发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有炒饭品种少的缺陷而提供的一种泡菜炒饭。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种酸菜炒饭,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:酸菜5—10、米饭50—100、葱3—6、食盐2—5、肉5—15、蛋5—10、糖2—5。
在上述方案的基础上,可以有以下进一步技术方案:其特征在于所述的炒饭其中各个原料的用量为:酸菜5、米饭50、葱3、食盐2、肉5、蛋5、糖2。
所述的炒饭还可以添加胡萝卜、玉米。
本发明的具有口味新颖、味道鲜美、成本廉价、营养搭配均衡等优点。
具体实施方式
一种酸菜炒饭,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:酸菜5—10、米饭50—100、葱3—6、食盐2—5、肉5—15、蛋5—10、糖2—5。
酸菜炒饭的制作方法分为以下几个步骤:
步骤一:准备酸菜5克、米饭50克、葱3克、食盐2克、肉末5克、蛋5克、糖2克;
步骤二:将酸菜、葱、肉切成小块丁状;
步骤三:将炒锅中倒入油,把酸菜菜加入锅中煸炒3分钟后再加入葱、肉、1克盐、糖继续煸炒6分钟;
步骤四:向锅中加入米饭进行翻炒,1分钟后加入1克盐翻炒均匀。盛入碗中即可食用。

1.一种酸菜炒饭,其特征在于:所述的酸菜炒饭按照以下重量份数的原料制成:
酸菜5—10份;
米饭50—100份;
葱3—6份;
食盐2—5份;
肉10—20份;
蛋5—10份;
糖2—5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酸菜炒饭,其特征在于所述的炒饭其中各个原料的用量为:酸菜5、米饭50、葱3、食盐2、肉5、蛋5、糖2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种酸菜炒饭,其特征在于所述的炒饭还可以添加胡萝卜、玉米。
