技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于承接两轮运输工具、尤其是摩托车的后消音器的装置。
背景技术
摩托车的排气装置的后消音器通常固定在摩托车的框架结构上,更确切地说固定在摩托车尾部处的框架件上。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,给出一种用于两轮运输工具的后消音器的替代的保持结构,该保持结构总体上成本更低并且更灵活。
该任务通过一种具有权利要求1的特征的用于承接两轮运输工具的后消音器的装置解决。按照本发明的装置的有利的且适宜的设计构型在从属权利要求中给出。
按照本发明的装置用于承接两轮运输工具、尤其是摩托车的后消音器,并且包括能固定在两轮运输工具的结构构件上的承接件。所述后消音器保持在所述承接件中。按照本发明,承接件是塑料件。
本发明基于如下认知,即,为了承接后消音器并非强制地需要(金属的)框架件。令人惊奇地已发现,可以利用合适的具有足够稳定性和在需要时具有耐高温性的塑料制造适合于两轮运输工具的用于后消音器的承接部并且将其这样地集成到车身结构中,使得满足对这种承接部的典型要求。本发明意义上的塑料件也应当被理解为由纤维加强的塑料制成的部件。
本发明具有如下优点,即,通过将后消音器承接在塑料件中可以节省框架件。此外,塑料件能借助创立的方法(注塑等)快速地且成本低廉地以近乎任意的形状大批量地制造。
优选,由塑料制成的承接件能固定在两轮运输工具的框架结构上。由此可以确保承接件的稳定且安全的保持。
按照本发明的一种进一步扩展方案,承接件本身设计为功能构件,该功能构件满足超出保持后消音器之外的功能。这意味着,塑料件除了作为结构构件的承载功能外还可以承担其它任务,从而总体上可以减少构件的数量。由此得到在重量、公差、成本、装配耗费和物流方面的其它优点。
因此,作为承接件可以使用在其它情况下用作摩托车头盔箱的塑料件。因为摩托车的头盔箱稳定地保持在框架上并且通常正好布置在后消音器上方,所以这两个构件的连接适合于按照本发明的目的。
此外,按照本发明的承接件可以例如具有集成的空气引导结构。因此,该承接件可以在空气动力学方面优化。“集成”在此并且在下面应当被理解为,承接件这样地成形,使得它基本上本身满足附加的功能。但是,当然也可以结合相应的功能仍设置其它构件用于补充。
承接件也可以具有集成的线缆和/或软管固定结构。这在框架件中不可实现或者只能用很大的耗费才可实现,而相应的造型在塑料件中能毫无问题地实现。
按照本发明的另一方面,承接件具有吸收碰撞的特性。与框架件不同,由塑料制成的承接件可以这样地设计,使得承接件在碰撞的情况下提供变皱区,以便通过能量转换来缓冲碰撞。
通过承接件具有至少一个集成的用于固定其它车辆构件的固定区段,可以有利地节省固定装置。
按照本发明的承接件能够满足的另一附加功能是保护其它车辆构件。为此设有集成在承接件中的保护区段。
由于比金属框架件更高的设计自由度,无需大的更多耗费就能实现通过塑料承接件中的相应造型实现上述功能。
按照本发明的一种优选实施方式,承接件具有优选构造为空心型材的、V形的承接部,所述承接部具有端部区段,所述端部区段被纵向凹部分开并且被横向开口穿过。所述后消音器的带有孔的板状的固定区段伸入到所述纵向凹部中,所述固定区段利用固定装置、尤其是利用螺栓和螺母固定在承接部上。优选,套筒装入所述固定区段的孔中,橡胶套连同承接在橡胶套中的间隔块又装入所述套筒中。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出用于承接摩托车的后消音器12的装置10。该装置10包括摩托车的由塑料制成的承接件14,在此为头盔箱形式。该承接件14与后消音器12连接。承接件14本身又牢固地与摩托车的(未示出的)结构构件、例如框架件连接。
按照所示实施例的后消音器12与承接件14的连接和所使用的部件详细地在图2和3中可见。承接件14具有突起的、构造为空心型材的V形承接部16,该承接部在其裸露的端部区段18被纵向凹部20分开。端部区段18被横向开口22穿过。
后消音器12的板状的固定区段24伸入到承接部16的纵向凹部20中,该固定区段可以与后消音器12一体地实施或者实施为与后消音器连接的分开的构件。固定区段24具有孔26,由弹性材料制成的套筒28装入该孔中。橡胶套30连同承接在橡胶套中的间隔块32又装入套筒28中。橡胶套30用作解耦元件,以便中断在后消音器12和承接件14之间的机械振动传递。此外,橡胶套30可以构造为长度补偿套(未示出)。
借助插入到横向开口22中的、贯穿橡胶套30和间隔块32的螺栓34和螺母36,固定后消音器12和承接件14的承接部16之间的连接。
按照本发明的用于承接后消音器的装置具体地以头盔箱为例展示和说明。但是承接件14也可以是其它可与两轮运输工具的结构构件连接的、稳固的塑料件。此外,承接件14可以满足其它功能,例如承接件可以具有集成的空气引导结构、集成的线缆和/或软管固定结构、集成的用于固定其它车辆构件的固定区段和/或集成的用于保护其它车辆构件的保护区段。承接件14可以设计为塑料构件,此外可以作为吸收碰撞的元件。

Claims (10)
1.用于承接两轮运输工具、尤其是摩托车的后消音器(12)的装置(10),包括能固定在两轮运输工具的结构构件上的承接件(14),利用所述承接件保持所述后消音器(12),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)是塑料件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)能固定在两轮运输工具的框架结构上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)是功能构件,所述功能构件满足超出保持后消音器(12)之外的功能。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)是头盔箱。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)具有集成的空气引导结构。
6.根据权利要求3至5之一所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)具有集成的线缆固定结构和/或软管固定结构。
7.根据权利要求3至6之一所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)具有吸收碰撞的特性。
8.根据权利要求3至7之一所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)具有至少一个集成的固定区段用以固定其它车辆构件。
9.根据权利要求3至8之一所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)具有集成的保护区段用以保护其它车辆构件。
10.根据以上权利要求之一所述的装置(10),其特征在于,所述承接件(14)具有优选构造为空心型材的、具有端部区段(18)的V形的承接部(16),所述端部区段被纵向凹部(20)分开并且被横向开口(22)穿过,其中,所述后消音器(12)的带有孔(26)的板状的固定区段(24)伸入到所述纵向凹部(20)中,所述固定区段利用固定装置、尤其是螺栓(34)和螺母(36)固定在承接部上,其中,优选套筒(28)装入所述固定区段(24)的孔(26)中,橡胶套(30)连同承接在橡胶套中的间隔块(32)又装入所述套筒中。
