativa L的全草提取物。紫花苜蓿提取物具有明显的降血脂,排水利尿,降胆固醇,保持体内酸碱平衡作用,对绝经后女性的骨质疏松症状有显著地缓解作用。本发明所采用的紫花苜蓿提取物,购自湖北巨胜科技有限公司,苜蓿皂甙50%,棕色粉末,总黄酮含量5%。
芹菜,清热除烦,平肝,利水消肿,凉血止血。主治高血压,头痛,头晕,暴热烦渴,水肿,小便热涩不利,妇女月经不调,赤白带下等病症。可以提供丰富的钙质和铁,是骨质疏松、缺铁性贫血人群的好食材。
丹参提取物,对血液流变作用,有抑制ADP诱导血小板凝集、抑制血小板TXA2的合成与释放缩血管物质及促进纤维蛋白降解作用。可降低冠心病、脑缺血中风及心肌梗塞病人的全血和血浆粘度,减少红细胞压积,通过抗凝降粘的作用使患者血液流变学指标恢复正常;对血脂作用,丹参素可抑制内源性胆固醇的合成,降低氧化低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的生成,降低中性脂肪,可用于高脂血症引起的动脉粥样硬化。具有健脾,活血,有减少骨吸收、促进骨形成、增加骨密度的作用。本发明所采用的丹参提取物购自陕西思诺特生物技术有限公司,丹酚酸B含量80mg/g以上(HPLPC),丹参酮含量30mg/g以上。
奶酪,制作1kg的奶酪大约需要10kg的牛奶,是一种公认的营养佳品因此,奶酪又被称为“奶黄金”。除含有优质蛋白质外,奶酪还有糖类、有机酸、钙、磷、钠、钾、镁等微量矿物元素,铁、锌以及脂溶性维生素A,胡萝卜素和水溶性的维生素B1、B2、B6、B12、烟酸、泛酸、生物素等多种营养成分,这些物质具有许多重要的生理功能。乳酸菌有助于人体对钙磷的吸收。

按照重量份数称取黑枸杞粉55份、山药粉32份、大枣粉18份、乳酸钙粉15份、奶酪粉6份、维生素D 18份、丁香粉4份、丹参提取物3份、紫花苜蓿提取物3份、芹菜提取物2份、芝麻粉12份、麦芽糊精20份、微晶纤维素16份、柠檬酸2份、三氯蔗糖3份、硬脂酸镁2份。充分混合、均质、加入27%-50%(m/v)的食用酒精,搅拌制粒,过20目筛,得半固体颗粒;将所得半固体颗粒置于烘箱中烘干,并控制烘箱温度37℃-45℃,干燥4-6h后得到干颗粒;
将干颗粒通过ZP-5冲旋转式压片机,压力40-60kN下进行压片处理,得到压片糖果。压片糖果片重10g。
实施例2:
本实施例的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其与实施例7制备的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果的差别仅在于不含有芹菜提取物。
按照重量份数称取黑枸杞粉55份、山药粉32份、大枣粉18份、乳酸钙粉15份、奶酪粉6份、维生素D 18份、丁香粉4份、丹参提取物3份、紫花苜蓿提取物3份、芝麻粉12份、麦芽糊精20份、微晶纤维素16份、柠檬酸2份、三氯蔗糖3份、硬脂酸镁2份。
将称好的各种原料,充分混合、均质、加入27%(m/v)的食用酒精,过20目筛;将所得半固体颗粒至于烘箱中烘干,并控制烘箱温度37℃-45℃,干燥4-6h后得到干颗粒。

按照重量份数称取黑枸杞粉60份、山药粉25份、大枣粉20份、乳酸钙粉20份、奶酪粉10份、维生素D 16份、丁香粉3份、丹参提取物2份、芹菜提取物3份、芝麻粉15份、麦芽糊精15份、微晶纤维素20份、柠檬酸3份、三氯蔗糖3份、硬脂酸镁2份。
将各种原料按照重量份数称好后,充分混合、均质、加入30%(m/v)的食用酒精,过20目筛;将所得半固体颗粒至于烘箱中烘干,并控制烘箱温度37℃-45℃,干燥4-6h后得到干颗粒。

功效验证:
1、诊断标准
根据中国老年病学会骨质疏松委员会所颁布的《中国人原发骨质疏松症的诊断标准》,以骨密度作为诊断与分级标准。
2、疗效判定标准
以患者腰背疼痛明显减轻,肢体活动功能基本恢复为治愈;以患者腰背疼痛有所好转,且肢体活动功能得到显著改善为显效;以患者腰背疼痛有所减轻,但临床症状依旧明显为有效;以患者腰背疼痛加剧,体征没有发生明显改变为无效。
中医肝肾不足证诊断标准:按照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》(2002年试行版)的“中药新药治疗骨质疏松症的临床研究指导原则”的评定要求制定。表现为:腰脊疼痛、酸软少力、步履艰难、头目眩晕、不能持重,舌质或偏红或淡,舌苔薄或薄白、脉沉细等症状,骨质疏松症见上述症候者
3、治疗方法
3.1治疗组服用本发明制备的黑枸杞糖果,每次一片,10g,一天三次,疗程6个月。100例女性骨质疏松患者,年龄55-70岁,分5个治疗组,每组20人服用实施例1-5的产品。实施例1-5的产品的各项性能对比试验如下表。
3.2临床疗效评价标准
骨质疏松症骨密度疗效判定
先计算骨密度变化值=(治疗后骨密度-治疗前骨密度)/治疗前骨密度×100%
分三级进行判定:
显效:症状有明显好转由;有效:症状有好转由;无效:症状无改变或减轻不明显。
总有效率=(显效+有效)/总病例数×100%
3.3治疗结果
治疗结果如表2所示。
本功效验证实验,采取的实施例1和2的区别在于,实施例1添加了芹菜提取物,相对于实施例2的区别在于未添加芹菜提取物。实施例1的总有效率为84%,其功效是更为显著的。芹菜提取物是本发明的一项功效成分,但是由于芹菜提取物有异味,影响糖果的口感,如果在意可以选择不予添加,但会降低功效。
实施例3和4的区别在于,实施例3未添加紫花苜蓿提取物,有效率为74%,实施例4添加了紫花苜蓿提取物有效率90%,功效明显高于实施例3,归功于植物激素的成分。由此可见,本发明的个有效成分之间是存在配伍协同效果的。
实施例1、4、5中的采用的为本发明的组分,在防治骨质疏松的有效率均在80%以上,效果比较显著。
患者A,女,70岁,骨质疏松多年,主要症状:腰背疼痛,久坐久立时,疼痛加剧。自开始服用实施例1中的糖果,早饭前服用2片,晚睡前服用2片,连续服用60天后,感觉全身轻松,精神状态良好,腰背疼痛明显减轻,外出活动增加。
患者B,女,65岁,多年前确诊骨质疏松。自开始服用实施例5中的糖果,早饭前服用2片,晚睡前服用2片,约服用30天后,腰椎疼痛明显缓解,走路活动增多,去医院复查,骨质疏松有了很大的改善。
患者C,女,61岁,为老年性骨质疏松症,主要症状为腰背疼痛、呼吸功能降低,并且伴有胸闷等现象。服用实施例4的糖果产品,每天早饭前和晚睡前各服用2片,坚持服用半月后,腰背疼痛明显缓解,后又继续服用1个月,呼吸功能恢复、胸闷现象消失、骨质疏松状况得到很大改善。
上述数据显示,本发明的黑枸杞糖果在改善骨质,缓解骨质疏松的症状有突出的效果,尤其对于绝经女性的骨质疏松症有缓解和改善作用。同时各种功效成分的协同作用表现的非常突出。

1.一种有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其特征在于,所述糖果的有效组分由以下原料制成:黑枸杞粉、山药粉、大枣粉、乳酸钙粉、奶酪粉,维生素D、丁香粉、丹参提取物、紫花苜蓿提取物、芝麻粉、芹菜提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其特征在于,所述的糖果添加以下辅助成分:麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、硬脂酸镁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其特征在于,所述糖果由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:黑枸杞粉40-80份、山药粉20-40份、大枣粉10-30份、乳酸钙粉5-30份、奶酪粉1-20份,维生素D10-30份、丁香粉1-10份,丹参提取物1-5份、紫花苜蓿提取物1-10份、芹菜提取物0-5份、芝麻粉5-20份、麦芽糊精10-40份、微晶纤维素10-40份、柠檬酸1-5份、 三氯蔗糖3-10份、硬脂酸镁1-3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其特征在于,所述糖果由以下重量份数的原料制成:黑枸杞粉45-60份、山药粉25-35份、大枣粉15-25粉、乳酸钙粉10-25份、奶酪粉5-10份、维生素D15-20份、丁香粉3-6份,丹参提取物2-3份、紫花苜蓿提取物2-7份、芹菜提取物0-3份、芝麻粉10-15份、麦芽糊精15-30份、微晶纤维素15-25份、柠檬酸2-4份、三氯蔗糖2-7份、硬脂酸镁1-3份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其特征在于,所述糖果由以下重量份数的原料制成:黑枸杞粉60份、山药粉25份、大枣粉20份、乳酸钙粉20份、奶酪粉10份、维生素D16份、丁香粉3份、丹参提取物2份、紫花苜蓿提取物6份、芹菜提取物3份、芝麻粉15份、麦芽糊精15份、微晶纤维素20份、柠檬酸3份、三氯蔗糖3份、硬脂酸镁2份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果,其特征在于,所述糖果由以下重量份数的原料制成:黑枸杞粉55份、山药粉32份、大枣粉18份、乳酸钙粉15份、奶酪粉6份、维生素D 18份、丁香粉4份、丹参提取物3份、紫花苜蓿提取物3份、芹菜提取物2份、芝麻粉12份、麦芽糊精20份、微晶纤维素16份、柠檬酸2份、 三氯蔗糖6份、硬脂酸镁2份。
7.根据权利要求3-6中任意一项权利要求中所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
a、分别将黑枸杞干果、山药、奶酪经温度-40至-80℃,冻干压力20Pa至50Pa,冷冻干燥10至15h,后置于低温超微粉碎机中粉碎,粉碎温度为-10℃~-20℃,过100目筛,制得黑枸杞粉、山药粉、奶酪粉;
b、将新鲜的芹菜,清洗后,在90-95℃热水中热烫25-35s,热烫结束后迅速放于5-10℃的冷水中,浸泡1-2分钟,取出后在1000±100r/min的转速下,进行榨汁,过滤取汁,浓缩,在68-72℃的条件下加热杀菌3-5分钟,35℃真空干燥后,得芹菜提取物,水分含量小于5%;
c、分别将去核的大枣、炒熟的芝麻和丁香干燥后粉碎;
d、将黑枸杞粉、山药粉、大枣粉、乳酸钙粉、奶酪粉、维生素D、丁香粉、丹参提取物、紫花苜蓿提取物、芹菜提取物、芝麻粉、麦芽糊精、微晶纤维素、柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、硬脂酸镁,按照重量份数称好后,充分混合、均质、制软剂、过20目筛,得半固体颗粒;
e、将步骤d的半固体颗粒至于烘箱中烘干,并控制烘箱温度37℃-45℃,干燥4-6h后得到干颗粒;
f、将步骤e的干颗粒通过压片机进行压片处理,得到压片糖果。
8.根据权利要求7所述的有助于改善骨质的黑枸杞糖果的制备方法,所述步骤e中的制软剂是向混合原料加入27%-50%(m/v)的食用酒精,搅拌制粒。
