Description
この発明の主目的は、電動乗物又は電気バッテリーそれ自体の盗みや不法使用のような異常事態を制限したり検知することができる電動乗物用のバッテリーを提供することである。
−管理制御ユニット4は、受信した識別コードが記憶ユニット6に格納された識別コードに一致するか否かをチェックし、
−識別コードが一致する場合には、管理制御ユニット4は作動/非作動手段9に制動手段Fを非作動にするように指令して、電動モータBを解放し、電動自転車Aの使用を可能にする。
−管理制御ユニット4は、受信識別コードが記憶ユニット6に格納された識別コードに一致するか否かをチェックし、
−識別コードが一致する場合には、管理制御ユニット4は作動/非作動手段9に施錠手段Hを非作動にするように指令して、変速ギアHを解放し、電動自転車Aを使用可能にする。
−管理制御ユニット4は、受信された識別コードが記憶ユニット6に格納された識別コードと一致するか否かをチェックし、
−識別コードが一致するときには、管理制御ユニット4は作動/非作動手段9に分離手段11を非作動にするように指令して、乗物Iの電力供給ラインへの蓄電バッテリー2の接続を可能にし、蓄電バッテリーそれ自体を充電する。
Claims (12)
- 電動乗物(A)の少なくとも電動モータ(B)に接続可能な電荷蓄積手段(2)と、バッテリー(1)および/又は電動乗物を管理制御する電子処理手段(3)とを備えた電動乗物用のバッテリー(1)であって、
前記電子処理手段(3)は、
−前記バッテリー(1)および/又は前記電動乗物(A)の少なくとも識別コードの少なくとも記憶ユニット(6);
−少なくとも外部制御装置(E)と通信するための少なくとも通信ユニット(7);
−前記記憶ユニット(6)と前記通信ユニット(7)に作動的に結合され、前記外部制御装置(E)によって送信され、かつ、前記通信ユニット(7)によって受信された少なくとも識別コードが、記憶ユニット(6)に格納された前記識別コードと一致するか否かをチェックするチェック手段(8);
−外部制御装置(E)から受信した前記識別コードが記憶ユニット(6)に格納された前記識別コードに一致するとき前記バッテリー(1)および/又は前記電動乗物(A)を作動させる作動/非作動手段(9);を備え、
さらに、前記電荷蓄積手段(2)を再充電するための、前記電荷蓄積手段(2)から、少なくとも他の乗物(I)の電力供給ラインへの接続手段(10)を備えて、前記他の乗物(I)に取り付けられた、又は他の乗物(I)の始動キーに一体化された制御装置によって送信された識別コードが前記記憶ユニット(6)に格納された識別コードと一致するときに、前記電力供給ラインへの接続手段(10)の接続を可能にし、前記電荷蓄積手段(2)を再充電することができることを特徴とする電動乗物用のバッテリー(1)。 - 前記通信ユニット(7)は、前記制御装置(E)から前記識別コードを受信するように構成された少なくともラジオ周波数受信機を備え、前記制御装置(E)はラジオ周波数識別コード送信装置からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記作動/非作動手段(9)は前記電動モータ(B)の制動手段(F)に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記作動/非作動手段(9)は前記電動乗物(A)の変速ギアの施錠手段(G)に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記記憶ユニット(6)は、前記電動乗物(A)の少なくとも1部に対応して印刷された前記電動乗物(A)の少なくとも公的識別コードを格納するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記制御装置は、前記他の乗物(I)に取り付けられた電子機器に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記制御装置は、前記他の乗物(I)の始動キーと一体化された電子装置に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記作動/非作動手段(9)は、前記接続手段(10)を前記電荷蓄積手段(2)から、および/又は他の乗物(I)の前記電力供給ラインから分離するように構成された分離手段(11)に結合可能であることを特徴とする請求項1、6、および7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記電子処理手段(3)は、少なくとも1つの遠隔処理ユニット(L)と通信するように構成された少なくとも追加の通信ユニット(12)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記電子処理手段(3)は、位置を特定する少なくとも位置特定装置(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記電子処理手段(3)は、前記電動乗物(A)の瞬間的な加速度/減速度の少なくとも測定装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
- 前記電動乗物(A)に結合可能で、少なくとも前記電荷蓄積手段(2)および前記電子処理手段(3)を収容するように構成された少なくとも容器本体(5)を備える請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー(1)。
