背景技术
车辆姿态控制装置(如电子稳定控制)相当于一种即使没有驾驶员的单独控制通过车辆本身检测滑动的装置,从而控制压力以及作用于车辆的前轮和后轮的发动机输出。
通常,在这样的电子稳定控制中,当工作流体导入到两个液压回路,即车辆的前侧回路和车辆的后侧回路,以便增加压力时,由于泵的操作必定会产生工作流体的脉动。

发明内容

具有以上配置的本发明可以达到以下效果。
首先,本发明可以缓减由通过第一液压回路导入的工作流体的压力造成的冲击并且可以采用相对简单的配置同时稳定地增加第二液压回路的压力,在该相对简单的配置中,阻尼器和粘性阻尼单元设置在配置在第一液压回路和第二液压回路之间的块状壳体的内部,从而减少震动并且因此改善乘坐质量。
特别地,本发明顺序地按照以下顺序缓减工作流体的流动压力造成的冲击:第一孔口和第二孔口、粘性阻尼单元和块状壳体的阻尼器,从而通过递减的减震效果改善乘坐质量。

第一阻尼槽21在面向第一液压回路1的阻尼器主体23的一个表面上凹陷,并且允许形状变形,该形状变形对应于由允许第一阻尼槽21接收通过第一液压回路1导入的工作流体并且被推向第二液压回路2,即第二孔口12,而引起的另外的凹陷,该第一阻尼槽21截面表面是弧形。
第二阻尼槽22在面向第二液压回路2的阻尼器主体23的另一个表面上凹陷,并且允许形状变形,该形状变形对应于由允许第二阻尼槽22接收通过第二液压回路2导入的工作流体并且被推向第一液压回路1,即第一孔口11,而引起的另外的凹陷,该第二阻尼槽22截面表面是弧形。
进一步地,第一阻尼槽21和第二阻尼槽22面向下面将要描述的粘性阻尼单元30。
同时,阻尼器主体23的圆柱形拐角部分平稳地分散从第一孔口11或第二孔口12导入至相反侧的工作流体的冲击。
进一步地,优选地,阻尼器主体23还包括沿着使一个表面和另一个表面的边缘相互连接的阻尼器主体23的侧表面以环形凹陷的减震环槽24,以便第一阻尼槽21和第二阻尼槽22直接接收工作流体并且执行减震作用,从而当进行形状变形时防止如扭力或不均匀分布的缺陷并且有助于形状恢复。
同时,如上所述,可以认为粘性阻尼单元30减小从第一液压回路1和第二液压回路2导入的工作流体的粘性,并且尤其是包括如图2和图3,以及图中所示的第一阻尼板30a和第二阻尼板30b的结构。
首先,第一阻尼板30a嵌入块状壳体10中以与阻尼器20的一个表面接触,面向第一液压回路1,形成在其中心部分上形成的第一通孔33以与第一孔口11连通,使工作流体流向阻尼器20的一个表面的中心部分,并且使工作流体流经整个表面。
第二阻尼板30b嵌入块状壳体10中以与阻尼器20的另一个表面接触,面向第二液压回路2,形成在其中心部分上形成的第二通孔34以与第二孔口12连通,使工作流体流向阻尼器20的另一个表面的中心部分,并且使工作流体流经整个表面。
在这里,第一通孔33和第二通孔34的直径等于或大于第一孔口11和第二孔口12的直径,从而容易实现工作流体的减震性能。
更详细地,第一阻尼板30a是包括在第一板主体31上的第一通孔33和第一阻尼网35的结构。
第一板主体31是圆形板状构件,其边缘接触并固定在圆柱形内空间14的内周表面上。
第一通孔33是通过第一板主体31的中心形成并且使工作流体流向阻尼器20的一个表面的中心部分的元件。
第一阻尼网35由多个构件形成,所述构件通过第一板主体31的整个表面形成以减少工作流体的粘性。
即,第一阻尼网35包括多个沿着多个虚拟同心圆C排列的矩形通槽39,该虚拟同心圆C形成为从第一通孔33的边缘至第一板主体31的边缘。

Claims (8)

1.一种液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其包括:
第一液压回路,其根据制动踏板的操作而使用于形成液压控制压力的主缸和设置在一对车轮中的车轮制动器相互连接以便控制流体压力传递;
第二液压回路,其根据制动踏板的操作而使用于形成液压控制压力的主缸和设置在一对车轮中的车轮制动器相互连接以便控制流体压力传递;
块状壳体,其一端连接至所述第一液压回路并且另一端连接至所述第二液压回路;
阻尼器,其嵌入所述块状壳体中,吸收由导入至所述第一液压回路的工作流体产生的压力,协助所述第二液压回路的压力增加,并且允许发生形状变形;以及
粘性阻尼单元,其嵌入所述块状壳体中,配置在所述第一液压回路和所述阻尼器之间以及所述第二液压回路和所述阻尼器之间,并且减小从所述第一液压回路和所述第二液压回路导入的工作流体的粘性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述块状壳体包括:
壳体,其具有在其中形成的内部空间,在所述内部空间中嵌入所述阻尼器和所述粘性阻尼单元;
第一孔口,其通过所述壳体的一端形成以与所述内部空间连通并且连接至所述第一液压回路;以及
第二孔口,其通过所述壳体的另一端形成以与所述内部空间连通并且连接至所述第二液压回路,
其中所述粘性阻尼单元允许从所述第一孔口和所述第二孔口导入的工作流体的流动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述粘性阻尼单元包括:
第一阻尼板,其嵌入所述块状壳体中以与所述阻尼器的一个表面接触,面向所述第一液压回路,使所述工作流体流至所述阻尼器的一个表面的中心部分,并且使所述工作流体流经整个表面;以及
第二阻尼板,其嵌入所述块状壳体中以与所述阻尼器的另一个表面接触,面向所述第二液压回路,使所述工作流体流至所述阻尼器的另一个表面的中心部分,并且使所述工作流体流经整个表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述第一阻尼板和所述第二阻尼板分别包括:
圆形板状第一板主体和圆形板状第二板主体,其边缘接触并固定在所述块状壳体的圆柱形内部空间的内围表面上;
第一通孔和第二通孔,其通过所述第一板主体和所述第二板主体的中心部分形成并且使工作流体流至所述阻尼器的一个表面的中心部分;以及
多个第一阻尼网和第二阻尼网,其通过所述第一板主体和所述第二板主体的整个表面形成并且减少所述工作流体的粘性。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述阻尼器包括:
阻尼器主体,其嵌入所述块状壳体中;以及
第一阻尼槽和第二阻尼槽,其形成在所述阻尼器主体的一个表面和另一个表面上以允许发生形状变形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述阻尼器主体嵌入所述块状壳体中,形成为圆柱形状,并且由弹性材料制成以缓减由工作流体的导入所造成的冲击。
7.根据权利要求5所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述第一阻尼槽和所述第二阻尼槽在所述阻尼器主体的一个表面和另一个表面上凹陷,并且面向所述粘性阻尼单元,并且所述第一阻尼槽和所述第二阻尼槽的截面表面是弧形。
8.根据权利要求5所述的液压活塞泵的压力脉动减小装置,其中所述阻尼器主体包括减震环槽,该减震环槽沿着使所述阻尼器主体的一个表面和另一个表面的边缘相互连接的所述阻尼器主体的侧表面以环形凹陷。
