仙人掌作为一种天然植物,具有良好的观赏价值、食用价值、保健价值和药用价值,并且药源丰富,无毒无异味,开发产品安全方便。近年来,动物实验及人体试验证明,仙人掌具有提高机体免疫力、降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗菌、消炎等药理作用。仙人掌含有丰富的矿物质、蛋白质、纤维素和钙、磷、铁、维生素C、维生素B,能帮助消除人体内多余的胆固醇,起到降低血糖、降低血脂、降血压之功效,有清热解毒,排毒生肌,行气活血等保健作用。国内外对仙人掌根茎具有降血脂和降血糖等作用均有报道。面条是一种制作简单,食用方便,营养丰富,即可主食又可快餐的健康食品,早已为世界人民所接受与喜爱。

一种仙人掌养生保健面条,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:富硒黑小麦粉95-105、仙人掌粉4-6、马齿苋4-6、薏苡仁5-10、葛根2-4、黄豆3-5、玉米须3-5、玄参3-5、枸杞子5-6、麦冬1-2、黄芪2-3、黄大茶1-2、黄精5-7、玫瑰茄干花萼5-8、干山楂2-3、葡萄籽油0.4-0.6、海藻酸钠0.2-0.4、盐适量。
所述的一种仙人掌养生保健面条的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将食用仙人掌分捡,脱皮去刺,清洗,切成丝,将抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和氯化钠加入水中,充分搅拌得到护色液,所述护色液的各组分原料的百分比为:抗坏血0.05%酸、柠檬酸0.05%和氯化钠0.5%、余量为水,将仙人掌丝放入护色液中,浸泡5-6分钟后,再将其打成泥,将仙人掌泥冷冻干燥,粉碎得到仙人掌粉;

3、马齿苋含有大量的钾盐,有良好的利水消肿作用;钾离子还可直接作用于血管壁上,使血管壁扩张,阻止动脉管壁增厚,从而起到降低血压的作用;马齿苋能消除尘毒,防止吞噬细胞变性和坏死,还可以防止淋巴管发炎和阻止纤维性变化,杜绝矽结节形成,对白癜风也有一定的疗效;马齿苋觉还含有较多的胡萝卜素,能促进溃疡病的愈合。
4、《本草纲目》中记载:薏米能"健脾益胃,补肺清热,去风渗湿。炊饭食,治冷气。煎饮,利小便热淋。"近年来,大量的科学研究和临床实践证明,薏米还是一种抗癌药物,初步鉴定,它对癌症的抑制率可达35%以上。
5、黄大茶富含茶多酚、氨基酸、维生素、多糖、矿物质及纤维素等有益成分,在调理消化系统,保护心脑血管,抗氧化、抗衰老,防癌抗癌等方面具有积极功效。同时,黄茶还有提神醒脑、敌烟醒酒、排毒解毒和消炎杀菌等功效,特别是在降血糖方面有特别的功效。
本发明的养生面粉以富硒小麦为主料,添加仙人掌粉、马齿苋、黄大茶等为辅料,仙人掌粉中的多糖类物质使面条的口感光润爽滑,清香独特,能当主食每天食用;充分利用了仙人掌的营养和食用效果,具有清热解毒、行气活血、健胃健脾、增强人体免疫力的功能,马齿苋、玉米须等能帮助消除人体内多余的胆固醇,起到降低血糖、降低血脂、降血压之保健功效, 且味道更鲜美,口感爽滑,适合各类人员食用,特别适合三高人员作为主食食用。
具体实施方式
一种仙人掌养生保健面条,是由下述重量(kg)的原料制成:富硒黑小麦粉100、仙人掌粉5、马齿苋5、薏苡仁7、葛根3、黄豆4、玉米须4、玄参4、枸杞子4、麦冬1.5、黄芪2、黄大茶2、黄精6、玫瑰茄干花萼6、干山楂2、葡萄籽油0.5、海藻酸钠0.3、盐适量。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将食用仙人掌分捡,脱皮去刺,清洗,切成丝,将抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和氯化钠加入水中,充分搅拌得到护色液, 所述护色液的各组分原料的百分比为:抗坏血0.05%酸、柠檬酸0.05%和氯化钠0.5%、余量为水,将仙人掌丝放入护色液中,浸泡5-6分钟后,再将其打成泥,将仙人掌泥冷冻干燥,粉碎得到仙人掌粉;
(2)按配方量称取马齿苋、薏苡仁、葛根、黄豆,将马齿苋洗净,切碎,加入0.5%的柠檬水打浆,将薏苡仁、葛根、黄豆添加适量的薏仁油炒香,然后磨成混合粉,混合粉在和马齿苋浆料拌匀,得到混合糊料,将苦瓜破开,去除籽瓤,然后将混合糊料放入苦瓜肚里,合上苦瓜,隔水用醋液蒸40-50分钟,冷却后取出混合糊料,待用 ;
(3)按配方量称取玉米须、玄参、枸杞子、麦冬、黄芪、黄大茶、黄精、玫瑰茄干花萼、干山楂,加入总重量4-5倍的水煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,收集滤液,收集的滤液先浓缩,再喷雾干燥,得到中草药提取粉;
(4)按配方比例将富硒黑小麦粉、仙人掌粉、步骤(2)制得的混合糊料、中草药提取粉混匀,再按重量份加入盐、海藻酸钠、葡萄籽油,混合均匀后按照面条常规制备工艺制备而得仙人掌养生保健面条。
对本实施例所得仙人掌养生保健面条进行口味评分实验,经过50人感官评价,有40人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有5人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余5人表示本实施例味道一般,可见,大众对本实施例其口感与味道接受程度高。
Claims (2)
1.一种仙人掌养生保健面条,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:富硒黑小麦粉95-105、仙人掌粉4-6、马齿苋4-6、薏苡仁5-10、葛根2-4、黄豆3-5、玉米须3-5、玄参3-5、枸杞子5-6、麦冬1-2、黄芪2-3、黄大茶1-2、黄精5-7、玫瑰茄干花萼5-8、干山楂2-3、葡萄籽油0.4-0.6、海藻酸钠0.2-0.4、盐适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仙人掌养生保健面条的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将食用仙人掌分捡,脱皮去刺,清洗,切成丝,将抗坏血酸、柠檬酸和氯化钠加入水中,充分搅拌得到护色液, 所述护色液的各组分原料的百分比为:抗坏血0.05%酸、柠檬酸0.05%和氯化钠0.5%、余量为水,将仙人掌丝放入护色液中,浸泡5-6分钟后,再将其打成泥,将仙人掌泥冷冻干燥,粉碎得到仙人掌粉;
(2)按配方量称取马齿苋、薏苡仁、葛根、黄豆,将马齿苋洗净,切碎,加入0.5%的柠檬水打浆,将薏苡仁、葛根、黄豆添加适量的薏仁油炒香,然后磨成混合粉,混合粉在和马齿苋浆料拌匀,得到混合糊料,将苦瓜破开,去除籽瓤,然后将混合糊料放入苦瓜肚里,合上苦瓜,隔水用醋液蒸40-50分钟,冷却后取出混合糊料,待用 ;
(3)按配方量称取玉米须、玄参、枸杞子、麦冬、黄芪、黄大茶、黄精、玫瑰茄干花萼、干山楂,加入总重量4-5倍的水煎煮30-40分钟,过滤,收集滤液,收集的滤液先浓缩,再喷雾干燥,得到中草药提取粉;
(4)按配方比例将富硒黑小麦粉、仙人掌粉、步骤(2)制得的混合糊料、中草药提取粉混匀,再按重量份加入盐、海藻酸钠、葡萄籽油,混合均匀后按照面条常规制备工艺制备而得仙人掌养生保健面条。
