背景技术:
“豆捞”是当今非常时尚的餐饮,非常受到人们的欢迎。“豆捞”的意思并非字面上的豆制品,而是蕴涵着大家一起都来捞,捞财捞宝捞运道,象征着吉祥如意招财进宝。其实“豆捞”就是一种综合各种精品的火锅的精华,而独创出来的一种新式的火锅。然而,现今的豆捞在菜品、酱料方面的味道、质量、营养方面是非常好的,但是豆捞在底料味道、质量、营养方面却不尽如人意。
发明的内容:
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有豆捞在底料味道、质量、营养方面不行的缺陷而提供的一种豆捞底料。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种豆捞底料,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:乌鸡15-30、基围虾20-40、墨鱼仔20-40、生蚝50-100、枸杞5-10、人参5-10、桂皮5-10、香叶5-10、鲜辣椒5-15、竹笋5-15、海带10-20、西兰花10-20、大蒜5-10、大葱5-10、生姜5-10、糖4-8、盐5-15、味精5-15;
在上述方案的基础上,可以有以下进一步技术方案:其特征在于所述的豆捞底料其中各个原料的用量:乌鸡20、基围虾30、墨鱼仔30、生蚝50、枸杞6、人参8、桂皮6、香叶6、鲜辣椒12、竹笋10、海带10、西兰花15、大蒜6、大葱5、生姜5-10、糖4、盐8、味精6;
所述的豆捞底料还可以添加天麻、丁香。
本豆捞底料采用禽类、海鲜、时蔬相互结合配制而成,具有营养价值高、营养搭配合理、制作简单、成本廉价、味道鲜美、不油腻、有益身体健康等优点。
具体实施方式一:
一种豆捞底料,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:乌鸡15-30克、基围虾20-40克、墨鱼仔20-40克、生蚝50-100克、枸杞5-10克、人参5-10克、桂皮5-10克、香叶5-10克、鲜辣椒5-15克、竹笋5-15克、海带10-20克、西兰花10-20克、大蒜5-10克、大葱5-10克、生姜5-10克、糖4-8克、盐5-15克、味精5-15克;
豆捞底料的制作方法分为以下几个步骤:
1、将乌鸡、基围虾、墨鱼仔、生蚝、枸杞、人参、桂皮、香叶、鲜辣椒、竹笋、海带、西兰花、大蒜、大葱、洗净并备好;
2、将乌鸡切成块状,基围虾去除虾须,墨鱼仔剥壳、洗净切成片状、将生蚝去壳留下生蚝肉、竹笋切成条状、海带切成丝、西兰花剥成小棵、大蒜去皮、大葱切成葱碎、生姜切成丝,备好;
3、将备好的将乌鸡、基围虾、墨鱼仔、生蚝放入锅中加入高汤加热20分钟至沸腾,随后依次枸杞5-10克、人参5-10克、桂皮5-10克、香叶5-10克、鲜辣椒克、竹笋克、海带克、西兰花克、大蒜、大葱、生姜、糖继续加热10分钟,豆捞底料便制作完成了。
本豆捞底料采用禽类、海鲜、时蔬相互结合配制而成,具有营养价值高、营养搭配合理、制作简单、成本廉价、味道鲜美、不油腻、有益身体健康等优点。

1.一种豆捞底料,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:乌鸡15-30、基围虾20-40、墨鱼仔20-40、生蚝50-100、枸杞5-10、人参5-10、桂皮5-10、香叶5-10、鲜辣椒5-15、竹笋5-15、海带10-20、西兰花10-20、大蒜5-10、大葱5-10、生姜5-10、糖4-8、盐5-15、味精5-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种豆捞底料,其特征在于所述的豆捞底料其中各个原料的用量:乌鸡20、基围虾30、墨鱼仔30、生蚝50、枸杞6、人参8、桂皮6、香叶6、鲜辣椒12、竹笋10、海带10、西兰花15、大蒜6、大葱5、生姜5-10、糖4、盐8、味精6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种豆捞底料,其特征在于所述的豆捞底料还可以添加天麻、丁香。
