Abstract
电动车电池(1)包括可以连接到一辆电动车(A)的至少一台电动机(B)的充电装置(2)和适用于管理和控制电池(1)和/或电动车(A)的电子处理装置(3),其中,所述电子处理装置(3)包括:‑电池(1)和/或电动车(A)识别码的存储单元(6);‑适用于与外部控制设备(E)通信的通信单元(7);‑可操作地与存储单元(6)和通信单元(7)相关联的检测装置(8),其适用于检测是否由控制设备(E)发出并由通信单元(7)接收的识别码对应于存储于存储单元(6)中的识别码;‑启动/停止装置(9),适用于当从外部控制设备(E)接收的识别码对应于存储于存储单元(6)中的识别码时启动电池(1)和/或电动车(A)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动车电池,尤其涉及用于踏板辅助的电动自行车或者相似的电动车的电动车电池。
背景技术
电力驱动的车辆的使用是已知的,并越来越广泛。
特别是,踏板辅助的电动自行车的使用越来越普遍,即,其中给用户的驱动动作添加电动机的自行车。
众所周知,这样的电动自行车具有特定的电池,通常位于对应于鞍座柱或下管的框架上。
电池被连接到电动机,该电动机通常集成在两个车轮中的一个的轴线上或被轴向放置在踏板上。
此外,从文件WO2011/083361 A1,已知一种车辆的电动电池,它具有电荷的蓄电池和适用于管理和控制该电池本身的使用和条件的电子处理装置。
特别是,根据该文件,电池有一个容纳蓄电池和电子处理装置的单一的容器,并且可以用于管理电池本身的自由借出或检测异常情况,例如偷窃或未经授权使用。
但是,这种已知的电池可被进一步的改善。
因而需要构思更多的有效工具,它能够限制或者在任何情况下检测异常的情况,例如,偷窃或未授权使用电动车辆或者仅仅使用电动电池。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种能限制或检测异常情况,如盗窃或未经授权使用电动车辆或者甚至是电动电池本身的电动车电池。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种能克服本领域现有技术情况中的上述缺陷,简单,合理,方便和有效使用以及低成本的电动车电池。
通过权利要求1所述电动车电池实现上述目的。

具体实施方式
具体参照这些附图,图1完整地表示电动车电池。
图1的例子示意性地表示出,电池1优选可用于踏板辅助电动自行车A类型的电动车。
但是不能排除在不同类型的电动车上使用电池1。
电池1包括充电装置,在图2中示意性表示出并通过附图标记2具体标示,由至少一个常规类型蓄电池构成。
蓄电池2可通过自行车本身的常规电力线连接到电动自行车A的电动机B上。
有利地,电池1包括电子处理装置,具体通过图中的附图标记3标示,适用于管理和控制电池本身或者电动自行车A。
电子处理装置3,特别适用于限制或在任何情况下检测异常情况,如盗窃或未经授权使用电动自行车A或者电池1。
电子处理装置3包括一个管理控制单元,在图1中通过附图标记4具体标示,例如,由微处理器或类似物组成。
有用的,电池1包括适用于容纳蓄电池2和电子处理装置3以及能够被紧固在,例如,车座的支柱C上或电动自行车A的框架的下管D上的单个容器体5。
有利地,电子处理装置3包括适用于存储至少一个以单意(univocal)的方式可溯源至电池1和/或电动自行车A的识别码的存储单元6。
优选地,存储单元6适用于存储电动自行车A的公共识别码,有效地,所述公共识别码也印在对应于自行车本身的至少一部分上,例如,框架上。
有利地,印在电动自行车A上的公共识别码允许以单意的方式关联每个电动自行车A到各自的电池1。
所以,这代表了进一步的对盗窃电动自行车A或电池1或两者的威慑。
存储单元6可操作地连接到管理控制单元4。
电子处理装置3包括适用于与电池外部的至少一个控制设备E通信的通信单元7。
特别是,控制设备E适用于发送用以启动和/或停止电池1或电动自行车的识别码。
在电池1的一个特定的实施方案中,通信单元7包括一个适用于接收含有上述识别码的射频信号的射频接收器,同时控制设备E由射频识别设备构成。
例如,控制设备E可以由能够发送识别码的合适的发射机应答器组成。
在这种情况下,拥有这样的控制设备E的用户可以通过简单地移动闭合器,关闭所有提供的防盗设备,从而允许使用电动自行车A。
电子处理装置3也包括适用于检测是否由控制设备E发送同时由通信单元7接收到的所述识别码对应于存储在存储单元6上的识别码的检测装置8。
检测装置8,例如,可以用由管理控制单元4管理的合适的软件程序制作出。
电子处理装置3也包括启动/停止装置,在图1中示意性示出并由附图标记9具体标示,适用于在由控制设备E发送并由通信单元7接收的识别码对应于存储在存储单元6中识别码的情况下启动电池1和/或电动自行车A。
优选地,启动/停止装置9可以用集成在电池1内部的合适的硬件和软件制作出。
有用的,启动/停止装置9可以可操作地连接到电动机B的制动装置F上。
优选地,制动装置F通常是能起作用的,从而使电动自行车A无法使用。
在用户的情况下,使用控制设备E,向通信单元7发送包含识别码的信号,然后:
-管理控制单元4检测所接收的识别码是否对应于存储在存储单元6上的识别码;
-如果该识别码对应,则管理控制单元4命令启动/停止装置9停止制动装置F,从而使电动机B释放,从而使用电动自行车A。
此外,启动/停止装置9可以被可操作地连接到电动自行车A的变速齿轮H的锁定装置G上。
有用的,可替代地或连同变速齿轮H的锁定装置G,启动/停止装置9可以可操作地连接到电动自行车A的支架锁定装置。
优选地,变速齿轮H或者支架的锁定装置G通常是能起作用的,以便使电动自行车A的使用困难。
在用户的情况下,使用控制设备E,向通信单元7发送包含识别码的信号,然后:
-管理控制单元4检测所接收的识别码是否对应于存储在存储单元6上的识别码;
-如果该识别码对应,则管理控制单元4命令启动/停止装置9停止锁定装置H,从而使变速齿轮H被释放,因此,电动自行车A得以使用。
有利地,电池1包括适合于将蓄电池2连接到其他车辆,例如,车辆I的电源线的连接装置10,从而给蓄电池本身再充电。
优选地,连接装置10可以被直接连接到车辆I的常规点烟器插座上。
有用地,另外的控制设备E可由安装在车辆I上的能够与通信单元7进行通信的电子设备构成。
例如,控制设备E可以被集成在车辆I的点火开关上。
在这种情况下,启动/停止装置9可操作地连接到适用于将连接装置10从蓄电池2断开的切断装置11上。
优选地,切断装置11通常被启动,以便防止蓄电池2与其他车辆的电连接。
在用户的情况下,在使用安装在车辆I或集成在车辆I的点火开关的控制设备E时,发送识别码到通信单元7,然后:
-在管理控制单元4检测所接收的识别码是否对应于存储在存储单元6上的识别码;
-如果该识别码对应,则管理控制单元4命令启动/停止装置9停止切断装置11,从而允许蓄电池2和车辆I的电源线的连接,因此,充电蓄电池本身。
有利地,电子处理装置3包括一个适用于与至少一个远程处理单元L通信的附加通信单元12。
附加通信单元12包括一个或多个常用于例如,GSM,GPRS,UMTS或类似的移动电话领域按规程操作的发射机和/或接收机。
附加通信单元12还包括至少一根天线,用于向/从远程处理单元L中的发送/接收信号。
可替代地,附加通信单元12可以与装配在电动自行车A上的一个或多个外部的天线相关联。
有用地,所述远程处理单元L可配备有适用于管理来自附加通信单元12的信息并适合于使用这样的信息的软件程序,例如,检测任何异常情况如电池1或电动自行车A的盗窃或未经授权使用或租用电池1或租用电动自行车A.。
有用地,电子处理装置3可包括一个定位设备,用于定位车辆的位置,在图1中通过附图标记13具体标示。
定位设备13可操作地连接到管理控制单元4。
定位设备13,特别是,包括至少一个接收由全球定位系统(GPS),伽利略定位系统卫星导航系统等类型的系统使用的M卫星发送的卫星信号的接收器。
有用地,定位设备13可被用来确定电池1的位置以防盗窃。
在电池1中,所述电子处理装置3还包括用于测量车辆的瞬时加速/减速测量设备,在图1中示意性表示出并通过附图标记14具体标示。
优选地,用于测量瞬时加速/减速的测量设备14是由3轴加速度计组成。
加速度计14可以用于,例如,检测电池1的或者电动自行车A的倾角的改变以防任何盗窃企图。
在实践中已经确定如何用描述的本发明实现提出的目标。
特别是,事实强调的是,根据本发明的电池允许限制或在任何情况下检测异常的情况,如盗窃或未经授权使用电动车辆或者电池本身。
Claims (12)
1.一种踏板辅助的电动自行车(A),包括至少一台电动机(B)和至少一个电池(1),其中所述电池(1)包括可以连接到所述电动机(B)的充电装置(2)和适用于管理和控制电池(1)和/或电动自行车(A)的电子处理装置(3),其特征在于,所述电子处理装置(3)包括:
-所述电池(1)和/或所述电动自行车(A)的至少一个识别码的至少一个存储单元(6);
-至少一个适用于与至少一个外部控制设备(E)通信的通信单元(7);
-可操作地与所述存储单元(6)和所述通信单元(7)相关联的检测装置(8),适用于检测是否由所述控制设备(E)发送并由所述通信单元(7)接收的至少一个识别码对应于存储在存储单元(6)中的所述识别码;
-启动/停止装置(9),适用于当从外部控制设备(E)接收的所述识别码对应于存储在存储单元(6)中所述识别码时启动所述电池(1)和/或所述电动自行车(A);
所述启动/停止装置(9)可与所述电动机(B)的制动装置(F)相关联。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述通信单元(7)包括至少一个适用于从所述控制设备(E)接收所述识别码的射频接收器,所述控制设备(E)由射频识别设备组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述启动/停止装置(9)可与所述电动自行车(A)的变速齿轮的锁定装置(G)相关联。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述存储单元(6)适用于存储所述电动自行车(A)的至少一个公共识别码,所述公共识别码印刷在对应于所述电动自行车(A)的至少一部分上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述电池(1)包括用于连接所述充电装置(2)和至少一辆其他车辆(I)的电源线的连接装置(10),用于所述充电装置(2)再充电。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述控制设备(E)由至少一个装配在所述其他车辆(I)上的电子设备组成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述控制设备(E)是由至少一个集成在所述其他车辆(I)的点火开关上的电子设备组成。
8.根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述启动/停止装置(9)可与适用于将所述连接装置(10)从所述充电装置(2)和/或所述其他车辆(I)的所述电源线断开的切断装置(11)相关联。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述电子处理装置(3)包括至少一个适用于与至少一个远程处理单元(L)通信的附加通信单元(12)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述电子处理装置(3)包括至少一个用于定位的定位设备(13)。
11.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述电子处理装置(3)包括至少一个所述电动自行车(A)的瞬时加速/减速测量设备(14)。
12.根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车(A),其特征在于,所述电池(1)包括至少一个能与所述电动自行车(A)关联并适用于容纳至少所述充电装置(2)与所述电子处理装置(3)的容器体(5)。
