Abstract

1. Электрическая батарея (1) для электрических транспортных средств, содержащаясредства (2) аккумулирования электрического заряда, которые выполнены с возможностью соединения по меньшей мере с электрическим двигателем (B) электрического транспортного средства (A), иэлектронные средства (3) обработки данных, которые подходят для управления и контроля указанной электрической батареи (1) и/или указанного электрического транспортного средства (A), в которойуказанные электронные средства (3) обработки данных содержат:- по меньшей мере блок (6) хранения по меньшей мере идентификационного кода указанной электрической батареи (1) и/или указанного электрического транспортного средства (A);- по меньшей мере блок (7) связи, подходящий для связи по меньшей мере с внешним устройством (E) управления;- средства (8) проверки, функционально объединенные с указанным блоком (6) хранения и с указанным блоком (7) связи и подходящие для проверки на соответствие по меньшей мере идентификационного кода, принятого указанным блоком (7) связи и переданного указанным устройством (E) управления, указанному идентификационному коду, сохраненному в блоке (6) хранения;- средства (9) активации/деактивации, подходящие для активации указанной электрической батареи (1) и/или указанного электрического транспортного средства (A) в случае, если указанный идентификационный код, принятый от внешнего устройства (E) управления, соответствует указанному идентификационному коду, сохраненному в блоке (6) хранения.2. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный блок (7) связи содержит по меньшей мере радиочастотный приемник, подходящий для приема указанного идентификационного кода от указанного устро

Claims (13)

1. Электрическая батарея (1) для электрических транспортных средств, содержащая
средства (2) аккумулирования электрического заряда, которые выполнены с возможностью соединения по меньшей мере с электрическим двигателем (B) электрического транспортного средства (A), и
электронные средства (3) обработки данных, которые подходят для управления и контроля указанной электрической батареи (1) и/или указанного электрического транспортного средства (A), в которой
указанные электронные средства (3) обработки данных содержат:
- по меньшей мере блок (6) хранения по меньшей мере идентификационного кода указанной электрической батареи (1) и/или указанного электрического транспортного средства (A);
- по меньшей мере блок (7) связи, подходящий для связи по меньшей мере с внешним устройством (E) управления;
- средства (8) проверки, функционально объединенные с указанным блоком (6) хранения и с указанным блоком (7) связи и подходящие для проверки на соответствие по меньшей мере идентификационного кода, принятого указанным блоком (7) связи и переданного указанным устройством (E) управления, указанному идентификационному коду, сохраненному в блоке (6) хранения;
- средства (9) активации/деактивации, подходящие для активации указанной электрической батареи (1) и/или указанного электрического транспортного средства (A) в случае, если указанный идентификационный код, принятый от внешнего устройства (E) управления, соответствует указанному идентификационному коду, сохраненному в блоке (6) хранения.
2. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный блок (7) связи содержит по меньшей мере радиочастотный приемник, подходящий для приема указанного идентификационного кода от указанного устройства (E) управления, причем указанное устройство (E) управления состоит из устройства радиочастотной идентификации.
3. Электрическая батарея (1) п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные средства (9) активации/деактивации выполнены с возможностью объединения с тормозными средствами (F) указанного электрического двигателя (B).
4. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные средства (9) активации/деактивации выполнены с возможностью объединения со средствами (G) блокирования коробки скоростей указанного электрического транспортного средства (A).
5. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный блок (6) хранения подходит для хранения по меньшей мере публичного идентификационного кода указанного электрического велосипеда (A), нанесенного по меньшей мере на соответствующей части электрического велосипеда (A).
6. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит средства (10) соединения указанных средств (2) аккумулирования электрического заряда с линией электроснабжения по меньшей мере другого транспортного средства (I) для перезаряда указанных средств (2) аккумулирования электрического заряда.
7. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что указанное устройство (E) управления состоит по меньшей мере из электронного устройства, установленного на указанном другом транспортном средстве (I).
8. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что указанное устройство (E) управления состоит по меньшей мере из электронного устройства, встроенного в ключ зажигания указанного другого транспортного средства (I).
9. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 6, отличающаяся тем, что указанные средства (9) активации/деактивации выполнены с возможностью объединения со средствами (11) отсоединения, подходящими для отсоединения указанных средств (10) соединения от указанных средств (2) аккумулирования электрического заряда и/или от указанной линии электроснабжения другого транспортного средства (I).
10. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные электронные средства (3) обработки данных содержат по меньшей мере дополнительный блок (12) связи, подходящий для связи по меньшей мере с одним удаленным блоком (L) обработки данных.
11. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные электронные средства (3) обработки данных содержат по меньшей мере устройство (13) локализации для локализации местоположения.
12. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что указанные электронные средства (3) обработки данных содержат по меньшей мере устройство (14) измерения мгновенного ускорения/замедления указанного электрического транспортного средства (A).
13. Электрическая батарея (1) по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит по меньшей мере корпус (5) контейнера, выполненный с возможностью объединения с указанным электрическим транспортным средством (A) и подходящий для размещения по меньшей мере указанных средств (2) аккумулирования электрического заряда и указанных электронных средств (3) обработки данных.
