图7在700处总体地描绘了在一示例实现中的具有装置104以及被插入到处于打开配置的该装置的计算设备102的系统的侧视图。在所描绘的实现中,支架部分110通过枢转点210相对于收纳部分108旋转大致90度的支撑角。在一个方法中,支架部分110和收纳部分108两者都可具有带斜面的边缘,这些带斜面的边缘被配置成汇合以形成如702处所示的支撑角。例如,至少前缘与边缘元件302对准的各部分可以是带斜面的。同样,收纳部的边缘元件302或唇状体306的末端可具有互补的斜面,使得这些斜面在打开配置时彼此耦合以形成指定的支撑角。这些带斜面的边缘在打开配置时的耦合产生自支撑的支撑结构以用于支撑计算设备和该装置本身。对于90度的支撑角,相对边缘可采用45度的斜面。虽然描绘了大致90度的角度,但在一些情况下可使用其他支撑角。相对斜面当被旋转到一起时防止过旋转,并为装置104产生支撑结构。在一实现中,紧固机制(诸如磁性闭合设备、弹簧销、压合紧固件等等)可被采用来将各相对的斜面耦合在一起,并由此增加所施加的力的量以使该闭合解耦以及使装置折叠。这可防止该装置意外地折叠和/或受到相对较小的施加力的影响。
此外,图7的示例还描绘了如被支架部分110支撑在相对于输入设备部分106和/或该装置被放置到其上的表面为大致138.18度的观看角的计算设备102和收纳部分108。再次,不同的布置可针对不同的使用场景实现不同的支撑角度和观看角。此外,该装置可支持多个不同的观看模式,在这些不同的观看模式中,支架部分110可采用多个“打开”位置,由此形成多个观看选项。例如,支架部分110可被配置成将收纳部分108和计算设备102支撑在多个不同的支撑位置,以实现处于90度到180度的范围中的观看角。
弯曲或凹陷形状或任何合适的形状(诸如“L”形)可被设计成略微伸出正支撑的设备的底部边缘,以牢固地(或在一些情况下宽松地)保持该设备并使得有可能使该设备在处于打开位置和闭合位置中的任一者或两者时将较不可能从该收纳部分108中翻出。
此外,图7的侧视图示出了如具有弯曲或凹陷形状的横梁元件304。该弯曲或凹陷形状(或任何其他合适的形状(诸如“L”形))可被设计成略微伸出正支撑的设备的底部边缘,以牢固地(或在一些情况下宽松地)保持该设备并使得有可能使该设备在处于打开位置和闭合位置中的任一者或两者时将较不可能从该收纳部分108中翻出。
虽然没有被示出,但横梁元件304可包括连接接口(例如,多引脚槽、适配器或其他连接器),其被设计成在计算设备102被插入该装置时到计算设备102的通信和物理耦合(例如,有线连接)。连接接口可被配置成与计算设备102的互补接口或连接器配合。此外,连接接口部分还可创建到输入设备部分106的通信和物理耦合。因此,可经由连接接口在计算设备102和输入设备部分106之间交换数据、输入、命令、消息、各组件的电池或电源之间的电力等等。除了有线连接外或者替代有线连接,还可采用无线连接。
图8在800处总体地描绘了示出示例装置的顶视图802和侧视图804的示例实现,其中支架部分110被折叠并且输入设备部分被布置在输入位置(例如,从收纳部分108延伸出去)。在该示例中,与支架部分110和收纳部分108相关联的带斜面的边缘部分806是可见的。当支架部分110被折叠并被布置成与收纳部分108在公共平面中成一直线时,斜边缘部分806导致在枢转点处形成间隙808或凹口,支架部分110在这些间隙808或凹口处附连到收纳部分108。当支架部分110被旋转到支撑位置时,这些间隙808闭合在一起以形成支撑角,并由此按先前描述的方式限定观看角。这些带斜面的边缘部分806在打开配置时的耦合产生自支撑的支撑结构以用于支撑计算设备和该装置本身。
例如,图9在900处总体地描绘了结合图8描绘的带斜面的边缘部分806和间隙808的闭合视图。具体地,示出了与装置104的折叠配置相对应的示例枢转点210的闭合视图902。如所述的,枢转点210可按各种方式实现,诸如使用铰链、销、卡扣连接、弹簧机制以及适合于建立可旋转连接的其他设备来实现。在所描绘的示例中,枢转点210由与支架部分110相关联的圆形凹痕或孔形成,该圆形凹痕或孔适合置于收纳部分108上的互补突出(例如,圆柱突出)周围并且能够围绕该突出的中心轴旋转。自然地,该布置可被倒转,使得该突出被设置在支架部分110上,且互补的圆形凹痕或孔被设置在收纳部分108上。此外,可替代地采用各种其他事物和连接。
在特写视图902中,枢转点210被布置成将支架部分110与收纳部分108成一直线地定位在公共平面中。此外,当输入设备部分106正被旋转到收纳部分108的开放内部空间303中,使得形成如先前讨论的壳盖的基本上平坦的内表面608时,输入设备部分106在该视图中是可见的。收纳部分108和支架部分110的相对的带斜面的边缘部分806也与相应的间隙808一起被示出。
示例枢转点210的特写视图904对应于装置104的打开配置。在特写视图904中,枢转点210被布置成将支架部分110以相对于收纳部分108的指定支撑角定位在支撑位置。此处,带斜面的边缘部分806被耦合在一起,并且间隙如906处所示被闭合以形成如先前所讨论的自支撑结构。
图10在1000处总体地描绘示例枢转点210的另一特写视图1002。在特写视图1002中,示例枢转点210被示为由适合置于圆柱突出1006周围的圆形凹痕或孔1004形成,如先前所讨论的。自然地,相似的枢转点210可被形成在如图2中所表示的装置104的相对的侧上。还设想了各种其他机制,诸如使用可弯曲的铰链。
此外,特写视图1002表示使用紧固机制1008以及带斜面的边缘806。如所述的,紧固机制1008被采用来将各相对斜面牢固地耦合在一起,由此增加所施加的力的量以解开该闭合(例如,解耦)以及将该装置折叠。在所描绘的示例中,紧固机制1008被配置成嵌入在支架部分110的斜面内的磁性闭合设备,该磁性闭合设备可用磁的方式将该斜面耦合到收纳设备的相应斜面。如先前描述的,设想了其他类型的紧固机制1008。此外,在一个或多个实现中,可完全省略对紧固机制1008的使用。
图11在1100处总体地描绘了在一个或多个实现中的可被采用来将输入设备部分106固定到收纳部分108的示例枢转点208的特写视图1102。枢转点208可按各种方式实现以建立输入设备部分106到收纳部分108的可旋转附连。此外,枢转点208可被配置成允许可移动附连,使得可针对装置104的不同交互场景和配置而将输入设备部分106分离并重新附连到收纳部分108。在一个或多个实现中,输入设备部分106也可被可反转地附连。例如,在打开配置中,输入设备部分可被附连,使得键盘的按键侧面向外以供与设备交互。随后,当如本文中所描述的折叠配置被采用时,键盘可被移除并且以按键侧面向下的方式重新附连,使得按键最终朝向壳盖的内部定位。在该布置中,输入设备部分106的按键和/或其他输入功能也受到保护,并且该功能被停用并且是不可访问的,这防止疏忽的和无意的输入发生。
在图11所示的示例中,枢转点208是使用设置在输入设备部分106的边缘上的弹簧销1104形成的,这些弹簧销1104被收纳在收纳部分108的互补孔中。自然地,相似的枢转点208可被形成如图2中所表示的装置104的两个相对侧上。弹簧销1104可被配置成卡扣在相应的孔中以及脱离到相应的孔的卡扣,以可移除地和/或可反转地将输入设备部分106附连到收纳部分108。还构想了各种其他机制,诸如对可完全铰链的使用。
示例计算设备
图12示出了可被实现为参考图1-11来描述的任何类型的便携式和/或计算机设备来实现此处描述的盖技术的各实施例的示例设备1200的各个组件。设备1200包括通信设备1202,该通信设备1202能有线和/或无线传递设备数据1204(例如,接收到的数据、正在被接收的数据、被调度来进行广播的数据、数据的数据分组等等)。设备数据1204或其他设备内容可包括设备的配置设置、存储在设备上的媒体内容,和/或与设备的用户相关联的信息。存储在设备1200上的媒体内容可包括任何类型的音频、视频,和/或图像数据。设备1200包括一个或多个数据输入1206,通过这些数据输入1206,可以接收任何类型的数据、媒体内容,和/或输入,如用户可选择的输入、消息、音乐、电视媒体内容、记录的视频内容,以及从任何内容和/或数据源接收到的任何其他类型的音频、视频、和/或图像数据。

设备1200包括一个或多个处理器1210(例如,微处理器、控制器等中的任何一个),该处理器处理各种计算机可执行指令以控制设备1200的操作和实现触摸拉入姿势的各实施例。另选地或补充地,设备1200可以用硬件、固件或在结合概括地在1212处标识的处理和控制电路来实现的固定逻辑电路中的任一个或组合来实现。虽然未示出,但是,设备1200可包括耦合设备内的各种组件的系统总线或数据传输系统。系统总线可以包括不同总线结构中的任一个或其组合,诸如存储器总线或存储器控制器、外围总线、通用串行总线和/或利用各种总线体系结构中的任一种的处理器或局部总线。

计算机可读介质1214提供数据存储机制以存储设备数据1204,以及各种设备应用1218和与设备1200的各操作方面相关的任何其他类型的信息和/或数据。例如,操作系统1220可以用计算机可读介质1214作为计算机应用来维护并且在处理器1210上执行。设备应用1218可包括设备管理器(例如,控制应用、软件应用、信号处理和控制模块、特定设备本机的代码、特定设备的硬件抽象层等)。设备应用1218还包括实现本文描述的姿势技术的实施例的任何系统组件或模块。在这个示例中,设备应用1218包括被示出为软件模块和/或计算机应用的接口应用1222和输入模块1224(其可与输入模块114相同或不同)。输入模块1224表示用于给接口提供被配置成捕捉输入的诸如触摸屏、轨迹板、照相机等设备的软件。作为替换或补充,接口应用1222和输入模块1224可被实现为硬件、软件、固件、或其任何组合。另外,输入模块1224可被配置成支持多个输入设备,诸如分别捕捉触摸输入和指示笔输入的单独设备。例如,设备可被配置成包括双显示设备,其中显示设备之一被配置成捕获触摸输入而另一个被配置成捕获指示笔输入。
设备1200还包括向音频系统1228提供音频数据和/或向显示系统1230提供视频数据的音频和/或视频输入-输出系统1226。音频系统1228和/或显示系统1230可包括处理、显示、和/或以其他方式呈现音频、视频和图像数据的任何设备。视频信号和音频信号可以通过RF(射频)链路、S-video(S-视频)链路、复合视频链路、分量视频链路、DVI(数字视频接口)、模拟音频连接,或其它类似的通信链路,从设备1200传递到音频设备和/或显示设备。在一实施例中,音频系统1228和/或显示系统1230被实现为设备1200的外部组件。或者,音频系统1228和/或显示系统1230被实现为示例设备1200的集成组件。
结语
尽管用结构特征和/或方法动作专用的语言描述了各个示例实现,但可以理解,所附权利要求书中定义的各实现不必限于上述具体特征或动作。相反,这些具体特征和动作是作为实现所要求保护的特征的示例形式而公开的。
Claims (20)
1.一种装置,包括:
收纳部分,所述收纳部分被配置成在边缘元件之间收纳具有板式外形因素的计算设备,以支撑所述计算设备;
可旋转地固定到所述收纳部分的输入设备部分和支架部分,所述输入设备部分和支架部分被配置成相对于所述收纳部分旋转,使得所述装置被配置成采用:
打开配置,在所述打开配置中,当所述计算设备被收纳在所述收纳部分中时,所述收纳部分被定位在用于观看所述计算设备的显示设备的观看角处,所述支架部分被旋转到与所述收纳部分的被配置成与收纳所述计算设备的正面相对的所述收纳部分的背面的支撑位置,使得所述支架部分被布置成将所述收纳部分以及计算设备支撑在所述观看角,并且所述输入设备部分被旋转到从所述收纳部分的被配置成收纳所述计算设备的正面向外延伸的输入位置,使得当所述显示设备被放置在一平面上时,所述输入设备部分被布置成平放在所述显示设备的正面;以及
折叠配置,在所述折叠配置中,所述收纳部分、输入设备部分和支架部分在公共平面中被对准,以形成用于保护所述计算设备的壳盖,所述壳盖对应于所述计算设备的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收纳部分被配置成在所述计算设备被插入所述装置时形成到所述计算设备的通信和物理耦合。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述收纳部分被配置成框架,所述框架具有一对边缘组件,所述一对边缘组件在一侧通过横梁连接,并在相对侧是开口的。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输入设备部分被配置成填充在折叠配置中填充所述一对边缘组件之间的开放空间,以与所述收纳部分组合形成所述壳盖的一部分。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支架部分被配置成将所述收纳部分和计算设备支撑在多个不同的支撑位置,其中所述观看角处于大约90度到180度的范围中。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支架部分被配置成局部托盘,所述局部托盘在内部平表面周围的三条侧边上具有凸起边缘。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述折叠配置中,所述支架部分和所述收纳部分的组合形成所述壳盖的凸起边缘周界。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输入设备部分被可移除地附连到所述收纳部分以在所述输入设备部分被移除时允许对所述输入设备部分的无线使用。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支架部分和收纳部分包括带斜面的边缘,所述带斜面的边缘被配置成当所述支架部分在所述打开配置中被旋转到支撑位置以在所述支架部分和所述收纳部分之间形成支撑角时耦合在一起。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述带斜面的边缘在所述打开配置中使用磁性闭合设备耦合在一起。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输入设备部分和支架部分被可旋转地固定在所述收纳部分的所述边缘元件的相对边缘处。
12.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输入设备部分包括键盘。
13.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,与所述输入设备部分相关联的输入功能在所述折叠配置中被停用,并在所述打开配置中被启用以允许输入交互。
14.一种用于计算设备的可折叠壳盖,所述可折叠壳盖包括收纳部分以及输入设备部分和支架部分,所述输入设备部分和支架部分两者都被可旋转地固定到所述收纳部分,使得所述可折叠壳盖能被操纵以采用:
折叠配置,在所述折叠配置中,所述收纳部分以及输入设备部分和支架部分的组合在公共平面中被对准以形成用于保护所述计算设备的壳盖,所述壳盖被配置成在所述壳盖的内部的腔中收纳所述计算设备;以及
打开配置,在所述打开配置中,所述支架部分被旋转成支撑所述收纳部分,并且所述计算设备以观看角被插入所述收纳部分,且所述输入设备部分被旋转到从所述收纳部分的正面向外延伸的输入位置以促成经由所述输入设备部分的输入,所述收纳部分具有框架,所述框架包括具有唇状部分的边缘元件以及横梁元件,所述边缘元件被配置成收纳所述计算设备并沿着所述计算设备的侧边缘支撑所述计算设备,所述横梁元件被配置成连接所述边缘元件并沿着底部边缘支撑所述计算设备。
15.如权利要求14所述的可折叠壳盖,其特征在于,所述输入设备部分包括键盘和轨迹板。
16.如权利要求14所述的可折叠壳盖,其特征在于,在折叠配置中由所述收纳部分、输入设备部分和支架部分形成的所述壳盖被配置成具有托盘形状,所述托盘形状在与所述计算设备的形状相对应的平表面周围具有凸起边缘周界。
17.一种系统,包括:
具有板式外形因素的计算设备;以及
用于收纳所述计算设备的可折叠壳盖,所述可折叠壳盖包括收纳部分以及输入设备部分和支架部分,所述输入设备部分和支架部分两者都被可旋转地固定到所述收纳部分,使得所述可折叠壳盖能被操纵以采用多个配置,所述多个配置包括:
折叠配置,在所述折叠配置中,所述收纳部分以及输入设备部分和支架部分的组合各自形成用于保护所述计算设备的壳盖的局部部分,所述壳盖对应于所述计算设备的形状以便在所述壳盖的内部的腔中收纳所述计算设备;以及
打开配置,在所述打开配置中,所述支架部分被旋转成支撑所述收纳部分,并且所述计算设备以观看角被插入所述收纳部分,且所述输入设备部分被旋转到从所述收纳部分的正面向外延伸的输入位置以促成经由所述输入设备部分的输入,所述收纳部分具有框架,所述框架包括边缘元件以及横梁元件,所述边缘元件被配置成允许所述计算设备到所述收纳部分的可滑动插入,所述横梁元件被配置成连接所述边缘元件并沿着底部边缘支撑所述计算设备。
18.如权利要求17所述的系统,其特征在于,所述局部部分各自包括所述壳盖的大致一半,所述壳盖当被布置在所述折叠配置中时形成托盘形状,所述托盘形状具有在所述壳盖的内部的腔,所述腔被所述壳盖的周界周围的凸起边缘包围。
19.如权利要求17所述的系统,其特征在于,所述输入设备部分被配置成具有多个机械按键的键盘,所述多个机械按键被配置成在所述折叠配置时缩回所述键盘的主体中以形成所述壳盖的外部的平坦表面,并且在所述打开配置时从所述键盘的主体弹出以允许输入交互。
20.如权利要求17所述的系统,其特征在于,所述折叠配置被配置成使得所述收纳部分和输入设备部分的组合是通过旋转所述输入设备部分以填充所述边缘元件之间的内部空间来形成的。
