背景技术:
寿司,一千八百多年前(即后汉年代),寿司已在中国流传,至公元700年寿司开始传入日本。当时是一些商旅,用醋腌制饭团,再加上海产或肉类,压成一小块,作为沿途的食粮,后来广泛地流传日本,当时的配料更用上各种剌身,并名为“江户散鮨”亦称“握鮨”,即是现今最受欢迎的寿司。
随着生活水平的提高,口味单一、营养搭配不均衡的传统寿司已经满足不了人们的需求了。
发明的内容:
  本发明的目的就是为了克服现有寿司口味单一、营养搭配不均衡的缺陷而提供的一种水果寿司。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种水果寿司,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:白米100-200、黑米40-80、薏米30-60、海苔皮10、西瓜10-20、火龙果15-30、黄瓜10-20、圣女果10-20、鸭蛋5-15、火腿5-15、肉松5-10、玉米5-10、沙拉酱5-10、番茄酱4-8、辣酱2-5。
在上述方案的基础上,可以有以下进一步技术方案:其特征在于所述的寿司其中各个原料的用量为:白米160、黑米50、薏米40、海苔皮10、西瓜10、火龙果15、黄瓜10、圣女果15、鸭蛋8、火腿10、肉松8、玉米5、沙拉酱7、番茄酱4、辣酱3。
所述寿司还可以添加核桃、香肠。
所述的白米、黑米、薏米、海苔皮、西瓜、火龙果、黄瓜、圣女果为寿司的主料部分。
所述的鸭蛋、火腿、肉松、玉米为寿司的辅料部分。
所述的沙拉酱、番茄酱、辣酱为寿司的调料部分。

一种水果寿司,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:白米100-200克、黑米40-80克、薏米30-60克、海苔皮10克、西瓜10-20克、火龙果15-30克、黄瓜10-20克、圣女果10-20克、鸭蛋5-15克、火腿5-15克、肉松5-10克、玉米5-10克、沙拉酱5-10克、番茄酱4-8克、辣酱2-5克。
本水果寿司制作方法分为以下几个步骤:
1、取白米160克、黑米50克、薏米40克、海苔皮10克、西瓜10克、火龙果15克、黄瓜10克、圣女果15克、鸭蛋8克、火腿10克、肉松8克、玉米5克、沙拉酱7克、番茄酱4克、辣酱3克,备好;
2、将白米、黑米、薏米放入饭锅中蒸熟并加入白醋,把蒸熟的白米、黑米、薏米放入铺好的海苔皮的寿司帘上,然后,把蒸熟的白米、黑米、薏米用手压平,再放入沙拉酱、番茄酱、辣酱并均匀涂抹;
3、再加入西瓜、火龙果、黄瓜、圣女果、鸭蛋、火腿、肉松、玉米,将寿司帘卷起,制成寿司;然后,用刀切成圆片状装入盒子中,水果寿司便制作完成了。

1.一种水果寿司,其特征在于是按照以下重量配比的原料制成:白米100-200、黑米40-80、薏米30-60、海苔皮10、西瓜10-20、火龙果15-30、黄瓜10-20、圣女果10-20、鸭蛋5-15、火腿5-15、肉松5-10、玉米5-10、沙拉酱5-10、番茄酱4-8、辣酱2-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述的寿司其中各个原料的用量为:白米160、黑米50、薏米40、海苔皮10、西瓜10、火龙果15、黄瓜10、圣女果15、鸭蛋8、火腿10、肉松8、玉米5、沙拉酱7、番茄酱4、辣酱3。
3.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述寿司还可以添加核桃、香肠。
